My vehicle was totaled in an accident and I needed a car fast. Went to 2 different dealerships, who I won’t name, before Parkway that were not only unhelpful but took a deposit from me then sold the vehicle I put a deposit on the same day.
When I came into the sale department at Parkway the GM of both Honda and Toyota introduced themselves to me. I told them my exact needs.
Mike Farley was my salesman. I know car salesman get a bad rap and truthfully after my experience at the 2 other dealerships the previous days I didn’t hold out much hope for him. He completely blew me away with his kind demeanor and the way he listen and seemed to actually care about getting me what I needed and in a timely fashion.
We need to buy my daughter a car next year and I won’t be going anywhere else or dealing with any other salesperson.
Thank you to Karen in service, Mike in sales, and the finance manager Mayer for turning a horrible situation into a great one. Parkway you have a customer for life!

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received from Parkway Honda, specifically from my Sales Consultant, Domenic Capogreco! From the moment I reached out, I was immediately contacted by Danielle Barker the Client Care Manager and set up a test drive. Once I got there, Domenic showed me the car and went on a test drive with me. He was knowledegable and personable and a complete professional throughout the process - totally absent of the pushy used car salesman tactics. It was a no pressure transaction and, although I already had secured financing, Paul (Finance Manager) was able to get me an even BETTER rate. I absolutely HATE the car buying process but Parkway has completely changed my point of view - it was an absolute joy to do business with them and they have certainly gained a lifetime customer. Best Honda dealership! I went to fix my car radio that needed a password and for them to check out my check engine light/oil lights that wouldn't turn off after an oil change. I’ve been bringing my vehicle to this prime Honda for my last 3 visits and I don’t ever regret it. I know I’m getting the best service every time. Jeff was amazing today he went over the details and they pricing of the maintenance of the car for the day. He came over to advise me my reverse lights needed a replacement, got that done. When my car was finished he also explained to me that I need my rear brakes changed soon. He had all the paperwork ready and the paperwork for how much the brake service will cost. Those little details are what I like to know for whatever issues my vehicle need in the future. I’m very satisfied and will continue to bring my vehicle to Prime Honda.

Louis was very helpful from the start. He made sure the vehicle I wanted was in stock and showed it to me in person to see if I liked it. Negotiation went very fast and smooth. It’s hard to come by honest salesmen and I can truly say that Louis tried his best to help me out after having a headache for weeks dealing with other dealers. The manager Henry also made my lease process very easy and explained everything clearly and concisely. If you want an honest and helpful salesman, Louis is the way to go and everyone else involved with my leasing process seemed genuine.

I was apprehensive when I went for my appointment because scheduling it was actually painful. The scheduler took so long between questions that I kept thinking we had been disconnected. It must have taken a full fifteen + minutes to get an appointment and I wasn’t ever on hold (exactly).
But... the actual service experience could not have been better! Jeff explained what they would do for the 10,000 mile check up and what it would cost. The waiting room was clean and quiet and I was easily able to get work done while I waited. After less time than I was told, my car was ready and Jeff even redid my bill when saw the coupon I had forgotten to give him early.
Before I left, Jeff even took the time to show. me how to use / set some of the newer gadgets on my car, which was very helpful.

He walked me through my first service on my crv . He explained to me what I should get my transmission and brake fluid flushed based off my milage, but also explained I don't need my engine coolant serviced. He accepted any coupons I had , so I did not feel like I was missing out on competitor offers. For the check up, I received a video showing me how rusted my brakes were and how dirty my cabin filter was. Seeing it on video made me realize how dire some of the repairs were. Definitely happy with my service on the car , safety comes first !

Louis Ferreira helped me throughout the purchase process and was professional, knowledgeable, and most important of all honest when I asked him questions about pricing breakdowns and financing options. We didn't strike a deal in the first meeting but he followed up with answers (sometimes from his manager) via texts and emails. Louis is not a typical car salesman. He was not just looking to sell me a car. His attention to detail went beyond the car delivery day. He promptly answered car maintenance questions a week after I drove my car off the lot. I encourage Louis to continue his strong customer service and work ethics.

I received service above and beyond what I expected. When I brought my 2013 Honda Fit in for long overdue recall requests, I figured it would also be a good time to have it detailed as I and my children beat on it for the past 2 years during the pandemic. The staff was receptive to my needs and recommended the internal detail along with the recalls with my air bag inflator and both drive shafts. They started at around 10am and had all three services done before 3pm. Not only did they immaculately clean my car's interior, but they detailed the exterior free of charge. My Fit was returned to me in near new condition and I'm still finding tiny details that they squared up for me like putting on new tire inflator valve caps and refilling my windshield washer fluid. Such a great value where many other services seem to barely meet standard or fall below it. I highly recommend Prime Honda -Boston for their outstanding service, thoughtful/courteous staff, and rapid response time.

I really enjoyed the experience here. Kevin and Robert did a fantastic job for my car. The pickup- drop off service is an excellent addition during this covid time. And I love it so much I’d love them to keep this option in future. The online inspection recommendation page is hassle free for me to click and see what need to be done and approve it right away. The dealer would also sent out an electronic status report, which is great way to remind me what’s been done what’s not. I would recommend this dealer for anyone need Honda service. They are fast, professional, honest and very pleasant people to work with.

I’ve purchased several cars from Prime Honda, this was my first time getting a detail done. I had my vehicle detailed on the interior as well as the exterior. Both were done satisfactory. I had several scratches on the exterior; which are no longer visible. There was a scratch on the bumper that was missed, but it’s small.
The interior was cleaned thoroughly and done well.
Since, this was my first detail I wasn’t for certain as to all that it entailed. My car was NOT washed or waxed. It wasn’t super dirty, but I did notice that it wasn’t done.
All in all, the detailing was good. I will return to have it done in the future.
Also, when I pulled in for my appointment Allegra got to me quick and once my car was complete she gave me a call. Thank you!

I've been taking my Honda vehicles for service here for several years. I've never had any issues. I had a negative experience on my last visit (a miscommunication led to a delay getting my car). However, the service manager really took notice and went out of his way to make it right. I was not sure I would come back but my confidence in the business was restored. As for the quality of the work, I've never had any concerns and they've kept my cars running in great condition. Quality plus service is a good recipe!

This was by far the best experience I had at a dealership. Kamar is a great sales man. If you want to buy a car and feel good about it please come see him he will get you in a car that is right for you and have you feel good about it. Anri the floor manager also a wonderful guy helped crunch the numbers and got me into my Pilot. And JAY. The finance director! Jay is amazing at what he does he's been with Honda for years he will fight for you to get into your car he will get a bank to approve you no matter what. This guy is straight forward and will get it done . as he says "trust me I will get it done" put your trust in him even if you had a bad experience at another dealership. This guy is here for you ❤

I made an appointment for a Thursday but needed to drop it off to them early Tuesday. They were very efficient and my check-in was flawless. I anticipated I would need major repairs. Bill was very attentive and advised me on what diagnostic’s would be needed. He gave me a quote and said they would call Thursday after they did the evaluation. He kept me informed via text and the work was then done earlier than expected. It was completed on Wednesday. The estimate was exactly as anticipated and my car is running very well. They are always very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been a customer for about 15 years.

My 2017 CR-V suddenly experienced an odd glitch where every system error message (including messages the service techs hadn't ever seen) was cycling across the screen. The Prime technicians were able to sort through the large number of computer errors to narrow down the problem and replace the problem sensor. Working with Robert as my service advisor was excellent and he was great in terms of communicating the process, time-frame and potential costs and providing me with transportationfrom and to the dealership! Would definitely use Prime services again!

I've been coming to Prime for a while. They are actually priced well for a dealer and great with their customer service. Good covid protocols. What is best is their service crew. Allegra is a service beast. She remembers folks from last visits months before, works to find the best coupon offer you have and goes the extra mile to help out: calling a ride while you wait, checking in about possible extra services, etc. Over the years of using them I have always found their service staff great. The actual car service is great too!

First car buying experience went smoother and not as stressful as I thought it would be! I communicated with Lynn through email first and she was so friendly and understanding with my budget range. We definitely did a lot of back and forth emails, but I never felt that she was impatient or disinterested with my questions. She even came down to introduce herself once I came into the dealership to look at the vehicle.
My sales rep, Jean was also great! He has a pretty calm demeanor, so speaking to him felt comfortable. I get nervous easily, so to me, that quality itself really helped with the process. I don’t know much about cars, but he was never condescending when I asked about anything. He took his time and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. He let me know when the car was ready to go and explained all the remaining details and paperwork.
I cannot forget to mention Earl, who helped me complete all the paperwork for financing! I was ready to stay hours there, but he was quick and had everything prepared for me to sign. He was clear and concise; I left there knowing exactly what I needed to pay within the terms of my contract.
All in all I had an enjoyable and easy-going experience with Prime Honda. The level of customer service and communication was amazing! I would definitely recommend others to consider working with them on their next car purchase or lease!

I bought my car at Prime and have been there many times for routine service. I am well aware of Prime’s great customer service. However, when my car needs a major repair I go to a mechanic that I have patronized for over 25 years. A major reason for this is that his prices are always lower, often by a lot.

The service is good but I feel like Prime, like many other car mechanics, is grab-baggy as well. Let me explain........I have a 5 year old Honda Accord with just over 20k miles on it (the mileage is low because we own 2 other vehicles over which mileage is spread) and the last 2 times I’ve taken it to Prime (for oil changes), I’ve been made to feel like if I drive it home, I will be doing so at my own peril!!!! I understand a car that may need some work and recommendations for such work. What I don’t understand is how I can leave Prime with over $1000 in recommended repairs on a 5 year old car with 20+ thousand miles on it. Feels like an attempted money grab!!!

We purchased our car here. Ever since, if I think my garage is doing something sketchy I call Prime Honda. They are AMAZING!!! They’ll tell you what you need (for the regular services), and most importantly what you don’t. Saved me almost $2000!!! I had a windshield wiper issue, the garage I use wanted 130+ possibly a new motor to take a peek, turns out one call to this dealership and the issue is fixed for free - the auto mechanic who changed my oil put a switch in the wrong position. I’m going to use this dealership for everything from now on, and any future car purchases for that matter, they deserve all the accolades they get, great lifelong customer service!
Update over a year later: I’m here now for major maintenance. Their rates are competitive amongst dealerships, and their service guys and manager are really nice and knowledgeable. Well worth the drive if you are near the area.
Update 2021: I love these guys more and more! They are CHEAPER than where I got work done before, for a routine maintenance thing, at a non-dealer chain. Mind, that’s the routine maintenance quote - it appears their emergency, repairs needed amount is higher (probably a maintenance set discount vs single item emergency repair). Plus, through their detailed explanations I discovered my old shop cheated me and double-billed a job years ago!!! I’m going to try to get a refund there, but either way, Prime Honda rocks! I highly recommend Jeff, the service intake/talk to you guy. The original repair did have an issue, but they took care of it. Far as I’m told, it shouldn’t lead to any issues down the lines. And like I said, they helped clear something up for me. Even with the glitch, still much better than how I was dealt with before - in context, I’m a relatively young single woman. That tells you what I have to deal with in terms of car services, doesn’t it. Thanks Prime!

I had a wonderful sales experience here in January, and I've had my car almost 3 months now. I recently had my first servicing appointments too. I still tell friends and family how much I enjoyed everyone at the dealership during the sales process.
Before purchasing (used vehicle), I did my research very thoroughly ahead of time. I knew the car I wanted, I knew it had already been marked down significantly and that I was getting a great deal. (I recommend everyone do their research when considering a car purchase, it just makes everything go even more smoothly). I still had lots of questions, however, because this was my first dealership-car-purchase ever. All of my other vehicles have been old hand-me-down family cars.
Ben Malcolm was my sales rep, and was extremely personable and patient with me from the test drive, to the signing, to the pickup. He answered every question thoroughly, no matter how small. He called me with updates and went out of his way to connect with me on a personal level too. I really trusted him throughout the entire process.
My financing was handled by Kendra, who also took the time to walk me through each service plan add-on, which was hugely appreciated, especially considering I asked her to explain them to me multiple times.
I've recently been back to get my first oil change/ tire rotation, and due to a pot-hole, have already needed to get a new tire. (Those service plans were a smart choice, after all! Wheel/tire protection, and general maintenance are included in my monthly financing payments).
In the service department, Julia and Greg have been a huge help. Julia is thorough and patient, going over every detail with me in person. And Greg has returned my phone calls right away with updates and information about appointments. Once I got the hang of the lanes and system in the servicing garage, I came to appreciate how streamlined the process is.
I also want to shout out Stephen behind the counter who explained the wind shield wiper replacements to me (Honda sells replacement rubber inserts, so you don't have to waste money on expensive metal blades - genius!), as well as the couple of servicing staff members who huddled around to help teach me how to install those replacements for the first time.
I love the popcorn maker in the lobby, and the coffee/tea selections. I even love the movies that get played on the big screen. There's a couple of electric massage chairs in the mix if you're lucky to grab those!
Thanks to all of you for making Prime Honda already feel so welcoming. Getting to know all of you has been just as fun as getting to know my new car.

Overall, a great experience, in stark contrast with the other Honda dealership a few miles away, where I was forced to walk away a few days earlier without a reasonable deal.

I just bought a 2018 Honda civic with low mileage for a great price. The initial transaction was straightforward, the usual back and forth with a dealer to come to a final deal. We came to an agreement to replace two of the tires due to safety concern and an ac recharge because it wasn't blowing cold. After being told the car was ready, I drove down to get it but found out that none of the work was done (I live an hour away so not a quick drive). There were promises made that weren't fulfilled but Jack took over and did an excellent job. He ended up getting all four tires replaced and had the ac looked at and realized it needed a new condenser. He went above and beyond to make me satisfied. So if you're buying a car from Prime Honda, I definitely recommend Jack Daaboul!

I had the best leasing experience yet with Prime Honda. I've dealt with Herb Chambers, Honda Village, Silko Honda and Barnardi, plus I've kicked the tires at almost every dealer in the area. I'd say overall, Honda dealers are OK, in a sleazy industry. My gripe is Honda pricing in Boston is the least discounted, and I'm a serial leaser, so I'm hopping around from dealership to dealership every 2-3 years to find the best deal at that time. For example, I was with Honda Village for a while, but after COVID hit, they wouldn't discount their cars. By the way, Cambridge Honda is the absolute worst for pricing - they have enough demand that they don't cut prices. Anyway, I saw a great deal for a 2020 Odyssey online. I asked for the deal and was given it. My salesman was David O, who was great, and I dealt with two Mikes, one was a manager and another a finance guy - both were fantastic. Another guy named something like Kamar was really helpful checking me out. Now, there were several glitches and I had to come back multiple times (I live 25 minutes away), so that was annoying, but honestly, I was partly at fault (ie. insurance issue). I had the car a couple of months, and then the battery started to die. I easily scheduled a service visit, brought it in this morning, and picked it up in the afternoon with a new battery. The entire process was the BEST service yet. No one tried to upsell me anything. And I have to mention the incredibly nice service guy who checked me in and handed me the car afterwards, Tom Merlin; I emailed him "Incredible service! You guys are blowing away my expectations!" So yeah, I recommend these guys...wishing the same kind of good vibes for everyone who gives Prime Honda a try!

I’m a recent purchaser (11/18) of a 2018 Honda Civic from your Prime location and needed service for a recall part including my first oil change. I drove into your service area and was immediately greeted by Bill Mangano ( I only know is last name because I took his card). Bill escorted me to his desk and within two minutes I was out door with my ride home.
Bill told me he would call me in a few hours when the car was ready. Bill called me a few hours later to let me know the car was ready. When I returned to Prime, Bill reviews my bill, escorted me to the teller to pay my bill and let me know the exact location where my Civic was parked. I was in and out with a few minutes again. Hopefully at my next service need, I will have Bill to work with. Bill was professional and friendly in all aspects of his responsibilities to me and my car.

I had a B1 service for my 2014 Honda Odyssey performed today. I also had a recall and service campaign that I wanted addressed. The work was all performed in a timely manner and I was notified that the service campaign would take more time due to the way it is performed so I wasn't taken by surprise. It's all about the small details.
Randy, my service writer, was very courteous and listened to all my concerns. He even let me use one of their website service coupons after the fact. He had initially recommended that I follow the dealership's version of the B1 service, which was more expensive and had more items that I could check myself such as cabin air filter. I politely declined and told him I wanted what Honda recommends only. There was no attempt to upset beyond that point. He even recommended a cheaper service due to the fact that I had just bought new tires and had an alignment the day before. That's honesty. There was no attitude. And that's refreshing. As someone who use to wrench my own cars, I don't need to pay for things I can easily address that won't affect the performance of the vehicle.
In conclusion, I have no reservations to recommending Prime Honda for service. Their prices are very competitive and you can always find online coupons from their own site to save some money. They do their work right the first time and actually listen to the customer. The waiting area is one of the best also with a big screen TV and auditorium like seating to keep you or the kids distracted while you wait.
Finally, I struck up a nice conversation with one of they salesmen named Simon while I was checking out the in super high demand Civic Type R. Sales staff seems pretty laid back and I had the same experience when I mouth my Odyssey from them 4 years back.

The service center at this dealership is fantastic. I get my regular oil change and tire rotations done here and haven't had a complaint. Their waiting area is comfortable with donuts and coffee. I usually have Jeff as my service rep and he is quick, knowledgeable, and courteous. I brought my car in yesterday because of a problem with the display and the man at the desk figured out the problem in less than a minute and he explained how I can afford the issue in the future. I had a good experience at Prime Honda today. Went in for an oil change and was done in a little over an hour. I had to replace my cabin and air filters as well, which didn't take long. A bit pricey, but glad I could get it all done in under 2 hours. The representative that helped me was very nice and patient. Thank God for their kids room!! It's stocked with various toys that kept my 1 year old busy during the wait.

First of all our salesman, John Keegan, was tremendous, five star all the way. He was the best part of the whole process, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and just very easy to deal with. We bought a very nice car at a reasonable price. There were other parts of the purchase experience that were unpleasant, primarily the extended warranty hard-sell by the finance manager that we were forced to sit through before we were able to sign our final paperwork. We made it clear from the start that we were not interested, and yet we were challenged to defend a decision that we were very comfortable with. A total waste of time and left a bad taste. The other unpleasant interaction was having to battle to get a decent finance rate after I found an outside option that was 1 1/2 % better than that initially offered by the dealer. It was a hassle, but we eventuality reached an agreement. But none of this should reflect on our sales guy, who always did his best to make the process go smoothly.

Overall it was pretty good. I got a great car at a great price, so in the end I can't complain. The salesman I dealt with was very good. "Mark DiPaulo (I might be spelling that incorrectly)" worked very hard to get me into the right vehicle. There were a few blips that I think could have been handled better. In the final negotiations, Mark promised me a "detail" on the car before I picked it up. It wasn't done to my expectations, the interior was essentially wiped down, certainly not detailed. I called them on it and they gave me a certificate for a detail sometime in the future. Which is fine, but I'm really busy and I don't really want to bring the car back to take advantage of it. Obviously it would have been better to just have the car detailed before I came to get it. Also, when I went to pick up the car, "the sticker machine was down", so there was no inspection sticker on the car. So I need to go back to the dealership next week to get the sticker. Again, Mark told me that he would re-fill the gas tank to make up for my inconvenience. Fair enough... All in all, the dealer ship was pretty good. Mark tries really hard and he is good at adjusting his style to accommodate the preferred communication method of his customers. I've only had the car for a week, but so far I'm very happy with the car and the price I paid. If I need another car in the future, I will call Mark as a first step. This of course assuming that my gas tank gets filled as promised when I bring the car in to get the inspection sticker. As an FYI for future buyers, Prime offers a "lifetime power-train warranty", this is awesome if you can take advantage of it, but be aware that you need to have ALL of your service done by Prime, including oil changes etc. That doesn't work for everyone and certainly doesn't for me. So be aware that this benefit is only of value if you intend to have your service done by Prime. I get why they do it, it keeps customers tied to their service.

I have been there for almost 10 years for my car services Odyssey. They were best until many years ago. But not any more. The quality of their services has been deteriorated. And I sometimes encounter a rude personnel who does not treat me nicely. I don't know why Honda Prime has chosen such a worse path in their services. I been going here for the past 2 years since I got my 2017 civic with them and every experience has been great besides the wait time. I guess if you have an appointment you are a priority and All walk ins have to wait. At the beginning when I started going for my oil change the wait will be around 1-2 hrs which is not bad but lately has been over 3 hrs close to 4. I've had a good experience with Prime Honda, until recently. At 30,000 miles, I went in for an oil change/tire rotation, expecting it to take ~45 minutes of my lunch hour. I was told that I was also due to have the rear differential and transmission fluids changed. After an hour of waiting for my car, the service tech told me that I also needed a wheel alignment and the brake fluid changed. I passed up this service, and sat for another 35 minutes before my car was ready. 1.5 hours later, I could finally get back to work. I learned now that Honda stopped publishing maintenance schedules. I feel this disempowers owners and makes them reliant on the service center and the Maintenance Minder software. It's disrespectful of owners' time and budget. My brake fluid should have been changed seven months ago (when my car was in for service), and the service tech only told me this week that it was overdue.

My wifes car sounded like a power steering bearing was going when I drove the vehicle so she took it in to be evaluated.. They took the car and in an hour PRIME determined that it was actually the AIr Conditioner Compressor unit that was faulty.. Went in on Saturday for my 100,000 mile maintenance. I was there for 2 1/2 hours because I was waiting for an inspection and the line was long. I’ve been going to Prime for many years, mainly because I like how incredibly nice the Service Advisors are. Jason was no exception.
My car did not pass inspection. I had dry rot on my two front tires, needed wipers and the bulb above my license plate. I returned today, Monday, to replace the above and to go through inspection. The only negative thing to note was that Jason quoted me $110 for each tire but I ended up paying a little over $300 for the two, I guess that included the service charge for installing and disposing of the old tires. I just wish that Jason would have explained that to me prior. No big deal.
I’ll continue to go to prime as long as I have my Scion xB and I hope to have for at least another 100,000 miles! Great Service Advisors!! Joe always makes it a point to say hi.

If it wasnt for him id be a an angry customer. I went in for a eps light on n non working steering wheel n mechanic said it was
Battery alternator n axel. Consulted with my family mechanic they said no way that has nothing to do with ur electric steering wheel issue. They fixed those problems n my car was still not working. Mind that you that was 1600. To fix. Then mechanic proceeds to say its my rack n pinion that needs to be fixed another 1600. I feel like I was thrown around n they just trying to screw me over they should of fixed this first because that makes sense n has to due with the steering wheel. Thank God for Mchenry he was able to get that covered under warranty and provided me with a rental. Evertything else I could of fixed for cheaper at my family mechanic shop. So was not happy about that.1792. Dollars later 😭😭😭😭 when I could of done it cheaper else where.

I would like to preface this review by saying Prime did the job replaced alternator I will have to wait & see if it takes. What bothers me is how expensive it was $1200 and how in October 2018 I paid $4500 to Prime on this car also prime use to vacuum and wash the car, no more. It was a nice touch.

However I agree with someone else comment that their interest rate is pretty high and they will try to quote you with a really high rate before even asking you for your social security number or checking your credit. I also think that when I said I did not want to purchase the extended warranty on vehicle the manager became very rude and just wanted me out of his office; and didn’t explain the rest of details. I’m not so happy of doing business with unprofessional people.

I called to schedule a service appointment and the woman who assisted me, although very kind and appreciative of my patience, took 25 minutes to complete the call because I had to continuously repeat every question I answered. She asked a co-worker for assistance several times, and was somewhat helped, but the person simply wouldn’t take a moment to fully stop to help her finalize the call. I was unsure whether the appt. was actually scheduled correctly, but then I received a confirmation email. On the date of my servicing, I pulled up and the gentlemen didn’t even greet me, and just asked “are you here for an oil change?” I guess I was expecting they’d say “Do you have an appointment today?” and then “may I please have your name?” Having never been there before, I was totally lost on what was next, or if anyone knew I was coming. I wasn’t sure if I should stay in my car or step out as he walked around it. He finally asked me to pull out my registration and Greg would assist me. Not knowing who Greg was as there were over 10 staff members there, I stood there waiting for instructions. I was asked to step up to the table where Greg was and he greeted me in a very unenthusiastic way and asked for my license. Asked if I had been there before, I said no. I mentioned that I spoke to a gentlemen who said I’d be provided a rental and he stayed silent typing away. I waiting about 30 seconds before following up on my question again and he said “we’ll get there.” I didn’t appreciate that. He then asked for my phone number, and other details, so it prompted the question, “don’t you guys already have all of this as I have provided it in my initial call?”, he just said “yes, we’re all done.” Very dismissive towards my concern of providing repeated information and that 1. I didn’t know how long this service would take, 2. That’s the reason I was concerned for a rental as I had no way of getting home. I was then assisted by Jennifer who was friendly, quick and informative. I left in my rental and returned about 3 hrs later. Greg called me twice with a question and updates; which I appreciated. When I came to return the rental/pick up my vehicle, luckily, I was assisted by Jennifer again, another gentlemen who explained the work done/future repairs needed and guided me to the next step, and the guy at the payment counter, who was super enthusiastic and friendly! :) I would of given my experience a 5 Star rating if the interaction with the first two staff members had been a pleasant one. Although the last three people that helped me were super nice and professional, I can’t say the same about the first two because they lacked friendliness, helpfulness, and just the ability to recognize when a customer has not been there before and simply needs to be explained the steps of the first visit upon arrival. I already felt uncomfortable not knowing where to go, but then when I asked questioned was ignored, and that didn’t sit well with me.

However, one suggestion I would make is to tell your sales associate who "dips", to keep it to himself. He walked by me twice as I was in the waiting area and spit into the potted plant near my chair. It's disgusting and your customers shouldn't have to see that.

I was treated very nicely and fairly. Overall a good experience. However, there was one significant disappointment. while test driving the car I ultimately purchased, I noticed the engine light was on. When I later looked in the trunk, the trunk wouldn't latch. Prime is addressing these isuues as I write this review. I would have thought these problems would have been noticed by Prime before they sold the car, now I have to wait until they receive the parts necessary to fix these problems. I purchased the car on the 13th of May and it could be close to May 23rd before I can drive it home. Not happy about this.

As far as car sales stores or showrooms go Prime is great. They have a wide selection and fairly decent pricing. However the people working there are not always considerate. I did get my last car there, but I felt like they did not care to make the sale. I was lied to on several occasions, and I was forced to wait a long time. Next time I may very well spend the extra buck and go somewhere else.

I dealt with one person for my purchase until it was time to do the financing.
There was not 2, 3 or 4 people coming over, hovering over you, etc......
It's obvious to me the approach that Prime Honda uses is more of a user friendly experience instead of one that puts pressure on you to look at this car or add this enhancement.
I have dealt with other Honda dealers in the past, but Prime's approach is the right approach for the customer on the whole.

He was honest and didn't over promise and under achieve. He made the process quick and easy for me. After a short chat he explained anything and everything I wanted to know about the Honda. He demonstrated an excellent knowledge about car's features and patiently answered the 1000 questions I had. Everything went so smoothly including my financing and this was really a very pleasant shopping experience. I’ve had my CRV for 9 months, and I still have fond memories about my car-buying experience at Prime Honda. Everyone, from the salesperson to the business manager, was friendly, professional and very helpful. We even shared a laugh or two. I did not expect to drive off with a new vehicle on that day (In the past I had to come back a day or so later to get the car). I was pleasantly surprised when they told me I was leaving with my new vehicle.

Did a lot of research on Edmund, KBB, Cargurus and found out that Prime Boston generally has a lower listed price than other major dealership around Boston for comparable cars. Not sure if this is the cause that even during this slow month, there is still not that much room for negotiation. They do lower price a little bit but actually added back from the finance part. So I give in on the price. Make sure you read the back side of the finance contract as well.

We went to Prime as the first of several dealers that we had mapped out to visit one Saturday. We were greeted by Marissa Lindholm who immediately connected me with an excellent sales person named Erick Joseph. Throughout the whole process Erick was very attentive, patiently listening to all of our needs. For each of our requests he worked to provide fair solutions . I appreciated that he sold on value and did not pressure us into a decision. He also shared a personal story regarding his experiences with a buying a car that provided further confidence that he was not just trying to make a quick sale, but wanted to make sure that we were pleased with our purchase. Eric Johnson was our finance person and he was great to work with. There was a paperwork issue and Eric Johnson came out on one of the very cold nights to deliver the paperwork and was actually willing to come all the way to our house. When the time came to pick up the vehicle Marissa Lindholm worked with us to ensure that everything was ready in advance of our arrival so there would be no unneccesary delays. Erick Joseph was there when we arrived to pick up the vehicle and did an excellent walk through to make sure everything was all set. Finally, there was one additional sales manager, but forget his name to to one last brief check as we were leaving to make sure that we were happy with our purchase.
Just as a quick comparison...I had gone to another Honda dealer in the area and spoke with the receptionist who called the sales manager to connect me with a sales person. I waited 30 minutes and went back to the receptionist to ask if anyone was coming. The receptionist said I am surprised, but somebody should be coming over shortly and left it at that so I left. This dealership has called me twice since then and each time I have told them about my experience with the inadequate customer service. I was surprised that each time they were nonplussed by my comments and did not try to apologize or make an attempt to win my business for a possible future purchase.

Let me first say I've been buying cars and getting service done from Prime Honda for more than 15 years even longer than that when it was Claire Honda without any complaints. This fair review is based on my recent new car purchase. The horrible experience with finance manager Ron Alveron and a manager that excused his behavior would deserve 0 stars but the stars given are only credit to Derrick , Harry and John Keegan who assisted me in getting my vehicle. Without the horrible experience with Ron A. I would have given 5 stars.
Pros
I've always had good experiences especially with salesman Derrick Levy. He makes shopping for a car stress-free and he is very honest and transparent. They also have some other decent salesman that don't ever pressure you and feed you tons of bs. Harry Eng is new sales manger but he is a breath of fresh air to the Prime team.
The UGLY
They have a finance manager by the name of Ron Alveron or Avelon (can't recall the exact spelling) that is the poster child of what to expect from grimy salesman that love to lie at any cost, condescend, bully, and do the switch and bait to pressure you into in-house financing.
I used to respect this dealership and was a loyal customer until this terrible finance manager came along and refused to give me the purchase of sales agreement that I needed to give to my credit union. When he finally realized he couldn't do a switch and bait on me for the discounted price of the car I negotiated and signed a cash disclosure form for nor trick into giving him my ss#, he then withheld documents I needed for outside financing even though he was given the needed info. He made up some rule about needing the bank code before he can give me the document.
He would not let me speak, kept cutting me off and trying to demean me and waste my time so I got up and left. He then lied to others about why I got up and left the dealership. He is arrogant, rude and he will be one of the reasons why the reputation of this dealership goes down the drain as long as he is there. Stay clear of this man if you go into this dealership, he is the worst of the worst.
With all said Derrick, Harry, and the general manager did apologize and tried to remedy the situation to keep my business and I purchased my car for a good deal. If you do shop here ask for a different finance manager when you are ready to sign documents do not let Ron Alveron raise your blood pressure, he shows no remorse and acts like he is untouchable and can continue to act like this. As long as Prime allows this unprofessional and disgusting behavior to continue, they will not have my business in the future.

I loved their service. They were honest and quick and provided me with the lowest OUT OF THE DOOR price. I was to a couple of other dealerships on the area, they just give a low quote to make you go there but as soon as you are there they add up various FEEs and then start pushing you to buy. These people were really helpful, they found a loan that beat my own's interest rate and processed every thing in an afternoon. Highly recommended if you plan to get a Honda.

Quick review - I want to share that I had an excellent experience at Prime Honda. I bought a Honda CRV there last week. The people there were straight forward - (from the internet sales team to my Sales Specialist Kamiya Flakes)- they were all respectful - delivered a competitive price - and delivered the car on time with the additional factory installed items I had requested. It was an excellent transaction (without the "car buying drama" of many other dealerships). It was my first time in a Prime dealership - and they defiantly treat people the right way . I defiantly would recommend them for anyone looking for a Honda.

All I can say is Derrick Levy was awesome to work with; he was patient, cool, calm, and collective. It was like he almost didn't want to be there, but his style is different. He doesn't hound you for anything.
The guys in the Purchasing office worked his ass off to make sure my rate was something suitable for me to handle. He worked with over Ten banks before he let me know I was all set. They even set me home first to check with my bank for a lower rate.

Usually, every time I come in for a service appointment, people are upbeat and ready to help out once pulling into the bay ... now just seems like no one cares to ask how your day is going, and seems they just sit around looking at each other to see who is going to take a customer or not ...
I've been a loyal customer to Prime Honda West Roxbury for 3 years now, have purchased 2 vehicles here, and always had my vehicles serviced here.. but today was the first time I really just wanted to drive right out! Only reason why I didn't do so, was because I was blocked in by other vehicles.

I promised my son’s girlfriend, who just got her license, that I’d find a great car for her at a price she could afford. Only 2 months ago I bought a new Civic from Prime Honda, had a great experience, and wrote a 5 star review. I found a 2016 Civic on their website. It started with Lynn in internet sales. Since I live an hour away she took a video of the car on her phone and text it to me so I could check it out before making the long trip there. My salesmen, Petherson Braga, was great. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and has a “zero pressure” approach that I appreciate. Rich Tewksbury, the mgr, was awesome. He understood her unique, desperate situation. Instead of taking advantage of that, like some dealers would, he agreed to sell her the car at a fantastic price. Rich got the car certified for her at a reasonable price. He and Petherson stayed in constant communication with me during the entire process. Rich scheduled the registration day on her only day off. So it was registered as quickly as possible. Once again, Prime Honda proved to be a first class dealership who I’d highly recommend.

Well where do I begin? I met Brandelle back in February. I had come in because my Civic needed an entire new fuse box but he related with me and made me feel comfortable about me having my car there. While I was waiting for my car to be fixed, he advised me how to get a rental for the time being. After I got my car fixed I thanked him and I said I would be back to talk to him if I ever saw the car I wanted.
8 Months later, I went back to Prime to finally buy the SUV I saw online that fit the criteria. I didn't expect to see Brandelle but being familiar with him and knowing I could trust his judgment from our last experience I decided to talk with him. Now, I didn't expect this process to be as fast as it was, considering it was Sunday but Brandelle put me in the car within minutes to test drive with my grandmother. After the test drive we settled on buying the car. The paperwork process was quick and within minutes I was approved for the loan. I have to give credit to Steven as well because he made the paperwork process fast and easy with no hassle. The next day I picked up the car and was on my way. Great work Prime Honda!

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them on 1/28. Felix helped me with everything and he was great. He promptly replied to emails and was personable on the phone. Before test driving the car I let Felix know I had some apprehensions due to some damage/marks on the bumper. Regardless, I decided to check the car out. When I walked in the door Felix greeted me with a smile and let me know that would take care of the bumpers (without me bringing it up). Test drove the vehicle and noted a vibration in the left front. He lete know they'd be happy to take care of that as well if I choose to go with the car and I did. I then let Felix know I was pre qualified for financing. The finance team at prime honda was able to beat the rate I had with the pre-q. The finanicng person I dealt with was also very professional (forgot his name sorry). He made all the standard dealership offers but was not to pushy on anything. With his help and ability to overcome my objections i decided to go with .3 year 36k warranty.
Once I have the vehicle in hand I'll update this review to proivde some insight on the vehicle delivery process.
