I had the best experience at the South Burlington Mazda Dealership. Not only do I love my new car, but the level of customer service I received exceeded all expectations. Laid and Celeste were wonderful to work with! They were transparent, patient, followed up promptly, and most importantly, listened to me as a customer. I felt like they were as excited for me as I was about my new vehicle, because they knew my story and why I was getting one (which speaks volumes from a customer service perspective and a sales perspective). Laird and Celeste have a life long customer with me-I highly recommend working with them!
Though my most recent experience with Sales was not perfect, the Service department has completely turned around my perception of this dealership. I have been bringing my CX-5 there for service for a year or so now and they are fantastic.
I love that the techs working on my car send me a video showing me their findings; super helpful! Shawna has always been patient and great to work with. I also love the rewards program!
South Burlington Mazda is definitely a dealership I would recommend. My old Mazda 3 has been serviced here for years, and I have found them to be courteous and professional. Thanks to Laird's excellent service and assistance, I was able to get my new SUV in two days and trade in my Mazda 3 for a reasonable price. Besides being an exceptional sales professional, he is also a very kind individual with a very wise mind. Celeste has been helpful as the management throughout the process, and she is also a wonderful individual.
Always incredible service. Laird was a fantastic salesman to work with when I bought my car, wants to get you in the right vehicle for you, not pushy at all. Every time I go in for service Shawna is incredibly helpful and personable. 10 out of 10, never even had the mildest inconvenience with South Burlington Mazda.
I needed help changing license plates held on with rusted-solid screws. South Burlington Mazda was able to get me in for service the same day that I called, plates were changed with new hardware quickly, and the video provided of the service was very impressive in its information and professionalism. I have had many experiences with different car dealerships in and around South Burlington. South Burlington Mazda is by far the best of them all. They have an amazing team whether it be sales, service or parts. It is my opinion that they are the most trustworthy and honest new car dealership in the entire state of Vermont based on my experience. Their technicians will fix any type of vehicle, not just Mazdas
Service has always been comprehensive, honest, and accommodating- really appreciate the video reviews direct from the technician. That guided me to recently lease a new car here. There were some scheduling, communication, and availability hiccups, but they were quickly corrected- and little things like those pale in comparison to what other dealers can do to mess up. Once received, the sales associate (Marissa) provided excellent assistance and helped to me to get what I really wanted. She and her team respected and adapted to my decisions, allowed me to take any time I needed to think, research, and discuss with others, and we even spent a good time just in general conversation. The process was very transparent and no pressure, and the team has frequently checked in with updates and how I was liking everything. They even invited immediate "How're we doing and could we do better?" while I was there. I think this dealership has a team of great, real, people that just want to help you get and like what you're looking for. My previous car buying experience (elsewhere) was nothing short of "Hostel"-style horror, but working with So. Burli Mazda has restored my faith that there are good, honest car dealerships out there. When my lease is up, I'll definitely be back at this one.
Travelling and called the dealership because we were having issues with our car's key. Upon arrival a team member quickly ID'd the problem, got new batteries in our key and sent us on our way. I was mentally prepared to be off the road for most of the afternoon, but these guys couldn't have been friendlier and helped us out (no charge) in just a few minutes. Great service.
They were able to fit me in the schedule for a oil check and getting car ready for winter. They were friendly, quick and thorough. I really enjoy the videos they send of the work they do and what they found. Great transparency. And they don’t push unnecessary work. I find the charges to be reasonable. And the Wi-Fi is great for working remotely
Laird is awesome! If you are interested in a Mazda he is the guy to talk to. Not only is he not an “overseller” but he is very knowledgeable and just an all around super nice guy! So happy with my purchase the team is great!

South Burlington Mazda has outshined other Mazda dealers I’ve visited in the past. From the quality and personalized service to the genuine human smiles you receive once you walk thru their doors. It goes a long way, especially when making an investment into your car.
What I appreciated the most on my recent service, a general checkup and oil change, was the personalized video of MY Mazda. The mechanic who worked on my wheels created a video to show me his POV. This I found to be a unique and priceless tool, especially if you find yourself not being a car enthusiast.
Quick and valuable service and was comfortable in the waiting room where you find a wide selection of Green Mountain Coffee and other soft beverages. Great experience. Great people. Even if under construction, the future of this dealership is nothing but going for the highest of standards.

Had to take my car in for a recall issue. Everything from initial call to pickup went well. I was given a loaner vehicle to use while they worked on my car, and a technician texted me if/when there was something to report. I give their service department an A+!
From the start to finish my experience was excellent. The atmosphere was laid back and fun. The sales team did not put on any unwanted pressure to deflate the enjoyment of acquiring a new vehicle. Job well done!

First tire rotation — Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The service team was friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and easy.
The team was incredibly helpful and flexible when it came to get my CX-5 back on the road. The diagnosis was quick and they even reached out on my behalf to make sure the warranty covered the parts a labor.

Oct 2021, South Burlington Mazda is a great place to purchase a car. All of the people we dealt with were courteous, professional and friendly. They made us feel comfortable and confident with the transaction process. We highly recommend them for your car purchase.
Oct 2022, just had 10k mile service check and oil change. The service department is very helpful and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! I purchased my Mazda a week ago from South Burlington Mazda, and I am absolutely impressed by the quality of their customer service. From my experience with Laird and Chris during my purchase, to scheduling and completing the undercoating with Shawna, Kyle, and Charles, I have had nothing but amazing service. The Sales and Service staff here are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this dealership, and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

My first experience with South Burlington Mazda was in the middle of COVID-era car buying. Despite all of the challenges this created for the process, the team here went above and beyond in locating my vehicle in the combination that I wanted, and did so quickly. They also provided me (by far) the most competitive rate for it when compared to all other Mazda dealerships in NH, NY, and beyond. My salesman, Ryan, was excellent, as were Chris and the rest of the team.
To be great in the sales arena is one thing, but to then back it up with an outstanding service department is rare. But yet again, they delivered. Shawna, Charlie, and Kyle in service have been caring, fair, and flexible when I had a challenging situation with my vehicle, and always went above and beyond to rectify any concerns I might have had. Gary, one of their lead techs, is top-notch and exercises more care and attention to detail with my vehicle than I have ever seen with any dealership.
In summary, South Burlington Mazda has been the best dealership I have ever worked with, from sales, to service, to the staff, and beyond. We returned a few months later and bought a second vehicle from them, and I will be referring my family and friends. If they continue to provide outstanding service, I am confident that finding a place to buy my next vehicle will be an easy decision.
The service is always great, reliable, I feel like they take good care of my vehicle without breaking the bank. Mechanics and sales staff don’t push and it always feels like a good conversation. The video summaries of recommended service is a great feature. Highly recommend.

I recently went in for new snow tires, an oil change, and a non-clicky gas cap. The service itself was fairly priced (there was a deal on tires) and fast and I love the new texted-video thing everyone else has already mentioned. Very interesting!
There was a snafu with the appointment itself that they remedied quickly and then went above and beyond to make it up to me. Shawna, in particular, was awesome! (She was also great on the phone, helping me choose my tires a month ago.)
The only improvement I'd make to this new location would be to add some outdoor benches so folks can wait outside on nice days.
Hands down the most impressive, all around, team-executed customer service experience of my entire life - at a car dealership, no less. I have been in customer service my entire life and what Burlington Mazda did to accommodate our family and specifically, my daughter, was eye watering. Charlie in Service went well beyond my expectations and over-delivered in every regard. Our technician, Gary, not only performed the most through multi-point inspection in the industry, he recorded the entire process and sent us the video - remarkable on every level.
I’ll quickly rewind back to the car buying experience where Ryan, our sales agent and Chris, the Sales Manager treated us like family from start to finish.
No question about it, I will buy multiple vehicles from this one-of-a-kind organization and recommend them to everyone I know.

The staff were great. The staff that left forgot to order the pasty needed to put on a hitch, but the people who were there were fantastic. They also sent me a video of my service check which was a great touch. I’m a satisfied customer.

My family had an amazing experience purchasing a CX-50 from Ryan. Madzdas are superior to any other brand in its class, the staff is friendly and helpful.
Top notch service department. South Burlington Mazda has the best service department I have ever experienced. The service writers were welcoming and friendly and had me signed in and in my loaner in a matter of minutes. The video they sent me showing the underside of my car and my air filters was excellent and it really helped me to understand my car better. The service manager Kyle went over each item of my service in detail allowing me to fully understand exactly what happened to my car. I will bring my car here for service every time, and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I recently went to South Burlington Madza to look at new cars. A couple hours later on the same day I left with my dream car. I was able to test drive the car on dirt roads and they even filled my tank before I left the lot. I really enjoyed my customer service because as a first time car buyer they helped me out a lot. The staff at So. Burlington Mazda are always courteous and kind. My reason for 4 stars, not 5 is this: every time my car is serviced, it comes back to me with dirty greasy hand prints on my white & tan interior and dirty boot scuffs in door jam and floor. I may be picky, but that's not how my car went in. If anything, my car should come back cleaner than it went in.

I had to bring the car in for some problems before leaving town the next day. They got me in even though I had no appointment. All the people in the service department are friendly and knowledgeable.
I was able to make my appointment online, when I arrived to wait with my car I had a comfortable spot to wait and I got a video from them about the service. Everyone was kind and helpful.
Everything was done that I asked and I love their video showing everything they looked at such as looking for leaks in the engine hoses, tires, brake pads, etc. I waited and it took the hour and half they said it would. Love the Big Deal too. This was a very good visit!!

I had such a wonderful Experience at Mazda. One thing that I loved was they work as a team. Laird was my main sales man, but Marissa is the one who helped with the Delivery! The first time I came in Laird was busy but Ryan was extremely helpful! When you walk into the dealership You can just feel the positive environment they have there. When Chris came over to finalize everything I was happy to tell him how great he is doing with his sales team. I haven't seen such a great team in a long time in a dealership. Highly recommend going through Mazda. I love my Mazda In general but it is so much better knowing it came from a dealership that is a team, helpful, and also caring for their customers. My biggest thing that I appreciated the most was how Laird came and brought the papers to my work that had to be sign. I work 12 hour shifts and getting time off is hard, but Mazda was patient and helpful in all the ways they could be! highly recommended. I promise you will not regret!
Definitely a five star experience at Mazda South Burlington and that’s due in no small way to Laird who handled the sale. He was friendly, smart, helpful and most professional as he guided me through the long process. I was most impressed with the whole operation there and hope I enjoy my new Mazda for a long time.
Every experience I have had at Mazda have been amazing. I have a BMW that I bought through Capitol City and therefore for the first 2 years I receive free oil change and tire rotations. I do not plan to change dealerships for my service even after this free service package ends. Their customer service is impeccable and they are very accommodating! Very impressed.
The team at South Burlington Mazda goes the extra mile. They are very courteous and accommodating. I was also surprised with the new videos they send you of your car during its service. I found this super helpful. Charlie also set me up with some extra parts I needed and they were ready and installed for me during my visit.
It was a very pleasant experience. They had our exact car on the lot and we could have driven it away that day. Laird, our salesperson was very knowledgeable about all the car features. Celeste the financing person found us an even better rate than I had explored the previous evening.

Honestly I would not have thought a service center would ever get a 5 star rating from me but these guys knocked it out of the park. It’s my first time there so I was new to their method. I love that they take a video of the inspection they do of your car. They showed me all the items that needed attention plus had some positives about areas that were ok. Shawna was amazing. Even walked me out to the car. Both reps were great. Will definitely use them again.

Phenomenal experience! We had so much fun! They were honest, let us spend our time looking at vehicles and didn’t push anything higher end. They were focused on what would actually be the best fit for us! This was huge because we just came from a different dealership and I had to ask multiple times to get my own keys back after they evaluated my trade-in. These guys gave me my keys back right after they were done looking at my truck. They gave me a very good and reasonable offer on my trade in and worked with us regarding the value / price. They were very down to earth, not scripted. They let us take time together alone to discuss what we wanted and didn’t push. They waited until we were ready which was huge! We seriously enjoyed our time there and they made it a great experience. I have never been to a dealership where the employees have that kind of character. Eric, the person we worked with was amazing and the General Manager, Chris was also just as great to deal with. We highly recommend these guys!
One of my favorite places to get service done. Always quick, on schedule, and the Video Review of the service and inspection is AWESOME... it lets you see everything they've looked at, what the results are, and why they are making any service recommendations.
These folks were so incredibly helpful, patient, and pleasant to deal with. Being busy it is sometime difficult for me to find quality shopping time. They were there and made things work to more than my satisfaction! Together as a team they made things work, from getting me the exact color and model I wanted to remote designing of docs. Highly recommend their performance and personality.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at South Burlington Mazda yesterday (6/30/21)! Chris, Celeste, and Eric made the process of buying a car an easy, relaxed, and enjoyable one. From the family-feel of the dealership's atmosphere, to the laughs, to their commitment in working with the customer rather than only being focused on the sale - it was something I hadn't experienced before at any other dealership. I never felt pressured, pushed, or talked into anything. They worked within my boundaries and never stuck a toe out of them :) I will be back in the future and I HIGHLY recommend going to them if you are in need of a car. I've never owned a Mazda before nor have I ever felt like a car was completely meant for me until I walked into the doors of South Burlington Mazda and left with my new car. I am very pleased with my experience from beginning to end! Not to mention I absolutely LOVE my new car! No regrets!

We come from two hours away and Shawna got us in and out very quickly! Great service and with a video of what was being done to our cx5, that was way cool!!! My only complaint was the prices on their web page and what we received were a bit more then advertised. Which I don’t mind if I feel I’m getting great service.
The technicians were very polite and helpful. They sent me a video of what they were looking at and proposing to do along with an invoice that I could chose what service to have done or not have done. They stayed in touch with me throughout the day and made paying for my service quick and convenient.

From A-to-Z, whatever you need, the people at Mazda in Shelburne are happy to do what it takes to impress. Went in for an oil change ended up needing a Full brake job including rotors. Although I was expecting to have to do this soon I wasn’t really prepared to do it that day but they gave me such a great discount that I couldn’t refuse. The icing on the cake was how quickly they were able to accomplish everything. I believe I was in and out of there in just under two hours. With all of that being done that’s pretty amazing. I highly recommend them for all your Mazda needs.

Eric and his team were incredibly helpful and professional. I drove two hours to make my first dealership purchase here and it was totally worth it. Eric had everything ready once I arrived, all I had to do was sign. Made the purchase easy, not an all day process like other dealerships.
Everybody was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. They do not put any pressure on you to buy anything. They even stayed late to complete all the purchasing paperwork. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a car - new or used. Best time I have ever had buying a new car.

This is my first Mazda (2021 CX-5 Signature) ever owned and both the vehicle and the dealership have convinced me that I certainly made the right choice in both regards!
1st time buyer as I live 2.5 hours away but worth every minute. Got an AWESOME deal on a truck I have been researching for months ! Pretty much negotiated the whole deal via text and phone calls. Tom was great at keeping me informed. Chris worked some magic with the numbers and made it all work out and Celeste got me a lower financing rate than my own credit union. Great experience. Will definitely tell family and friends its worth the scenic drive to Burlington to deal with these people!! They were honest and friendly and got me the deal they promised. I came in with a few issues. While in the waiting room I was sent a text message to a link. The video attached to the link was of my car and the technician walking me through all the issues he had found. I thought it was amazing! I was finally being shown car parts that I have heard over and over but you nod your head and act like you know what they're saying. This time I KNEW WHAT HE WAS SAYING! Then Shawna came over with a break down of the cost. So reasonable AND was able to make it a little less expensive somehow. They work WITH you and break it down as if they're teaching a class. Best experience I've had getting my car serviced...EVER! Thank you!

I would like to give 5 stars for the service here, but an issue came up that gives me hesitation. After dropping my vehicle off for an oil change I received a message with a link to a video from the technician who was doing the service work. The video showed the areas of concern and was quite informative. Then I received another message detailing the recommended work, and associated costs. I opted NOT to do the additional service work. However, the message has toggles next to each item for consideration, and it APPEARS that you need to check them off if you want that particular work done. I was wrong. All the items are default checked, and you need to deselect the work you do not want done. So, to make a long story longer, I mistakenly authorized for ALL the work to be done. A mistake that cost me a couple of thousand dollars. Next time I will speak directly to the service department after receiving a list of recommended work items. Just an FYI for anyone reading this.
I actually had a great experience with South Burlington Mazda Service Dept. Kyle was very personable and kept me appraised of the status of my repair service. They were able to perform my oil change service within that one appointment, while I waited-1 1/2 hours. However, an issue with my brakes required a follow-up visit with good news that the repair would be covered under warranty. I am actually glad they are located closer than my other dealership because it saves valuable driving time & gas to get service performed on my Mazda CX-3. Win-win!

My wife and I visited many dealerships and we always left feeling a little bit icky- because of the pandemic this is not a buyers market, there is little car availability and whatever cars there are sell fast. We would make appointments to see cars and the cars we went to view were often dirty, dented or clearly not well maintained- and the dealerships didn’t need to put in the effort because someone will buy the car as is. My wife has a very busy schedule and had limited time to visit dealerships. She’d call ahead and inquire about a car to see if it was worth it to go visit and see it in person. Often times the salesperson would give her the run around, “why don’t you come in and we can discuss pricing etc.” -Never giving her a direct answer over the phone. This was not the case with Mazda of South Burlington. When they heard that it would be hard for her to visit they offered to let me take the car for the day and drive it out for her to see. They were accommodating, flexible, and direct. All the cars we saw were clean, washed, and well maintained and you could tell that they take great care and pride in their inventory.
Special shoutouts go to the staff of Mazda of South Burlington. It truly felt like a friends and family environment. We didn’t ever feel like someone was just trying to make a sale, they truly just wanted us to feel happy. We primarily worked with Eric, who has golden retriever energy and we love it. He is incredibly honest, helpful, positive, and all around a genuine person. Along with Eric we also got to interact with Laird, Chris and Inna. I brought my car in for diagnostics, and unfortunately my car wouldn't do the thing I wanted them to check out when I was there. I thought that might happen so I can't equipped with a video, and they did a couple quick adjustments based on what they say in the video, and sent me on my way. So far the issue hasn't come back! I was in and out in about the hour I expected to wait. Quick and painless.

My experience with South Burlington Mazda is unique, I think, in that I actually purchased a vehicle from several states away! They had the exact vehicle I had been looking for (transmission, year, mileage, color, price, etc...). I'd never purchased a vehicle in this manner before and it was honestly a bit stressful on my end, but the team at SB Mazda overall did a good job of being attentive and valuing my business - even from several states away. I even received their local membership and service coupons in the mail. I would recommend them to anyone hoping to find the right vehicle both locally and even a bit further out.

They took precautions with this virus, the employees all wore mask. And took a video of my car underneath to show me what was wrong with my van. They were all nice and even helped me with my phone. Showed me that my tires were really bad , and needed 4 new tires, plus showed me on video what my brakes looked like and why they didn't pass inspection, so need to replace all my brakes. wasn't too happy about that but I know it needed to be done. For me and my grandkids safety.
Our experience at South Burlington Mazda was exemplary. This contrasts with our experience in THREE other Mazda dealers (where we met sloth, indifference, lack of knowledge, and, even, stupidity). Refreshing, indeed--and they had the model we wanted (which we bought). The place was tidy, friendly, welcoming, and instantly we felt we would be treated as if we mattered, like the mature, responsible adults we are. Our salesperson, Marissa, was just swell: patient, careful, friendly, competent, and blessed with a sense of humor. Mr Olsen the manager and his wife (bookkeeper) took the time to make things clear, respond to our questions; they even had time for word play and jokes. For once, we found car-buying a pleasure, not a chore, and we look forward to service in the same mode. BRAVO ! ! !

While I was in the process with them trying to figure out how to fit an extended warranty and tires all into my price point was very stressful, but Tom always called me to give me updates and he always tried to make sure I was happy. When Tom told Chris the head manager I believe all the details Chris called me, and said if you get the extended warranty we will give you the tires. I was very happy and pleased knowing that they all wanted to help me anyway possible. That day I picked my car up and couldn't be happier, but for some reason the low air tire warning light came on. I couldn't call Mazda because it was already after closing hours, but the next day Tom called me and wanted to see how everything was going and told him about the low air tire warning light kept on coming on even after putting air in the tire. Tom told me to come back to Mazda and drop the car off and we will lend you a vehicle until we can figure this out. I do have faith they will help anyway possible, and they truly do care about their customers. Hopefully I don't have to change this at a later point but only time will tell. Thank you again Tom for all your hard work and always trying to figure out away to make everything work. This has definitely has been life changing for me and you guys made this happen.

Eric was very helpful in what was my first time going through the process of getting a newer used car after years of driving around old Subarus. Entire staff helped me get into my nice new(ish) Chevy Malibu as quickly as possible! A couple people were even there after closing time to finalize my paperwork, really went above and beyond.

The review will be biased because I purchased a CX5 from S Burlington Mazda and did a lot of research before my purchase. I was going to buy a RAV 4 but during a test drive with RAV 4 ,the engine raced at a stop sign and I than read that sometimes the transmission lurches forward so I decided that Mazda was more reliable than Toyota or Suburu. Staff at S Burlington outstanding. I like Tom and Erik in sales… Excellent. No one annoyed or pressured me which I appreciated. A +

I have a "really big deal" on used Hyundai Sonata I purchased two years ago from this location. It has been easy and hassel-free to cash in on the free maintenance and state inspection stickers. The price for repairs is reasonable. The service department has some people who clearly communicate and aren't looking to drag the last dollar out of their customers.

I recently purchased a beautiful Jeep Compass Trailhawk through Autosaver Max and I had hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Chris the GM was so attentive and helped us through every step. We originally went there to get a different Jeep, it was coming from another location and the wrong was one sent but it worked out for the best!! He even helped us get our car insurance lowered, I don’t have enough good things to say about Chris and everything he has done to help us out.
I had a service issue that dated back to PJs. Although it is new ownership they took care of it immediately to my full satisfaction; something PJs never did after two years and 21K miles. TBH, I really expected a hassle as I didn't know about the new ownership. I couldn't recommend them more. I really felt as if they cared about having my business. I've never said this about a dealership before but you can't have a better experience than I just had with them.
BTW: I don't know the sales staff, except for Laird, who sold me the car while it was PJs. I'm glad that he is still with them as he was as knowledgeable and helpful as any car salesman I've ever met (and I'm now 69 years old). Also, for the price you can't do better than Mazda. I'm on my fourth and my son is on his third.

Eric was incredible...I am a pain to deal with, and I was buying an older Porsche to boot. It had a couple quirks but overall its a nice car. Eric went miles beyond the average sales person. This car being 200 miles away from me, was a stretch for my search circle, so he did all he could to ease my concerns. He took pics before detailing, after buffing and up on the lift it went. Camera in hand he took pics of what I asked. He and the dealership allowed my wife and I a half hour drive (thats how long it takes to show oil issues). I am also 6' 3" and needed to know if I could fit for my commute duration. The answer is...no, not really, but I love the car so oops I bought it. Eric put up with me and never hinted that I may be driving him crazy. The Chemistry of the whole dealership is a positive one. They did not know much about the history of the car, but strived to help me make an informed decision. Thank you guys. From sales and finance to the great young guys that detailed the car. You have my kudos.
One request though...please use shorter screws for your advertisement plates. The screws went thru the license plate holder and into the front bumper facia breaking the paint of the car. I kept the review at a full 5 stars though, because in fairness, we were treated in a friendly and respectful way through the entire process. Stuff happens.

I believe I got a reasonably good deal on my new car, and was quite comfortable dealing with Ryan, the genl mgr and the finance mgr. I took a lot of time looking at financing options and they were very helpful and patient as I considered what was best for me.
Kevin Dunn was a great salesperson and I have to say that the entire experience dealing with Autosaver Max was one of the best I have had with a car dealership. I drove a long distance to see a truck I had identified on their web site and Kevin was ready for me when I showed up, and the process of taking a test drive, filling out the purchase paper work , and finalizing the sale was quick and painless. They were also able to deliver the vehicle right to my place of work in New Hampshire, 200 miles from the dealership, the next day. I really like the fact that they have good prices in a no-haggle environment and they did not pile on unexpected fees.. If you have tried to buy a vehicle at another dealer I think you would be pleasantly surprised with the difference at Autosaver Max. Make sure to ask for Kevin. One final thing - Autosaver Max has 13 locations, I believe, and they offer free inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, etc for three years after purchase. That is a nice benefit. Just bought my Kia there, I hate going to car dealerships bc most every time you get attacked by salesman that’s why I go on sundays they aren’t usually open 😊 well they were and I was pleasantly surprised when Chris approached us and completely accepted when we said just looking thanks. We went on driving through looking at cars then I spotted one I liked Chris gave us space he didn’t come over until he could see there was interest in a car. He was so great never once did I feel pressured ( like you often do ) that first car didn’t end up being the one but three cars later and Chris found us our car.

SB Mazda was able to get everything done I asked quickly and found a few things that needed to be fixed too. They now have videos of your car to show you what's wrong, which is helpful.
I went online to contact them to get an inspection done (AAA 40-point inspection, free for AAA members). Autosaver MAX is one of the places AAA has listed, and AM has a section on their website to set up an appointment for whatever you need. Great, right? Well, I set it up for the date that they had available, gave them, of course, my information, and didn't hear back from them. I figure it's because it's a free service I wanted (I assume that AAA pays them a reduced price). Extremely unprofessional and I'm NOT impressed.

It was an exhausting experienxe and I am not completely satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. The following day I wanted to cancel the deal which they refused to do what they did was to reshape the deal to accomidate some of my concerns . I had contacted them through fb messenger and he contacted me back really fast we had some issues with documents going through properly or the banks not excepting certain ones and then thought bank statement was going to work out and had to drive 1.22 mins back home to grab another paperwork but got it all sorted out and I was able to drive away same day with my new van I love it so much ❤
