First time I’ve ever bought a car, and I was referred to Enterprise by Chris at Avis rental Yeager airport- I had to rent several cars last year when taking my late husband to his chemo treatments and gif to know Chris. This was the easiest car buying experience as I’ve been a part of the process but never bought on my own. Terrance had the best personality and was so happy to help me. The manager April was wonderful and made things fall into place.

I had an extremely positive experience from the initial preapproval online, to the sales team down to the car buying process itself. I dread coming to dealerships because I always get taken advantage of and leave stressed out but this time was certainly different. I had forgotten about Enterprise Sales until my Enterprise rental car rep recommended them when I had totaled my car. I shopped a bit online found something I might like and decided to try and get preapproved to see if it even made sense to come down and shop. After I was preapproved, Jade had contacted me to schedule an appointment. She couldn’t catch me by phone but we were able to communicate through email n which she was extremely helpful. Upon my arrival at the dealership; I was met by Mark. Mark asked what I was looking for and he delivered. He showed me 6 cars and took the time to explain each of their perks and if there were any cons. It was super cold and I had our two kids with us so he was extremely patient. I finally settled on one I wanted to test drive and I continued to look at the ones he showed me to make sure the test drive car was the one! Once I committed the paperwork was painless and he had us finished in less than 45 minutes (which I was grateful for because our kids were starting to get bored). The following appointment Preston helped me take care of my down payment and was so patient when my card declined several times because I maxed my limit. They were all extremely personable, respectful of what we needed AND was not pushy by any means. I 100% recommend Enterprise Sales in Charleston to assist you with your used car purchase!

Bought a minivan here and had a great experience. Went to trade a used forester for a truck and had a bad one. Manager ‘appraised’ our vehicle without leaving his office. Would not recommend to trade a vehicle in, but would purchase here again.

This is my 3rd experience with Enterprise (specifically this location) but this is my first car solely in my name, I’m so very grateful for all the extra miles Brittany & Erica went for me to get my own car with limited credit. Not only did she call me after hours with the news that she found a car for me but she listened to all my requests and needs in a vehicle. I spent a better part of two days in this location while they worked on a good deal for me, seeing these employees with other customers and witnessing the behind the scenes on how they treat their customers. It’s absolutely astonishing how kind they are and how invested Enterprise is with their customers. I’ve said it a million times before and I’ll say it again, I’ll forever be an Enterprise customer. I could t be happier with these folks. Hopefully I can break down the good for you, because there wasn’t a single thing that was bad. 1. Super quick. Spent three to four hours at other dealerships in the area. 2. The process is very transparent so there is nothing hidden or places in the contract that you don’t know about. 3. Super friendly staff that enjoys working there. 4. They don’t add “points” to your approval. Most lots will add an additional 2-4% on top of your finance rate so they make money on the back end. Not here. They give you the exact amount the bank approved you for. I’m in the process of repairing some bad credit and they got me 13% when others were asking 19 and 20. 5. The standard warranty far outweighs other lots used warranties. I bought the extended warranty that covers bumper to bumper at ANY ASE certified shop. No reimbursement, they pay the shop directly and immediately. The tire warranty was worth far more than the $5 per month added. 6. No complicated processes that require proof of your first borne blood type. Showed paystubs foe the last thirty days and that was it. I highly recommend going to see Jonathan at this location. I’ll be buying all of my vehicles here from here out.

My credit score was below 700 and labeled "fair" by Credit Karma.

Best car Buying experience , that I have ever had! Please ask for William Jordan Tyler !!! I applied online and got a call to come in and take a test drive. I was surprise how quickly the process was with no pressure! I purchased a car with 22,000 miles on it and the next day discovered the air conditioner was not blowing right. It was taken car of immediately and I was given a rental. Enterprise was out of rentals during the day, so the manager gave me his new 2017 Pathfinder to drive til mine was fixed. I love my car and the customer service!!!!!

We had shopped all over the valley to find that “ hidden gem” ... a car we loved at the right price and low payments. Jason searched for a better rate one more time. He found us an even better deal. It was a great trip down there even during this scare. Our vehicle went out on us during this time. I had a very positive experience dealing with Enterprise. My car window had gotten smashed in and I get all of my rentals from them anyway. I got to talking with the rental girl and she put me on to the car sales side. Once I got into contact with them they brought me in and turns out there was a problem with who my current car's loan was through. They were very patient in waiting for me (a whole 5 weeks) to deal with the problem. They continued to check up on me and ask for status updates. When it was all said and done I got an excellent price on the car I really wanted. I have been 100% happy with my purchase.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Sales folks very kind and helpful. The whole process was a welcome departure from the usual dealer scams and tricks, there were *none*. No pressure. No long list of add-on fees or inflated prices or haggling battle. Prices just under KBB, Carfax provided, very clean and well maintained. A straight forward no nonsense approach that will definitely bring me back as well as strongly recommending to friends and family. The entire experience exceeded all expectations, and IMO should be the way all cars are sold.

Came to the dealership expecting I could only afford a small vehicle, left the dealership with the 2016 Hyundai Sonata and still under my budget, practically new and low on the mileage. I don't know that I will ever go anywhere else to buy a used car again! The guys at the Charleston lot were awesome. They aren't your typical car salesmen. I genuinely believe that they are there to help you purchase a car, not push you into buying something you don't want or need. I am cautious and cynical, but they were patient and helped me through the whole process. The biggest plus is that my credit is good, but not outstanding, and yet they are the only place that could get me financed for a decent monthly payment. I love my car and like I said in the beginning, I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for used cars!

Absolutely the best large purchase experience EVER! Jonathan was fun, friendly and extremely helpful with knowledge of our vehicle and the process. Jason in Finance did all he could to get us the best possible financing option. There were a couple other sales occurring at the same time as ours and it was such a light hearted family-oriented experience that no one minded a little down time while the process was working. We had our 7 year old daughter with us and the sales staff engaged her and kept her involved and even entertained. Enterprise Car Sales is different. You don't have the crazy stuff that you see in most dealers. You're not pressured to buy the car. They talk to you about the car, show you the car but if it's not the right one, no problem. The sales person sat down with me first and asked what kind of car I was looking for; what features I liked in my current car; and what features I did want in a new car but could be flexible if they had something that met all the other criteria. He also asked what my ideal payment would be. From there I got the car I was looking for.
