My wife and I were very satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge that Austin possessed while searching for a new vehicle. He showed us the inventory we were looking for and my wife found the vehicle she knew was hers. We left to search other dealerships but we called Austin back that afternoon and said we were coming back. When we got back, our Jeep was parked in the front of the dealership ready for us. Great buying experience. I drove about 8 hours to purchase a new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle and absolutely everything was exactly as promised. Collin was great to work with as a salesperson. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the market and quick to respond to questions. Ross, the finance manager, was simply the best I've ever worked with anywhere, and I'm bought more than my share of new and used vehicles. Great dealership! Jessica is an amazing salesperson! My husband and I looked at a few different vehicles, and the new Grand Cherokee is awesome, but we wanted JEEPS. We got great trade values for a Mercedes and a Land Rover and ended up getting two brand new Wranglers (one Rubicon hybrid and one Willys) for a fraction of the cost! 2021 Wrangler overheated due to recalled clamp. Was towed to Voyles on Saturday afternoon. Was told it could be 10-12 days. Called 7:30am on Monday since we bought the vehicle less than a year ago and only has 8k miles on it and spoke to service manager, Jimmy, who thought he knew the problem right away because of other 2.0 Wranglers with this issue that he has seen. Had his team look at it and called me back by 8am advising it is what he thought it was and he had just seen that the part was recalled. Called me back by 1:00pm to say the repair was complete and available for pickup. Never had that type of service anywhere else. Will definitely strongly recommend Jimmy and Damon and this service department. Jeep warranty was also great with towing and repair because it cost me nothing out of pocket.

Which I was never told! Wanted a wrangler. JD Power shows trade in value for my renegade with 4000 miles at $30,800 for great condition and it is in mint condition! Voyles offered $24,500! Really? $6000 off kinda sounds like a lowball to me. Will never return to Voyles and this would have been my third purchase there. Buyers beware, There are too many other dealerships out there!

My buying experience with Austin was everything you need it to be with a big purchase like a new truck. He is educated on his products and the packages so building a new truck was seamless. When I had questions about specific package details I got specific answers that were backed up by facts not “well I think…” This came up when I was trying to figure out how to get ventilated seats in my new Rebel GT. I went to 4 other dealers trying to get this question answered and was not going to purchase a new truck until I knew how to get the interior features I wanted. I called Austin spoke with him about my experiences at other dealers. He assured me it was possible but didn’t expect me to just take his word for it. Austin went the extra mile and this is what got him my business and trust as a customer. After we spoke over the phone he did some research and found a truck in Tennessee with the interior features that were in question. He then contacted that dealer had a PDF of the window sticker emailed to him and then he emailed it to me showing that the features I wanted were possible and how to specifically order my truck to ensure that I got those features. This is the level of service I expected from a dealer and salesman and that’s exactly what I got from Austin, therefore I can say I’m happy with my new truck and will be referring Austin to other people I know for their new and used car purchases.

They had what I wanted on the lot (which is why I went to Voyles in the first place) gave a good price for my trade in, and was in and out including test drive, trade, financing, detailing all within a couple/few hours on a Saturday morning. Could not ask for better! Jessie (sales) was very helpful, finance department was helpful and not overly pushy like so many are. And best of all, the Gladiator did *not* have thousands of dollars of added cost like so many Jeeps you see, so the price I saw online was a real price the Jeep could actually be bought for! More than I can say for some other scenarios I've been through elsewhere.

I dropped off my 2021 Jeep Wrangler for routine oil change, tire rotation and cleaning/detail service. Didn't have an appointment and was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours before they got started. (Revised) After expressing my situation to the Servicing Department Manager, I have come to understand the problem was with one individual employee, not the whole company. They are working to rectify the problem. They are If I could give a negative star, I would. Worst service department I have ever dealt with. I dropped my van off on May 12 to diagnose it. I was told it was bad gas. After consenting to have that fixed, I was then told the problem was much larger than bad gas; the engine would have to be replaced. Long story short, after two months, multiple weeks of no progress reports unless I called, multiple requests for the technician or service manager to call me back, multiple promises of it being ready at the end of the week. I still don't have it back.

I looked at trucks on the lot , no one waited on me . Then I walked in the building. 15 people were there no one spoke to me . I have bought 2 vans there . I operate a mobile brake repair service and my Jeep Grand Cherokee with 270k miles finally blew the engine and transmission in the same week I was so sick and tired of dealing with it so I called Robert at the dealership and he hooked me up with Shannan, and guys she searched hard in 2 different states for about 2 weeks until she found my new 2021 Ram Promaster city! These guys were amazing. I needed to get the recalls (electronic ignition & air bag) fixed. I had contacted the dealership (where I purchased my car) about these issues 3 or 4 times since being notified about them. I've been put off over a year now by them....I was "assigned" a number and put on a waiting list. When I contacted them last week about a problem I was having with my car starting, I was told I could bring it in at 8:00 a.m. and not to expect to pick it up before 5:00 p.m. WHAT??? Will you have a car I can drive for the day? NO, we don't do that for recall work. WON'T be doing business there again. BENCHMARK got me in and out in 1 1/2 hrs with both issues fixed. They were friendly and courteous and made me feel like I was appreciated as a customer. The waiting area (restrooms) are clean and comfortable with TV, Internet and refreshments available. I recommend them for your service or buying / trading needs. WOW! they have a selection of different vehicles to choose from.

Not quite as good as it was in the past, but still the best Jeep dealership with whom I’ve done business. I have bought 4 Jeeps from them, all from Matt Rizzo who has since moved on. He was fantastic. Sales has seemingly gotten more high pressure since his departure. The service department is hit or miss. Some days they are fantastic, other times they are not (like when I had them install new rims, and they tried to keep the old ones they took off). Sometimes they are rude, sometimes they are extremely friendly. They never told me I got free rotation with my tire purchase so I paid for rotations for a while from them, as you have to let them know, “I bought my tires here so I get free rotations.” I feel like that was EXTREMELY dirty business. But as I mentioned, they’re still better than any of the other Jeep dealerships around Birmingham.

Buying anything that works is usually a great experience. However when you have issues with your purchase is when you find out how good a retailer is. We had some issues with the hard top on our 2015 Wrangler unlimited. Benchmark worked hard to get this resolved,but even after Chrysler got involved they could not fix it. They made it right though and today I drove off with a new 2017 Wrangler unlimited. John Crockett spent a lot of time helping us decide on the right Jeep Wrangler to purchase. I had already configured what I thought we wanted on the Jeep website and brought that in, mainly for a test drive of the Sport, which they had on the lot. After driving the Sport, and then John helping us compare the options packages that I had selected, against the Jeep Sahara, it was obvious that we had made the wrong decision on which model to buy. We then test drove the Sahara, which also had the Sky Power Top option, and that sealed the deal. Yes, we spent more on the Sahara (which we bought off the showroom floor), but it had more of what we really wanted and we knew that choosing the Sport was the wrong decision, and we would not have been satisfied after the purchase.

Wonderful buying experience but the service department has been horrible. Not only are they rude but incompetence seems to be an ongoing issue as well. Made an appointment weeks out and showed up only to find out the guy who did the work I needed was off for they day. I took off work to make the appointment and Tom at the desk didn't even apologize he just acted nonchalant like I was inconvenienceing him with my presence. Another time I was told that an issue I had would be under warranty only to find out when I pick my Jeep up....I was going to be charged. Again Tom acted like he didn't care that he'd told me wrong to start with and to hurry up and pay and leave. I've been up there several other times for oil changes and such and every time Tom is extremely rude and acts as if I've somehow ruined his life by daring to walk in the door. I'd say buy a car from Benchmark but don't bother taking it there if it needs service. *update* While my opinion has not changed of the service department.....they did make this issue right after 14 months of fighting with them. I would recommend buying from them.

Chose to make an appointment with Benchmark (by email) because they seemed more professional than the others. Bought a 2014 ford from this dealership on April 17th 2018. Next day it would not crank. Called my salesman Jason and they bought a new battery for it. This dealership offers a 3 month warranty with all their used vehicles. The next month I was on vacation in myrtle beach South Carolina, the vehicles check engine light came on and the vehicle lost all power for about 30 seconds. I took it to the nearest ford dealer and they ran a check on it. It had fouled a plug on cylinder 6 and had a bad coil. I called Cliff at Benchmark and they totally stood behind there warranty and took care of my vehicle. They paid the 470 dollar bill over the phone to the dealership in South Carolina who did the work. Very pleased with the dealership and them standing behind what they sell. Not only that, Mr. O'Neal insisted he ride with me on my very first ride - and he is the general manager. I am an out of town transplant. Had no idea what to expect until I decided to come here. And RICK in service saved mg dat. RICK in Service has outstanding customer relationships skills. He was very nice to me and help me through a complex problem that lasted over a few weeks. Every encounter over the time period was if him and I were continuing the same original conversation! Rick simplified this experience and set the benchmark for customer support at the Benchmark Dodge Dealership. I will definetely return her for my Dodge vehicle needs.

I first purchased a used vehicle from Jason at Benchmark in July 2016. Jason was mindful of our time and he lets us explore the vehicles with absolutely no pressure. The paperwork was easy with no garbage clause like the spot delivery scams some dealerships use. At that time we did look over the Rams but, while impressed, we were not ready to covert from Silveradoes. Then the new 2019's came out. We went t5o Benchmark first but Jason was not there so we jsut browsed but they did not have what we were looking for that day. We visited every dealership from Meridian MS to Anniston, Al and up into Tennessee and down to Montgomery looking for that special one. Most dealerships I was not impressed with. We are old school and like to see what we are buying. Most of the sales people knew nothing they had on their lot. They didn't even know what came on the Ram Rebels - I was told that you could not get 4 corner air suspension or Panoramic Sunroof on the Rebels. I honestly can not remember any of their names because they simply did not make a lasting impression. We decided again to visit Benchmark and asked for Jason - I remembered his name because he was one of the few that seemed to always know what was going on and made that lasting impression. He came out, seemed happy to see us and was able to answer our way too many questions. He did not have to go and look up what was on the lot because he knew what they had. He pointed me right to my new Ram with the suspension, e torque and sunroof I wanted. Simple when a salesperson knows they product. AND he got us to purchase our first RAM! Goodbye Silverado... Again, negotiation was fast with paperwork a breeze. And we were in and out in record time. Benchmark and Jason are a winning combination...
