They have a huge selection of all clean late model trucks and a connection to many others through their northwest group. Tommy V was great to work with and I recommend you ask for him. My wife and I were looking for a new jeep, an upgrade from her previous jeep. We just happened to drive by Northwest Motorsport and saw an awesome looking 2021 Jeep Sahara. Tommy V greeted us with such enthusiasm and helped us with everything. Hands down the best sales person we’ve ever had. Tommy was very helpful in getting us the best deal we could, and really goes to bat for you when it comes to fighting the finance guys. He really is looking out for you when you buy a car from him. Tommy V has that “IT” factor you’re looking for in a salesman. He was also kind enough to offer to buy us lunch, because we had been there for awhile working out a deal. He is 100% upfront and honest in the nicest way. We will be definitely sending all my family friends to Tommy in the future. Felt like we were buying a car from family. Great experience. Dustin Rudolph is the man you want to go see. I knew what I was looking for. It was hot and getting late. As I rolled through the lot checking out their inventory, I stopped to check one out. I said hi to Dusty and told him that these weren't really the ones. He invited me inside and we perused their much larger inventory network and I found multiple to choose from (my style, my price range). I went home and researched their full inventory, and picked one. They trucked my choice down a day or so later for me to thoroughly inspect and say yay, or nay, too. Easiest process ever and customer service after the deal has been second to none. Dusty makes sure that you are taken care of. Happy customer here.

Great communication and service! Dusty actually picked me up in the truck I was purchasing. The paperwork process was not too lengthy although there were several redundant signatures on paper and then again on the electronic version. Would have been five stars if not for the pressure sale on the warranty plans, really uncomfortable. I didn't think I was going to get out of there without agreeing to the lowest plan available, and that adds up to $2400 over the life of the financing. I would have walked out if I had options.

Went into NW Motorsports after dealing with most other dealerships in the valley to try and find a diesel truck. At 21, self employed, and another car loan under my name they somehow managed to get me approved! My salesman was Isaiah Delarm, and he was great from start to finish. Brad in finance was also super patient and easy to work with. They addressed every concern I had and made sure the truck was exactly how I wanted it before I drove it home. Tommy V helped us get a great deal on a truck. You need a truck, he’s your guy. UPDATE: three days after purchase, check engine light came on for codes P0455 and P0456 (large and small evap system leak). Nissan dealer stated these codes are not stored, but are only detected with the check engine light on. I'm unsure if Northwest Motorsports was aware of the issue, but this was an expensive fix that Northwest Motorsports was unwilling to help correct. Update 6/21/2022: I did send an email to customer service at Northwest Motorsports but never received a reply.

My experience was amazing at Northwest motors in Boise Idaho. We had no intention of looking here but after a bad experience at Hyundai I decided to walk over and give it a look and Dusty was the gentleman who met us outside to help us look for our new car. He picked out about four different cars for us to look at and luckily we fell in love with the Dodge Durango. Dusty was very friendly, very knowledgeable on the vehicles, willing to work with us and keep us in our budget, and he was even helpful to us with our one year old daughter. He kept her occupied while we discuss stuff or even when she was just throwing a fit he was there to help. I would not have gone any better service if I have gone anywhere else I’ve never experienced the type of service that I got buying a car that I received from Northwest motors. We will be returning when we decide to buy another car and hopefully Dusty is still there to help us

Emailed the Tacoma office at 7:00 on a 2019 Jeep WranglerSunday evening and got a response from Jorden with in 15 minutes. Jorden gave my information to the Boise location and by 9: 30 the next morning Brad the sales manager contacted me and I took my 2013 Jeep into Brad and between Brad and Jorden the deal was made. I was then turned over to Tommy V. At Boise and he took care of the delivery and made sure I was taken care of on every aspect of the trade in. Tommy was in contact with me everyday until the Jeep arrived in Boise which is very reassuring to the customer. The total time it took me to complete the deal was less than 45 minutes. This is the first vehicle that I have purchased with out looking at it first which I was a little apprehensive about, but I couldn’t have been more pleased with the new Jeep and the total buying experience!!! I will definitely give them the first shot at buying another vehicle because of their customer service and the care they showed toward me and my purchase. Not only was her personable and accommodating not once did I feel pressured or out of control from a consumer prospective in the negotiation process. Edit: My salesperson is no longer with this establishment, I changed my review to 3 stars from 5 stars as the salesperson is the person who sold me the vehicle....he was the face. Since buying the vehicle it has run and performed wonderfully. However Northwest motorsports told me that my bank interest rate was higher and we went with another bank, after accepting their recommended financing four months later I checked with my bank on my own and the saved me over 3000 in interest alone. In addition I kept receiving texts asking if I had found a vehicle from these guys every few weeks after buying a vehicle from them. I get it they are driving sales, however no one thank you or anything from the company itself just more drive for me to buy. It just portrays how out of touch you are as a company. For these reasons you are now a three star rate.
