Really great experience! I’ll definitely come back again. Had a strange red fluid leak on my Lexus. My service advisor was great, he pulled up my last records and noticed some past repairs that may have caused the issue. They promptly had me in a nice loaner (exact vehicle as mine, just newer), and was assured they’d handle everything. I was very pleased it was a minor repair (loose radiator hose clip) and was fixed at no charge. Outstanding service, professionalism and courteous team. I’ll be using them again for sure! All the staff here are always very professional. Brad is my favorite to work with very efficient and thorough! Prices are always competitive i usually will call around to see if I can beat it and Lexus is always either cheaper or similarly priced for much better treatment. Also the communication between the service area and the reps is excellent they always answer any questions I have about repairs! As far as buying my car went Zack was a game changer He was polite professional and absolutely wonderful from the very beginning he jumped through every hoop to try to help us unlike Tony (the British manager) he offended my son-in-law as we initially walked in the door. I can honestly say the sell would not have happened if it wasn't for Zack and his great personality, And no I had never met Zach before that day. The folks at Peterson Lexus are great! David took great care of me and I was well informed throughout the repair/maintenance process of my rig. When they got done doing the diagnostic of what I asked, they sent me a video walk around of the issues/repairs. I will definitely bring my rig back.

I was vehicle shopping recently, and despite not going with the Lexus dealership, I had the best customer service and experience while at this location. A sales associate named Talia helped me and she was by far the most helpful and informative employee I've interacted with compared to other Brands/Dealerships. She answered all my questions rapidly, and even shared some of her own personal experiences and thoughts regarding my vehicle selection. I was able to have my own private test drive, and the cars were on and chilled by the time I hopped in them. I highly recommend this dealership.

When purchasing a premium vehicle like a Lexus one anticipates a likewise premium experience at the dealership. We worked with Talia Tong selecting our new RX 350 hybrid, and we were not disappointed. We have been generally pleased with Peterson Lexus, and in this instance, we were particularly pleased with Talia. Considering that the dealership had yet to receive one of the newly updated RXs, Talia was quite knowledgeable regarding the many changes. We felt no pressure in the sales process, but Talia was always very attentive to any concerns or questions we had. She was a very nice person to work with. My 2000 GS300 won’t start so try to see what is going on and with the help of my good friend Florin he told me to tap in on the starter and I did and it started for few days I did just that, so I went to Lexus in Boise and I told them what I discovered and they double check to make sure it was the starter and it was, Chris P. was very nice guy and walked me through and I was glad that today I picked up the car it had to stay in the shop until the part arrived, overall I will recommend this dealer Peterson Lexus. I am a visitor from out of state. During my road trip, the front bumper splash shield had gotten damaged and was dangling and dragging under the wheel. I was helped by a nice woman on the phone named Katelyn. She got me into the service department within a few minutes even though this was a last minute request. The service advisor that helped me was named Brad and he was awesome to work with. The technicians were able to get the damaged parts off my car so it would be safe for the long drive home. I had a stellar experience at this dealership and enjoyed looking at the RCF track edition in the front lobby.

I am EXTREMELY happy with the service I received. Went to my SUV Saturday about 2:30 and the battery was dead. Auuto Club was about an hour away. While waiting I called Peterson. Spoke with Chris Pink. He said if I got there by no later than 4:30 they might be able to get be up and running. If not he could get me a loaner. I wasn’t able to get there until a little after 4:30. Chris said, due to being slammed that day and with two technicians calling in sick it would be about an hour. I settled for the loaner and came back Monday for my car with a new battery. Thank you service team and Chris Pink for a super job!

Chris Pink was our contact person in the service department of Petersons Lexus on Fairview. I own a ES350. My wife has a IS250. Our 17 year old daughter bought a SC430 a week ago. We brought the SC430 into Petersons for some things and Chris did a top notch job helping us with the entire process. We had a beautiful loaner car NX300 which drives amazing, and has touch screen everything on it. Work on the car was done in a timely manner. They even filled our gas tank! Came in for a 100,000 mile check up and some rattling in my back right on my hybrid, they had me diagnosed and out of there in a loaner within 30 minutes. Speaking of the loaner, it was fantastic! Nx350h, going on the wish list! Upon picking up my car they also defrosted and scraped the windows, little touches that made all the difference as I was already running late. 10/10!

Thanks again to Peterson Lexus. This is my 2008 GX470 with about 120k miles. They have taken care of my car for the past 8 years and always give me great service. When it comes to checking in on services I need and if I could use a loaner car, the staff are accommodating to my requests. As a dad of two young kids, they are helpful with assisting me with car seats and giving the kids snacks and waters for the road. Yes, they are a large dealership! However, they treat me like I’m one of their few customers. Joe actually knew my background and we chatted about work and life. I took it to Peterson after I purchased and got an analysis of "necessary" and "nice to have" service work. I worked with Dave to determine the course of action and I have to say that I felt confident in what he told me. I checked the prices for the services and they were very competitive, if not better in some cases, than other shops. I highly recommend Peterson and am thinking of switching my Chevy truck to Peterson since the service was so great at this shop. Just picked up my 2021 Lexus ES 350 Ultra Luxury from Peterson Lexus Boise. Great experience with my salesman Eric. He was very patient with my many questions. If he didn’t know the answer he found someone who did. I came back several times to test drive cars. When I finally made my decision, due to Covid, I had to order straight from the factory. Took 4 1/2 months but it was well worth the wait. They even let me unwrap the car myself before they detailed it! There was never any pressure and I felt everything was said and done with compete honesty. And to top it all off it only had 2.8 miles on it! Highly recommend. Just got my 5000 mile/6 month inspection. I appreciate the service even though I only had 1300mi on it! Thanks Brad (Service Rep). Just got my 10,000 mile complimentary oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter replaced and full inspection. Great job as usual Brad. Thanks.

Another top notch experience with Peterson Lexus! Purchased an RX 350 this weekend due to needing a larger family SUV. Eric Whipkey made this one of the smoothest and best experiences I have had while looking for a vehicle. No pressure into purchasing something other than exactly what I wanted and consulted the me whole time to make sure I was make the correct decision. I also traded in a vehicle this time around and got a good trade in price on it. This is our second Lexus from Peterson and we are still extremely happy with the first one a Lexus NX 200 T. There was a small issue that was covered under warranty on this one and Peterson fixed it quickly and provided us with a loaner car at no charge for any of it. There may be a lot of luxury brands out there but if you want one of the best that will give you no headaches as they age and backed by a great dealership Peterson Lexus is it!

Fantastic experience with the service department of Peterson Lexus, I had my car in for an alignment and it turned out that a few other things needed to be done making the job larger than expected. They were still able to get my car finished the same day with everything done perfectly. Dave was very professional and gave me a few calls throughout the day to let me know how things were going. I was initially confused about where to go and drove to the Toyota service line, but an employee saved me time and sent me over to the Lexus service side. Joe was nice to talk to while we updated files and even took the time to show me where the wheel lock should be kept and where a battery cover should have gone. Even though cars were in and out of there, I didn’t feel rushed. They serviced my vehicle and washed it. I would definitely recommend using the dealership rather than a third party service center. Even with a coupon, you might end up going to the other place more often than needed. The location was really easy to get to. Toyota service faces Fairview and the Lexus entrance is on the south side off Maple Grove.

Robert Bolding was our Sales advisor and he did a great job for us from the time we walked into the showroom. Traveled from Twin Falls to have an issue diagnosed with my 2004 RX330 air conditioning. Brad was on top of the entire process, and provided me with a courtesy vehicle while mine was being diagnosed. All things said and done, the problem was minor (in comparison to my expectations) and taken care of in short order. Add to that the complete car analysis (needed/had a rear brake job), I left the dealership in less time than I anticipated and well below the cost I expected. The young man working service reception was totally outstanding through my interactions and observations with other customers and Brad was just AWESOME. There was no need to haggle to get a reasonable price. After the purchase, we found a few things missing in the car. So we asked for these items. We did not get a firm commitment that these items would be granted. However, the very next day I stopped by and Jake gave me all the items we requested which made me very happy. When I got there I was told body shop was not available and they could only try to buff out scratches and would give me touch up paint to do on my own. I'm going to be as honest as possible in hopes that the dealership will review this with the intention to make necessary improvements. Most lots currently have very low inventory because of a situation they do not have control of. Covid hit the nation and they are working on getting back on track. We understood the dilemma and took that with a grain of salt. We did express our interest in buying a vehicle within the week. We were welcomed warmly when we came to the Lexus dealership. We had researched what we wanted down to 3 different vehicles and it was going to come down to which car performed well during the test drive. Kaden was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There wasn't a question about the vehicles he could not answer. I have been in sales my whole life and owned a business, so this aspect is very important to me. Kaden was not pushy and listened to what we liked and didn't like. He took initiative, since I am 8 months pregnant, and mentioned that the possibility of a car seat fitting in the back seat may pose an issue for us. I admire honesty and we came back a day later to test the car seat out. He was correct and I changed my interest from a IS to an ES 350. Since there were limited colors and inventory, Kaden informed us of our options and what was being brought in. This is where it became frustrating. I am one of those folks that will pay what I need to to get what I really want, but I refuse to spend 50k+ on a vehicle that isn't the model and color I want. I expressed this to Kaden. He seemed to understand and proceeded to tell us the additional cost and process to get the color and model from another location. I expected this, but I did not expect that it would take several days for he and his team to follow up with possible options from other lexus dealers across the country. We had to go to cars.com and other similar websites to find a few. Once we found them, which took less than 30 min, we called back to ask if they could look into the availability and cost to transfer. No email or responses for the rest of that evening and nothing until 3 the following day. I decided to call the dealerships directly and do my own investigation. Through another dealership in Oklahoma, we found out that the car I needed was only available on 4 different lots in 4 different states and 2 were not able to ship. Nathan, the salesman in Oklahoma, was also very informative and seemed observant to our interest and need to have exactly what we wanted, even if that meant flying out to get the car ourselves. Within 2 days of back and forth with conversations, answered questions, negotiations, photos, and videos shared by Nathan, we decided to fly out to OK and drive it 1400 miles home. Within that time, we had STILL no answers from Kaden and his sales manager, Rasheem, about the possible transfer of one of the vehicles from Chicago and/ or any other matches that they may or may not have found. It is not ideal to have to not only research myself but wonder if the representative is even interested in helping me find what I need. Long story short, although Kaden and his team were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, the follow up to find what I WANT was lacking. Even if I still had to get my car from another Lexus dealership in the end, if they had been the ones to help locate and follow up with more initiative, I would've preferred to work with them again in the near future, likely provide a 5 star review, and share with friends and family.

We had the final cost figure very quickly- it was reasonable. We did not have to negotiate a lower price which made the purchase a much more pleasant experience. This was my first visit at Peterson’s Lexus of Boise and will definitely not be my last. Before moving to the area my previous Lexus dealer told me my ‘14 RX needed rear brakes soon. S/A Tanner told me his technician would inspect the F&R pads and advise findings. Low and behold I have 6mm pad remaining on both. Recommendation to leave alone to reinspect at next service was made. I have been a Lexus customer since 1994 and found the ownership experience quite good overall, with the dealer sometimes the weak link. I hope my experience today revives the dealer side of the equation to the same level as Lexus’ vehicles. Great job Tanner and staff!

We take a long time to purchase just the right car, and Rasheed Ryals worked with us patiently for the last 2 months. He was knowledgeable about the Lexus inventory which helped us to select an RX450h. Rasheed never seemed to be in a rush. He just took his time and allowed us to drive any car that might interest us. We appreciated his honesty and his willingness to help us learn the features on the RX the we purchased. Our only suggestion is for the sale and finance managers. It would be helpful to be able to see all the list of "add-on"s" a day or two before actually paying for the car and driving it off. This one thing is pushy and does not allow for a purchaser to take his time and choose what add-ons, if any, are right for them. Just a suggestion.

There is something wrong when the Toyota dealership which is colocated with the Lexus dealership has better facilities including an enclosed drop off area. Shame on Lexus for letting them get away with it and shame on the Peterson Auto Group for under investing in the Toyota flagship brand, which the last time I checked was Lexus. I can understand having a small dealership but I don’t understand the truly subpar facilities. Maybe the Lexus dealership should be awarded to someone who respects and appreciates the brand and more importantly the brand promise and experience we have come to expect.

Warranty is decent: 24 month free replacement, 50% for next 24 months and then 25% for balance of 36 months. Our last Lexus Battery was the original and lasted seven years. Finally, got complimentary car wash which is always nice.

Saturday afternoon around 3 pm, my wife coasted into Peterson Lexus with a dead alternator. She was kindly greeted and promptly serviced with no appointment, given a loaner car and sent on her way. Their outstanding customer service brought ease to a stressful situation. I highly recommend their services!

We have been doing business with Peterson Lexus for 13 years now, and our last two experiences have been what we believe should be expected at a luxury car dealership. 3 years ago, we were fortunate to work with Mike Diaz, who was friendly, but not phony, and who worked hard to get all the details just right...both before and after the sale. We recently were back at Peterson, and had the good fortune to meet Kathy Zurenski, who was absolutely great to work with. She characterized all the things we look for in a sales "Partner," honest and straightforward...friendly, but not phony...great communicator...very detail oriented and precise...and no high-pressure tactics. It is the sales associates who make the dealership successful, and as long as Peterson has people like Kathy and Mike, we'll be back for future purchases.

Curt (salesman) was very helpful and was very low pressure. He answered all my questions and also gave me a Carfax before I was totally committed to buying the car. The sale manager was helpful in that he honored my offered before taxes, titled, doc etc... I was very satisfied with the financing offers neither other bank nor credit union could match it. Thanks to the finance guy who called me to give me a better deal than the credit union I was going to use. My wife and I are blessed to have very good credit scores so I don't know how it would look with mediocre or bad credit. They scored a 4 because I had to do a great deal of waiting when I made my offer and then when I came to pick it up the next day. Overall it was a very good experience with the Peterson Group. This was my second time to buy from them and I would go back again.

Jake McArthur is an absolute doll! It was time to turn in my lease. I went to the dealership (not Peterson Lexus) that I bought my car at to look at other vehicles. I was interested in purchasing a car, rather than getting into another lease. I was also looking at used vehicles so that I could have a lower monthly payment. I found a used vehicle that I liked, but the finance department said they couldn't "get me into" the used vehicle because of my credit (although it was 1/4 of the cost of the vehicles they were trying to sell me). They insisted they could only "get me into" another brand new car and Lease. They also were demanding that I put $1000 down. One of the finance managers also personally insulted me. I left. The next morning, I reluctantly walked into Peterson Lexus because I saw online that they had a cute used Audi for sale. It had low miles and looked to be in great shape. Jake was the first person I met when I walked in. He was kind, a great listener and apologetic for the horrific experience I had the night before at the other dealership. He patiently listened to my wants/needs and ultimately, got me into the car that I really wanted. I know that the car I bought from him wasn't a "big ticket item" compared to some of the new Lexus' on the sales floor. Regardless of this, he took all the time needed for our sale and made me feel like I was a VIP customer just like everyone else. Thank you Jake for redeeming my faith in humanity!-Dena Z.

Drove up to the Service Dept w/o an appt due to a broken windshield wiper (it was sleeting out). My service provider, Dylan, addressed my concern immediately. In less than 15 minutes, I was back on the road w/new wiper blades and my fluids topped off. I did not miss any time at work to make this quick stop.
