Chris O. at Shearer was super helpful. Last year, he made my daughter's Tiguan purchase fantastic. This August, I drove with her in her car as she moved to Colorado. After such a great drive in a car that was smaller than I was used to, I decided it was time to downsize and/or go hybrid. I reached out to a few different dealerships, and by far...Chris and Shearer were superior! Unexpectedly. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and left with my brand new car within hours! They had inventory and ready to make the transaction as easy as possible! You won't go wrong at Shearer and with Chris!

We have purchased two cars from Shearer VW of South Burlington (a 2013 Tiguan and a 2022 ID.4 AWD Pro S). As such, we have trusted and will continue to trust the sales and service at Shearer with all of our vehicle’s needs. In October 2021, we started our electric car journey and education with Sam Williams. She was knowledgeable and extremely personable. She took great care and time to talk with us about the VW ID.4 and to show us its many features, as it would be our first electric car. She provided information but let the quality of the vehicle speak for itself, without adding pressure, or a hard sell. Additionally, she answered many questions both in person and very promptly via email. Fast forward after a year wait, we picked up our ID.4 this past October. A month later, I brought it back to Shearer to have the undercoating done. Unprompted, Sam had a loaner car ready for me, anticipating the fact that I wouldn’t want to be without a car for the day. Sam definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. So, if you are hoping to purchase a VW in the future from Shearer, don’t hesitate to speak with Sam and rest assured that she is well versed on the ins and outs of any model that might strike your fancy. It has been an absolute pleasure working with your team on Shelburne Road in Burlington, VT. From the moment I decided to make a call to your dealership to the moment my new vehicle was serviced, I experienced nothing but attentiveness, quality care, commitment to product and customer service. In fact, one particular employee went above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. I could not be more proud to be an owner of my first VW product and look forward to many years of partnership. My story may be a little more unique than most, but I am fairly certain that the level of customer service that I have been exposed to in Burlington is not unique at all. Still, I feel it necessary to highlight my appreciation. It was a typical cold Saturday morning in Vermont and I was just about out of charge in my VW ID.4. I was heading to a family funeral out of state, when the charger decided it did not want to fit into the charging port. After about an hour of being flustered, I called the dealership and spoke to Jerry who politely offered to have his team take a look. Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at my friendly welcome, the sights of the crisp and modern showroom and ultimately the caring and compassionate customer service that I experienced. It turns out that I had ice lodged in the charge port that the team was able to fix immediately. I witnessed a team approach to make this happen; Tom, Andrew and several others came together to make me feel welcome, valued and cared for. While the car was charging a bit, Andrew gave me a complete walkthrough of the many wonderful features, an opportunity I was not fortunate enough to have since my vehicle was purchased out of state. I would have liked to use the Shelburne Road dealership, alas, the product was out of stock and my need for a new vehicle was great. Andrew shared that he could be a contact for me moving forward in any future service needs I had. Unfortunately, another bump in the road came shortly after we met. The next day, very early in the morning before attempt two at heading out of town, my level 1 home charger decided to get stuck in the charging port. After hours of trouble shooting, I reluctantly called Andrew to ask if he had any suggestions. He assured me that we would figure it out, but may need to be creative as the dealership was not open on a Sunday. Andrew went above and beyond by traveling to the mountains of Underhill to take a look at my new vehicle. Although he was unable to get the charger out himself, he had a theory, which would ultimately fix the problem and get me down to Massachusetts just in time for a family funeral. His theory was put into practice by a genuinely kind tow truck driver with Bee There Towing out of Richmond, VT. Andrew’s knowledge of the vehicle, problem solving skills and boundaries with regards to role recognition saved the day. On his day off, Andrew was kind enough to travel a distance to meet a customer’s needs in an emergency. Loyalty to customer is something that VW in Burlington Vermont clearly takes pride in. It was evident throughout the entirety of my experience, which I will be sharing with anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Word of mouth travels fast and far in Vermont and I look forward to sharing with others the positive interactions I have had despite some odd luck. I am tempted to give a terrible rating because of the huge problems with this car, but that wasn't Shearer's fault. They were honest with me about the cause of the issue, they took the time to seek warranty coverage even though it wasn't going to be covered, provided me photos I requested. They were responsive and patient. Austin answered me when I asked a question, if all customer service people were like him, auto repair would be easier to deal with. Once I decided to have them go ahead with the repair it took a little while, but they explained why and kept me updated. It was understandable. Do not fool yourself into thinking this rating applies to VW overall. The auto we purchased is a piece of junk. You should be ashamed of cutting so many corners to make up some of what you lost on diesel-gate. That was your own fault, and cheating customers with your "certified" rating is sleazy. I am not through with VW or the dealership from which we bought the car.

I’ll spare the long version of my story, but what I can say about my experience with Shearer is that Hillary and the management made up for the horrible financing scam I experienced with my local dealership and the car I had to walk away from there. Hillary knows the inventory for miles around and also saved me from buying a car in Massachusetts that had chip issues and not the features I was told it had. Lesson #1: Always get a copy of the window sticker for the vehicle you want to buy. She remembered what I wanted in a car and had me in a vehicle that was fresh off the truck within 24 hours of my desperate phone call. I should’ve stuck with her from day one and not bounced around for five weeks!

I booked a an 11/28 appointment in September and dropped the car off on that day. I did not hear anything all week and left a message on Friday 12/2 and Monday 12/5. No response. Finally I connected with someone on Tuesday 12/6 only to hear that the work had not even started! I drove up to the service center in the afternoon, ready to pick up the car without the work being done because I needed it back. The car was in the shop then and I decided to leave it - work was finally completed to a good standard on 12/9.

In late August 2022 I purchased a 2016 VW Golf from a VW dealership in Virginia. Unfortunately, when the car arrived in early Sept it had a faulty 1st gear. I repeatedly tried to contact the VA dealer but they declined to speak to me. So I took the car to VW here and Service Consultant Austin Hemingway connected with the VA people who eventually agreed to provide a certificate for repairs. The work took just over 3 months due to spare parts orders but Austin kept me up to date on all that was being done throughout the ordeal. That excellent service made all the difference for me. Give that man a raise.

My husband and I found ourselves unexpectedly looking to purchase a new car and stumbled into Shearer VW after the 4th of July holiday weekend. We were introduced to Sam Williams and our car buying dreams came true (I am not joking)! I have truly HATED purchasing cars in the past, as I have always felt pressured to make a decision on the spot and add extra bells and whistles I wasn't actually interested in... this was not at all the case here. Sam was patient with us as she explained the process of ordered the new id.4 and we NEVER felt pressured to make a decision we didn't feel comfortable with and she very respectfully offered to leave my husband and I alone to chat when we were trying to make a final decision about everything. She was prompt in her response to every single email or text and never put on a "used car salesman" vibe with us. Fast forward 2.5 months later and we were surprised with an email from Sam saying there was a car available... again, Sam made everything so easy for us, taking our deposit over the phone and patiently walking us through everything the next morning including which apps to download for charging etc. The icing on the cake was the people at Shearer VW helped us offload our Subaru Outback seamlessly, which was such a relief. Service Consultant kept me informed when the car was going into the bay and when it'd be ready for pick-up. The 20k service work was completed as expected utilizing the 'one free service appt' which was including when buying the vehicle. I kind of expected to get upsold on items outside of the free service, but instead got cabin filters included for free. Another big win was warranty repair (or was it full replacement?) of the Infotainment Center which had been a little glitchy (it would lock-up, or screen would go blank, etc). I told him what was wrong with my vehicle and he asked me if I could leave my vehicle for the day. Eric connected me with Ryan when I got to the dealership. They made sure I was able to get a loaner vehicle as I didn’t have another car or ride. Ryan made sure they fully understood what was wrong with my vehicle. He followed up later in the day letting me know my car may not be ready before they closed but made sure I could keep the loaner until it was fixed. I was surprised when Ryan called me at the end of the day telling me my car was ready but the service department was closed so I could pick it up the next day. Austin was there early Saturday morning so I could get my car. I appreciate that they all worked hard to make sure I got my vehicle fixed so quickly and that they were able to loan me a vehicle. I hate the whole car buying experience. If I could I would order my car online, have it delivered, and be done with it. Having said that, this was my first ever VW purchase and it was very simple and not at all annoying. I pre-ordered an ID.4 and paid my deposit. The dealership contacted me not long after the initial deposit was made to introduce themselves and then sent a few updates along the way. Once the car was ready we made an appointment, went in to finalize paperwork and payment. As compared to my recent experiences with two local Toyota dealers, this transaction was pure pleasure. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Hillary was excellent at her job. I told her what my son was looking for as he is in Virginia over the phone and she told me what she had coming in and we picked our model jetta and color and she told us the delivery date. During our wait she gave me updates on delivery so we were not left wondering which was excellent as a 23 year old son with no wheels can be a little impatient. She called to tell us it was in and ready for pick up on the very date she said which is rare in these times. My son had to fly into Burlington from Virginia and of course got held up in DC which affected me picking him up. Hillary volunteered to get him from the airport if I couldn’t make it on time. I thought that was awesome and couldn’t believe she would do that for us. I ended up being able to pick him up but at least I had a back up in Hillary! When we finally made it to the dealership it was great. They had all necessary paperwork ready to go we just signed and out the door we went. Like 15 minutes total time spent at dealership which is great if you ask me. If your in the market for a great buy on a car just call and ask for Hillary she’ll make it happen.

Given the distance I travel I have to wait for my car and like that the chairs are comfortable and the temperature fine. My closest dealer should take note.

I purchased a certified used vehicle in October 2021. At it was winter at the time and I decided to purchase 4 snow tires and have them installed before driving my car off the lot. Last week I went to take my tires out of storage and put them on my car. The service advisor Austin Hemingway was upfront about telling me that the tires had very little tread on them and that they may be unsafe for me to use and if I did install them, they would be very noisy and possibly put my car out of alignment. I thanked him very much and couldn’t believe I had to pay for brand new tires when I had just bought a service a certified used vehicle and had not even driven on the tires I had stored . I decided to buy the four new tires not very happily. After giving it a little thought I decided to talk to the sales manager Ryan McRae. I also noted to him that my car was aligned before I bought it and the tires I had stored were in fact unsafe. Ryan researched all the notes and it was found that a mistake had been made that the car should not of been certified with the tires that were on it. And this is where the story gets interesting, Ryan and Austin put together a package for me and I was able to get four new snow tires without any charge. Who knew? I cannot say enough about this dealership. If you’re purchasing a new or used car and you’re thinking about a Volkswagen or maybe you’re not even thinking about a Volkswagen maybe you’re thinking about another car but try a Volkswagen and try Shearer VW, they will not let you leave until you are a satisfied customer. It wasn’t just one incident with me it was actually three. Shearer has surprised me with amazing customer service both in dealing with the sales department and with the service department. My first car was an Acura, followed by an absolute lemon of a Chevy. Andrew at Shearer VW helped me get out of my Chevy and into a VW lease. I’ve never leased before, so I had a lot of questions and definitely needed some convincing to go that route. Andrew was super transparent and actually listened to my questions / concerns to help me figure out what was right for me, which ultimately (to my surprise) was a lease. I never felt pressured, even when I decided to walk away to think on it for a few days. I would highly recommend Shearer VW (& specifically Andrew!) to anyone considering buying or leasing a VW. The service department at Shearer is also great. I usually work with Ryan and it’s always a pleasant experience! I have only been in a handful of times for routine service like winter / summer tire changes, but it’s a smooth process and I never have trouble making an appointment within a few days.

I'll just say it , buying a new car can be a huge headache. With some sales people you can literally feel your life slipping away. Not With Jerry Fisher. My transaction went like this. 2 Email's , and then I picked up the car. Let me explain. I asked him for a great Price on a Golf R. He gave me a great number , I counter offered. Done. No silly back and forth, no time vampire b.s. Just an easy , respectful , courteous transaction. Considering I couldn't make it in to test drive the car for a week out. Not once was there any pressure. He simply said " see you next week then " . Talk about a guy who respects your time. He waited a week for me to show up. The day I came in to test drive , I showed up a little early . The car was ready and waiting for me to test drive. Because he knew the anticipation to test drive an R was killing me. He know's what it's like. He's a car guy. So he accommodated me. SO , what did we learn in this review ? The car was ready for me . the deal was the best I could find and I didn't have to spend 2 months going in circles between some sales person and the " manager " to get a good deal . 2 emails and . It was simply ,,, simple. I've purchased many new cars in my years. Never have I encountered such a painless new car transaction .

There were three factors that lead my wife and I to buy our new Atlas from Shearer. 1) In this very volatile market, where many dealers we looked at had large market adjustments over MSRP, Shearer was fair in their pricing. 2) They worked to find the exact trim and color we wanted even though it wasn’t in their current inventory. 3). Good folks to work with! I've purchased two VWs @ Shearer, and had the occasion to have both worked-on under warranty. Both cases were for the always-tricky intermittent type of failures. It's tough to fix what ain't broke (at the time you are trying to fix it). Working with Lizzy in the Service Department was great. She was great with communication, and really seemed to want to get to the bottom of the issues... even when it took a while to be able to have them reproduce the failure. While I was bummed to have to give up my new-ish car for a week, they were generous with the loaners. Honestly, if Shearer was closer to my home, I'd probably have them do all the work on my cars. I also recently had a windshield replaced at the Shearer body shop, and working with Patrick was great. Again, excellent communication, and they did great work.

I've always had pleasant experiences at Shearer VW, this visit was no exception. Austin Hemingway was quite helpful throughout my longer than intended visit. Went in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation - needed a full set of new brakes which I was not planning on so ended up in the waiting room for 4 hours. When settling up, Austin removed tire rotation charge since they had to remove wheels for the brake job - seems like a no-brainer but not all dealership service centers would make that change. Little things like that are important and appreciated. Also, was able to get a lot of work done on my laptop in the spacious waiting room while I waited.

I recently purchased a certified used car from Shearer VW and dealt with Chris O'Connell for the transaction. Chris was very friendly and helpful with the purchase side of things and the finance department was also pleasant and helpful when it came to completing the myriad of paperwork buying a car entails. I am opting for a 3-star review for the simple fact that the car I purchased had been previously owned by a smoker and pet owner and the car had not had an interior detailing service completed before I took delivery of the vehicle and this fact was not disclosed at any time during the process. Not having this knowledge up front, I presumed the smell I was detecting during the test drive to be the "new car smell" of a used car from this dealership as this was my first purchase here. Sadly, it was not - and as I suffer from pretty significant allergies to both smoke and pet hair/dander, I had to pay to have the interior of my car detailed (including seat and headliner washing) so I could be in it without my eyes swelling shut from an allergy attack. This of course caused further issue as the seat washing adversely affected my passenger airbag dash notification icon and I had to bring it in to the service department for a diagnostic check (which I paid for) only to be informed that I shouldn't have had water touch the seat as it may have damaged the sensor, which I would then have to replace. For the price, I think the car should have been cleaned before taking delivery - or at least disclosure about the previous owners smoking in and having pets in the car should have occurred. I have also now purchased seat covers and a cargo liner and the staff in the parts department have been exceptionally helpful. All in all, I am happy... I just wish I could have been happier. 10/19/2021 Service Review - 4 Stars - I recently brought my car in for a service, which included a brake review. For this review, it was determined that I needed new front brakes and rotors. When I came to pick up the car I spoke with Austin about this charge and I explained that I felt that I shouldn't be liable for the brake charges as the car had been in my possession for less than three months and I had put only 751 miles on the car since I took delivery of the car. After some back and forth, Austin was able to remove those charges from my bill, for which I was very grateful. Overall, I was pleased with my recent service experience.

I just bought a "fixed" Golf Sportwagen TDI from Kevin Correa. I actually went into the service department to make some repairs on my 2013 Golf TDI and as I was cashing out Kevin asked me why I hadn't traded it in yet. Honest question. I had no good answer other than I LOVE my TDI and couldn't be parted from it. Kevin told me that I could get into a 2015 TDI Wagon for almost no money if I returned my 2013 Golf for the buyback. Just had annual oil change/inspection done on our 2014 Golf TDI, assisted by Tyler Fontaine in the Schearer service department. Beyond the free inspection, what I like about Schearer's service is that they don't ram expensive interval services down your throat if the car doesn't need it. They checked the filters, alignment, etc and found everything in order other than the oil change, so that's what they did and was all I was charged for. Tyler was pleasant and courteous as well, an attribute that front-line customer service people seem to forget too often today.

Only downside of the experience was a minor oversight in a small service that was supposed to be completed prior to me arriving for pick up however he rectified it on site and it was in the midst of a clearly chaotic and busy day, day before Christmas Eve, on a Friday, during winter season mayhem, and he made it happen. Also, the service was not what I brought the car in for in the first place, it was something they caught that needed attention, I had to make a call to my previous dealership and called back and left response on voicemail. Really excellent experience at Shearer VW with Austin Hemingway and the service team. We were in the area on vacation in our Passat and had a dashboard light go on indicating a light was out. Stopped in very late in the day (too late even to get checked in). Austin offered that if we came in first thing the next morning (we were staying overnight in Burlington), he would get it taken care of. Sure enough, in and out quickly and inexpensively (bulb replacement in the blinker/brake light), and the full safety check produced tools left under the hood by our home dealership in a repair that was done just a few days before (we'll be speaking to them about that!). Kudos for the eagle eye of the technician who did the safety check and saving us what might have been a very expensive repair and dangerous situation if the tools had fallen into moving parts in the engine. All in all, quick, helpful, pleasant, flexible, accommodating and professional service. Thank you Austin and the Shearer VW service team.

I worked with Chris, who made the entire thing such a positive experience from start to finish (and beyond!). I felt like he really understood my desires and my concerns, and was ready to address them and find the right fit for me. He did a great job answering a ton of nitpicky questions from me, down to finding the exact part number of something in the repair history. In addition, I am appreciative of the member of the finance team whom I totally grilled about the warranty to make sure there weren't any surprises (spoiler alert: there wasn't). Chris walked me through a variety of options and really did a fantastic job helping me evaluate the pros and cons of each. It was also very beneficial to hear him share his own experiences as a long-time VW owner, having had no experience with the make myself. I had an absolutely fanatical love for my previous car, so it was difficult for me to think about the prospect of moving on, but hearing him speak about how much he loved his VWs gave me confidence that I too would be very happy behind the wheel of one. I never felt pressured into anything, and I never once felt any sort of dishonesty. There was a clear difference between working with him and the other salespeople elsewhere. He didn't hesitate to agree to have the team address a few minor cosmetic defects, and they did an incredibly good job fixing them. I've been driving my VW for about four months now, and have had zero issues or surprises. Chris made sure I knew the ins and outs of the car before I left the lot, and it really helped make the transition from my previous car feel very natural. He also followed up several times over the last few months to make sure everything was going well, and was happy to answer any questions I had and make it a good experience even beyond the purchase. I just purchased a brand new 1st Edition ID.4 from Shearer VW. Paul and his coworkers were incredibly helpful throughout this process! Thanks to their hard work, I was able to take delivery on this car several months earlier than expected. And the car is an amazing work of engineering. I've driven an electric VW for over five years now. My eGolf was always peppy, reliable, and so much less expensive to operate than a gas-powered vehicle. I was able to drive well over 100 miles on a charge, even in the winter! This was way more than what I needed for my day-to-day driving, and was especially effective during the pandemic. I decided to order the new ID.4 late last year shortly after they were announced. I was excited that this car had a much wider range and at how quickly I could recharge the car while on a long trip. When I placed my order, I hoped that my new car would arrive in the fall of 2021. I was thrilled when Paul reached out to me with the news that they had a car that was quite similar to the one I had ordered - and that it was the first edition (which sold out long before I had placed my order). I picked up the car late last week and have been thrilled with how well it drives. Paul provided an excellent tutorial on how the car worked, pointing out all of the things that were new and different my older eGolf. I remain quite impressed with how carefully the engineers at VW rethought the essence of a passenger car. Their efforts make the car so easy to drive and recharge. I cannot wait for it to be safe for me to travel long distances with my new ID.4. If you've been thinking about getting an electric car, I highly recommend the folks at Shearer VW.!

These guys are so good I drove three hundred miles each way to buy here. Seriously, they had the car I wanted and I drove from RI to get it. Andrew Saward made the transaction really seamless. When I first inquired about the car via email Andrew responded within a half hour with a walk around video of the car that he had just taken for me on a bitter winter’s day. He was super responsive and followed up, but was never pushy. He quoted me a fair price, gave me a fair trade on my old VW and smoothed the way throughout the transaction, so that when I arrived most of it was already done. And the price he quoted me was the price I paid. I have purchased from other dealers where additional fees materialized when signing papers and writing checks. My 2019 Tiguan was overdue an inspection by 9 months. I called the service department and Ryan A Maxwell answered. I mentioned I’d been trying to get car in, but appointments were booking out for some time and difficult for planning-my schedule just wasn’t matching up with availability. He asked if I could leave the car for the day and get worked in. For me that is a perfect solution. I brought the car that evening (last Thursday). Friday am I got “the call” about needing new brakes and rotors. My car was ready to go by 1100 Friday morning. The car stops, so props to the mechanic staff. Additionally they noted I had an outstanding recall that I hadn’t yet been notified of, so that’s fixed as well. I paid over the phone with my debit and my sister picked up the car, noting the pick up was smooth and without event. I have been taking my older VW TDI to Shearer VW ever since moving to VT (about 6 years now)...while I haven't always been thrilled with the bill (which is no fault of the fine folks at Shearer...my VW is getting sort of old, after all) I have ALWAYS been impressed by the service staff. To a person, everyone in the service dept at Shearer VW has been incredibly helpful, personable and more than willing to do whatever they could to make my service experience as pleasant and painless as possible (which is saying a lot, in light of my aging car and its occasionally steep repair costs!). For my most recent visit to the service dept, I had the great pleasure to work with Lizzie Smardon; she not only nailed it on the helpful/personable/willing fronts, she raised the bar by doing it all with a great expression of warmth, humor and relatability. Even though I was shelling out WAY more than I had hoped for repairs (again, NO fault of Shearer, my car is old and I've put off repairs for longer than I should have), I found myself wishing I could have this sort of customer-service-from-a-friend interaction on a regular basis. I manage a customer service organization and have been in that type of role myself for a number of decades so can very much appreciate not only the professionalism and capability that a person like Lizzie provides, but also have an understanding for the value (and rarity) brought by all of her 'soft' skills (ie: humanity/compassion/humor). My final request as a customer: if Lizzie ever decides to move on from Shearer VW, can you send her my way?

Recently we visited Shearer VW for an oil change. We are in Burlington frequently for my wife's medical treatments. When I picked up my car Austin Hemingway, Service Dept., spent some time going over needed maintenance on my 2019 Tiguan. This was a welcome change from the service at the VW dealer where we purchased the Tiguan. From the very beginning we have had a series of problems - air bag error lights, check engine lights, driver assist errors making the signal on my side mirror that a vehicle was in my bling spot, cruise control inoperable. The dealer would say they fixed these items, but within days the same problem occurred. My frustration & anger just kept growing. I did not believe Austin & his mechanics could fix these items - but they did. I held off with this review to convince myself this work was really accomplished. Austin and the Service Dept. has my Tiguan running as it should. Austin was professional, and patient (I can recite all my complaints with this auto). He is a breath of fresh air for us and has restored our faith the Tiguan is a good car. Leasing my Tiguan from Shearer was a refreshingly easy and straightforward experience! Kristin was incredible and knowledgable, communicating with me via text and email throughout the whole process but never at any time pushy or demanding (as I have experienced at other dealerships). It felt like she was prioritizing my preferences and happiness. The vibe in the rest of the dealership was similar. It was genuine and welcoming. The only time I had to go into the dealership was to test drive and then sign paperwork. I especially love that VW lets you add miles for cheap in the middle of your lease if you think you might need more. I was considering a different car as well as the Tiguan but Shearer won me over with doing car sales in a different way, making it easy and never being pushy. Also, the UI of the Tiguan is spot on and easy to use.

I entered the VW showroom just to see what they had to offer. Less than an hour later, I was convinced that the Golf Alltrack would be a perfect car for me! The saleswoman, Kristin Thayer, showed me the car that had caught my eye on the showroom floor, then took me to her office where she answered my questions with expertise and friendly guidance. I never felt at all pressured, but rather reassured, a feeling that one does not usually expect from someone who wants to sell you a car! Had the dreaded sunroof leak on my 2017 Golf Alltrack. Lizzie kept me updated through the entire process of diagnosing, service contracts, warranty coverage, and ultimately the repair. A leaky sunroof is an expensive problem and Lizzie was incredibly helpful, honest and truly a joy to work with. The situation was a bummer and had it been handled differently could have soured my feelings about Shearer and VW. Lizzie not only treated me with respect she was pleasant, honest and accommodating.
