Full disclosure here. My credit is in the toilet and financing a vehicle was a fever dream but with winter on us, I had to take a shot. I’m still in shock that I’m now driving to work this morning instead of biking in below freezing temperatures. Devin and Dan were amazing to work with and made me feel like I actually had a shot. They answered my questions honestly and without reservation. They also represented the vehicle I was looking at as being exactly what it is and gave me full disclosure on it, that’s integrity. The atmosphere of the place was that of a social gathering rather than a business transaction with absolutely no pressure to buy. I will gladly take my business there again and have no qualms about referring friends and family to them.

I've purchased cars from Ozzy for over 10 years now and won't consider another used car company. Always a good deal, a good price for my trade in, treated well by Ozzy and his staff. Today, my daughter needed to replace her '03 Audi so I took her to Ozzy's. The first car she looked at the bank did not want to finance due to age and miles. Not a problem as Danny already looked into what the bank would do for her and had another car to offer that was newer, lower miles, and was $1000 less. Financing was better at 48 months instead of 60. Very nice looking Nissan that was in really good shape. I appreciate Danny in taking the time and helping her out, as well as Ozzy giving us a great deal. I just can't say enough how impressed I am with Ozzy and his staff. I bought a 2010 Mazda5 and Ozzy and his staff were great. They were very nice and friendly, there was no pressure from any of the staff and they didn't try to sell me a car. They just let me look around I test drove two vehicles and once I made my decision that I wanted to proceed with the purchase they took care of everything. I was even able to get an extended warranty on the vehicle so I have the peace of mind. The price was fair and below other dealers for the same year and make of vehicle. Best experience I have had buying from a car dealer.

Listed way below market. Got out the door still below market. Buying out of state had its set of challenges. We purchased a 2014 Tiguan in late July it was a very smooth process and the staff was great! After driving it on the freeway we noticed that over 60mph the car vibrates and shakes. I took the vehicle to les schwab and was told that the tires are down to the wear bar. I was extremely confused and frustrated. Considering that those tires only had 10,000 miles. After bringing my concerns to Ozzy’s attention, they worked closely with me to ensure a fair and effective solution. My expectations were exceeded with how they took care of me, and the situation. Had an outstanding experience purchasing a used vehicle at Ozzy's yesterday. I am one that dreads going to car lots to look at cars because the second you set foot on the lot you are ambushed by the ninja cars sales people that come out of the woodwork to "make the sale.". My wife, children and I were treated with outstanding customer service and not once did I feel like we were being pressured into anything that we did not particularly want. It was strange. For once I felt like Ozzy legitimately cared about doing the right thing. No used car is perfect or without its issues, but I feel that Ozzy went above and beyond to take care of all of the little issues that we had. I am extremely impressed and will definitely be returning to Ozzy's when it's time for another vehicle.

Ozzy's Car Co. Absolutely amazing, Shout out to Lucas H. Who helped me into a very clean 2016 jeep patriot. They treated me like I was one of them with our conversations, he didn't push me into buying something outside my budget either. He got me into something I wanted, and under my monthly budget and that's fantastic! All the guys there treated me with smiles and great attitudes! If you are looking please stop by and ask for Lucas. Refreshments were offered, their lot was clean and easily accessible. The wait time was pretty fast as well! About an hour in total time maybe less! That's impressive! Corner of Chinden and Curtis Rds. All the vehicles I looked at were very clean, descent miles, descent prices as well! Super cool guys. I contacted Devin about my VW GTI from Utah and he immediately got on sending me videos and pictures of the car along with the carfax. I got my USAA loan through to him and the deal was sealed. I flew out to Boise and picked up the car from Luke who was very helpful and quick about getting me on the road. Luke also got the title information mailed to me quick so I was able to register the car without waiting a month or so. I asked them to fill up the tank and they kinda dodged me on that. Had half a tank so I had to fill up once on the way home. Maybe it just isn't something they do. Definitely would do business here again though. They also found out I am a veteran and they thanked me for my service. Definitely a good place to buy a car.

I was on the search for a reliable SUV for my two daughters and myself. Dan immediately stepped in with information, recommendations, regular contact, as well as accommodating within my search criteria. I never felt pressured or forced into making a specific decision, and I never felt like he was in it for just a sale. I immediately decided to go with the Ford Escape and he had it ready for a test drive as soon as I pulled up. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience, he even went out of his way to make sure that everything with my new car was working and functioning properly. Aside from that it was clean and very presentable, the car itself runs great. There was one thing that I brought to their attention and immediately they were on it to make sure that it wasn’t anything to be concerned about and if it was they were going to fix it. They were welcoming and were already treating us like family before any decision had been made. They have sat with me and my youngest daughter a couple of times and made sure that each time our experience was five star worthy. 100% would buy here again and recommend to a friend.

Nothing but great things to say about Ozzy’s Car Sales. THEY ARE THE BEST. EXCELLENT. FIVE STARS. AWESOME. And no, they are not paying me to say any of this. We bought a very nice truck from them at a great price in a super competitive market. Devin, our salesman, has taken great care of us. Super easy testing and buy experience. They are so friendly you feel like you have known them for years. The best part of this whole experience started with us asking for just a grace period to be able to take the truck to our mechanic to check out. Dan, the sales manager then did the unthinkable. He gave us a 3 month 3000 mile warranty for the engine and transmission!! I have never had a car company do that for me. Most of the time I feel like dealerships are just trying to separate you from your money. Ozzy’s is nothing like that. They actually came DOWN in price when we were negotiating. The other dealerships we went to either didn’t budge or went UP in price! Not Ozzy’s. So, because Ozzy’s gave us that warranty to go with the truck we took it back to them after it started to make a noise that was not normal during normal driving. We felt like absolute VIP’s in how we were treated by their staff. They offered to drive my father in law back to Nampa after he dropped it off. So our Mechanic said that it was the intake manifold, but Ozzy’s personal mechanic found no issue with the manifolds. Instead of just buttoning it all back up, he found the cause of the issue. It was a leak near the turbo! They fixed it, but in the process found that the torque converter needed to be replaced as well. So, you guessed it, they are fixing that TOO! They really do have the best customer service in car sales I have ever encountered, and absolutely take the up more care of their clients. I would and will be recommending anyone that is in the market for pretty much any kind of good quality vehicle, and want to have excellent customer service, go to visit them.

I purchased a car from Ozzys on 04/23. They worked with me and gave me a great price for my trade in and on the car. Sadly on 05/04 the car had broken down and left me stuck in the middle of eagle. I called Ozzys and they told me to bring it in and they would give me a loaner car. Ended up being something electrical, they fixed the problem free of charge which was amazing of them. I got the car back on 05/09. On 05/10 it started to have problems again but nothing major. On 05/13 the car had broken down again, another electrical problem. I dropped it off and they gave me a loaner car. I got the car back 05/15 and they once again fixed it free of charge couldn’t ask for anything better. Sadly on 05/16 the car started having electrical problems. Thankfully Ozzys said if it had a third electrical problem they would try and put me into something else. I want to thank Dan at Ozzys for working with me and taking care of me. They have been so helpful and nice to me. You never know what you’re gonna get with a used car, but Ozzys never left me hanging. Thank you!

This process took a couple days as a used Audi should be carefully vetted. We worked through the minor issues found during the process and came to a purchase agreement quickly. Ozzy’s is amazing!! Everyone I’ve worked with has been phenomenal! I bought a Mini Cooper from them about two months ago. Less than a month in, I had some service lights come on so I took it in to a mechanic. After the diagnosis, I called Ozzy’s to find out how my warranty works. Turns out, that same mechanic had the Mini Cooper a couple weeks before I bought it and everything was already supposed to be fixed. Ozzy’s took my vehicle and fixed everything for me! I had been looking for a specific Subaru Forester for about 8 months. I had checked out a Crosstrek at Ozzy's and loved the experience but not the car. I saw my dream Forester pop up on their site one morning and within minutes, I was talking with Dan and scheduling a test drive. He was incredibly personable, friendly, and helpful. I was in a pinch to get a car ASAP and worked with Evan. I reached out over the weekend he responded quickly by Monday, letting me know I could come in to test out the vehicle I had my eyes on. He was so pleasant to work with, always responded to any of my calls/texts regarding the process. He worked with me during every twist that was thrown my way, prolonging me being able to purchase the car at the intended time. I went here for my first time buying a car from a dealership, but I couldn’t be more thrilled with it. Devin was super nice and helpful and genuinely wanted to make my experience as easy as possible. It was an older vehicle, being a 2008 but it was a huge upgrade from my 1997 clunker. But they worked with me and the bank and got me my car. They even let me trade in my old car before seeing it. I’m not sure where to start. From the beginning I was treated with respect by everyone who works there. They were easy to work with and Ozzy made the deal right for me. About a month after I purchased the car, I had some issues with the car. I know that they were under no obligation to listen to me but I was surprised to see that Ozzy stood by the vehicle he sold me. He gave me a loaner vehicle and was more than fair with the cost of the repairs. Too often I have felt that I have been taken advantage of by a car dealership. This is the first time I left feeling like maybe I took advantage of them. It is a great feeling to know that you are dealing with a person who has integrity. Ozzy has a customer for life. Thank you! I have bought 2 vehicles from Dan at Ozzy's and had a great experience both times. Dan is very easy to work with, and very helpful. He's fun to talk with and easy going. I never felt any pressure to buy anything which is a relief from the normal style of sales people you get at the larger dealerships. Both vehicles have been great and I feel I got a very good deal on both. And the people here are so easy to work with and go above and beyond to help you out. Dan even took time to help me with a strap issue on my carseat I was trying to install. Little things like that make a huge difference! I can only give 4 stars because I did not purchase a car from them, BUT!!! I certainly would have and will go back in the future when the time comes.I needed a little commuter and found one I liked at their lot. I worked with Devin and that guy was on point! He was happy to share everything I needed to know about the car and how they service it. He had the CarFax Report ready to go as soon as I asked for it. He was not remotely pushy, he was professional and knew his stuff. But I waited a day to think on it & the car sold. Well now after everything I learned about the model from Devin, that is the car I wanted. So I went to another dealership and it was like pulling teeth to get info. Bottom line, Ozzy's and Devin I am certain would have earned the 5 star, had I had more time to wait for another model like I was shopping for.

Devin was awesome! I was super surprised that I was able to get a car even though I already am a co signer on another car loan, they bend over backwards to get you approved for a car loan. As a female, I fully expected the run around on equipment and prices despite the fact that I have a sound general knowledge of cars and knew exactly what I was looking for. We bought a 2004 4 Runner from Ozzy's last month and could not be happier with the vehicle and the service we received. We worked with Anthony and traded in our 2015 Nissan Sentra. We got an awesome price for our trade and were on and off the lot in about two hours. We haven't purchased many vehicles, but have bought enough to expect an all day event. I was pleasantly surprised that was not the case with these guys. If I had to knock them anywhere the price of the 4 Runner was high and they weren't willing to budge on it at all despite things like it obviously needing new tires. However, the vehicle is clean and has low miles. It's a high demand car and they knew what they had and knew that if we didn't buy it somebody would have come in and snagged it before business closed that day. So I can respect that and it doesn't affect my rating at all... just something I think is fair to be aware of. Unfortunately that's the reality when you don't have cash to buy a vehicle. When we are in the market for our next vehicle we will definitely be back!

Wow! It's rare that you *want* to buy from a dealership as usually you just deal with pushy and overly inquisitive staff - but it was the exact opposite here. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lee who really went above and beyond to help my wife and I test drive a couple cars. I really enjoyed working with Lee because he was also very laid back and not at all pushy. They even delivered the vehicle to my home after detailing it and when I the battery died a day after I bought it they wrote me a check for the amount I paid for a new battery! That's not something most dealerships would even consider doing. I did pay a slight bit more for the car than I had originally wanted but they treated me so well and were so awesome I feel it is worth it. I spent less than 30 minutes actually buying the car and they took care of everything and even got me a better interest rate than we had originally thought I was going to get. This kind of experience is a rarity I think in the world of dealerships and makes me want to return and recommend them to friends and family. We were all really bummed but Ozzy did everything possible to help us find one just like it. He called me two days later and said he has an exact same one, but in better shape and to come and take it for a day and do a test drive. We took it to our mechanic and he did a thorough inspection and told us what needed to be fixed on it. Great company and we didn't even buy our car here! Super friendly and willing to work with us. The favorite car we looked at had a couple lights on, such as the check passenger Airbag light. But they were willing to get it in writing that they would ensure that that was looked at by a mechanic and taken care of! The only downside is that in the hour we were gone to look at other cars, someone else came by and bought it!

Yuiry Avetisov helped us get a great car at a reasonable price. He didn't pressure us on the lot and gave us time to discuss alone. He was willing to work with us to find a price that worked for us and even took it to get washed after we purchased it! Update: We have had the car for 1.5 months now and have had to get a new battery, starter, rallies, and have had to get towed. I am not changing my 5 star review because it is possible that these are new issues they didn't know about and because we had a good purchase experience. It is something to be cautious of though.

I had a few problems with the truck when I first got it the Water Pump wasn't working right, the heater wouldn't function, the dash had to be replaced as the Blend Door for changing from A/C to Defrost wouldn't switch it was a number of technical issues that randomly started occurring after I bought it. Ozzy's team and mechanics got right on all these issues. They even offered me a vehicle to drive for the time being while my truck was being worked on as it was not a simple fix for a number of these issues. All in all Ozzy's Car Company did right by me and I have no complaints. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for any of your used Automotive needs as they want your business and will take care of issues if they come up during your first few months of ownership.

Lee sold me a very nice Lincoln Navigator. He was very easy to work with, friendly and helpful. Took care of the financing even though I had a few hurdles. Overall it was a great experience and a nice lot. Hopefully I won't need a vehicle for a while but should the need arise, I'm heading right back to Ozzys and getting another killer deal.

Ozzy was great, he was there beyond closing time to accommodate us in closing the deal that night. Just this month we found a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek, fully loaded, 61,000 miles (again) on a Sunday. I started out looking only at "buy here pay here" lots because its been a rocky year and I knew financing otherwise would be impossible. 2 years ago, I was in a totally different place and purchased a car for my son at Ozzys all cash. His car is still amazing and has never been in the shop for anything, so I went back. I was told they didnt do in house financing but being a return customer, they wanted to treat me right. I wasnt feeling very positive, but I agreed to see if they could work any magic. My credit score was worse than I thought. My fiancée and I came to Ozzy’s after a few days of hunting for a new vehicle to get us on the road to Texas. We were in search of a family friendly vehicle after finding out that I was pregnant. When we got to the lot, we were immediately welcomed by a couple of nice gentlemen who were ready to hear what WE were looking for, not what they thought was best. After looking over our options for SUVs and trucks, we finally settled on a 4WD ‘99 Chevy Tahoe with 138,XXX miles on it. We were happy with our purchase, and Ozzy himself was confident in the vehicle which was also great! We drove the Tahoe 1,310 to Texas with absolutely no issues, and excellent gas mileage. We were in Texas for 7 months, and during those 7 months, we also drove the Tahoe to Kansas, 4 times, and back [to Texas]. After 7 months of living in Texas, and giving birth to our new baby girl, we decided to head back up here to Idaho. We left the morning of November 26th, hoping to beat the severe snowstorm that was making its way to Utah. Unfortunately we did not miss the storm, we got to Utah right as it was starting, and we were exiting Utah right in the middle of the storm. With new all terrain tires, and the 4WD, we powered through that storm with no problems! We went to Ozzy’s Car Co. with a beat up ‘96 Mustang, and left with a well cared for ‘99 Tahoe. With our trip to and from Texas, and our trips to Kansas, as well as the commute to and from my fiancée’s job every week, we put over 20,000 miles on the Tahoe, and have had absolutely no issues. We highly recommend this dealership, and we will definitely be returning to purchase another vehicle for myself.

I can only give four out of five stars because of a starter problem that materialized within 24 hours of driving our car off the lot. It was almost three weeks before we were able to drive our freshly purchased car, due to troubleshooting, waiting on parts, etc. However, I think it pays to realize that used car salesmen are taking a chance too, and Ozzy's, especially our salesman Yuriy, were great to work with on this, and very straightforward about the situation. My experience is that this is a very above-board dealership, and is trying to make a fair deal. The price was good, they provided the carfax for free, were right on blue-book, and even honored a pricing mistake they made on craigslist. Bottom line, I'd buy a car from them again.

Great staff, easy to work with... but don't buy a European car there if you aren't familiar with the idiosyncrasies of the model you're considering. Recently bought a mid-engined European car there and the dealer had replaced the battery without knowing that the head unit would need a code after, and so had the car for sale with a non functioning head unit. Car also had a serpentine belt that was a few dozen miles from disintegrating. I'm happy with my purchase because I had a Porsche mechanic take a look and let me know what things needed to be done, and they were happy to knock that off the price, but just make sure you do your homework.

The "warranty" company never picks up or calls back and now Ozzy's is saying all they can do is call the warranty company. We paid for everything through Ozzys, you should not push a product (warranty) if you can't back up what people are paying YOU for. Now we're $18k in debt with a 2011 SUV that doesn't work and a warranty company we can't get ahold of.

Husband told them if we needed to pursue legal action to get it we would. Update 10/17/17 I've had my car for a few weeks now and as I discover more and more issues, I have to update my review. Many of these were things I should have seen at the dealer, but this was my first car purchase and I simply relied on the dealer too much, a mistake I won't make again. Immediately upon leaving the dealership, I noticed that the tires had low pressure, enough to prompt an alert - not a huge issue. As I mentioned before I was also a little irritated that I traded in a car with a full tank of gas and took home a car on empty. Also not a huge deal. However, I was driving after a heavy rain and tried to use the washer fluid to clean off the windows. Come to find out, the fluid was empty. When I got home, I popped the hood and saw that the coolant was nearly empty as well. This is a bigger concern as there is an open recall on this car because it can catch fire if the coolant gets too low. Then, as I'm loading stuff into the back, I see a pair of used chop sticks resting on the floor in the back seat. Gross. I lean down to pick them up and see an empty Starbucks coffee cup under the seat and a receipt for Home Depot. So, no one at the dealership bothered to check the fluids (neither did i - I get that) nor did they even bother to clean the car before I took it home. All of this together shows me a general disregard for customers from this dealership. ___________ After searching for a new used car for about a year, I located a good deal on a 2014 Ford Escape at Ozzy's. I lined up financing before going and Yuriy showed me the car. We took a test drive and talked about my car as a trade in. I didn't feel pressured at any point and Yuriy seemed knowleable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. From beginning to end, I was only at their for an hour and a half. Inside, the owner introduced himself and thanked me for coming. He got me a bottle of water and I felt very welcomed. He assured me they'd give me a good deal on my trade in. As we got closer to the afternoon hours, the dealership got a little busy and the staff seemed a little more rushed. They offered to have me go out and get my belongings out of my current vehicle and transfer them into the new one while I waited, which I appreciated. In all that rush though, I did leave with a new car at a great price, but was a little disappointed that they didn't offer to wash it or fill up the gas tank - something that seems like a common courtesy these days. I would recommend them to others if only because the cars are competitively priced and the staff seem knowleable about them.

It is a must for me to write a review for Ozzy’s Car Company in Boise, ID for the sole purpose of the honest service I have received. I have lived in four different states working in the customer service/business industry. When I transferred to Boise I did not have a liable source for whom to purchase a vehicle from. I visited multiple locations, some not giving me the time of day, however when I stumbled upon Ozzy’s I experienced a shift. As I entered the lot I was approached by an endearing individual. He introduced himself as Enoc with one of the warmest smiles I ever received. Enoc was amazing, and as what as I can equate to, a big brother feel. There was no pressure and all my questions were answered honestly. I was so excited I took multiple vehicles for a test drive that were painless and comfortable. I felt a sigh of relief and knew I was in good hands. I must add that everyone at this dealership was so friendly and polite that I was beside myself. Ozzy’s, especially Enoc, made me feel so comfortable and safe that I would recommend anyone that I know/meet to come to this dealership, no questions asked.

I got my daughter's car here - and things started great. Even purchased the 'extended warranty'. Now 6 months later, the work they said they did is now apparent it was not done. All parts need to be replaced and they apparently knew there was a head gasket issue - I may need to replace the entire engine (which by the way is not covered by their extended warranty). Take any potential purchases to a real mechanic prior to signing on the line.

I bought a 2009 audi a5 from here and even though they were nice about the refund on my warranty i paid for they never offered to help fix any of the problems i had with the car the car ran 2 months of a year and a half that I've owned it now it is getting a new engine have a mechanic check your car before buying from these guys don't trust their mechanic and make sure it's an in depth inspection i definitely paid 20,000 for a lemon from these guys still very friendly though
