This was my first time purchasing a vehicle sight-unseen and Jason made it all possible. I live in Michigan and given the used car market in late 2022, Astorg in WV was the closest location with the vehicle that I wanted. Jason made a very detailed video of the vehicle I was interested in, pointing out every tiny mark on it so that I could know exactly what I was buying. He also patiently walked me through the purchase process numerous times, answering questions and providing options on how to have the car delivered up to Michigan, including driving it himself (!). Excellent customer service. Sean from the Parkersburg office spent a lot of time with me searching for the vehicle I wanted. He drove to Charleston to meet me at Astorg there, and test drive what ended up becoming my Volvo V60. The entire team in Charleston and Sean made it a breeze to purchase our car. I had been looking for months, and had been given the run around at so many places. I wanted to spend my money in West Virginia, and was so happy to finally find exactly what I wanted here. They took great care of me, facilitated everything, from test drive, to financing, to their concierge service to demo the car and its features. Super useful. Purchased a Chevy Silverado out of state. Price was fantastic. I love the zero negotiation approach. Shows their are willing to put their best price forward and take care of their customers. Justin assisted us greatly in the process, and had a driver bring the vehicle from 3 hours away. The purchase was easy, we applied for credit online, got approved quickly, and rates were VERY competitive. The process was smooth, and we were informed all along the way. Justin even took the time to send us a video walk-around of the truck. What service!! Kevin was our salesperson and was on standby for any questions. I arrived at dealership unannounced to see the vehicle of interest in unprepared condition. To complicate issues more, my contact was delivering a new vehicle out of state. So you could imagine this situation would be confusing at best! Wrong, I was immediately greeted and taken to vehicle. It was as described to me online (I reside 2.5 hrs. away from dealership). The car was immediately moved to the detail shop. I was taken to the sales office, paperwork was filed, documents closed. The vehicle was cleaned, prepped full of gas and ready to go upon leaving the office. The remarkable part, it took only 1 hr. This is truly a large accomplishment that can only be performed by a group with excellent teamwork and experience. Job well done!!! I was truly impressed and will consider Astorg for any future purchases. Many Thanx! PS - While negotiating online for this vehicle - they offered to deliver vehicle to my residence 150 miles away. I wanted to preview it personally, This my friends is customer service at its finest.

Excellent service of my Audi. You will need to arrange a loaner 3 weeks in advance, and their shuttle radius is 10 miles from their dealership. My first two 10,000 miles services took 4 hours each. They have a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi and snacks.

I have been a customer since 2003 having purchased 8 vehicles and just took delivery of my newest one; Ryan Gilleran is the best of any of the sales people i worked with. I favor Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles; with Covid, the chip mess and other supply chain issues, Ryan worked with me for months to acquire a firm order for a 2022 Land Rover, knowing how uncertain being able to get one would be. He was patient, explained things very well, was responsive, never impatient, and, kept me up to date at each step of the way once we received a confirmed order from the UK. He really made the entire experience "fun"! When the vehicle arrived, he sent me photos, had it prepped and drove it to my house (140 miles) with all the completed paperwork to close the deal. There were no surprises or last minute issues at all. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle; he will not disappoint you in the least!

I contacted my trusted salesman at Astorg Auto of Charleston, Steven Reese that morning, explained what was going on, and basically he said, “Say no more.” Granted, I wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle without a full warranty, so rest assured it was covered, but Steven: - secured a super nice loaner - had it dropped off at the house that afternoon - took my vehicle back to Astorg - inspected, identified, and fixed the issue - tested the car - brought it back home... ...all by Tuesday at noon. The best car buying experience ever! Kevin Campbell was my salesmen and he was AWESOME! I inquired online about a vehicles availability. Kevin calls in minutes to let me know yes it was available. I was stuck at work and couldn’t get to the dealership before they closed. He brought the car to me so I could look at it and test drive it!!! This also allowed him to gather all he’s info on my trade in. I decide to buy the car and he sends me a link for a credit app. Next morning I get a call with my Finance options, paper works gets drafted and I get a text from Kevin letting me know everything is ready to go. I Go to the dealership and it maybe takes 10 minutes to sign my paper work and the keys are my hand ready to go. The Car is already detailed and filled up. For me the worse part of buying a car has always been the time consuming process. Not here, this was a 5 star wonderful experience, thank you Kevin

I hate dealing with car salesman because, for me, it usually feels like they could care less about me being happy with the experience or the vehicle. They just are interested in closing the deal. I do fill the loaner before it is picked up, however it is then driven by your personnel back to the dealership. I think that needs to be taken into consideration when reading the gas gauge.
