Couldn’t be happier with Mr Burnis Rose and his supervisor. I’ve been looking at getting a Tundra for a couple years and finally found one here that was close to what I wanted. I was close to buying it when another Tundra got traded in. The supervisor just mentioned in passing, that a truck just arrived and it won’t hurt to check it out. It was the EXACT truck I wanted. Year, color, trim, everything. And cheaper than the one I nearly bought. This is the third vehicle my family has bought from Limbaugh and after our experience, we will never buy one anywhere else. Very much pleased 5/5 - that's how satisfactory my car buying experience has been with Limbaugh Toyota, AL. I got my car in 2 days. Yay! Getting a new car in USA is very tough these days due to microchip issue. I have been looking for 2022 Toyota RAV4 since last couple of months and most of the dealerships gave 3-4 months of waiting period - especially on hybrid trims.And then out of nowhere, a call with Ali-Jah Chahrour just happened to check availability and he was very professional sharing the availability details. Luckily, there was one vehicle was available matching my requirements. The dealership was out of state and was around 160 miles from my place. Knowing my situation (I don't have a car), Ali-jah offered to deliver the car home without any additional charges and do all the paperwork. He took all the information over the phone and made sure all paperwork is ready when he came home next day. All the paperwork was done within 20 mins and he gave quick overview on all the features on my new car. Never expected car buying experience in USA in current market situation would be this thorough and professional without visiting a dealership once. It would have been great if dealership had recommended me to add few accessories on the new vehicle before taking out of dealership i.e. side moldings, mudguards, etc. I could have saved my visits to local dealerships to get them on. But looking at how quickly this entire deal had happened, It's understandable. A big thumbs up for Limbaugh Toyota Dealership for their customer service. Most of the time, dealerships are only concerned about sale not least bothered about service. But its quality of service that brings you repeat business, and I would definitely recommend your dealership to my friends and colleagues. I was 10 minutes early for my oil change appointment. I've waited 2 hours. And still waiting. Oil changes don't take an hour. The last time I was here, they never called my name. My truck was in the bay, and I could see it. I asked if it was ready, and the service guy said it was done 45 minutes ago. I went there for the oil change because I had $80 in loyalty points. Oil changes are roughly $20 cheaper and quicker at Express Oil Change and Tire Service.

Austin Gravlee was a great sales guy. I personally hate purchasing a new car because I feel like I'm in the dealership all day filling out papers. There's a reason this is the only dealership you'll find with more than 4 stars. I had a recall repair done here and my engine blew a couple weeks later. Online I saw the amount of dealerships that weren't taking responsbility and owners left with blown engine cars. My service advisor Brandon assured me that if it was their fault they would fix it. A month and a half later in a courtesy rental car, they have now replaced me engine and have been extremely flexible with me. By far the best service I've had between 4 Toyota dealerships and 2 Nissan dealerships. Will be back to purchase a car here someday!

Limbaugh Toyota was by far and away the best dealership to deal with. I got the best deal, with very little hassle from Mr. Bailey Little. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was dealing with several other dealerships to find a new 2019 Tacoma. We started our journey to look for a new Camry at Limbaugh Toyota . I had looked at their web site and talked to Bailey Little, one of the sales staff on the phone. We met with Bailey described what we were looking for, this is our fourth Camry third from Limbaugh. So on a hot August day Bailey spent a long time showing us several cars describing each. All with different features, colors, and prices. His knowledge and help were excellent. We were trading in a 2004 Camry with 274,000 miles so we needed some help on all the new features. Bailey took the time to show us all the new features and believe me things have changed since 2004. But Bailey was patient and helpful, we went for a test drive and it wasn't just around the corner and back but long enough to get the feel of the car. Obviously sold on the car it was a matter of price and again Bailey was extremely helpful. He gave us a very fair price for our trade-in, had the car cleaned while we talked price. And after the sale again went over all the features of our now new car. He spent most of the day with us making sure we had the car we wanted,were pleased with the car, with his help,and with the dealership. So when we need a new Camry we will find it very easy to call Bailey Little at Limbaugh Toyota and make an appointment to pick out our new Camry.

I searched far and wide for my Toyota Tacoma Limited and they had one. The salesman told me that if I wanted it I had better act fast because someone else was going to probably buy it that evening. I was sure it was an attempt to force my hand but, sure enough about 1/2 way through the paperwork, another guy showed up looking for it. The only negative thing I can say is that I went in there pre-approved for the loan and they still ran my credit 3 times with their lenders and caused me to have 3 unnecessary credit inquiries. My lender was by far the best rate and I told them as such before they took the liberty of double checking with their lenders.

I brought my Corolla in to get the airbag replaced for that recall. My low tire pressure light had been on for a couple of weeks and I hadn't gotten around to fixing it. Bottom line: Buy your Toyota here. Ask for TV Drew! This was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealer. I knew I wanted a truck and had done a lot of research on my options from Ford, Chevy, etc. I spoke with all my mechanic friends and gathered their input. Pretty much everything ended up pointed me to check out the Tacomas. I'm now a proud owner of a 2016 Tacoma. Loving every second of it. Buying from Limbaugh Toyota was so easy. We spent maybe 3 hours total including test drive, negotiations, and time where I actually left to go get a document. TV Drew was an exceptional sales associate. He made the process easy and made sure I was well educated through every process. I did not encounter any of the horror stories or things people told me to watch out for from these "crafty selfish salesman trying to steal all my money". I never felt pressured at any time. He made us comfortable and he was transparent the whole time, not trying to do anything sneaky or behind our backs. When it came time to talk prices, he didn't show us a price that was going to have hidden fees added later. He provided us with a total price out the door showing every added cost or deduct, tax and everything, upfront. They were very reasonable on prices as well. My next Toyota will definitely come from Limbaugh Toyota, and yours should too.

Service waiting area was roomy and comfortable seats to sit in . Coffee was available and vending machines were in the area . Restrooms were very clean . All service employees were in uniform and greeted customers proper . The service done was thorough and estimated time for repair was done within reason. Parts department was adjacent to service waiting area . When the repair was finished the service writer located me in the waiting room and explained all charges and labor if additional repairs were needed {the same service writer that greeted me this morning} Then went to the cashier for checkout .

You can buy from them but they will give you nothing for your trade. You are better off selling your car to Car Max first. My experience from the phone call to driving off the lot was spectacular. When I called Limbaugh Toyota, I was already at another car dealership, about to purchase a Nissan that I only kind of liked. Over the phone, the gentleman that oversees the pre-owned portion of Limbaugh Toyota, was very knowledgeable and assertive. I didn't tell him very many details of my situation, but he assured me he could help, and even told me who to ask for when I were to arrive. The ordeal was seemless and painless. The first time I bought a car (from Jim Burke) it was a complete nightmare. They signed me onto a loan with 27% interest, and because I was so desperate, I agreed to it. I was 20! Talk about heartless people. Limbaugh Toyota was the total opposite, and Jim Bowers made it that way. Even from the start he told me he was going to make the process very simple, and he did just that. I left the lot with a WAY better interest rate, in a brand new white, 2016 Toyota Camry, WITH bells and whistles. My car payment is now actually LOWER than the one Jim Burke made me sign on for, when ironically, the car I bought from Jim Burke was pre-owned. Jim Bowers was awesome, I will refer every body I know to him. I never thought I could be this happy with a car purchase, but he made it possible.
