Yesterday I purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent and drove it off the lot the same day. Michael was a wonderful help. He was very helpful along with everyone else who helped with financing. I have to say I never, in my life experienced a better sales experience in any type of transaction. The whole group at this dealership is dedicated to being as friendly and helpful as needed. It's not an act. There are no financial surprises in the bill. They even reimbursed me for a cabin air filter that the auto mechanic who checked the car over before I agreed to buy it, said it needed. Just had a great experience selling my 2019 Subaru Imprezza to this dealership.Jordan made we a good offer that I accepted, and after I emailed him the necessary papers he responded within a day with confirmed details . That was Friday . On Monday his driver and assistant drove up to my house in a company car with the transfer papers and check. It took 10 minutes for them to review the car, and for us to sign the documents. They drove off with the car and I deposited the company check in my bank. The funds cleared the next day It could not have been a simpler or more straightforward process. Great follow- up and great people! Thank you Jordon!

Danny (from the Westborough location) reached out to me after I input my info on Kelley Blue Book and made me an offer that beat all other local buyers as well as Carmax/Carvana/etc. After that, the mobile pickup service (including paperwork and getting the check) was super smooth — I worked with Jordan Tong and he was absolutely amazing. Receptive to inquiry of our needs in a timely fashion. The funds for the interior color etc., and can be refunded if trade in with McGover dealship. Was born ar night just not last night. That has to be removed or buried in a better explanation. That coupled with the 495 doc prep fee! Saw the prep that went into the paperwork. The statement there is nothing I can be done is not a true statement. There is always something that can be done. Another dealership was certified with New tires. This was the comment, "the tires look good". Not happy 😒

My sales rep., Leo, was able to answer any questions or concerns and took care of all the paperwork, registration, etc. quickly without any issues. Feel I got a good deal on the vehicle I purchased and was happy with the interest rate of the loan they offered. Definitely they were low pressure. I left after the test drive to think it through and look at another vehicle later doing a deal with Leo by phone with his manager Brian helping out with financing. Typically I purchase cars from private sellers but the Autobahn staff was great and I would definitely consider them in the future.

So far pretty good. Very friendly and helpful staff. I do not have the car I purchased yet, and why I am giving 4 stars right now. I had been conversing w Jason on the phone about the car I was interested in, and told him due to the distance, I wanted to make the purchase that day if I liked the car. There were no issues provided that would not happen. When I got there, there was a crack in the windshield, so that is being replaces, but I was not told about that prior to my visit. I was told that temp plates could not be provided because I live in NH. I was not told that. I was also told the 128 point check on the vehicle had already been completed, but upon test driving, the light was on for oil change/maintenance, and then was told that work had in fact not been completed yet, and will be prior to delivery. The car will be delivered free of charge, and we were able to negotiate a bit. As with any new purchase, no one likes to wait, especially when you think you will be driving home w your new car. I set up the insurance this morning and emailed the binder to, and I apologize, I forget the gentleman's first name, but C Sorm. I did request to have the car delivered this coming Monday 9/20/2021 if possible. I have not heard back at this time.

a truly remarkable experience. I purchased two cars from them at the same time. the sales process was very smooth and easy, no pressure at all. welcoming staff, will work out of their way to answer each one of your questions. Marc worked with us and he did a great job. A+ for the sales team. as far as the vehicles themselves go, for the most part, it was okay. they did have exactly the car I wanted and at a pretty good price, but whoever was responsible for the condition these cars are in when on the lot and on the test drive should probably be more aware and extra careful. shortly after purchasing the car, i took the vehicle to the manufacturers dealership (also part of the McGovern group) for something unrelated to this slight issue and found out that there were some parts of the car that were overlooked before i bought it, and would have cost me thousands out of pocket to fix if I hadn’t purchased the warranty and hadn’t found out within the limited warranty timeframe. I expressed my concern to the General Sales Manager, Jimmy Peluso, and his attitude and conduct regarding this issue was beyond my expectations. My feelings towards the situation and needs were fully taken into consideration and met 100%, i never felt valued as a customer before, especially at an auto dealership, before and after buying a car. Marc, Joe, and Jimmy were all fantastic. Autobahn USA understands the important relationship between themselves and the consumer, and that is something i have to commend them on. the only issue i have is how my car was sold in the condition it was in, for the most part mint, except for the flex disc, a common failure in my car. if Autobahn continues with the customer service they give now and sell solid cars, there’s no reason why they won’t dominate the New England auto scene.

We found the dar online and exchanged a few messages with Alyssa who was very polite and professional. Then at the store we could tell the car was exactly what the pictures shown. Marc Francois was our salesman and besides being a very nice guy was totally committed to make this deal work for us. I wish I could have had another 2k off of my final price - which wasn’t possible unfortunately. Mohammed took care of all paper work with efficiency and never made us uncomfortable offering extras that we didn’t want to buy. I felt very respected by all people involved in this purchased and was positive impacted to know they work directly with my bank - giving me the best rates on my financing. I dealt with Holden on the phone an in person. He was very professional and easy to deal with. He followed up on every question I had and he took an entire day out of his schedule to drive an hour to my house and take the car to the dealership to get a software update installed that could have presented an issue. This was far beyond my expectations saved me a great deal of time. I found the entire transaction to be easy and would recommend both the dealer and Holden to anyone looking. NO exaggeration.... this process started at 1030AM on a Friday and by that same afternoon they were at our house picking up the vehicle. (payment in hand!) I sold a car to them. I dealt with a guy named Myles. It was a great experience he was a straight shooter he did every single thing he said he would and paid me the amount he offered on the phone. When I got there he had the check ready and the whole deal took 5 minutes . Then he himself drove me and my Dog home because there were no drivers available. Jimmy the sales manager stepped in assured me that it would be. Buying a vehicle is never an experience that people have on their list of things to do for fun. My experience with Audubon USA started out excellent, the staff was friendly and even happened to be from the same town I live in. there were some issues and the time frame to deliver the vehicle but these were out of our control due to the current pandemic. I was looking online at a few Porsche Boxters and saw the one at the Dedham Automall. I made an appointment to come in for a test drive. My salesman, Yaw, was very friendly and accommodating in setting up the appointment and responding to my emails. Once I decided to purchase the car he worked to complete the paperwork. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding my dropping off a check for the vehicle and having the car registered - I assumed it would all be done at the same time but they required the check first and then they would register the car. I can understand the reasons for that but just wish they had made sure we were all on the same page when we were discussing it ahead of time. The only complaint I had was that I had identified a few issues with the car they said would be fixed - a noisy blower fan notably. They promised this would be repaired but when I picked up the car it had not been done. I communicated that to Yaw, along with a few other minor issues I found while driving it home, which they did address in a timely manner. I just expected that the salesperson / dealer would have verified the issues I noted were repaired before I picked up the car (as well as going over other things to make sure nothing needed to be addressed)- and that if they had not been fixed then those things would have been handled ASAP by them and not require me to work to get them addressed. I would expect this from any car dealership, and more so from one dealing in luxury autos. Overall, it was a good experience. Great car at a great price, and all issues I noted (minor as well as the blower fan) have been addressed....

Worked with James Peluso on my Audi S5 purchase. I was extremely adamant in getting the car but had a huge selection as I was looking nationwide. James hooked me up with the best deal possible and dealt with my needy personality very well. Transaction and communication was seamless considering it was a trip to sign for the car. Also note, this dealership doesn’t charge BS preparation fees that a ton of others do. Only downside I have is that the state of Massachusetts doesn’t do temp plates so I needed to transport the vehicle. Can’t blame the dealership for that.

I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from the Dedham Auto Mall and it was a great car buying experience. We worked with Phillip who really made our car buying experience incredibly positive. We didn't feel pressured or rushed, he knew everything there was to tell us about the Jeep, and we felt like he was working hard for us from the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we drove away with our new car. There was a minor issue with one of the door handles on my Jeep after purchase, Phillip got me in touch with their affiliate car shop who quickly identified the issue. Dedham Auto Mall agreed to cover the repair, the shop came to pick up my car at work, fixed it, and returned my car to me a few hours later. It was a really nice feeling to not only be taken care of during the car buying experience, but then shortly after since there was an issue. In the past, I've felt like you buy the car and then the dealership doesn't care about you because you're out the door - that is not the case with Dedham Auto Mall. I would 100% return to buy a car in the future and I would recommend working with Phillip because he was fantastic.

The Salesman Rod was excellent, as was everyone else in the sales department. There was however a problem with the service department. They were suppose to replace tires on the car before I picked it up. When I got there, the first thing I did was look at the tires, one of them had a large chunk taken out of the sidewall, 2 others had bubbles in the side walls. They had only replaced one tire. The second issue was that the floor mats, which were in the trunk when I had first looked at the car, had been removed from the car. A fact that I did not realize until I arrived home and opened the trunk. Rod was instrumental in resolving these issues in a timely and very satisfactory manner. One procedure that they employ, that I did not like, was that when I arrived at the showroom, I was informed that the car was at their service center several miles away. They wanted to complete the purchase (hand over the money, and sign the papers) then go to the service center to get the car. In the future I would not sign off until after seeing the car. The purchaser should be encouraged to view the car before signing, to ensure whatever they were suppose to fix, has been fixed.

I visited their walpole location to check out a specific car. This was my first day car shopping in 9 years, and I was really hesistant to deal with the typical car salesmen antics. Walked in the office and met Dennis Kelly. What a game changer. We spoke casually about what I was looking for, and he made some excellent suggestions. I felt zero pressure, and so comfortable I ended up test driving a beautiful Audi. After the test drive he did some research and found a couple cars at the Dedham location that fit my now refined needs. I worked with the manager Neil who exhibited the same very laid back, pleasant attributes Dennis did. Fast forward 7 days, and my new car is sitting in my driveway. Son Le worked through all the paper work with me, and made it so pleasent even my 1.5 year old daughter remained calm. The only opportunity for improvement I found was it took 6 days for my registration to be switched over, but that was a very minor administrative speed bump that they resolved with out any extra effort on my part. Inventory selection was excellent, my cars pricing was below book value, and my mechanic was impressed with the condition the car is in. Strongly suggest this dealership.
