We have just purchased a Subaru Ascent from Dutch Miller Subaru and were 1st time customers. Our experience with these guys was great. We could actually look and drive the car with no pressure. Everyone was awesome and they gave us a really fair deal. After the sale they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything at all which was very cool. Excellent customer service. The service department was extremely friendly and helpful. The gentleman that waited on me personally escorted me to the waiting area since he could visibly tell that I was disabled. The work was completed sooner than promised. Once the work was completed he backed my car close to the door so I would not have far to walk. I would definitely recommend Dutch Miller Subaru.

I had a great experience with Dutch Miller Subaru. I was getting information about Subaru Gold Plus warranties and reached out to Dutch Miller for info and a quote. Within 15 minutes of sending an email I had a reply from the finance manager Nick. To put it bluntly Nick quoted a price that blew away the competitors. With a few emails exchanged and brief phone call I had purchased the Gold Plus warranty for my Outback. The process was quick, easy and painless. Nick took time to answer my questions and made it easy for me to purchase the warranty from my home in North Central WV over the phone and with some signed forms sent over email. I can’t speak to the other elements of this dealership but my experience with Nick was great. I would assume that same experience would carry over to the other parts of this dealership too.

We've been car shopping and dealing with all manner of sales staff at different auto dealers in the area lately. We went in to see and test drive a Subaru Crosstrek at Dutch Miller Subaru, but ended up deciding to purchase a different vehicle elsewhere. That said, Rocky Hamer, the salesman who helped us was fantastic and very helpful while we were there and never made us feel pressured like some other dealers. I was actually looking forward to doing business just because he made such a good impression, but ultimately the vehicle options themselves (including the fact that it's currently so hard to find a Crosstrek in the trim we're after in person) made the decision for us. If you're shopping for a Subaru in the area, I'd highly recommend reaching out to Rocky though.

This is a great dealership just like the rest of the Dutch Miller locations. Devin my salesman was great and made the process very easy. The sales manager and finance manager were amazing as well. I came in with my own financing, but they still offered to match or beat the APR. They gave me the best possible price considering the market. Times are tough in the vehicle market right now and they are doing their best to accommodate that while still running a business.

They have really good deals and warranties also rocky was my sales assistant, he was kind did not push me in one bit and made the whole experience fun and exciting; as it should be buying a new car! This coming from someone who had a lot of anxiety towards buying a car. Two weeks after getting my car I got a flat, they towed my car for free fixed the tire for free squeezed me in that day. Everything was free and covered under my warranty which was awesome!

My husband and I were in the middle of a long road trip and our car’s dashboard alerts suddenly lit up like a Christmas tree. Thankfully we were close by Dutch Miller Subaru and they were able to look at our car almost immediately. We live on Lake Norman in NC. This dealership, and it’s wonderful staff went above and beyond to surprise our daughter with her dream car! We had looked everywhere and they made it happen. Not only did they make it happen, but they went beyond what any dealership has done here for us on the lake! Rocky our salesman, was perfectly perfect at doing the smallest details! He even had his florist special make a specific bow for her car when we delivered to her 5 hours away, and 2 states down! In the midst of a road trip back home to Michigan, we had car trouble and were able to make it to the Dutch Miller service department in the mid afternoon on a Friday. We greatly appreciate that they squeezed us in to get us back on our way by 5 pm, as it was really looking like we'd be stuck all weekend. They were able to check over the vehicle and diagnose the problem, assess the safety of driving several hundred more miles to home, and did this all at no charge! We were very impressed with Nick Campbell, who was our service advisor and made sure to answer our questions and get this taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. We were also pleasantly surprised by the dog friendly waiting area and kids play area, which eased the stress of our situation!

Was very happy when i bought my Outback 6 months ago. But now a little disappointed. Just had to come up with $600.00 for all new tires. Turns out they knowly sold me a car with dry rotted tires. I have been driving around for the last 6 months on unsafe tires, thankfully I didn't have an accident. When i suggested that they be more careful. About selling cars with dangerous tires all salesman could do was say sorry I didn't know.

Recently took my 2018 Subaru Forester into Dutch Miller Subaru dealership for a repair on the air conditioner compressor. I was told the entire process would take approximately 4 hours, and was surprised when the repair was completed in only 90 minutes...and at no cost to me. Excellent service from this dealership--I would highly recommend to anyone needing to purchase a new car or for service repairs.

Actually I do have a question I use to work at a dealership and i had work done on my vehicle and the parts and labor are under warranty, but they didn't bleed my brakes nor did they inform me parts that I had still at warranty when I took it in was now gone and also didn't tell me that they over tightened the brake caliper screws so they stuck. So its went back 2 times over that still have replaced 2 pairs of shoes and need roters now. But I know if you have parts and labor they will pay another garage to do it just have to send in report to them. I really need a good mechanic to fix my old truck up I've spent over 8,000.00 in just almost the 2 years of having it. I want a new vehicle and my old truck but I need a reliable and trustworthy mechanic that's not going to lie. With that been said I have been told that car dealerships offer a service that would do something to get parts and labor payout from another dealer if everything is under warranty and if so how do I go about doing so because they have ruined my poor old Ford. Any info would be appreciated and helpful. My father-in-law was head man that built your buildings.

Had a vibration. no appts available for 2 weeks but they were willing to squeeze me in for diagnosis. Tech Diagnosed as after market roof rack problem. I wasn't happy with this answer and was highly skeptical as this rack had more than twice the miles on it as the car it is currently attached to. tech was 100% correct. turned out to be an easy angle adjustment. Bolstered my faith in Subaru service. Thanks Dutch Miller Subaru!
