We had been looking for a new car for a while. My husband is in a wheelchair, and we also have a live in client who has a walker, transport chair, and O2, and an 11 year old daughter. We needed something that we could fit us all into and all the added equipment. Alex was wonderful he showed us the Buick Enclave and it was perfect nothing else we had looked at had work we couldn't even get his chair in let alone anything else. With the Enclave we can get everyone in and all the equipment! Alex understood our needs and did just try to sell us a car we didn't need or wouldn't work for us. And when it can to the financing the team busted balls to get us the best trade in value for my car and the best rate and monthly payments. Payments we could actually afford within our budget. ALEX and Everyone at Key is great! Buying a new car is very stressful but Alex made it as easy as possible. Thank you!

We were greeted promptly, the service advisor was personable, friendly and professional. He went over all recommendations with us. We had to wait for the vehicle, so we were shown to a customer waiting area with complimentary coffee and snacks. The car was completed in a reasonable time frame. The service advisor personally came over to us went over everything an even brought the car to a convenient location for us. Great service

We were very happy with the service. We actually went in to see what it would cost us to turn in our lease as we were looking at a different manufacturer. The sales person Brenda was very good at her job as we left in the PM with a new Buick Envision leased vehicle. There was no pressure what so ever, and Brenda is looking for a Colorado or Canyon for me as well

Had a great experience at Key this week. We went in without an appointment and Sophie greeted us upon arrival. Very nice young lady went above and beyond. I have had a few bad experiences at dealerships in the past, not about money but about how I've been treated as a person. Staff typically are dismissive and act as though the last thing they want to do is help you. That is not the case with Key Motors. From the moment I made my first appointment they were nice, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They also do their due diligence-I had an emissions trouble code and they found that even though my car is a 2014, there was a warranty there to cover the cost! I never would have thought to look since my car is so old. I wish I could give 10 stars. I will be buying my next Impala at Key Motors without a doubt!

1st off Brian L. my salesmen was great! But my complaints are these. They really pushed me to hurry up come in and sign.... sign... to secure a car that I wanted wouldn't be sold. It should of been held for a buying customer just my thought! after signing then to be told...I have to wait a couple weeks to the car because they didn't have the drivers to bring it from another dealership. Oh and did I mention that I also had to make 1st month payment on a car that I'm going to be waiting on. Just seemed a little unfair that it all couldn't wait until car was in VT. Key wasn't willing to accommodate me in any other ways. I've never experienced this type of customer service. Just hoping that the car I signed up for is everything I dream it to be!

I worked with Dylan. He did everything in his power to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I always hate how long the buying process is for vehicles, but somehow, Dylan worked all the details and kinks out in his own time and got me out the door in a fraction of the time that I was used to. I brought my Bolt EV in for a 3rd time because the 12V battery was completely discharged. Your diagnosis was that the car wasn't driven enough and the high-voltage battery wasn't being charged enough. I disagree with both reasons. I am worried that the same problem will reoccur. I am considering returning the car under the Vermont Lemon Law.

This appointment went much better than my last one at the end of September. My appointment in September I was told they took care of the recall on my vehicle but on the appointment on the fourth I was informed my recall was done at that one. I only get two days off a week so my time is valuable too. I sat there back in September waiting and being told the extra work has been done on my vehicle that had not been. What if I had been driving and had to change my tire and I used the jack that was in my vehicle I could’ve been hurt. But the person at your dealership told me it was taken care of and it wasn’t and nobody from your company cared. To me this is totally unacceptable. I tried calling every week but had to leave a message nobody returned my call and then one day out of the blue I got a phone call back. All of the promises that were made to me were not kept. Nick Certo was the salesman but was being trained to takeover in the finance dept. both he and the person he was replacing promised me the world but delivered none of it. I would like to think that somebody will read this and try to take care of the issues that you have in that company but I’m very skeptical.

Our car is brand new, we've only had it a couple of weeks and we tried to have someone set our feature of setting our auto seats learning the seat positions to recognize the driver. And this was the second person trying to set our seats, they were not able to. I am very disappointed with that. Someone is so posed to get back to us????

Service center is friendly, quick, reliable, and straightforward. We have no problem with the service center, but are wondering how Chevy is going to handle the battery recall for our 2017 Bolt. Service department was great with taking care of our recall and breaking system issues (under warranty). The sales department was friendly and pleasant when we bought our car, but our sales rep didn’t follow up on a minor chip on the car door handle touch-up paint. Left messages a few times but didn’t receive a return call. Finally talked to the service department when it came time for regular service and they were quick about helping us out. Overall happy and generally satisfied.

We first spoke with Scott Edwards on the phone, inquiring about your hours on Saturday, as the website indicated you were closed. We thought it odd to be closed on Saturday, so we took a chance that was wrong. We met with Scott when we arrived and he organized the test drive, went through the features of the vehicle and then let us take it for a drive. Everyone was very friendly. There was no hard sell, just laying out the details of the sale, rebates, etc. We didn't feel pressured or pushed in any way. We were treated well and we appreciated the time Scott, Cory and Robert took with us. We have to wait to get our vehicle because it was being brought in from another location. That was disappointing, not being able to drive it home that day, but I will be able to pick it up on this Friday. Key will also swap out my winter tires for the summer tires before I return it to the Ford dealership. I appreciate that they were willing to do it instead having to make an appointment somewhere else to have it done before I pick up the new vehicle.Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

Big shout out to Jeff in the service department. They handled our case with so much class and professionalism that I would go back in a heartbeat. We arrived on Jan 10th with car trouble and that’s where we met Jeff. We told him what was going on and he listened with true diligence. He then told us they are short staffed with a long wait time and that it would be a while before they could look at it (Jan 25 to be exact). We said OK and handed him the keys. Jan 17th comes around and I received a call from Jeff, he tells me that they looked at vehicle and it would be done sometime tomorrow (Jan 18). When I arrived to pick up the vehicle he went over step by step on what took place and how everything was handled. Can’t say enough out this place and the cherry on top was a free Champ Car Wash coupon. In ending, if your having car trouble bring it to Key Chevrolet, it’s worth it.

These people are truly wonderful. Not at all what you might expect from a car dealership. They are courteous, patient, not at all pushy; respectful of the decision making process and the time that that can sometimes take... They explained everything as clear as a bell, and there were none of the unpleasant hidden surprises that often come up in the car-buying experience. My salesperson (Travis) took the time to answer all my questions and when he couldn't access an answer he went to find someone who could. Great service. After I bought the car I went back for the auto-armour and glass-coat and they treated me with all the attention they would give a prospective car buyer, even though I had already purchased mine. When I needed them a week later to help me correct an error (that I had made) they were very understanding and took care of my problem. I never thought visiting a car dealership could be this pleasant. I strongly recommend the Shearer team.

Called to buyout my lease and Nick informed me of all my options. Decided to get into a new vehicle and Nick listened to all my needs in a vehicle and asked if he could drive it to my house so I can see it. I questioned going to a slightly smaller vehicle and he offered to drive another vehicle to my house. I felt bad but he insisted he was okay with it. He went above and beyond to fill all of my ridiculous requests and assist me when I had no idea what I was walking into. The car I was interested in came with seat covers, and my final offer on the vehicle was “I’ll take it, but only if you put on the seat covers on for me.” He said “deal”, we shook hands, and after the car was cleaned and the paperwork was finalized he spend a solid 45 minutes helping me properly place my new seat covers. He’s a man of his word! Not to mention, he helped me figure out how to use the new Bluetooth system in the car as well. And there were cookies to boot. This was my first experience bringing my car to the dealership. Neither of my heated seats worked. While I was there the Service Adviser asked if I needed my wipers replaced. He asked if I needed the back one replaced as well. I asked if the rear one needed to be replaced even if I don't use it as much. he said it was a good idea to replace them all at the same time. I agreed and left my car for the day. I never heard all day any updates. I called once for information and so did my husband. Both times we had to leave a message. When my husband, after work , went to pick up the car they gave him the quote for the seats, and found out that we were charged for a piece that YOU broke. I could believe it. Everyone I told said "that's why you don't go to the dealer". I really would like my heated seats repaired but I will need to think twice. I know that the dealership was EXTREMELY busy and everyone seemed rushed. The service advisers were kind and professional. Thank you for your time.

Big thanks to Steve Dinco , the general manager of this dealership. He took charge of my problem. He is a very respectful man. I bought the car with the price I requested. He knows how to make a customer satisfied. I appreciate the help of Hank Barnes, the sales person who took care of my buy.
I had the most horrible and most humiliated experience from this dealership. It made me hate Chevrolet for the rest of my life even though I had a Chevy all my college time. I felt so disrespected and they really don’t know how to appreciate a costumer or how to make him /her satisfied. I liked a car they have and I offered $2000 less of their asking price, a man called ANDREW MELVIN was extremely rude in his way of rejecting my offer then within 3 days he lowered the price by more than $2000 on his website so I went back to him with that offer and I said I am here to buy the car let’s work on a deal please. He was so mad and he claimed that he didn’t know who changed he price. He jumped the price back on the same day only to lower even more the next day. I waited few days and I called to offer another offer with more money.They accepted my offer over the phone so I took half a day off from work, went to the bank to get the cash and headed to them again only to be refused and to be treated terribly by ANDREW MELVIN. I have no problem with not agreeing on a number but I do have a big issue with someone disrespecting me like ANDREW MELVIN.

Josh Payea had been my car sales person for many years. I will miss not having him for my next purchase. This visit was excellent with Key. I did a no-contact visit, dropped my vehicle off the night before, paid via phone, picked up vehicle outside without ever going in. In these times, so very important! I also received a FREE vehicle inspection which I was shocked to find out that Key now gives FREE inspections with any vehcile purchase. Way to do business!!! Also at the top of the list is Austin Hemingway, always professional, always kind, always goes above and beyond. He automatically rotated my tires as it was just $5 extra with an oil change. I always request Austin as my service advisor. He is very knowledgable and ALWAYS goes beyond what is requested. Could you please give him a raise!!!! Seriously, appreciate these employees as they are hard to come by.

What an outstanding dealership! We live 40 mins away and Jesse Desjardins (the salesman) drove the car to us so we could bring it to our mechanic for an inspection prior to buying the used 2014 Toyota Corolla. Let me start by talking about the man that sold me my car, Ryan Kronenberger. He was very kind and genuine and never made me feel pressured or rushed. He was patient with my numerous questions and if he didn't immediately have an answer for anything he was very quick to find the answer. He was incredibly down-to-earth which made the car buying experience very relaxed which is a true feat given that I've had some very bad experiences at other dealerships in the past. Not only that, but he got me the vehicle I wanted at the price that I wanted without me feeling like I was being jerked around.
I'd also like to mention the amazing service that I received from the sales manager, Scott Brace. Not only was he very patient and honest with me when I had multiple questions when it came time for me to sign contracts... but he graciously offered to go with me to bring my old car in (which was a lease) back to the dealership. I was nervous to go there due to my last experience there and I was afraid I was going to get taken advantage of... the following day, he was there by my side to ensure that didn't happen this time! Talk about going above and beyond!
Last, but not least, I'd like to take a moment to recognize Sue Madigan. When it came down to finding a loan for me to purchase my vehicle, she did her research! She also managed to get my car payments down quite significantly by re-evaluating my financial situation.

While they had the vehicle it started leaking coolant from the water pump which was covered under warranty and the coolant had got into the timing belt so they replaced that as well at no charge. They offered me 500 bucks for trade in on a car they charged me 6 grand for a year ago. Go to toyota heritage is way better right across the st. I bought a brand new car this time

Today we bought a car here. We are older customers, in 10 years, we bought 5 cars from this dealership. We were always satisfied with all the cars and services at this dealership. We always worked with, Hank Barnes whom we highly reccomend. He does his job very professfionally and his job is always satisfactory. Today, however, we are a little disappointed with a female sales manager (who we wont name here). She did a very unprofessional job, and did not respect us and our needs. She offered us different typed of insurance, which we did not want, and was very persistant that we get it. We kept declining, and when she finally gave up, she was very upset that we didnt get the insurance. She did not congratulate us or thank us for our time and money for this company, and was overall very unfriendly with us after that incendent. I would not want this person as a sales manager.
ALSO watch out with keys: always ask for a second key. Dont believe them when they say that they dont have a second key, they will make you pay for a key, when really they have extras!!!

Everyone was friendly but it did take an awfully long time for an oil change and one recall - the other recall needed parts ordered and I had a bad tire so I failed my inspection - so 2 1/2 hrs seems a long time to wait. Jiffy Lube is usually about 45 minutes.

Just got a brand new Chevy Fleet van from here a few weeks ago. Van is nice but they took forever putting our plates on and had us standing outside in the cold while doing so. They had one poor guy trying to put on 14 license plates on all by himself. He was great but Def could of used some help. There was plenty of employees sitting around inside doing nothing. Also the vehicle was almost empty on gas. Now when ever I've bought a car I've always left the dealer with a full tank. With the amount of $ that was spent , probably over $200,000 you would think a full tank would be a complimentary service. I'd say they came off to me on the cheap side.

My chevy cruze suddenly started loosing power, especialkky when going uphill. I called as soon as I got home and Service said bring it right in and they could arrange a tow for me. I was surprised that they took the car as fast as they did. At other dealerships I've always had to make an appointment which would be several days up to two weeks away. They did a quick check over and told me they would need it overnight and up to 2 days. Without me saying anything they said they are arranging a rental car (free) for me. Immdiately he picked up th phone made arrangements and had someone drive me to the rental dealer. With no hassle, I got a temporary car. My car was fixed and it drove better than new and got better gas mileage too.

They were able to meet a screaming offer from another dealership, patiently helped me get through some hiccups with insurance and my pre-approved loan, and got me out the door with the car before closing, even though I walked in mid-afternoon.
Nick Certo is their guy for EVs, and a huge part of my positive experience was shaped by working with him. I've read over and over that a lot of traditional dealerships don't know how to deal with their EVs because they are a different beast than gas-powered cars, but Nick definitely knew the ins and outs of the Bolt. He was patient, helpful, and did not give off any of that pushy salesman vibe. When I had to make a run into town to pick up a check from the bank, Nick even made sure I didn't have to Lyft/Uber there and back.
