Is high quality using Acura parts. It is more expensive than your local shop, but they give a 10% discount even when I don’t bring the mailed coupon & you can depend on the quality of work performed. Video clips are sent of the work as it is performed; spacious waiting area with private cubicle work space. Peter is the best!

Had an unexpected issue with my new car while traveling. Called Acura of Boston and they got me an appointment immediately. Their shop foreman drove my car to diagnose the possible cause, and while they couldn't duplicate it, they offered their experienced insight to put my mind at ease for my long drive home. And they washed my car, too. Would definitely recommend their service department.

Service is top notch especially if you own an Acura, they even send you a link to a real time video from the mechanic with updates on what he finds on your car.
The only thing that could perhaps improve is communicating more quietly the information about any one's car or what was found, I wouldn't want every one in the waiting area to know what I am going to pay for repair or not, I believe that should be more of a quiet conversation between the agent and the customer as opposed to a loud one where everyone can hear.
Other than that, it's all good 👍.

I’ve been using Acura of Boston’s services since I moved here 10 years ago. I like how they always explain the pros and cons of having work done on my SUV. Jonathan, my customer service rep had a similar vehicle and was able to relate to what was happening to my vehicle. And their service just got better with a video scan of my engine and underbelly so that I could see things that needed to be done and what I could put off until later. I look forward to keeping my SUV for a long time thanks to this group.

Great buying experience. Everyone was attentive and polite. I worked with Eric and he was incredibly responsive and thorough, in explaining the process and in showing me the car when I picked it up. I walked into the dealership looking for an Integra, which is currently difficult to get, and not only did the car end up being delivered two months ahead of the original estimate, but I didn’t feel hassled in the slightest at any point. Update: car had vibration issue for years and remained unresolved after multiple visit to other garages, Will and the wonderful crew did a great job troubleshooting the problem, and finally, the car drives great and problem fixed. one feature i really like is that the technician will share with you a video showing hwo they work on your vehicle, and it was transparent and like it a lot.

Nice cars, great people. Recently got an Acura ILX, process was quick and relatively painless minus some waiting time when finalizing paperwork (had an appointment for 1 and wasn’t seen till 2), but other than that it was a good experience.

If you need anything for your Acura this is the best place to go! We had an extremely stressful situation due to our stolen Acura(post recovery). When we showed up we met Jay in the sales area and he was so kind and helpful while bringing me to the service center. Fist off and for most thank you to everyone at Acura of Boston for being amazing all around, there is not one person who works there I wouldn't give a 5 star rating to for both knowledge sales and service. Special shout out to Adriano Polanco who worked diligently to find me the Acura that fit my Expensive taste and my not so wealthy wallet. I traded in my 14 Infinity Q60 for a 2018 MDX advanced. I was pretty hard on them and wanted a little more for my trade since it was lifted and beautiful. The manager Perry Wong appraised my truck and agreed to give me the price I wanted for my trade, he was so easy to work with! I would recommend Acura of Boston to everyone who's looking to buy a new or used vehicle and wants to walk away feeling like you got a great deal and met some great people.

Every single person I encountered at this dealership was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Justin D, my appointed salesman, spoke to me like a peer while going over car specs, pricing, and financing possibilities. After my test drive, Ron W was introduced to continue the financing conversation a little more in-depth. This is the first car I've ever bought on my own, and truthfully financial discourse makes my head spin; but Ron and Justin were patient and candid with me. Not once did I feel pressured or condescended, which is not something I can say for the other dealerships I've been to recently. My financing options were a little uncertain, since I was looking to buy a 2009 CR-V with mid-range credit and needing as low of a monthly payment as possible. I left a deposit to hold the car for the day until I could come back later with my financial advisor (my mom) for a second/confirming opinion. After we took a few laps around the lot to get Mom's Seal of Approval, we went to Ron's office to talk numbers. Ron was happy to run through several different options with us, ultimately finding a loan/payment amount that I could work with. After the papers were signed and it was time to fork over my down payment, even the girls behind the counter were engaging and down to earth. From start to finish, I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at this dealership. I'm moving in two weeks and I need a car, and I've been all over creation lately trying and failing to find what I found here. I've lived down the street for three years and I had no idea that what I needed was right under my nose the whole time. If you are looking for a car buying experience that wont end in tears and profanities, look no further. Thank you!!

10/01/2023: went back for service with a list of items, two of which were my tires. They were damaged by some of road construction in Newton and they were covered by the tire maintenance program 100%. I also needed an inspection sticker, an adjustment to my driver's side window, oil change, and wheel alignment - all were completed along with a great car wash, inside and out, before 4 PM on a Saturday.

Went back again - they helped me with an inspection and noticed my registration needed to be renewed. They also made sure the car's computer software was updated. I was able to get in there at 7:30 AM and out in just a couple of hours with a fully serviced and clean car.

After a completely unprofessional experience with Prime Acura of Westwood, I opted to take my business to Acura of Boston. I use their service department often so I figured their sales department is likely just as good - wow was I right! With the chaos of the current shortage of cars, I called a couple of days prior to make an appointment, which the team member was happy to assist with. When we arrived, my mom and I were greeted promptly by a representative who then immediately got the available sales associate. Justin was assigned to us and I cannot express how outstanding he is to work with. He was extremely attentive, provided us with updates throughout our entire process (we initiated a lease and purchase of a used vehicle), and he was SUPER friendly. He made sure all of our needs were met in a timely manner, which at a car dealership seems to be unheard of. Justin, Brian (the GM) and Harrison (the finance manager) all made the process as painless as possible…because truthfully, buying a car never ever seems to run smoothly. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the sales team at Acura of Boston and I would recommend anyone who is in the market for an Acura to 100000% go here! Rarely do you walk into a dealership and just enjoy your day there. This happened to me when on a whim I decided to check out the Acura of Boston Dealership in Brighton.
I was really interested to see the ILX model.
I was met by the wonderful Ed Martens.
He listened more than he spoke (important to me when I am explaining to any salesperson what I am looking for) and guided me through all the options I had. I never felt rushed. He was attentive and thoughtful and while I know they are there to sell cars and conduct business, it felt friendly and not pushy. He really gave me an overview of all the details I needed to look at and consider, and was just really awesome to discuss purchase options and car models.
It's important to me to build a nice business relationship with someone as I am planning to make this major and costly purchase soon. I highly recommend working with Ed for your car buying needs, it was a very enjoyable experience!

I put down a deposit over the phone and Dorian said he would get back to me when he had an ETA on the car. He kept me updated through the whole process, sending me an email when the car was finally built and calling me as soon as they had it in their lot. I stopped by, test-drove the car, signed the paperwork and that was it. Overall, it was a pretty painless process. I would definitely recommend Acura Boston and Dorian for anyone looking into buying a new car.

A few days ago my husband and I went to a different dealership as we were interested in a vehicle priced 5k below market value. Once we test drove the vehicle and sat down to work out the numbers the finance people added the 5k on the vehicle. The old “bait and switch” tactic (making a long story very short). We were floored. The hour drive back home we expressed our frustration and our desire to not step foot in another dealership again. Such a horrible experience. I saw an advertisement for a newer version of our MDX and without hesitation made an appointment at Acura of Boston. I made initial contact with an online customer service rep who texted me back not 5 minimum after I submitted an online inquiry. I called and asked for a sales person who spoke Spanish so I didn’t have to translate for my husband (in case our 9 mo old needed all of my attention). Will and Acura of Boston helped me out of a huge jam yesterday and did a great job. My car died when I was in Boston from out of town, in 100 degree heat. I had it towed there and without an appointment they took the car, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within 2 hours. They also washed and vacuumed the car, which had been target practice for a flock of birds earlier in the day. I brought my car in for service because my sunroof wouldn’t close completely. They told me a branch likely fell on the top of my car (there were scratches on the top of my car that I would’ve never seen) and the impact of it damaged the gear. Will was great explaining this to me and breaking down the cost. Will also noticed as I pulled up that I had a nail in my tire, not the greatest news, but I’m glad he noticed this immediately in his visual diagnostic. They were able to patch this, fill my oil and replace my filters. Everyone was so great and so helpful. I had to use a loaner while they finished up the repairs. At first I didn’t like the loaner, but once I got used to it and I had to drive my car back home I missed the loaner haha. Now I’m tempted to look at newer models haha. Great experience overall. I bought my 2006 RSX at the Bernardi Acura dealership on Soldiers Field Rd. 15 years ago. I’ve been maintaining and repairing it there ever since; it’s at 190,000 miles. Sure it shows signs of age - a little bit of creaking and wrinkles - just like me. Don’t wanna replace either one of us. The techs are absolutely top shelf and the service consultants are knowledgeable and also warm blooded human beings. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for car stuff.

So... I found our car online and decided to go take a look at it on-site at Acura of Boston. It was a great price and exactly the car we wanted. When I walked I to the dealer, I was approached immediately and asked if I needed any help. In the two minutes it took that help to get to me, two other people also asked if I needed help, great service. Ed Martens was my Sales Executive, yes executive as he was beyond professional and knowledgeable. Car was Great as well as the price, they have a no haggling policy, I did my homework and understand why, their prices are what you get after what you go through at other dealerships when the sales guy goes to the sales manager 10 times. :). When I decided to buy the car I overheard a young lady sitting at the next table say "that's it, done, that was easy", I ended up saying the same when my deal was done. I would be hard pressed to buy a car anywhere else in the future. Ed was great, met the GM when he thanked me for the purchase and he even stuck around to talk, finance guy was impeccable (no finance interest games either to make up for your trade-in). Insane warranty deals that was Almost too good to be true, new and used. BTW, I bought a used BMW, not even an Acura but was treated like I had bought their flagship vehicle. If you're buying new or used, try there, you will buy there. They also delivered my car to Hampstead NH, honest, not making this up.

We recently traded in our current vehicle and purchased a used Acura MDX. Jay was our Sales Consultant and did a great job explaining all of the features to us. We were a bit disappointed there was no room for negotiating the sales price of the MDX and wish we had gotten more for our trade in, but overall I think the transaction was fair and competitive relative to other places we went to. The professionalism of the staff did not stop after we signed the contract, which we loved. When the car was delivered, there were a couple minor items that weren't as promised, but the GM Brian was super quick to acknowledge and address our concerns. We brought the car back in and Brian made us feel like a VIP. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase and customer service received at this dealership. We love our MDX (the dual screen is a bit confusing but I'm sure we will learn it overtime) and highly recommend Acura of Boston!

I utilized the service department at Acura of Boston on a Saturday recently for a few items, including a recall notice, I needed to get done on my Acura ILX. This was one of the better service experiences I've had at a dealership and it was all thanks to the team that I worked with there.
Bob made sure each item I needed to get done was taken care of as well as any concerns I had were noted to check out. I had the option to wait or take a loaner, I picked the loaner so I wouldn't have to wait a few hours. He did a great job keeping in touch to let me know how everything was going and added a service item to be done under warranty without issue. He also told me to just keep the loaner until Monday (they're closed Sunday) so that I wouldn't have to hustle over to pick up my car late that evening.
The service manager helped me get a loaner quickly and even helped get me one I wanted to try out. He spent the time to chat with me about how they are set up with service and pricing which was nice to know. I generally find dealerships to be a bit expensive on service, however, the items I inquired about were relatively reasonable in their pricing here.

One gentleman checked in my car, the other walked me into the service reception area and logged in what I wanted done to my car. I was in for the first oil change and tire rotation on our 2019 Acura RDX, waited a mere 30-40 minutes in a nice waiting area that also boasts a cafe where you can get free coffee, bottled water, snacks....etc. How about this to finish off my experience, they rotated my tires, changed the oil and did a multi point inspection all for FREE! Always explains everything clearly, tells you what you need and what you don't need . All in all one of the good reasons to use this dealership. There are many other reasons as well-the place is comfortable and the car is ready when they say it will be etc. I also bought our car from here - it was a fair deal and the car has been great. All I can say is, if you get a deal from them call other places to see if they’d beat it. Goes without saying that as customers we should be shopping for best deal. I dealt with Matheus, and I have nothing but great things to say about him. Kind respectful always got back to me, and tried everything he could to get a deal done. But I was trying to trade in a car and there used car managers should lose there jobs. I have a trade in that Acura of Boston said they could only give me 500 for. Acura or Peabody and in Framingham wanted to give me 6000. It’s really embarrassing In my opinion to do that, especially to a repeat customer.

Bought my 2014 Acura Certified MDX at Herb Connolly (mistake). While driving to Baltimore in 2019, I noticed that my heat was coming out of the rear HVAC and the console was heating up (the heat was not on). Took car to Connolly and they told me issue was how the vehicle was designed and not fixable. This year I drove back to Baltimore (only 40k miles on SUV) and noticed same problem. Looked it up on internet and found this is a common complaint for this generation MDX and Acura was fixing it under warranty but not pass warranty. Connolly told me they had no record of me bringing in vehicle. They would fix it for $1800 less a small Acura allowance. Brought it to Acura of Boston (I bought my still owed 02 MDX and my son just bought a 2015). They fixed it for for $1200 less Acura allowance.
I have had other problems with Herb Connolly's service department and do not recommend them. Acura of Boston has always been competent, friendly and their prices for service and parts have been less expensive than Connolly's.

Again I have returned to this dealership to make another used car purchase. As in my last transaction the service couldn’t have been more smoother more efficient or more friendly to deal with. I conduct most of my transaction online or by means of texting and email. All of my questions were answered promptly and to the best of the sales associates knowledge at that time. When I arrived in person to complete my online transaction I was immediately greeted by a sales associate never waited more than long enough to complete my my paperwork and ultimately finalize my purchase . I ordered parts for my 2003 Acura CLS6 from Bernardi. I could have ordered the parts from one of the many Acura dealers here in Florida, but Bernardi provided me with a better value and the gentlemen that I spoke with to verify the parts availability was very professional which is something that I couldn't say about a couple of the dealers here in my state. The Bernardi website for ordering parts also has a vastly better layout for ordering parts online (again compared to dealer sites in my state) and it was real easy for me to make a cart of everything I needed and check out with Paypal. Going forward, not only will I order all the parts that I need from them, but whenever I take my next trip up North, I am going to stop by for service and tell them thank you. I am a customer who tends to look at small details about a business first, because usually when they get the smaller details right, then they tend to always get the bigger ones right too. That has definitely been the case for me so far with Bernardi. Thank you.

I bought car from here and I give 5 Star for excellent salesmanship honesty and knowledge. My sales manager was Marine and very happy that I got car from him. I recommend him with flying colors.
However, I give 1 Star for backend service (finance and all) Very pushy for extended warranty and extra services. I felt very repelled the way it was done. There were lot of border line lies, which I realized later on and I was horrified by it. Stay away from these back end people. DO NOT buy their lies. Just get your stuff (financing and extra service) done from outside, it will cheap and good.
Despite of all this, I recommend this place to buy your new car.

Korab was an amazing salesman. He was patient, hardworking, genuine, earnest, and never pushy. He is creative in his ability to create value in deals. He was forthcoming with timelines and transparent. He provided his honest opinion and insight where helpful and truly paused to listen to issues we were concerned about rather than just paving over them with blind reassurances. It made the process of purchasing our vehicle more of a partnership than pure transaction. Even when the transaction was closed - he patiently sat with us in our car and walked us through each of the functions, knobs, electronics, and even helped set up our phone connection - despite it being 5 minutes from close at the end of a long work day at 8pm. This testified to his previous statement that he values the future relationship with customers. We can only hope that our next vehicle purchase will be with someone as good! We didn’t feel like he was so much as a salesman as someone helping us find the right car and walking us through the process. The dealership itself was good with large inventory.

Miguel was very helpful. The loaner was handy. I didn't feel like extraneous extras and unecessary suggestions were added on as is always my fear/prior experience at a dealership. My last two visits were much better than years ago in that respect. A very pleasant and welcome surprise.

The only down side that prices are not negotiable. Also, when it comes to finance and insurance, the guys who manage it try to up sell you a lot of unnecessary stuff. And the process is not transparent, that makes life of sales people difficult.

I first went to Prime Acura in Westwood because it was closer to my home and literally NO ONE even said Hi to my wife or me. They just kept walking by us as we didn’t exist. If possible I would highly recommend to make the drive to Acura of Boston. This is the second time purchasing an Acura at this location. This time I received an even better level of customer service. Especially during a pandemic it was clean, safe and everyone was Practicing social distancing. I got there about 20 minutes before closing and that did not stop Korab from assisting me. He didn’t rush me, he asked me all the questions to get an idea of what I was looking for an even went over numbers. I came in the following day to complete everything and Sherrad, the financial manager, provided similar customer service. Overall, it was great. I would always recommend this location and I recommend asking for Korab and Sherrad.

This is my second visit to Acura Boston. This time Robert Gandolfo took care of me and my beloved Acura mdx. Bob is very professional, he listened to me in order to quickly assess what was needed to be done to fix my car. It didn’t take long for them to figure out what was faulty and needed replacement. Also they really made sure that they didn’t miss anything.
Prior to my visit to Acura I brought my car twice to a local repair shop, not only they charged me a lot of money but they were never really able to fix my car. So yes Acura might be slightly expensive than your local mechanic but in the long run it costed me more time and money not going directly to Acura Boston.
The first time Michael (if I well remember) took care of me. Both of them, Michael and Bob were very professional.

I bought a car from Dumitru Moisei at Acura of Boston five years ago, and he has been nothing but great!!! He would email me to check the updates of the car. So, when I decided to buy a car for my mom this year, I decided to go back to him. As always, he's AWESOME!!! He took care of everything and showed me all the details about the new car. He even came to my work to pick me up to the dealership. If I ever decide to buy another car again, I would DEFINITELY go to him again! I would even recommend him to my friends and colleagues!
As for the service department, staffs there are nice too. Gary Schoener has always been my service adviser, and he always keep my car in top shape! He would get me a shuttle or a loaner whenever necessary. So, working with him has been a breeze!
To conclude it all, Acura of Boston is the best dealership that I ever dealt with! They treat you like family, unlike all these other ones who only wants your money (like some of the ones in norwood which I bought cars from before I found out about Acura of Boston).

I leased my Acura MDX from Acura Boston 3 years ago and as the lease was coming to an end, I was contacted by Stephen Santos for the end of lease procedures and check my interest in leasing a new MDX. I decided to meet him on a Saturday and told him what would be my expectations on pricing and payments. I never liked to deal with the typical "sales car rep" but Stephen does not match the "typical stereotype" of the car salesman. When I got there, Stephen was very professional. Not trying to push anything I didn't ask for and he was able to get what I asked him as a condition to close in a very short time. Straight to the point. No unnecessary conversations and fake negotiations. He was able to make me do one thing for the first time. I had never closed a deal at the first visit to the first dealer. Even when the car took longer to get to the dealership and other dealers would have the color I wanted, I decided to stay with Acura Boston for the kind of service Stephen provided.
Hoping that in 3 years I will have the same type of experience when it is time to sign the next lease.

Always fantastic experience. This time I only give a 4 because I waited longer than ever for routine service (3 hrs). I got to work while waiting but then got stuck in 45 min traffic heading home. Also, the car was washed but then had dirty prints on door knobs from workers and the only vacuumed from carpets and not my back ones. Was very disappointed. Other than that, facility and workers were phenomenal!

This service visit was not up to their usual standards. First of all I was told my car would be ready by 3:00 and it wasn’t done until 5:30, which meant I had to go back the next day to pick it up. Secondly, when I went to pay, I was informed that there was no longer a cashier and that I had to get checked out by the customer service person I had dealt with. He was tied up with another customer, so I had to wait around for a good 5 minutes before I got my car.

I had a tight timeframe as I had an unanticipated client call and meeting I had to be at after my relatively minor (oil/filter change). Historically the service has been good but this past Saturday they were clearly overworked and understaffed. They discovered additional service items with the car (like a dying battery) but didn't have time to address them nor to give the customary wash. There seemed to be only one knowledgeable service advisor (Jonathan) who clearly had too much on his plate.

I recently purchased a 2016 MDX and took it to Acura of Boston to have it looked at because Prime Honda where I purchased the vehicle about a month ago was not able to address my concern. Chavin was the specialist who took care of me. He was great! He was very professional, attentive and responded to all of my concerns. The tech that I worked with brought me along as I requested on the test drive and showed me some features of the MDX that I was not aware of. In addition he addressed my concern and took the time to explain the 9 gear shift system in the new MDX’s. I had a pleasant experience and although regretfully my vehicle was not purchased at an Acura dealership as I had hoped I will be retuning there for servicing and future needs.

I have been a customer of Acura of Boston for 17 years. I have not always been happy with my service, but the current team is above reproach. My most recent experience with Vivian was handled perfectly from the time I walked into to the time I left. There are touches of efficiency that have been added--like paying my service provider directly instead of moving to a secondary staging area.
In the past the stand-out service has been provided by certain stand-out advisors. I was skeptical of working with someone relatively new, but was delighted that Vivian walked me through my concerns with my car, laid out a plan of action for the next service visit, and actually removed a scheduled service that was not necessary at the time of my visit, saving me money.
The spacious waiting room and regular check-ins during my wait (I notice all of the service team does this for their customers) along with a complimentary bererage bar (Keurig and water) makes the customer experience a positive one.
