Everything was great with them. My only issue was that we had completed and signed a lot of paperwork and were transferring items from the vehicle I was trading in to the vehicle I was purchasing, when the sales rep came out and said that my financing did not go through. I made enough money, but my student loans were an issue, and I would require a co-signer. Thankfully, my husband gladly co-signed, but if I had been alone or didn't have a co-signer, and there I was placing my belongings into the new vehicle....that could have been a disaster.
Excellent Excellent Service!!!! Jackie was amazing to work with! He knew the issues I was coming to them with (and found more I was unaware of!) and he kept me up to date everyday! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made sure the insurance company did not give me a run around.
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! David, Tim and Lance were wonderful to work with from start to delivery. Took the time to answer my questions and very prompt in returning my call from an email inquiry. Offered competitive finance rates and explained my options. Currently new car market is limited but offered a fair price as well deal. Will definitely return to Moses Buick, Cadillac, GMC

Incredibly helpful dealership. Helped with our vehicle even when the dealership we bought the vehicle from didn't. Went out of their way to communicate with us and let us know what was going on. It was a stressful situation but they made it much easier on us by giving us updates. Their service was greatly appreciated.
A lady called me and told me my oil life was showing 20%. I’ve been very busy lately so I appreciated the call and booked a service appointment right then with her over the phone. So convenient!
Then I was greeted and taken all the way through the process by Danny Stricker. Danny was awesome to work with because he explained everything when I dropped the vehicle off and texted me updates, then when to come get the truck. He even walked me into the payment office asked for my keys and pulled the Denali around for me. I was very impressed with the whole process this time around.
The service department was very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered every question I had and kept me informed on the progress of my service. The waiting area was clean and customer friendly. A wonderful experience. Thank you!!
My Chevy gets serviced here. They can and will find a solution to any issues. Great place to go...super clean....great people, very friendly and helpful. Very professional. I would not take my Chevy anywhere else!
I was traveling from PA to NC. My breakfast stop was planned for Charleston, WV. I'd been looking for a Nissan Rouge for my next vehicle. A random glance while driving through town, brought me to this dealership. A smooth, fast and friendly car trade ensued. Well I just love how the team greets you as soon that you walk in. But my Service Advisor Jackie has always been so very helpful with questions or any concerns that I might have during my time of being there when I'm having my vehicle service. Keep up the good work!
I dropped my car off on my lunch break and went back when I was off work. No waiting at all. All services that I requested was completed and I was happy I drove away paying less than $100.00.

I’ve always taken my vehicles to Moses for service. Although not cheap they stand by their work. I’m going to miss Greg Hildabrand <—-I’m sure that’s spelled wrong but you know who I’m talking about. He was Moses biggest asset in my opinion. Thanks again
I was quote a 2 hour rate for stereo installation. It took less than the 2 hours quoted, yet I was charged MORE. I felt taken advantage of.
After this review, the General Manager reached out to apologize for my negative experience and offered me a refund of the over charge as well as another small remedy gesture.
I respected and appreciated that and have increased my star rating as a result.
Excellent job on speed of oil change. Had to return for price adjustment and car wash. Service department didn’t replace oil change sticker. I felt bad having to beg for a car wash at a gmc dealership driving a GMC Yukon Denali.
I will really miss Greg at the service desk but Danny was super also. He was very personable and professional.
Bought a vehicle here. The experience was very comfortable and relaxed and pleasant. Highly reccomend it.
I felt that since I was in a rush I was taken advantage of by adding additional items onto my loan. When I was able to sit down and read the information I realized I didn’t need them and that the payment would be a bit out of my comfort zone because it was over 100$ more than I was comfortable with, I called to see if I could have them removed the next morning I was told they could remove them but my payment would remain the same. I understand I am partially to blame because I was in a rush because of a prior engagement that I needed to get to that was time sensitive but they also knew this and when I objected to anything, it was more time I did not have to sit there for them to tell me what it was and how I would benefit etc. make sure you don’t need what you are buying before you leave because the loan process is apparently at super speed now even though they didn’t have my down payment at the time.
Service advisor, Jackie is incredible. Very relatable and does his absolute vert best to take care of my family! I would not hesitate to tell any/everyone to work with him when they get the chance!
Very friendly. Made appointment but my wife got sick and had to go to hospital and I had to leave. They told me to come back another day and gave me the best service ever. Great bunch of guys. Service manager was an awesome guy and true to his word on price and service.
Was scheduling for an oil change and was happy to see a 52000 mile special that checked various mechanisms of my Chevy Tahoe since I was getting ready to take a trip to TX and wanted to make sure everything was in proper running order. Had a special request to clean my performance air filter and provided the cleaning kit I had at home and they took care of it without any hesitation. All that was done in a very reasonable time frame and I appreciate the friendliness of all the staff from check-in to check-out, great experience as always!

Joe was excellent with communicating with me about the issues with my car, calling the warranty company and limited my time away from work. I felt like he has gone out of the way to assist me.
Jay, the salesman, was GREAT. He approached me as soon as I arrived on the lot. He listened to what I was saying and did everything he could to find exactly what I wanted. He was persistent in reaching out to me letting me know he was still pursuing the vehicle I wanted.
The entire MOSES team was very nice, welcoming, very social and helpful. Those guys have a great sense of humor and provide wonderful customer service.

This shop is set up for efficiency and customer comfort/satisfaction. And it is as clean as my living room. The staff is second to none - courteous and accommodating. I could get my truck serviced in my hometown and save myself the hour drive but you leave Moses knowing it was worth the trip.

Wanted to update my review...
Moses had me bring back my vehicle and the director apologized for the technicians behavior. They treated me really good and even gave me a loaner for the day. I know we all make mistakes. I am appreciative that they owned up for the mistake rather than just ignoring it.
There was a noise my car was making. I took it in the shop and the service tech did something but did not fix the problem. I went back in and talked to the service advisor and he apologized immediately and said he would get the service tech. The service tech came out and very abruptly started telling me he couldn’t hear the noise. I told him it is making it now if he could look at it. He started rudely saying I have too much stuff in my door. I asked for the service director because I have felt with him previously on a misunderstanding on my part about charges previously.
I had gum in the side of my door that was not making any noise, but if I did really have my door stuffed with things why would you even make that statement. That shows customer service is lacking.
When Jason the service director came out I asked him if he could take a ride with me to listen to my car. Which he graciously said yes. We drove down the street so he could hear the noise. He could hear it as it made it anytime there was a bump or uneven road. He told me to bring it back in the following week because they didn’t have time to dedicate to it this week. Jason said he would ride with the tech to figure out the issue.
Today I got a survey and I gave them a one. It was followed up with a reply that said they were sorry I could only give them a one out of 5. The tech is deaf in one ear.

I hate the tech is deaf, but does that give the tech the right to be rude and say I have too many things in my door.
The service tech Jackie was so great and always is. I would give him the highest grade possible.
I would give Jason the director a high score, even though the techs represent him.
The service tech has cause me to give a low score. People should not be mistreated. Customer service was lacking tremendously and no real apology was given to me other than saying sorry the tech is deaf. So I’m guessing it’s my fault and I should have chosen a vehicle or a brand that would have never had problems. I wish there were more GMC service centers in our state that really treated a customer like they are a top priority. I work in a hospital and the customer is our top priority. Guess that’s not the same at Moses.
We were able to make a deal over the phone because we are two and a half hours from the dealership. TJ was our salesman, and he was respectful and very informative. The entire process was smooth. Thank you again.

I found the vehicle I wanted on the Web Site. Showed up around 10:30 spoke with the salesman Jeremy Bird and sales manager David Fields and had purchased the truck by lunchtime. Quick and easy!!! Totally satisfied with the whole experience plus they delivered the freshly detailed tuck with a full tank of gas to my office by 3:00.
Friendly sales staff and helpful manager. The finance guy was knowledgeable and presented himself in a professional manner. The dealership itself was very clean and updated.
Best service ever they are fast and polite. Vehicle selection is slim due to chip shortage. Have never seen dealer lot so empty.

Great experience! My sales rep (Jared Hoylman) communicated well and stayed on top of all issues. They did not have the car that I wanted on the lot but located it quickly. Love my new Acadia.
I want to thank Jackie and Mike in particular, together they saved me $2,000. After I paid my bill, Mike went to get my vehicle, but after a minute came back and asked for me to give them 5 minutes to clean it up for me. It was a beautiful day, so I didn't mind at all. But here's the best part, because of the extra wait, Jackie saw me and mentioned that he had gotten my repair covered by my extended warranty (which I had forgotten about). That let to saving the first $300+, because we went back to the cashier who was able to void my charge. Then, because of the wait, I took a second to ask Jackie about a Thermostat repair that I had needed while on vacation earlier this month in WI. He said that should be covered by my ext. warranty as well and proceeded to put together the information for me to make a claim. This stands to get me reimbursed for $1700+. I feel like I owe Mike $2000! Just because he wanted me to wait for 5 minutes while they washed up my vehicle! Thanks guys!!!! (times 2000)
They were a very pleasant team. They handled my service and waived the diagnostic fee due to me using Moses to get the job done. That was great because diagnostic can be pricey
I brought my 2002 Buick Rendezvous in without an appointment as the car died and would not restart. The car did start at the shop then later the problem recurred. No code was identified and the car started fine in the shop. So the problem was an intermittent problem that could not be tracked down. The mechanic was careful not to throw parts at the problem which I appreciated. I drove the car home after a week. And I bought a new battery, new side posts to start with along with a portable jump start system. So far so good. The shop made a good effort on an old car which I appreciate.
I've been coming here for the last 7 or 8 years and you really don't know what type of customer service or treatment you're going to receive. Sometimes the customer service is great and other times, it could use some help/training.
Great people to deal with. Sales rep Lance Coleman is the best down to earth low pressure sales there is. We are very happy with Moses GMC. Bought 3 new vehicles there before.
My wife and I have purchased multiple vehicles from Moses dealerships over the years. This is the third or fourth from Moses Cadillac GMC. We have always been treated fairly and courteously by everyone there.
Everyone was really nice. I have told so many people about my experience, how easy it was and how fast they worked to get me the deal that I wanted and could afford. Ranson Ward was great and treated me so nice and done everything he could to get me in the SUV I wanted. I had to pay for my first oil change (was not happy) b/c I was above the 20% oil life. Went a few weeks ago with oil life above 20% and had the oil change done for free per agreement purchase and Moses went back and had my first oil change reimbursed through warranty. I appreciated this and will probably take my vehicle back beyond my next 3 free oil changes. Was impressed by how they took care of me.

went there for an inspection sticker and oil change, was charged for the labor and received a rejected sticker because of the vehicles tires. There was no courtesy warning before stripping the old inspection sticker off my vehicle which is the last thing you do after performing the inspection. It takes a few seconds to check the tires which should be the first thing you do during the inspection because of how fast and easy it is to check them. But i was charged for the labor of the inspection. They should had stopped the inspection after seeing that the tires needed replaced which would have been a few seconds into the inspection. There was no reason to have charged me 11 dollars and then ripping my sticker out of my window. They didn't have to do that, they could have let me know first. Now there just trying to hide behind saying that it's the law and they have to do that. That's baloney. I know that's convenient because it helps there business because your more apt to buy tires from them. well i refused tires and took the rejected sticker out of my window and went somewhere else the next day and got a inspection sticker with those very same tires on my vehicle, then turned around and bought some tires cheaper somewhere else. But the difference is not that the tires were cheaper but i have as much time as i need to put them on whenever I'm good and ready and not have to worry about a inspection sticker.
Amazingly fast service. Had to have a water pump replaced. Called in the morning, dropped off at 1pm, and pulled outta the garage at 3pm. Repair covered 100% with the premier extended warranty coverage, which i now strongly recommend. Service manager Greg is great at his job.

I brought my 2020 GMC Terrain in for the first oil change. The oil was over filled by at least 1/2 Qt. The washer reservoir was not filled. So much for good service. I’m doubting that I will return……

Before I went to Moses, I checked Google reviews to see what kind of rating they received from customers. I decided that the majority were very positive so I drove to the dealership and checked on a few Dodge Ram trucks that were advertised. George Bratt came out and assisted me in choosing the truck I was interested in. I had researched the pricing and felt like they were giving me an excellent deal. I was also trading in my Jeep Rubicon and they gave me a fair price on that as well. It was late on a Friday night and the Finance manager stayed late so that I wouldn't have to come back. I've had a couple minor issues and each time everyone at Moses stepped up and took care of me. George has even contacted me a few times after the sale. If you are looking for a new or used car, look no further. They have earned my business. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. You won't find a better dealership in my eyes. Jacob Skinner worked very hard finding a truck that was very close to exactly what I wanted. I am sorry thAt he got sick before we finalized the deal, but Lance stepped in and provided the help we needed. The only problem was a day later the check engine light came on in the truck. Again, Moses came through and made an quick appointment to check it out.
Everyone was welcoming and ready to help as soon as I arrived at the dealership Jacob and Amos helped me through the process and got me the car I was looking for. The finance department was wonderful as they took their to search for a lender until they found one. I would recommend this dealership to everyone because they know why they are there. I purchased my first brand new vehicle in April 2014. The salesman and finance department were both amazingly helpful. I absolutely love my 2014 GMC Terrain. In the 3 months I have had it, I have already put 6,000 miles on it so it required the first maintenance. I easily scheduled the maintenance online, received a reminder phone call and when I dropped it off I was very pleased with the staff. They gave me a ride to my work and confirmed when it was done. I was surprised to find a shiny clean vehicle when I picked it up as well!! Very pleased with Moses Downtown!!!! I highly recommend!!
Great dealership with a professional sales team. This was the first time dealing with any of the Moses dealerships. I had to complete 95% of my deal over the phone because of my shcedule and it was still a pleasant experience. Ryan Gilleran was great to work with and went above and beyond to help me get a good deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
My 2012 GMC Terrain is the first vehicle bought from Moses. The service there is excellent! I am not really too happy with the Terrain and its too soon to trade but wouldn't hesitate to buy another make vehicle there since I have been treated professionally and no problems with the service department. They have been wonderful. This is important to me and will keep all this in mind when time to purchase another one. I definitely recommend Moses.
Had a couple of recalls and needed a tire rotation. Used the App to schedule everything and the Moses team took great care of me when I arrived and called me the minute everything was complete.

While traveling through Charleston, my transmission failed. Moses scheduled to diagnose the problem at 8:30 the following morning. Once they confirmed it was the transmission they were able to replace it by 2:30 that same day. I would highly recommend Moses service department.
Here I sit at Moses and my car is still sitting outside waiting to be serviced. Reason for my frustration, they called me and schedule this appointment. Oil change etc. I bought 7 cars from this dealer. If busy should let me know.
Returned to Moses maintenance on a day that they weren’t so busy. Received the outstanding service that I am accustomed to. My one bad experience does not change my positive opinion of the dealership.
The salesman (Tim) was nice, friendly and helpful. The problem is my brand new GMC Sierra broke down 12 hours after I got it home with 70 miles on it. It broke down on a Saturday at 4pm. When I called, “Derek” said I could not get a loaner until Monday, so I was stranded at home for the weekend after paying 40k for a vehicle.
Scotty Fields was very helpful in getting us our truck in the color we wanted. He explained everything is detail and was very helpful and always courteous. We love our new truck and at our first stop on the way home was already getting compliments on it. Thanks Moses downtown!

I originally inquired about a vehicle through their website and received a quick response! I worked with Lance for the majority of the time and it was a phenomenal experience. He made the process efficient and painless. I ended up driving 4 hours from out-of-state to pick up my 2016 Ford F-150 SuperCrew 4x4 Platinum. While there, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming too! This is my 9th vehicle I’ve owned and this was the best car buying experience. My service manager Allen was out to lunch when I arrived for my appointment, so someone took over in his absence. I told them I was going up the street to get lunch. When Allen returned, he noticed my vehicle out front, and that all the maintenance items I had requested, had not been completed. Upon my return, he promptly apologized, took care of everything, and gave me a discount on service, as I had to wait a couple of more hours on my vehicle.
I was very satisfied with my experience in dealing with Moses of Charleston and their staff. The salesperson Blake and the finance manager David were both very friendly and attentive to my needs in finding me exactly what I wanted. This was my first new vehicle, and I absolutely love my brand new 2014 GMC Sierra! Thank you all for your assistance and I will certainly consider you again for future purchases.

From Mike to Greg to Bill everyone showed much respect and attention to fixing my GMC Denali. They went the extra mile and had numerous technicians take a ride in my car to pin point exactly what the problem was. I also want to thank the two courtesy drivers.. They make it easy and always provide great conversation to and from.

We ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere which fit my family needs better. (No Fault of Moses Downtown) However, my experience was so enjoyable it should be documented.
Every single time I have taken my Enclave I have left Moses pleased with the service I received. They do everything humanly possible to treat their customers in a way that makes them happy to return.
I was recently thinking of what a sharp contrast this is with trips to dealer service departments back in the 70's. I'm sure you all recall what THAT was like. I promise you won't get even a hint of that sordid past at Moses.

Each time I have service work completed on my GMC Terrain I walk away thinking how nice their service department staff is to the customers. Allen my service rep is the nicest guy and is always pleasant and respectful. It is a great service department and I recommend it to others.
I had preordered the parts needed to repair my vehicle. The parts came in within two says and I made an appt. To take the vehicle in. My appt was at 10 a.m. and I was out in less than two hours. Greg in the service dept said he had talked to the mgr and I didn't owe anything. I really appreciated his doing this for me. He always goes above and beyond. Thank you Greg.

It was ok, took a little long but the work was good. Who ever worked on my suv had changed every setting it had air front & Back, radio,computer setings, you name it. Took 2 days and the book to get things back right.

My 2011 Cadillac SRX starting having problems around the week before Christmas of this year. The wheel bearing was going out and I was supposed to leave for Florida the day after Christmas. I didn't have an appointment for Moses, just took a chance and showed up at the service center on Tuesday the 22nd. Greg my service guy took my car in and had the repair finished by the end of the day. Yeah! And it was still under warranty! Even better! I really like Moses in Charleston. They do things right.

These guys are so great I can't say enough about their professionalism and friendly thorough services! I usually come in a little late and this time they took me on a Friday afternoon before my cross country trip and was able to service my car with oil change and tire checks. It turns out this was all under warranty and although her friend said to me oh you're going to pay a pretty penny, it turned out to be completely covered by my warranty. Took our daughters car in for a problem. They fixed the problem plus tweeked some issus they noticed . They filled the windshield washer tank and cleaned the car. Wheels and rims were shining. I purchased my 3rd vehicle from Moses on 4-12-2023. I was in a precarious situation with my trade-in and Moses staff could not have been more helpful and understanding and made what would have been a very stressful situation peaceful. The salesman, David Banda, spent two days with me and went above and beyond to make sure that I chose the perfect vehicle for my needs. He obtained a car in a different color and style to compare, allowed multiple test drives, showed me comparable prices, and helped me reach a deal I was happy with without one ounce of pressure to commit. The finance manager was easy to work with and gave options and explained everything in depth. All of the staff were friendly! I highly recommend this dealership and will go back again in the future. Again, ask for David Banda-he was excellent and just a great guy to work with:)
