THE best experience purchasing a car that I’ve ever had! My contact was Ramle and he was sooo very patient with me and my ever-changing needs! Every question I had he answered without hesitation…and I was always texting him a TON of questions. The rest of the staff is just as helpful and friendly. They’ve done a great job hiring good people. I appreciate this NEW way of buying a used car. I highly recommend checking them out. Also note, these USED cars are in such excellent condition that they all seem brand new! And the cappuccino/hot chocolate machine is AWESOME!

I'd been searching for my next car for weeks with dealerships within a 50 mile radius. I knew exactly what I wanted. I don't know why I never saw EchoPark but I'm glad it randomly popped up. There it was....the car I'd been looking for! Not only was it absolutely loaded (which wasn't a priority) but, the price was right too. And as an added bonus it was just 3 miles away from my house. So I immediately went and made a test drive. Done...I was sold! My sales associate Fattah was so helpful and courteous. He made the whole experience seamless. My daughter just purchased her new to her car. Alex Baker did a great job. One thing I liked was that he worked with my daughter not with me since it was going to be her car. Treating her with that respect is very much appreciated. I am a car junkie and they are right when they say they sell for $3,000 less than the other places, they are right. Compare their prices to others and you will see their prices are less. Great cars, service, respect, and prices, why go somewhere else.

Experience unlike any other dealership! No pressure, car was ready for us to test drive when we arrived at our scheduled appointment time. No need to negotiate as vehicle was well priced and below blue book. We even traded in our current vehicle, and they gave us very fair price. We were in and out in 2 hours. We visited on a busy Saturday and were greeted quickly by several employees who were friendly and welcoming. We were paired with an experience guide almost immediately, Ramle, who shared a little about the dealership and their history/values/mission. We had shopped online already and had a good idea of what we wanted to see. Within an hour we had seen several vehicles, taken a test drive, and had a lot of our questions answered. We needed to weigh our options and come back in a day or two before making the purchase and were not pressured at all by anyone on the team to buy that day. That was refreshing! We returned 2 days later ready to buy and our guide wasn’t there, but Eddie and Payton were ready to jump in. They got up to speed on our story and what we were looking for and showed us a couple more that we hadn’t noticed on our first visit. They were patient and informative with our questions and preferences and we never felt like we were being steered into a vehicle we didn’t want or couldn’t afford. Financing was the fastest I’ve ever seen and there was nothing hidden, no surprises, the price was what we were quoted and everything went super smoothly! Chelsea, the finance manager was friendly and informative too! We will back the next time we are looking to purchase a vehicle and would highly recommend for anyone out looking to buy! 10/10

My purchase at EchoPark Birmingham AL was easily the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. We drove 3.5 hours from out of state to purchase a vehicle. Every single person we dealt with at the Birmingham AL location was phenomenal. I initially worked with Sean, but he was out on guard duty the day we traveled. We worked with Garrett in person. Both were exceptional, as were several others there that day that we had brief interactions with. The price on the vehicle we purchased (Toyota Tacoma) was significantly below anywhere else that actually had one in stock. Their offer on our trade-in was fair. Their financing rates were only slightly higher (3% vs. 2%) than our credit union. They offer "protection" products like GAP, extended warranties, etc., but there was ZERO pressure to buy any of those products. All around, it was a great experience. I hope their business model continues. I will absolutely consider this location for any future needs.

Car's great! Experience at the dealership was long, but fine! Customer service straight up sucks eggs, though. Both before and after I couldn't count on anyone to give me reliable information over the phone. Which is terrible, seeing as how they push the warranty and gap coverage on you- so if you want to talk about it later, no one can help you, and those who can help never call you back. I see the worth of extra warranty and having gap coverage, but when finances are tight, I just don't want it. I ended up saying yes to it, after several no's, but it's too late to change my payments even though I cancelled the extras. But did I actually cancel them? I have no idea. They said they'll refund me the amount of the warranty and gap that I don't use, but I haven't seen that show up on my loan yet. Again, I love the car. But the inner workings of the dealership needs to be polished, tuned up, detailed,... pick your pun.

I just bought a vehicle from echo park in Birmingham, I’m happy with the vehicle and the price of it. I will say I was really dissatisfied with the actual clean up of the car. This is my first time buying a used vehicle but still if you say you’re going to detail it then you should. When I test drove it there was sticky stuff on the panel beside the lcd screen and some weird substance on the steering wheel almost looked like crayon or red mud. Easy fix right? Okay. So the guy selling me the car said no problem it will be detailed and you can pick it up tomorrow when you pay the second half of your down Payment. I come back the next day to pick it up and literally looks like they just sprayed the outside with water… the weird gunk is still on the steering wheel, the sticky material also still beside the lcd screen, the compartment lids are dirty the ac vents also have some weird sticky gunk on the vents there was some hair in between the back seats, the dash half way wiped….. just come on guys!
