We just got a 2023 Palisade here and we couldn’t be happier! Jennifer was amazing throughout the whole process. She was just an outstanding salesperson. Wasn’t pushy at all, just understood our personal needs and did a great job providing us information and answers we needed. The finance guy Bret was very personable and did a great job informing us on additional packages but also not shoving it down our throat to buy. Overall an amazing car buying experience, safe to say they have earned themselves a future customer as well.

Double the fun, double the expertise! Morgan and Kelly were so friendly, kind and attentive. We stopped by Bronco Motors to look at a Tucson and we were greeted by Morgan. Great and quick and efficient experience. I have been looking for a bigger SUV for months. When I came in, Jennifer was already waiting for us after talking to my wife. She was quick, fair and she answered all of our questions. The price was just right. I have been to many dealerships and I usually leave with a frown and a bad experience. Jennifer walked us through the whole process, and even came to pick us up from a different location in which we sold our vehicle to. In addition, I have had the pleasure to work with Derk. He found me the best rate for my vehicle and I was in and out of his office in minutes. Jennifer had answered and talked us into buying from them versus a car from carmax because of all the benefits that would come with the vehicle- and she was right. I never thought that the next sentence would ever come from my fingertips… Buying our new Hyundai from Bronco Motors was absolute FUN. Yes, you read that right. I used the word “FUN” in association with buying a car. I know others will have different experiences. For my wife and I, it was the best time we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Oscar Garza was our sales rep. I highly recommend working with him. I am sure the other sales reps are just as good, but we were blessed to work with Oscar. He was upfront and honest by remembering and sticking with a previously quoted price, even if it was not to their benefit. He brought that up to us, we didn’t have to say anything. He went over everything in the new tech-heavy vehicle. He got us set up with the online tools and spent the time to answer all our questions. We were also blessed to work with Derk Young when completing the purchase experience. He clicked with my wife and me to the point that we had to tone down the laughter to be respectful to the rest of the customers and Bronco Motors staff outside his office. It was that fun. Did we buy everything he offered us? No, and there was no pressure to do so. Derk made sure we were getting what we needed and wanted. He was focused on meeting our needs, not on adding things to the purchase to make more money. The after-purchase care has been exceptional as well. Oscar has checked in with us multiple times to ensure everything is going well. Also, we did add an option that required us to visit the service department after the purchase—what a treat. Kiera greeted me warmly when I entered the building. She was outgoing, helpful, and courteous and made sure I had a ride when dropping off the vehicle. When the car was ready, the service team took great pride in delivering my car to me and making sure that I was happy with the service. Car buying has not always been a good experience for me over the years. However, this has been the best for us.

I was looking everywhere for a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in an hard to find color combo and was calling everywhere to have people keep a look out for me. Morgan was the only person out of 5 different dealership reps that continued to text me with shipping and availability updates and even provided additional color options as they came along in case I would like one of those. It wasn’t long at all before he sent me the message that my Palisade in the color I wanted was coming this way!!! He put it on hold for me, provided the VIN so I could start getting new insurance quotes and kept me informed every step of the way. Every single time I reached out to him, he quickly responded back with a delivery update. The day it came in, he let me know. I was out of state for a few days at the time so he kept the car safe for me until I got back. When I went to the dealership, Morgan was super friendly, laid back, not pushy at all and really made my experience very fun which can sometimes be rare when purchasing a vehicle. He even assisted me with my trade-in and I was not lowballed at all!! I totally recommend Morgan to assist you with your vehicle purchase. He is an excellent sales associate and very personable. My husband and I purchased a vehicle recently from Bronco Motors and not only did they price far better than every other lot I price-checked with, but they even came and picked me up when my primary vehicle wasn't able to make it down due to mechanical issues. She even picked me up in her personal vehicle to make my short notice request as convenient as possible for me, rather than make me wait any longer. Every employee that helped us went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price, as well as the best warranty and discounts. I truly felt valued before and after my purchase. Many companies are helpful up until you've made a purchase, and then you're usually on your own from ther, but not at Bronco Motors (at least at this particular location since I can only speak for this one). They've since stood by the vehicle they sold me and treat me like a member of their family any time I stop by. I wouldn't recommend any other car lot but Bronco Motors, especially this location! Their finance guy is very kind and quite witty. He looked out for us 150%, rather than try to sell us stuff we didn't need. To be clear, I researched which vehicle I wanted and what car lots were available to an extensive degree and most lots were charging 10K over what Bronco Motors offered me. Each place I called before I found Bronco Motors was impatient, unhelpful and treated me like someone who may not be worth their time, assuming I might not be fully interested in making a purchase. At Bronco Motors, I was treated like family first and a customer second, but valued primarily. Don't waste your time anywhere else when you can go to Bronco Motors ❤️

I sent my car in for a repair to the font end after hitting a huge rock on the freeway. My Insurance company fought with Bronco about the repair costs because Bronco would only install OEM parts (which is why I chose them over the insurance suggested repair shops). I was frustrated and voiced my concern to the dealership owner. Andy Riley reached out to me and addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to get the repairs done to my vehicle. The dealership could have put the blame on the insurance company but instead, they took initiative and for that, they have gained a loyal customer.

Recently I was in an accident that totalled my car. The insurance company was uncertain whether the car was totalled or repairable. At the time Hyundai was offering a great financing deal on 2022 cars that I wanted to take advantage of. So I went to Bronco Motors and was greeted by Morgan Dotson. I explained that if my car was declared totalled by my insurance company then I would buy a new 2022 Hyudai Tucson. If it wasn't totalled then I wouldn't buy a new car. Some salesmen would just write off a customer who seemed so indecisive. But Morgan understood predicament and helped me select the car I wanted. Over 2 weeks went by before I heard from my insurance. The told me that my old car was totalled. Hooray! That meant I could get the new Tucson! When I went back to Bronco Motors, Morgan remembered my name and let me know the 2023 Tucsons was now out and had a better financing deal than the 2022's. Morgan explained all the features of the new car awhile the finance guys wrote overything up. Morgan was very patient and friendly the whole time, especially since I come from the rotary-dial generation. All in all, I was pleased with Bronco Motors and Morgan made the experience both smooth and easy with NO hard sales pitch. Will I go back to Bronco Motors and work with Morgan Dotson when I need a new car? Absolutely.

Morgan Dotson at Bronco Motors promptly responded to my inquiry about a specific model with our desired packages, when other dealerships ignored my inquiry or only sent there automated initial response. Morgan Dotson was quick to reply, flexible in method of communication because of my work schedule, personal and professional at all times. Morgan was upfront about the dealership not having the desired vehicle on the lot but immediately searched inbound cars and found the exact match. He provided me at the information both through text and, as I requested, pdf documents in my email. Morgan listened to what we wanted, didn’t push what we didn’t want, and was honest from the first contact to the last. He provided a pdf breakdown of the out the door cost as we discussed, accepted my deposit over the phone, and scheduled our in person meeting to sign the required documents. This was all accomplished in less than six hours on a Saturday morning. I made one final request, that Morgan Dotson honored, which was to have all necessary documents ready for me to sign upon my arrival when I returned to town. We met, he showed me features I requested to see and then I signed and left. I’ve never purchased from Bronco Motors before and after this experience with Morgan Dotson we will first look at Bronco Motors Hyundai in the future.

I am amending my post. I was called by the service manager and he was able to get the issue resolved. I would like to first say that my first car was a Hyundai Elantra 1996. I then drove a 2002 which I traded for a 2008 and then traded to the car I have today, a 2017.I have been happy with all my cars so far. This was my very first brand new car. I didn't have the best experience when purchasing the vehicle and it has gone down hill. Most recently the paint has started to chip and it looks horrible. The car is less then 2 years old and looks more then 10 now. When I took it to the dealer they said it was rock chips and not covered by the warranty. I am not a satisfied custom and will be looking to do business with people who stand by their product.

My new car is perfect, I love it, no issues with it whatsoever. But leading up to the purchase, was a bit annoying if I'm honest. I bought the car in cash, and had put down a $1,000 deposit prior to it coming in. I was told my car had came in a week or so early, however, I had told the staff multiple times that I was waiting on my family to have the rest of the cash ready before I could make the purchase. This was only approximately a week wait. (So literally when the car was supposed to come in, I was going to have the cash). Just because the car was ready for me, didn't mean I still didn't have to wait on my end. Even knowing this, I was contacted by 3+ employees each day, calling, leaving messages, texting me...etc. I called them back each time after work and explained my situation, but regardless they kept being pushy and annoying. Like bruh, ya'll are getting $30,000 in cash from me, you can't be patient? I had the deposit down as well, but "the boss wanted to put it on the lot" because they had to wait on me...even though my car came in EARLY.(Kinda seemed like they just wanted their commission faster). So finally, I get a day off where my co-signer and I were able to come in, and I had the money ready. The process was all fine and dandy with purchasing the car, but as soon as I left with those keys in my hand-- ghosted. I had a couple of questions about my new car, and I thought "hey, those guys wanted to talk to me about my car so much before I bought it, they'd probably know the answer right away!" After a week, I still haven't heard anything back from them lol. (I figured it out on my own thanks). Moral of the story: you teach your employees to act like they care so much, call you, text you, leave messages to get the sale, very enthusiastic when you're looking around, or buying. But then you have to keep that same energy afterwards too. When people have questions about their car, when they have concerns about safety settings, when they're reaching out to the supposed "experts", on the vehicles after the sale, and you don't reply? It really shows where your company's priorities land: the sale.

APRIL 2022 Minus 2 stars for the service dept staff. She was standing at the computer, and wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. Happened twice. MARCH 2021 This was probably the best experience I've had buying a car, and this is the 5th time I've purchased a vehicle in my lifetime. I worked with Matt. He did an excellent job. First, he listened to me, instead of telling me what I wanted. Second, he answered my questions, or researched the answers when he didn't know them. He was responsive, friendly, and professional. He was upfront and transparent about pricing, and he disclosed an optional charge on my invoice, and he advised me that I could decline the charge, which I did when I met with the finance person. The finance person also did an excellent job. He was accurate, and he was able to answer my questions. Prior to buying my car, I contacted 3 other dealers in the area. Matt played a big role in my buying my car from Bronco Motors. I will likely return to Bronco in the future, and will recommend Matt and Bronco to others. Thank you.

It took about four months or so, so if you have any major aftermarket warranty work, don't expect it to get done quick; warranty is a nightmare. Seems the root of the issues were one, short staffed, and two, they had my number entered wrong. Things had been moving along, I just had not been in the loop. They are working hard to get everything sorted out. I've updated to three stars for now, which sounds reasonable until the service work is completed, and hopefully up the review even further. I am hopeful that everything does get better as I had only ever heard good things before, so understandably I was shocked bringing my car in for the first time and having this happen (I have a mechanical background and usually work on my own vehicles, so this is my first time ever taking in one of my vehicles to a dealer for major work). *ORIGINAL, One Star* Bad review for now for the service department communication. May change in the future. So I originally had my car towed in to Bronco Motors Hyundai West in Nampa after the engine was making noise (pretty sure will need a new engine) in early Febuary. The guy I had talked to over the phone had told me it wouldn't be until the end of February until they could look at it, in which I told was fine. Come into March and they call me to ask if they can transfer my car to Bronco Motors Hyundai in Boise as they were too busy, and transferring would save me two weeks. I said it was OK. The communication at Bronco Motors Hyundai West was good. Now comes Boise. Only ever recieved one text when my car was first transfered. I have never heard what any diagnosis has been, what the options are, or anything of the such. Just no updates. I've tried calling and leaving messages both during and after service hours. No one picks up or calls back. Because of work I can't make it in during the service department hours, but I went in one day a month ago to grab some things from my car and was helped by a sales or parts guy. They said most likely my car had been looked at and was just waiting to hear from warranty. I myself just haven't had any updates and would at least like to know what's going on. I realize that unfortunately they may be shirt staffed and service work may be slow, but at least communication would be nice.

So, when I saw one sitting in the Bronco Motors' lot, I thought it would be well above our budget. I called up Christian to see if they could take a look at it. He was extremely friendly and polite and over a series of weeks, very accommodating to my many questions and concerns about pricing and my needs for a leased vehicle. He contacted me regularly by phone and was always available to meet me when I returned with a friend to help me make a decision. After many weeks of shopping and researching, I leased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson two weeks ago. Although there has been issues with low gas mileage and manageability in the snow, Oscar, Ian and all the management have been there every step of the way, addressing my concerns. Our experience with DiAngelo was great. We came in looking for a specific vehicle we had seen online. We walked around the lot several times with him, but it was no where to be found. He took our name and number so he could call us if he was able to locate it on a different lot. We figured it was sold and never expected to hear from him.
