I made my appt over the phone with Luke with all my concerns of my car. When I got there , we went into more detail of what was needed to be worked on and that I had a quote from another dealer. He then consulted with the mechanics, showed me an itemized bill of the cost. It was adjusted and he also found that I had a credit with them from a long time ago! I was happy with my over all bill being reasonable! Luke was awesome!! And my car experience was great!! Thank You Luke!!

I went in to north end motors looking for a Toyota Camry. I was greeted by Jozef in sales he was very professional and had insight and wisdom to assist me. I decided on a sporty Camry her name is beauty. When it came to the financing Mike was the man to make it happen. He was born to be in the car business. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and 24 hours later I went from a old beat up Ford Focus to my gorgeous 2020 Camry. Drove almost 5 hours to come check out a BMW 5 series (the only one on the market with the features I got), let me tell you I did not regret it. The staff is super friendly! Everyone was so helpful and they had a huge selection of cars. This is the fourth car I purchased from North End Motors. I can not say enough good things about this dealership; the staff is amazing; bright eyed, smiling and very knowledgeable on there product knowledge. I am always impressed. Can’t say enough good things about North End Motors! I will never buy a car anywhere else again, and this is the only place I would send friends and family to. Absolutely no gimmicks or overselling. Leo was amazing and extremely detail oriented. He had the car pulled up to the front of the dealership before we even pulled in. He was so informative about the SUV I was looking at and it was obvious that he had done his research and cared a lot about my wants and needs as a customer. This was my first time dealing with North End Motors and it was a great experience. They were very laid back, they even let me use my Fixd engine tracker on the car during the test drive. If you are an out of town real estate Buyer relocating to this area and purchasing a home and need a car, this is where to go. Don't we all hate buying a new or used car? My experience at North End Motors was actually enjoyable. No high pressure tactics, great cars and the reason that it was so painless was the knowledgeable sales team. As a Father I wanted my daughter to learn how to manage the process, how to NOT be taken advantage of and still get a good deal. I warned her about the vultures that would swoop in and that never happened. I purchased a slightly used Lexus IS 250C from North End Motors, and I must say that the buying experience was terrific. I'm not one to write reviews, but in all fairness they exceeded my expectations. I found the car with a Google search, they advertised an excellent price for an excellent vehicle, and so I came in for a test drive. Ahmahd was great at explaining both the car and the business model for the dealership. I felt that I was treated fairly and with respect. There was some negotiating, of course, but they gave me a good price for my old car, and I walked away happy. There was no high sales pressure. There was a minor glitch with the delivery, but not enough of an incident for me to drop them down to four stars. I'd give them 4.5 stars. I would buy from them again, and I would recommend them to a friend.

I've been bringing my Mitsubishi SUV here for quite awhile now for my oil changes and each time I've been well taken care of by Tony Fiermonte. This gentleman is very good at what he does because he does it well. Tony will let you know what is happening with your vehicle and he will keep you abreast of any new changes that come up during your visit. He looks out for the customer just as he's done with me since I've been a customer of his. He will inform you of any discounts and points you accrue on their rewards program and ask if you want to redeem them. Like I said this place rocks.

Great experience, brought the whole family to make sure the car we selected was what we wanted. Not only did they help with making sure the vehicle (MDX) worked for us but they made extra effort to take care of my family while I provided down payment and finished the paper work. I bought a 2017 Acura RDX and immediately during the first test drive noticed a transmission flutter. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership (including a service worker, salesman, and manager) told me they had all driven it and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, and the flutter was because "I wasn't used to driving this car." After calling my local Acura dealership, I was informed the flutter was a fairly common problem and easily fixed with a software update (which it was, and now my car drives fine). Please remember, this is a used car dealership that does not specialize in any certain type of vehicle. Be sure to do your own research before purchasing and ask a lot of questions!

We went into the dealership to look at a specific vehicle we found on the website. When they brought the vehicle out for us to take a look at, I notice that the vehicle looks different than the one in the advertisement. After a little research, the VIN number matched the online vehicle but the pictures got mixed up. No big deal. Jamie from the sales department was amazing. He was very patient and accommodating. He followed up with me and stayed in contact through out the process. I required a sunroof on my model and that was not on the car. I originally called to ask about a car and wanted to see if it was available. However, Marie went above an beyond. She sent me a video of the car and even sent me the carfax. I was very impressed she did that. This is what brought me to the dealer and of course the competitive pricing as well. When I got to the dealer she had the car ready, and let me test drive it for like 30 min. She never pressured me to buy or felt like I was working with a car salesperson. I ended up telling her I wanted the car and they guided me through all the paperwork and drove the car of the lot. They even waxed the car and buffed out some scratches. UPD: I had an issue with the car, which was dealt with in no time. Facts: - I called at 8:30 reporting the issue - 12pm the same day it was towed away - 3pm I was able to pick the car up Mister Antoine Rodney turned this unpleasant situation into a good experience. This dealership is definitely worth working with. The only drawback I would highlight so far is my personal view on the replaced brand. My issue was with the tires, and I must admit I've never used anything rather than Michelin or Continentals before. So the existing ones were replaced with a set I wouldn't buy myself. But all 4 tires were replaced with a brand new set of 106H tires and the shop assured me that they completely stand behind them. So now I have an opportunity to test a cheaper set on a new car, which I don't mind for now.

Wonderful buying experience. I called ahead to ask if a vehicle was still available. I spoke with Mark, who would see me through my buying experience. He had the truck ready and waiting for me out front to look at when I arrived. I went on my test drive and upon returning felt no pressure whatsoever from him. This is an amazing dealership, they call you back when promised, their prices are some of the lowest on the East Coast for comparable vehicles, they have a full array of financing available, using established Banks and credit unions, and an on site finance team. They even deliver when needed, (in my case 200 miles). Last and equally important, is the sales staff; although I can only speak personally about two members, Patrick and Jamie, the are the best! The sales rep (Mostafa Anowar) and the financials (Sony) we’re both excellent: prompt and very efficient. The 2nd hand car I purchased was a good deal, at a good price. Then, why only 3 stars? Because the dealership management looks to hit their bottom line: 1. They will use every fine print in the book (“We list everything that this car had when new, but it is now used, therefore we list, but we don’t guarantee that everything is there.”, they bury their $695 Documentation Fee in the car description) and when adding any accessory to sweeten your deal, expect that they’ll match a generic item with a brand car ... not because it doesn’t matter [as they falsely claimed to me], but because they’ll save a few bucks. In my case, sales mgr (Patrick) came in heavy handed and all-knowing. Bottom line: North End Motors have good deals, but buyer be sure you check the fine print.

Rodney did a thorough investigation of the problem and followed through. They also performed a standard free evaluation of basic mechanical components of the car. I had a very good experience at North End. Rich patiently showed us every vehicle we were interested in and let us test drive them all. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in a vehicle and helped us find the best fit from their inventory. He was not pushy and we were able to stay within our budget. The pricing was reasonable and so was the offer they gave for my trade-in. You might get a little bit better deal if you spend a couple hours dickering with another dealer as he goes back and forth for to " check with his manager". Then again, you might not. I've done it both ways and I prefer the way North End handled the sale. Do be sure to call ahead if you are interested in a specific vehicle listed on the web as there were several on the website that were not actually available. It was not a major problem for us as we were not intent on anything too specific - still, it would be helpful if North End promptly took down any listings that were no longer available. In short, I am happy with my car and I would consider buying from North End again.

Although I didn’t have the best car buying experience here.I would rate my experience 4/5 solely on the customer service given to me by my salesperson Jamie K. To begin I was unexpectedly put in a situation where unneeded to buy a car ASAP due to my car being a total loss. I was just in the last days of my rental from my insurance when this was told me. I passed north end motors every day on my way to work and have heard good things about them. From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt comfortable. I was able to get a good deal and ended up signing that same day. However when the day came to pick up my car I was told I couldn’t just yet since they didn’t have have the title and I should hopefully have it by the end of the day or the next day. I ended up waiting a week. During that week my rental car was due to be dropped off and Jamie arranged for me to have loaner car and even reached into his own wallet to give me gas money. During that time of waiting Jamie always made sure I was updated. I rarely had to call for an update since Jamie was always on top of it. When the time finally came to pick up my car I was extremely excited the wait was finally over, only to find out that the remote starter I had purchased was not installed. Needless to say both Jamie and I were pissed. Jamie once again took care of everything making sure someone from that company connected me to set up an appointment at my connivence. Finally everything was taken care of. Again not the best experience and the dealership as a whole really needs to work on communication but it’s really hard to find a genuine salesperson and for that reason Jamie will have a life long customer in me.
