Cody Hall is the best car sales guy I have run into yet! Our first interaction didn’t even start off as a sales interest. I was waiting on my car to be serviced with my brother and 6yo daughter when he told her to take all the free Jimmy John sandwiches she’d like haha! As we checked out we saw him again, he asked what our car situation was like and followed through on his promise to put us in something safer and more reliable and with an extensive warranty so I won’t have to come out of pocket for maintenance nor anything else! We got a 2021 Highlander. 1 week later, yesterday, we left the dealership with my 19yo brother’s 2018 Tacoma at a great price. I purchased a 2022 4Runner OR premium from Serra Toyota. Jon Parnell was my salesman. He was recommended by a close friend of mine. Jon was easy to work with and listens to your input. If he couldn’t get me a deal on this army green 4Runner(which I ended up purchasing), he was already working on finding me another one with the right packages that I wanted. He wants your business and isn’t scared to work for it. Serra Toyota also gave me the max trade in value for my old vehicle! All business was handled over the phone which is not a bad thing during these times but I’m sure it makes selling cars harder. My repairs was done I had a CV axle replacement and some service done to some hoses. I had to come back because I was told my truck was good to go and was 10x better but I don’t think they gave it a true test drive. Because it took less than 3 miles to hear and AWFUL metal on metal noise coming from my front axle. Turns out they put my brake dust cover on wrong and it was against my rotor. I then had to waste more of my time to come back and have it rechecked and must I remind myself it was a $3,000+ expense bill. The tech also brought up more money might be necessary and that’s just ridiculous he would even mention something like that seeing how I was told the truck was 10x better than when I brought it in. My truck is running fine now but the fact I was almost charged more money and more of my time was wasted due to lack of attention to detail

I met Mr. Simeon Williams after a bad service appointment. I was very upset, and was headed to the Honda dealership. Mr. Williams called, and said Mrs. Williams. If you haven’t left Birmingham. Would you please return to the dealership. Give me a chance to work with you, and to earn your business, and trust. “Best discussion I ever made…was returning to the dealership. He worked with me diligently for about three weeks. It’s not that l was a hard sale. I know what car, what package, and what color I want the car. So l thought. I asked him to ordered me the same car as the 2014 Toyota LE Gray Mica. Little did l know that the LE didn’t offer some of the things that l wanted on this car. I wanted a sporty vehicle with nice rims, with more bells and whistles. So; upon ordering the car, and getting home. I looked on kind a couple of days later. Only to realize that the LE “was not” equipped with these things, and that l needed to upgrade to the SE for the options/ package l wanted. So; l took a snap shot off the SE, and sent it to Mr. Williams. He explained that it would be about $40.00 more per month. He would need $1000.00 down. I said okay. I want the SE. So l drove from Montgomery to Birmingham, Al the next day. That’s about 1 hr 45 mins. I gave him $1000.00 to put the car on hold for me. He said it would be here around the end of the month. It actually arrived on Saturday 06/25/2022. I loved working with Mr. Williams. He has a funny, but great personality. He keeps you posted on your vehicle, and arrival dates, and time. Mr. Williams really makes purchasing a vehicle, and test driving fun, and easy. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks Mr. Williams. I enjoyed working with you. I love my new car. You go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. While telling them the way it is. The honest truth. Since l can’t give you 10**********. I will settle for 5*****. You deserve them all. Lady A

On Friday, September 4, 2020. I took my Toyota Avalon in for a recall that I needed to get done. I was told it was going to take 2 1/2 hours. I also, wanted my tires checked, brakes, right mirror and regular maintenance. I was a little late getting there but I called and told them I was still coming. They greeted me in masked and full service gear. The service staff was very professional, polite and friendly. Joshua started checking me in but once John got off the phone he turned me over to him because he was my service representative. They were both courteous, knowledgeable and ensure that my car would be taken care of. Plus, since I still have the Platinum Service on my Car meant I didn’t have to paid for my Service. John asked me if I was going to stay there. I replied yes. He stated okay then I’ll come and get you when your car is ready. I called Mr. Joseph Jenkins to discuss a SUV and for my girlfriend buying a car. Mr. Jenkins was very helpful in laying out my options. He even went an fill my large cup of with crushed ice and brought me 2 mini Diet Pepsi ‘s. I had already gotten : 2 mini sandwiches for lunch. One was Turkey and the other ham. Plus, a large sliced Dill pickle which was a nice crunchy fresh Dill one. They were so good, The meat, was fresh with shredded lettuce, tomato and cheese. You Can see it on the pictures I took from the Serra Toyota Cafe. They keep in very clean in the Service Area and Cafe. There is Hand Sanitizer on each table. This is just one of the many perks that they provide while you wait for your car repairs, or service. They have nice high back cushion chairs, tables, nice lounge chairs, couch and a phone charging area, the Cafe, Doughnuts for Breakfast, Coffee,. I love coming to Serra Toyota they are all such friendly, kind, attentive, and caring Service Representatives. I love to hear them call me by name. It makes me feel special and important. I felt soooo good being there. I didn’t mind the wait. I had my cell phone, books to read and I was able to have lunch while I wait. I also received a coin for a free car wash when I signed out. I tell you I don’t care what others may say But, I thank God for Serra Toyota Car Salesmen Mr. Joseph Jenkins, Mr. Matthew Patterson who is the Supervisor over the Service Department they have really brought their Departments to a higher level in customer service. I love the new area and all the changes they have implemented so far and I looking forward to seeing just what more they will do to provide a better service experience for their customers. I would love to have a Lifetime Warranty on Used Certified Cars with low mileage. Why not? We buy our cars there, even our families and friends so why not?

I worked with Mr. Komissa Yao over the phone to trade my Prius on a new Corolla. I had tried working with two other Toyota dealers as well as four ford dealers (on an escape) and was surprised at how difficult it was at the other places just to get a price or a call back. No one at the other dealers wanted to negotiate pricing over the phone even though I was clear that I’m a serious buyer and ready to make a deal. Fortunately I had a much easier time dealing with Serra! Mr. Komissa completely exceeded my expectations. Within a short while he had sent me a video and pictures of the exact car I wanted, and called me with a price for the corolla and my trade. After a bit of negotiation and working out details with accessories, we finalized the deal over the phone the same afternoon, mere hours after I had called Serra Toyota. Komissa put the car into service to have the accessories I wanted added on so the car was ready to go the morning I came to pick it up and had all of the paperwork waiting for me. He truly did a great job and worked to make things easy for me to come in from out of town and pick the car up, and that is hard to find in a salesperson these days.

Very good service in the pre-owned department. Meet with a smile and pointed in the right direction. Mr. Andre Williams was the salesperson I dealt with he was very very helpful and the financial department was also able to work with me. The only question or concern is that when I looked under the hood the windshield wiper fluid had not been refilled and there was a whole lot of pine straw stuck in the hood. I was told that they could not clean out under the hood with water, but I don't know why they just clean it out with a air blower. I do recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase vehicle and get the best price ever.
