This is by far the best dealership that my husband and I have ever bought a car from. I highly recommend Josh and Keith the Executive Manager, they are both phenomenal!
I was greeted in the parking lot by Josh. He’s a very down to earth guy that’s not too pushy, someone I felt I could immediately trust what he was saying. While test driving my car Josh was in the backseat with my two year old, he interacted wonderfully with my son while being professional and explaining all about the car we were driving. As we got back to the dealership I had a question he wasn’t sure the answer to so instead of disregarding what I was saying or just giving me some vague answer he brought his manager in the mix. I LOVED that, it made my husband and I feel like he truly cared. Nissan is lucky to have him, you can’t teach a person the skills he has.
My next interaction was with Keith. I have been in management for 15 years and have never been impressed with a manager like I was with him. He was patient, friendly, very knowledgeable and got straight to the point so we didn’t waste time. It was a pleasure getting to know him, he is all around a great person. I see why that place runs so smoothly with him being in charge, that’s what ultimately sealed the deal!
I can’t say enough about how smoothly everything went and how much I love my new Pathfinder! As we left my two year old actually cried because he loved all the associates there and didn’t want to leave! There were many other people there that we interacted with that was also friendly. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family!

My family has owned all but one vehicle from Dennis Dillon. I even learned to drive manual from my second vehicle’s saleswoman. When you find a good salesperson, you hang on to their contact not the other way around. They have a job to do but if you’re in the market, the ball is in your court. Disclaimer; this is a really long review, but I hope it helps someone. I spent a lot of money and this was my experience, both the good and the rough.
I purchased a 2020 Nissan Murano SL that is certified pre-owned from Dennis Dillon Nissan. Although I had been pre-approved through my credit union, the dealership was confident they could get a lower down payment and a lower interest rate for me. They were able to find a significantly lower interest rate with the same loan term. My credit was pulled one time.
The people I worked with were Sara and Jake. They did everything they could to make sure that the transaction went smoothly and worked with me when I had questions or concerns. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
Their GAP insurance is a little expensive compared to what you might get from your credit union, but make sure you understand the terms and conditions. If you're buying a more expensive vehicle, you're much better off with the dealer's GAP because it provides a larger payout (at least it would in my case).
I purchased the extended warranty from the dealership despite the 100,000/7 year provided by Nissan. Usually I get one from my credit union, but the cost was exactly the same, and after reading the fine print, it really does seem to cover everything. Time will tell, but I feel confident moving forward that the dealer will handle any mechanical or technical issue that arises. There is a deductible of 100, which I am not used to; other warranties I have had in the past did not have a deductible cost. Be sure to do your research. It is possible to purchase your warranty separately from another company if you want to.
IMPORTANT: The theft insurance that's added onto the deal is not worth the money, in my personal opionion. This piece of information wasn't directly discussed with me and I only noticed it had been added on after reading through the packet of information they'd had me sign. It was 305.60 for a 36 month policy that would pay 2500 in the event of the vehicle being stolen and not recovered within 30 days. To me, with full coverage, comprehensive insurance, that added on theft policy does not provide enough value to warrant buying. It says in the contract that it cannot be cancelled, so really read before you sign. It may be worth it for you, personally, so make sure to read carefully. I was able to decline this product after noticing it.
Be advised that the enhanced brake light hardware is not included in the list price and will be added onto the deal as part of the 'theft protection package'. It is a great product and I am definitely happy it is on my vehicle. It was 369.00 added to the cost. I wasn't informed of the additional cost until I saw it on the final breakdown.
Do not sign up for the SMART payment plan. It is a downright scam. It is a bill-pay program offered by a 3rd party to automatically pull your car payment out of your bank account--something you can do yourself, for free, and maintain complete control over. The SMART plan has a membership fee of 399.00 and a per-transaction fee of 2.49--just to make automatic payments for you. It is not beneficial. Do not sign up for it.
At the end of the day, I brought all of these concerns to Sara and Jake. Between them and the general manager, they addressed each one and were able to adjust the loan and provide a resolution we were all satisfied with.
I would recommend this place to a friend, and I would shop there again. The vehicle is in great condition and I am confident Dennis Dillon Nissan will help me keep it that way with the 2 years of free oil changes that came with the warranty.
I would heed any potential customer to get clear cut answers about exactly what additional fees will be added on to the purchase price. Had I not been paying attention, I would be out an additional 705.60 on top of the thousands I spent on the car.
They were happy to fix the issues I had with the deal and we all walked away happy.

I had the BEST experience with Dillon Nissan! There weren't any high pressure tactics, and the team was honest and worked hard to make us happy. To be honest, we were probably pretty difficult customers as we knew exactly what we wanted down to the features and color and were pretty adamant about what we wanted. They worked hard to find us the vehicle we wanted, gave us a fair price for out trade in, and a good price on the new vehicle. I really can't say enough nice things about every single person we worked with! They even sent us home with Nissan swag, which was such a nice cherry on top! I am sure there are other great folks that work there, but our experience with each of these individuals was excellent and we highly recommend each! I haven’t been to this place before, when I arrived the sale person came to ask if I need help and I explained that my car is scheduled to be inspected. He directed me to the right place to bring my car to the person I need to speak to about the inspection. He is kind and courteous. Places are clean and neat. Very impressed! We are very thankful for Keith Seals and the team at Dennis Dillon. They took great care of us during our search for a new Frontier. They were all amazing, fast to respond and kind to us.
Keith valued our time by having the test drive vehicle ready in advance, coordinated efficiently with his staff to ensure our experience was as smooth as possible. He was transparent with all the numbers on the back end and helped answer our questions.
Ryan Reynolds (no relation sadly, hi Ryan!) was a joy to work with. So thoughtful, helpful and calm. He navigated difficult conversations like a true professional while still being personable and kind.
Lauren and Justin in the back office were great too. Though some of our requests were urgent during their huge yearly sales event they still found ways to help guide us along.
Last but not least Skylar Souza with finance was the best vehicle loan officer I’ve worked with. Fun, positive and perfectly accurate in all the numbers and contracts. He really made us feel respected and valued. His process was wonderfully efficient and easy.

The day after Christmas and we were on our way home to Wyoming, after visiting family in Oregon when we had some major mechanical issues with our Nissan Armada. Dennis Dillon was the closest dealership. I phoned and they said to bring it in with no hesitation, even though they only had 1/4 of their typical service staff. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Heck, they even let us bring our two dogs into the dealership to wait, while they worked on our vehicle. It was a stressful situation, but the service staff at Dennis Dillon got us safely back on the road in no time!

We bought our 1st car from Dennis Dillon Nissan a year and a half ago. I didn't know what I wanted. I had a Durango that I had for 12 years and drove it til it was done. I had got my dream vehicle a Yukon from Roy Baxter at a different Dennis Dillon, 2 years beforehand. So all I knew is I wanted to buy from Dennis Dillon, Roy was no longer there. I found out the Yukon just wasn't really what I wanted. So I told Lorenzo that I loved my 2005 Durrango, but the newer ones weren't any longer my deal.
Thought I wanted a Yukon but after 2 years decided I really didn't like it. All I knew was I wanted the 3rd row, 4 wheel drive and a little power when I pushed on the gas, because the Yukon didn't have that and the Durango had had all 3.
With his huge smile, gruff voice and twinkle eyes he said "Well, let's see what you like for what your willing to part with!"
We drove a very nice year old Pathfinder, it was too much like a station wagon. I like to sit up, we drove a purple Armada, it was everything I wanted, but we drove another newer Armada, but it didn't have all the cool storage and it wasn't purple, I liked it, but didn't love it.
We drove a couple more things, my husband was done for today.
I looked at the purple Armada online over and over. I went back and Lorenzo had patience with me that my own husband would not tolerate. I went back and drove a Toyota 4runner, with another guy took it home to show my husband, he nit so nicely reminded me of my budget!
I was on my way to Mountain home to look at another thing and kept thinking this is wrong... Lorenzo called and said " Let's get you in one of the Armada's you loved it! We'll make it work!" I said OK! My husband turned around and back to Lorenzo we went!
Got the Armada I'm still in love with it everytime I get in it! It doesn't have navigation, that was the only thing that was holding me back. It has everything else and I'm so happy with it!
A year ago my daughter needed a car. Who did we call? Yep Lorenzo! She's so happy too!
My husband got a new Titan in December 2020 and you guessed it! Lorenzo is our man!
He finds you what you want, even though your not exactly sure.
We are a family of happy campers due to Lorenzo and Dennis Dillon!

I am moving to Eagle and was purchasing the car from out of state. I was nervous about buying a car online without test driving it, but watching how quickly cars were selling at this point in time, I knew the car would be gone before I could make it to Boise. When I called the dealership, Lorenzo and Justin worked together to provide me with Excellent customer service. I explained my concerns to Justin about purchasing a car without actually being able to see it in person. With no hesitation, Justin took dozens of pictures of the car including every little chip or ding (which were very minor) and sent them to me. He hid nothing from me, providing me with full disclosure and complete details. I was very impressed. I completed the paperwork online and worked with them over the phone to provide a deposit. When I arrived to pick up the car 4 days later, Lorenzo was there at the airport to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. The car was in excellent condition just as Justin had disclosed to me. I drove from SLC to Boise this weekend to buy a new Titan Pro-4x from Dennis Dillon. I couldn't wait to get home to write them a review. Justin (sales), Jacob (finance), and Keith (general manager) all did a great job and were super pleasant to work with. They gave me a great deal after just the right amount of negotiation. There were no games or high pressure. They were knowledgeable and fast. I was in and out of the finance office in less than 10-minutes. It was a 5-hour drive, each way. I also had to pay for a hotel. Making the drive and paying for a hotel was 100% worth it to buy from Dennis Dillon. They are miles ahead of our local dealers in Salt Lake City. If you're considering making a similar decision, go for it! These guys didn't even ask me for a review, but they absolutely fully earned one. Taking a few minutes to express my appreciation is the least I can do to show thanks for their great job.

By far one of the best and least painful experiences I've had when dealing with car trouble. In the past, I've felt taken advantage of when it came to having my car serviced. Ronnie was extremely helpful and friendly though the whole process of having my AC compressor replaced. I was pretty worried about how expensive it would be but after two years of no AC and fed up with a sweaty back in the summer, I finally decided to bite the bullet. They've worked with my insurance (USAA) very well and don't try to pressure into more purchases (i.e. if I've needed new breaks or air filters or tires they only bring it to my attention not try to steer me to have it done by them if that wasn't what I wanted). I waited around while they did their work and I was in and out in about an hour although they appeared to have plenty of work on their hands servicing other vehicles. Not only was Ronnie great, while I was waiting in their showroom salesman Lorenzo struck up a conversation with me, knowing my car was brand new he did not try to pressure me into another sell, but is a great conversationalist and I would return to him if I ever wanted to upgrade my Nissan again! Ron with Service was great from the start! I was very frustrated that my 2019 car died. I spent the weekend changing key fob batteries and calling the insurance to jump my car. Needless to say the battery died again. I called the dealership and luckily Ron answered, he was very polite and professional. He listened to my story with patience and reassured me that once the service dept had the car they would be able to find out what was wrong. Ron did everything he said he was going to do, he called me when my vehicle arrived, called me when it was fixed, and had the shuttle at my house before the stated pickup time. I would definitely feel comfortable bringing my car to the Nissan service dept again. The shuttle driver was also very professional. Thank you!

We were in a very bad situation when our car broke down while we we're here from out of state, and trying to get back, we stopped in at 4:30 when everybody was getting ready to leave and they were nice enough to get the car in and diagnose it and fix it for us even though they were ready to go home, and doing it for a very reasonable price!! I am very grateful that they took the time to do that for us, you don't get that kind of service much anymore especially where I live now.

We told him we had a meeting with Keith and he took us in, as we were walking in he asked us what we were looking for, if we knew what we wanted, typical sales questions. We had a problem with a battery pack in the traction battery in the brand new 2021 Leaf that we purchased in late May. We were told that it could take up to 2 months to get the part but fortunately they were able to obtain the part and fix the problem in just under 4 weeks, which we really appreciated. We were also able to get a loaner/rental car from the dealership thanks to Mike Pullen, Larry in the Service Department, and the dealership manager, which we also really appreciated. We realize that weird problems can crop up with vehicles (or any other high-tech stuff) and since the issue was resolved without any cost to us other than some minor inconvenience, we give Dennis Dillon 5 stars.

If I were to do another transaction, I would love to work with Shawn and Sarah, but I absolutely do not ever want to work with your business manager again. That was an awful experience as we closed the financing because of his high pressure sales for the extended warranty. Get rid of that tactic and DO NOT have your finance guy go over warranties (almost an hour - seriously???). It was WAY TOO long and not necessary. He almost lost the sale for Shawn & Sarah because it was such an awful experience with him. He was pushy, wouldn't listen to us, made excuses, and we had to tell him "NO!" at least a dozen times and get angry before he moved on.

Amazing customer service! I had to drop my car off and run to work so I wasn’t able to wait for the work to be done. I got text updates through the process and a call as soon as the work was completed. Ronnie & Wes are awesome!

The Dennis Dillon team was super friendly and accommodating to all of my questions and concerns. Stacey was probably the friendliest car salesman I’ve ever encountered. He was super easy to talk to and joke around with and he was willing to work with me to make sure I had a great truck buying experience. He even sent me a thank you card afterwards! I have had nothing but great experiences here! Otto is so awesome and made it happen for me in just a couple hours. I went in looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, he took me on a test drive and I fell in love with it. Otto gave me the keys and was confident they could make it work and they did. They made my trade in smooth and fair. Casey in financing went above and beyond to cater to my requests also! I will definitely recommend to everyone. Also the warranties they offer are awesome. We had a great experience at Dennis Dillion. It was our first time buying a car so we didn’t really know where to start or what to do. We had been to lots of different places and just stopped in and we had a car salesman (Ray) come up to us. At first we didn’t really want to talk, but as we talked more about our budget and what we were looking for (a used affordable SUV) Ray had exactly the car we needed. He showed us a whole row of cars in our price range and we just gravitated to a specific one. We test drove it and that was that! We just had such a good feeling about the experience and so far we are very pleased with our choice! We would definitely recommend stopping in no matter your budget! And Ray was very helpful!
