As a veteran jeep owner it was difficult thinking of changing to a new brand…. I had always wanted an Audi Q5 but never took that route, so when gas prices began to skyrocket, my husband and I really began to explore electric options… who knew I would get the best of both worlds when I reached out to Anthony Alichwer at Audi South Burlington?!
Not only was Anthony super friendly, he went out of his way to find us the exact Etron we wanted and kept us in the loop with his search the entire time! He never gave up even when we ran Into the lack of inventory being produced…. Everyone else had the same idea as us and hence the boom in electric demand!
I am so proud to be part of the Audi south Burlington family and felt genuinely taken care of throughout the entire purchase experience. Anthony treated us as friends and was so happy for us when he finally found us what we wanted.
Bryan in finance was very detailed and really seemed sincere about taking care of us and finding the right warranties to fit our needs…. I didn’t feel at all that I was being forced to buy unnecessary add-ons at the end of our purchase.

My wife and I purchased a new Audi Q5 from Shearer Audi of South Burlington this week. We worked with Josh Machado who did an outstanding job of getting us into the vehicle we were looking for and a deal we could handle. This didn’t happen in just five minutes and took some effort. Josh knew what we wanted in a vehicle and the price range we were trying for. When the new incentives came out in September, Josh said I was the first one that he thought of and so he emailed me. We sat down and went over the numbers and made the deal.
On that day, he arranged for the car to be prepped and made sure all the necessary paperwork was in place. He was so dedicated to this that he wasn’t going to have his lunch until he could go over the details of the car and we were on our way home. We headed home at 2:30 pm.
We are very satisfied with Josh and the way we were treated by everyone at Shearer. I would truly recommend him and Shearer to everyone.

Overall pleased w/the service although one of the selling points was that there would be shuttle service to get me to work during the service. No shuttle service at this time due to no driver therefore I had to walk. Did not think to ask for a loaner until someone at work mentioned this to me; no loaner was offered. There wasn’t the option to wait as it was stated that they’d need the car for the full day.

Lindsay is wonderful to work with as the liaison between customer service and the mechanics. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to both understand your issue and explain their findings. The video of the 5point inspection is a cool feature that allows the customer to see the underbelly of the car and hear directly from the inspector. The car is fine but the service including the communication with customers needs improvement. Even the complimentary shuttle service offered seems to be struggling and I ended up late for work as a result despite making my needs clear well in advance. While I understand the difficulty the service industry in general is having, the experience is better at other dealerships and unfortunately can’t be enthusiastically recommended.

My wife and I had been mulling over upgrading from an Audi Q5 to a Q7.
While on a business trip to Vermont we walked into Audi South Burlington, more on a whim than anything else.
We were greeted by Audi Sales Expert Anthony Alichwer.
Having driven several Audi models when we lived in Germany, and having been to a number of Audi places, we were immediately struck by Anthony’s professionalism and courteousness.
We struck up a conversation, and when we realized that Anthony was not in a hurry to immediately sell anything we at some point mentioned our thoughts about a Q7.
He invited us to try one on for size, checking out seats and dimensions.
Nice, of course, but not our external color, and some features were missing with the model in the show room.
Well, it turned out that Anthony was expecting two other Q7 Audis coming in, and one of them perfectly fit the bill.
In a matter of three days, we took care of the sale and arranged for the transfer to California where we live.
Anthony was right with us every step of the way, always responding to every question we had via e-mail or phone, helpful with every detail, and always present with tips and hints.
After many years with Audi here in the USA and back in Germany, the sales arrangement with Anthony was definitely the most professional, pleasant, and courteous experience we could think of as customers.

The battery on my Q3 failed the Thursday before New Year's day. We are from out of state and I wasn't sure what to do. I called Audi South Burlington and they told me to bring it in. With no appointment and never having been to that dealer they fit me in and were able to repair the car for me. Went in for regular service of our A4. Jay was great. Very helpful and got me on my way in the loaner vehicle which I really appreciate. I live 2 hrs away from the dealership, so having the loaner means I can make use of my time in the big city. Jay caught that the State inspection was due and answered several questions I had about the vehicle. Service was done before the time they had stated. Car was washed and even the drivers floormat had been cleaned of salt and sand. This is the first car we have purchased from Audi of South Burlington after many years of owning Audis and many years of mediocre to terrible service at another dealership. From first contact with the sales department, we have been thrilled with the professional, courteous and generally exceptional customer service at this dealership. I have and will continue to reccomend them.

I know there is only so much any individual can do, and yet some individuals can accomplish where others fail to succeed. Ms. Moody was very pleasant and professional, yet was unable to do anything to help us when our 2018 A3 developed an oil leak while visiting Burlington. She is just an employee of Audi, yet to me she is not only the face of Audi, she is Audi and I feel let down by my experience. I have owned and driven Audi vehicles since 2001. This my fourth Audi. Never have I felt let down by Audi, even when I’ve had an issue. In this case however I see little to distinguish myself from a Hyundai owner. The story ends with me having to limp back to Maine in my leaking Audi. I made it to Darlings Audi of Bangor at 5pm and a service advisor immediately went out and verified the oil leak. This morning at 8:30 am the advisor called to confirm the car had a cracked oil pan and he would order parts and bolts and hopefully have me back to new by Monday. That is an example of exceptional service one hopes for when one drives exceptional vehicles, even a humble 2018 Audi A3. Fortunately, Ms Moody has a good foundation to improve upon. As an update, the Darling's Audi has fixed my car and even provided me with photographs so I can make an insurance claim. While I'm certain Audi of Burlington is wonderful when you have a scheduled appt., however be aware you may be out of luck should you have an unexpected issue arise with your vehicle. My car was there for three days and they never even looked at it.

Very friendly staff. I've mostly worked with Brett since purchasing my used car in late 2019. I'm usually coming in 2-3 times a year between seasonal tire swaps, and maintenance from averaging 18k miles a year (less with the pandemic).
Communication is excellent. They recommend services for the car, but never push and are up front with prices and cost/labor (which are $$$ because it's Audi). Loaner car option is great if you schedule ahead of time - though I live nearby and I'm always worried I'll damage it - only used that service once.
Getting through by phone sometimes isn't easy, but they're very prompt with replying to voicemails. If I leave them a detailed concern, they've always responded with a detailed response if I didn't pick up - which saves on playing phone tag.
I'm not sure my next car will be an Audi, but if it is, it will be because of this dealership that I would continue with the brand.

The sensor work escalated into additional work needed, and I decided not to have all work done at the dealer due to costs. My experience was very positive, if you can stomach the $125/h labor cost. It should be briefly noted that we arrived to purchase a Q7 and ended up shifting gears the day of the purchase and left with a Q8. They stayed very late into the evening with kindness and made us feel very welcomed and as though it was no problem. It is rare to have such a professional team that puts the consumers needs first regardless of the inconvience. It's that kind of committment that will keep us coming back with loyalty.
Brian was very professional, patient, easy to work with and did not hesitate to answer any questions or concerns. Not the typical "financing experience" that is nerve wracking and uncomfortable . Excellent personality and very kind. He took exceptional care to get everything right so we would not encounter any problems with New York registration. If we didn't understand a document he took the time to explain again without irritation or making us feel inadequate. This has been by far the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle and it also makes us want to return and make this our dealership of choice.
It's easy to say how much you love your vehicle, as these are amazing cars both in style and performance, but the real magic comes when you can walk away from a dealership with having had a perfect experience. I have never had so much fun buying a car - this is my second car from Audi SB and now I'm spoiled and can't buy a car anywhere else. Bob Vietze was the best saleperson ever - I'd say he's the ANTI car salesman in that he was the nicest guy I've ever met. Also super patient -my daughter and I test drove an Audi Q5 and he was lovely every step of the way. We wanted to test the sound system and though others might have despaired, he gracefully endured us cranking up a few songs to see how it sounded with nary a protest. In fact, I would almost say he enjoyed it. This is a first rate dealership in every way. They take care of you, they are super nice, Mike Hughes is a great sales manager (I didn't even have to shop around as he knew we were serious and gave us a fantastic price right up front with no haggling as he wanted us to buy from them) and a big asset as well. Kevin was super helpful in the financial transactions.
Bob was also very patient in explaining all the features of the car. Even though we have a similar car, there were some new things and he did not rush us through anything and set up all our devices/wifi/mobile. If I could give 10 stars I would. Buying from Bob V and Audi SB is the most painless car buying experience you will ever have. You may never think of car salesman the same way again.

I stumbled in there for a test drive as I've had my eye on the pulse orange Q3, but after learning its specs and my actual needs, Anthony ended up securing me the perfect 1-owner used Q7. It's got everything this girl could ask for, except that radiating happiness orange, but hey, I can live with an elegant timeless black :) Anyways, back to my experience...
Anthony was incredibly helpful, honest, and responsive every step of the way. First, he called me the second he discovered my Q7 about a week after my visit. I got first dibs, hell yeah! He then accommodated my test drives, various other requests, and accelerated the timeline to sell it to me as I needed it ASAP. Despite my skepticism, he was transparent and real throughout the entire process. He offered solutions and/or found ways to meet my needs, as yeah, I have some high expectations and demands. I mean we're talking I got to speak with 5 different people at the dealership, such as the head mechanic, getting into my nitty-gritty questions. So thank you, Anthony and team.
Added bonus, he just answered a phone call to help me with some tech I couldn't figure out... And having formerly worked for Apple, Anthony knows his stuff in this department! Super helpful instead of spending countless hours on Audi MMI forums which I started to do.

Went in for a 30k service. Decent service as always but failed the inspection due to having a rotational tire on backwards. Couldnt do the necessary fix because the shop didnt have a lug key that fit my aftermarket lugs. I will not be returning to have this fixed and an inspection done, its not worth the drive when there is garage next to my house that does inspections. This was a hassle partly on me, but i would think a dealership that sells $100k + cars would have various lug sockets to accommodate.

For a premium car dealer, the service is far less than premium. I had a 20K mile service done, and nothing but a receipt at the end... then they send you these surveys about your multipoint checkups and did to receive the car the same way it went in (seats, entertainment, etc)? I always get my car back with the seat in some crazy position(they actually change the memory seat setting to whatever they needed), the entertainment system set to some radio station, and other changes to settings. These seem like small things, but after buying an Infinity from northern ny and seeing how they treat you, Shearer is selling you a premium car with chevy service... We need more competition in the area.

I'm just gonna start by saying I don't leave reviews ever. And if I do. They are 80% positive. But I'll start off by saying I've been to 3 garages for my 2015 audi a3 to replace a ambient air temperature sensor, ( which had a special storie to it, not just a switch and plug in situation. ) and I've wasted loads of time on my 3 visits with no actual progress at all, I was under the impression I was going to be charged a absurd amount if I went to the dealership.... and boy was I wrong. I was welcomed by Lindsey when I went in and she took close personal care of my situation and listened to my requests professionally and casually, chris, who was my tech who took care of my car took care of a few small, but yet big things to me that were also going on with my car as well. I never brought any of the smaller things up but I had about 3 other small issues I didn't care about wrong with it. Not only were they able to fix my initial problem. They fixed all of the problems, and I payed way way less then I was expecting. Moral of the story. Lindsey and Chris rock, and my time and visit at audi was alot more then I'd expected in many ways. Will be bringing my car there from now on for just about everything.

For the past 30 years, I have been a Volvo customer...exclusively. Then, my brother waxed enthusiastically about the joy of driving an Audi and my loyalty wavered just a bit. After all, my wife still loved the Volvo Cross-Country 70 wagon so I figured I had not strayed too badly. Well, my brother was right. The Audi has been wonderful to drive. Still, I was hesitant about the switch because of the long-standing service I had always received at Volvo. How could South Burlington Audi match that? It didn't take long as I met Brett Lister, my initial Audi service advisor. Brett demonstrated a keen knowledge about the Audi yet, at the same time, a sensitivity to customer needs whereby a new Audi has awaited me as a loaner every time I enter the dealership. Brett gets right to the point when reviewing the reasons for servicing. He understands that I tend to run late for everything so he is not going to contribute to my tardy habits; rather, I am in and out without waiting at all, something I would have considered a rare occurrence at Volvo. He keeps me apprised of my car's servicing throughout the day so that the minute I arrive for pickup, the car is ready for departure. Great place to buy a used car. I happened to be in Burlington for work and stopped into the South Burlington Audi dealership to check out a used Q5. I wound up meeting Jeff Goss, who is such a pleasure to work with. If I had to describe Jeff, knowledgeable, relaxed, and funny are the words that come to mind. I stopped in during a blizzard with about 7 inches of snow on the ground - Jeff dug out the Q5 and afforded me a true-to-form test drive. I came back the next day and Jeff setup a much longer test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the car.
I learned the dealership has been owned and operated by the same family for 4 generations now. They treat their customers well and price their cars competitively. Super thrilled with my Q5 and my experience here.

He spent weeks with me helping me compare cars and prices and when I finally arrived in the states I was taken right to the car I wanted and took it for a test drive. I fell in love with the first turn. I ended up buying an Audi and Ill never go back to another car again. I know Chris works in the parts department but I found him incredibly knowledgable about not only the maintenance with what car I bought, what kind of warranty package I should go with, but specs on the car that I would like and enjoy.
