Rudy, July and Ethan were great! We found ourselves in need of a car as our other had died-died unexpectedly. We went to a few locations to shop around but we came back to Dennis Dillon. All the staff were welcoming and felt like talking with friends. They were pushy or dismissive either. They gave us space to make our decision and let us review the cars as often as we needed. I bought my car in Oct 21 at Dennis Dillion on Fairview. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because the GM took care of me and got my car fixed- the sales man Dave didn’t care one bit about me once I signed the papers. In my opinion he is very unprofessional! When I got the car within 2 days I texted him it was making a noise he blew me off - then I asked him to come out and listen- he blew me off again. He stated I’m to busy! When I then brought the car in it was misdiagnosed as bad struts. I took it across the street to Bronco got the true diagnosis, control arm! I appreciate the GM At DD for getting my car fixed. But I would never recommend Dave as a salesman. Ultimately I love my car and appreciate their management!

Meg was amazing, interactive, and patient with our 1.5 y/o son. She listened to our needs and was very hospitable and accommodating. She was completely transparent the whole way through, and at no point did we feel taken advantage of. We got a better than expected deal thanks to Ty, our financier. He was also transparent and personable, and explained everything well. We were able to customize our coverage for what we actually felt we needed, for not much more per month. We’re not even the type to buy coverage, but even we felt it was a good value. We felt much more welcomed and valued here, and trust the employees.

My sales associate that I worked with was amazing. They kept in good contact with me from the start to finish. It was a very laid-back experience where they weren't trying to rush a sale or to try and talk me into something that I didn't want or need. They answered all of my questions and made me feel valued. If you're looking to get an EV vehicle, I would highly recommend speaking with Tyson. He is super knowledgeable about the EV cars that they offer along with others on the market.

My son was screwed by another dealership mass motors and long story short Rudy came to our rescue and was able to help get my son into a better car then he previously had. Frank was helpful and friendly - no gimmicks, no games, and no pressure. The business office staff made the financing and paperwork a breeze to go through.

Megan is a well informed sales person, answered all of our questions and was able to point out the highlights of the vehicle. We never felt pressured or rushed to buy, however, due to her excellent customer service we were able to make a decision the same day. In this day and age where some people do not like to actually talk to you, Megan came through and made the experience very pleasant. Ashton was amazing in finance and expedited the paper work which was necessary to close the transaction. I recently serviced my car with Dennis Dillon Kia. From start to finish Chris was exceptional and the service he provided was top notch. He listened to my concerns, noted what I said about certain noises, vibrations, and the feel of the way my car drove when I started having my issue. He asked follow up questions when he needed to clarify what I was saying, and really made me feel at ease. He didn't talk down to me or make me feel dumb, even though I know nothing about cars. I could tell he genuinely wanted to get to the root of my problem, which I really appreciated! He was in frequent contact with me about updates and turn around time for me to pick up my vehicle and that was appreciated as well. With his exceptional customer service and the help of the service technicians, I was able to get my problem resolved and get back on the road safely. Highly recommend Dennis Dillon on Fairview Ave. Excellent customer service from the start of my car shopping process to the end when I signed paperwork. Worked with Salesperson Tonye, Finance guru Rachel, and I believe it was also the Manager that helped me (I apologize for not remembering his name). No pressure, stress-free, easy and clear process. What a great experience! Yesterday my 2000 Saturn finally retired at 22 years old. I am now thoroughly enjoying the comforts and safety of my 2023 Mazda CX-5!

Our sales rep was great! If this was just a review about her it’d be 5 stars hands down! We drove about 6 hours to come look at our vehicle. She tried to get them to give us a full tank in our new purchase that we would be bringing the 6 hours back and they declined. (our trade in was 3/4 full) She ended up going out of her way to give us money to get dinner. Loved her, she was the best, but the rest of the crew just seemed interested in the transaction and not the customer experience. She sat with us through the entire transaction when she didn’t have to, I wish the rest of the team was like her!

We’ve been going back and forth on a new Kia Rio and every time we’ve come into the dealership we have been greeted with a smile and a good handshake from David. He’s been very attentive to us in everything we needed. We finally saw that the color that I like as well as the model was coming in. We called David and he got us in that day and we got set up to buy the car when it came in. Amazingly, the car came in on Christmas Eve and I got the car before Christmas. I usually don’t buy my vehicles from a dealership due to the pushy salespeople. But went to Dennis Dillon Kia because I was wanting a white Kia Soul and boy are they hard to find right now! Sean Rosado (salesmen) was amazing, he told us about the vehicle answered all our questions and then sat back and waited for me and my husband to decide what we wanted to do. Never at anytime was there pressure put on us. Once we decided to purchased the vehicle we were taken to Ty the finance guy and he made our signing docs very easy. He also made sure we were financed with the financial institute we requested. A very painless experience and was very happy with the out come. Sean made sure the vehicle had a full tank of gas and was washed and wiped down before we drove it off the lot!!!

SHOUT OUT TO DAVID YOUNG! First, I got my Kia Forte new off the lot in CA, and have had quite a few random issues happening. However, I drove from California to Idaho 3 weeks ago, and on Sunday I had 5 lights come on my dash board. All different things. Thursday, my power steering went out, and my car would shut off with the A/C running. All very RANDOM. I moved here pretty much alone and have no one to fall back on when I need help. I spoke to David on Thursday and he had me drop my car off at 5:30pm. SAME DAY. When I arrived David was waiting for me with a smile and checked codes and ran some diagnostics. Friday morning at 10am I got a call from David saying they had it figured out and could fix it SAME DAY. David took my car and had it fully fixed within less than 24 hours. He has amazing communication and can get a job done correct and quickly! Honestly, I owe him Starbucks and my job because he kept me from getting fired due to lack of transportation. Thank you David for being a great guy and I will call you always for my issues with my car. Thanks Dennis Dillion Kia for having an awesome guy like David working for you. He is a LIFE SAVER!!!!

Worked with Darielle and she was so kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer questions and find the best vehicle for me and my partner! Would highly highly recommend asking for her by name if you pop by Dennis Dillon! The only think I have negative to say is the tacked a silly security and safety up-charge that we did not want. If they want to add that they should just be upfront and list it on the sticker price , not surprise you during signing with a $700 price increase. Quite misleading and not a hard change to be upfront and honest about it! Management was kind enough to work with us about the misunderstanding though!

My best piece of advice after going through this Kia dealership (or any dealership) and buying a new car, is that you need to carefully listen to everything you’re told. Especially when working with finance. I wasn’t super impressed with the first finance guy, I was feeling pressured and rushed. And the second guy that went over my contract talked SO FAST it was impossible to keep up. It’s so hard to keep track of everything and look at everything when he’s speeding you through each page. Was it to get me or him out of there? I don’t know. But please listen carefully and get agreements you talk about in writing, just to make sure you’re both in complete understanding and of what’s happening. I think these guys forget that we aren’t all in finance and things have to be explained more simply and thoroughly to those of us with other jobs. My car salesman was Rudy Jackson, and I really only have good things to say about him. He was very relaxed and nice, easy going but knowledgeable. He has experience in finance so he was able to explain terms and details in a way for me to better understand. The day after I bought my car I messaged him with concerns about my contract, and he immediately called and broke everything down for me. So though I didn’t have an amazing experience that totally sits well with me, Rudy did a great job and went through everything in the car with me. I’m hoping he moves into finance again, because I think people would have a better experience with his genuine and calm demeanor. I’d recommend working with him if you have the chance.

The car just made a trip ti Denver and got over 38 mpg and Megan undersold the mileage to me she said on the highway 33 to 36 an honest soul. Very rare these days.

I’ll start with the bad. My biggest issue with DDK (and it is so frustrating) is getting scheduling to call me back to get on the books, anticipating lead time on a spot. Last time I called, the lady’s excuse was she didn’t have my information which I don’t understand as to what would happen if I were a new customer. Tyler has always been great providing me with information to help make smart decisions as a car owner. Facilities are acceptable. After our accident, they were helpful in allowing us get stuff out of the vehicle after a tow. they’re good but the customer service is nothing to write home about.

I was hesitant to shop at a Dennis Dillon again due to my last experience from the GMC Dennis Dillon. I don't know who knows this, but when you get on the Kelley Blue book, just curious what your car is worth, You get calls from everybody who's selling cars. It was more than I could handle at the time, but then I talked to Megan. Megan from Dennis Dylan Kia. She was nice. She seemed "real." I value real! Other dealerships called me, like within minutes. I got kind of confused till she left me a text and address of the dealership and the car that she found for me. Yeah, she found me a car, already knew what I needed after just answering a few questions. She emailed me an application (she's smart) I was there the next day, New Year's Eve, test driving my sexy new (used) Nissan Versa. Within a few hours I got to take her home (the Versa). I got the best New Year's present ever! Megan found me a great car! They were so awesome there. I hadn't bought a card 25 years at least and never by myself. She put me at ease. They found me a great car and I couldn't be happier. She was a lot of fun too! I wish I remembered the rest of their names. They were just so awesome, the finance girl and the guy who crunched the numbers. I don't think you'd find a more qualified friendlier group of people to help with such a major purchase. I'm excited to start my year with a whole new set of wheels! I feel a little guilty about the deal so I'm not going to mention ALL the details. I'm so lucky! they are so awesome! It took me a long time to get through to them on the phone they had a month's worth of problems with the answering machine and the phone numbers and extension numbers but finally I got help from Wes and I was grateful he did a wonderful job and got my warranty stuff done. But I had to go somewhere else to get my alignment done even though it was covered under warranty because I could never get anyone to answer the phone or get me through to an extension. And so I had to pay $200 out of pocket and they did not offer anything to make up for that. But Wes did a great job and following through once I finally got through to him and they got their phone system and Internet working again

If you are looking for a place to service your vehicle, this is the place! I went to Les Schwab this morning for a safety check before my trip. I told the mechanic at Les Schwab that my steering wheel was veering to the left and it was shacking. They did a full service on my vehicle and came back to tell me I needed new tires because my tread was low but I had a weird gut feeling that something more serious was wrong. I decided to try another place for a second opinion. I took it to Dennis Dillon Kia to have them service my vehicle. That’s when I met Wes. I described to Wes what was happening with my vehicle and he immediately asked to test drive my car. He brought it into the shop and looked at my tires and with in seconds felt a bump. Wes told me that my tire was splitting. Not only did Wes prevent me from taking my vehicle on a long trip and risking blowing a tire he also gave me a more affordable price on a full set of tires/alignment. Will definitely be coming back for future services!

When I got back, we sat down, we started talking, and to my surprise he gave me the best news ever, he said he found another lender that went down from the previous lender gave me a better payment and that alone would have deserved 100 stars.. Then he hits me with, I'm fighting to get you a few extra things, like extended warranty on all interior and exterior and all electrical components.. I almost wanted to cry with what Jason was able to work out for me, I was truly surprised and shocked.. They weren't there just to sell me a car, they also gave me piece of mind with all the extra warranty they threw in the deal. They actually treated me like I was part of the family, and in today's world that is unheard of.. I highly recommend everyone and anyone to go see them if they're looking for a new car, they work with other car dealerships as well.. I will forever be grateful for what they did for me, no one else in the treasure valley even came close.. I would definitely be going back and buying my next car from them again..

He said he knew about coupon but still charged me $29.95 plus around $13 for tire rotation. I'm okay with the tire rotation but I think he should have honored the coupon. I was greeted and welcomed to Dillon Mazda in a very kind and polite fashion. Felt good not to hear the normal one liners upon entering. I was interested in one of three Mazda 3s on their lot that I had previously looked at on line. I found the two I liked and then finally decided on one of them. Once I made my choice he invited me to drive it see if it was in fact the one. After the test drive we walked inside and started the paperwork....not once through the entire process did I feel rushed or pushed into going one way or another. Instead it was a smooth process and relatively painless. My trade was accepted, to which I received what I thought was more than fair. More or less I was in shock...I expected to receive much less than I did. My new Mazda was prepped, I was shown around the shop, parts department and the lobby area. Everyone I met was kind and well mannered. It was not the gut wrenching experience I have had in the past with other places. I thank them for taking care of me and meeting my needs.

I decided it was time to buy a gas efficient commuting car. After researching mutliple makes and models around my price point, I settled on the Kia Rio S 5 Hatchback. Not only does it have great gas mileage at 33/41/36, it is loaded with great features such as an 8" touchscreen with android auto and a backup camera! Dennis Dillon Kia happened to have one being delivered within a few weeks of me initially emailing about one. I decided to visit Dennis Dillon Kia and was greeted by Sean Rosado. We shook hands and I waited to see how my visit would go. We sat down and talked about what I was looking for and arranged for me to return to test drive the sedan version of the Rio S that would be arriving within the week and was impressed with the experience. Because of a busy schedule, we had to do some communication by email and phone. Then, I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email stating that the hatchback had arrived much earlier than anticipated! I came back that day and drove off the lot with a new car! I must say that from start to finish, my experience with Dennis Dillon Kia was wonderful! Sean proved himself to be amazing! Their website was extremely helpful in picking a car, and the pricing was transparent and fair. Once we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Enoc from the sales team and he made the entire process of buying painless and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and about Mazdas in general. For financing, I suggest looking for loan rates beforehand as they have a limited number of banks they work with and they weren't completely transparent in giving us the best interest rate. We found a better rate that they were able to match in the end.
