I shopped around Birmingham for a convertible for my wife and after comparing different models we narrowed it down to the 2022 A5 Cabriolet. Being four hours south didn’t make the process a big deal- Jim Hardy was awesome to work with and kept us informed of the progress as the car was being built. As a matter of fact, this was the smoothest sale we’ve had in years. Plus, the car has been a dream to drive down on the gulf coast. I highly recommend Audi of Birmingham and Jim Hardy. They sure made my wife happy!

Matt at Audi Birmingham was the best salesman and I hate to even call him a “car salesman”- because I feel like that term has such a negative connotation… but he was so inviting and helpful. Wish I could give 6 stars! Excellent experience from a professional friendly staff who love cars and people. The real test of character comes when things aren’t perfect and problems need to be solved. These folks are genuine and know how to treat their customers right. They have knowledgable shop techs who fix things right. We drove 4 hours to buy from them and I wouldn’t blink to travel any distance to do it all over again. In addition to having great deals (especially considering this market), Audi is much more relaxed than a typical car dealership and you don’t feel like the sales team is trying to scam you. I bought my car from Matt who was a pleasure to work with, and even came in on his off day to show me a car. Hannah helped us through the financial aspect with an attitude that made paperwork a breeze. I came back a few days later for a few minor checks on my car that I was guaranteed before purchasing, and was a little panicked to learn I needed a new battery ASAP. However John and Matt made sure it was taken care of and I left even more confident in the Audi staff than before. And while I waited, I felt right at home. They made sure to keep me informed of what was going on and I felt comfortable just hanging out in the meantime. I contacted Audi Birmingham inquiring about a 2023 RS6 they had on their lot in mid November 2022. Davis Darrow and Hannah Blackall were terrific to work with throughout the entire process of getting paperwork done, going over details of the car, ensuring all the details were worked through... all from across the country. Davis and Hannah were super communicative, even after hours. Any question I had was almost immediately answered with an incredible amount of detail. Davis even helped in setting up a fantastic transport company to get my new RS6 shipped to me, only a few days after the purchase process had started. Davis is a very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous Specialist, who can help anyone get their dream car. Davis even worked with the Audi Birmingham GM to fix the Paint Protection Film that had started to peel, after application; at no cost to me. Hannah was fantastic throughout the entire paperwork process, and even remailing some paperwork overnight that needed changes. I highly recommend Audi Birmingham for your next Audi! We were traveling out of town when our Q5 left us stranded on the side of the interstate. Fortunately, Audi Birmingham was only two miles from us, and we were able to limp it over to them. Even though this happened late in the afternoon, Allen Henderson promptly got a technician to look at it for us. It appears that a technician at another Audi service center did not properly secure the charge pipe during a service visit the week prior. Audi Birmingham found this quickly, re-secured the charge pipe, and had us on our way again in under 90 minutes. They also washed the vehicle for us. When pulling into the service center, we assumed we were going to have to find a rental vehicle and transfer all of our belongings so that we could continue our trip. But Allen and the technician saved the day for us, and we truly appreciate them.

I looked at an used car on Monday 1/2/23 . They looked at my trade in and made me an offer . I made a counter offer and we ended our day saying we would call each other . I got another offer on my cell on the way home. I returned the call Wed and reiterated my offer and was told by the salesman that he would call me by the end of the day Wed . No return call. Well I called the salesman Thursday to confirm what I thought I knew. No answer I left a message. Still no return call . It is funny that when looking at the car , it showed "Aside" in the window. I asked about it and was told "that is correct but we stand behind it as we don't want a Bad Name" . I think not returning my calls about an offer qualifies for a Bad Name. Everyone was nice and a very clean place but I feel the salesman should have gotten back with me . JUST SAY NO

Hmm where to start...... welp I’m a fickle fellow so when my wife and I went looking for her next car I had no intention of getting one myself. After all decisions decisions. Welp - a friendly gentleman by the name of Steve approached my wife and I and introduced himself. This was the start of a great friendship lol. Seriously I can’t give Steve (salesman) enough praise, he answered all my wife’s questions and then some. We chose to buy her car on his reassurances especially when he got her an extended warranty. It was at that moment fear of missing out set in for me. I must have gone to that dealership at least five times the next week looking for the right car and every time I thought I found the right one something else would catch my eye. Steve reassured me “there’s no rush and he didn’t want to sell a car just to sell a car” he said “it needs to be a good fit for you and no one else” welp took it to heart and found an awesome Audi Q7 about a week later. I had been looking for a used Chevy SSR truck for quite sometime. Today, I decided to stop by Audi Birmingham to just look around a bit. When I got there, the very vehicle I've looked for was there and I couldn't belive it. When I got out to walk around, I was greeted by Mr. Tom Fleming, a salesman there. We talked about the truck, he was very helpful in pointing out the features, one being, it's a 2005 with 28,000 miles on it. We later talked price, he was also helpful there and a little later, we made a deal that were both happy with. Tom is a straight shooter, we talked and laughed about some things, then introduced me to some of the other folks there, all friendly, cordial and obliging. Overall, the experience couldn't have gone any better for me. I'll be happy to recommend Audi Birmingham to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. BTW, the new Audi's are awesome!

Davis is the best. If your every in need of a GREAT car salesman he's the one. Not only does he know EVERYTHING about the vehicle he's selling you, he calls to check and make sure you don't have any questions about your vehicle. He makes sure to show you all the features that will make your life so much easier. They certainly offer an elevated sales experience. Drove in from Atlanta to buy an SQ7. They were friendly, professional, personable, and prepared. Their knowledge of their cars is outstanding. There is a new service manager who seems to bringing in some necessary changes to this service department. After initially being told it would take over a month to service my A5 for a defective AC, she stepped in to correct the situation. As it turns out, my AC was damaged while driving on the highway, and it was not a warranty issue. I am still waiting on parts to arrive from Germany (not sure why German manufacturers can't keep stock in the U.S.), but at least progress is being made.

Unlike some car salesmen, Douglas never pushed anything on us, but instead just got to know us and exactly what we were looking for and then figured out a way to help up get that from an Audi. However, if he didn't know something, he was very happy to pull in his sales manager, Casey (who was also wonderful!!), for more info. Jerrell was helpful. The service advisors are not always friendly but are the face of Service. Maybe, the reason us they are overwhelmed. I am 30 minutes away but whenever I call, the advisors rarely answers and I get sent to voicemail. A service advisor just call me back but asked for another person. The manager should set goals and chip in when his staff is slacking or overworked. The Audi vehicle is supposed to be luxury experience not subpar.

No loaner was available during that time due to inablility of the mehanics to handle all the work that was coming in. So all of the loaners stayed out for much longer than usual. My car was clean and the AC works great. It just took to long. I will continue to use Audi of Birmingham to service my A6.

We purchased a TT Roadster in 2008 from a dealer in Maryland. From the day we got it nothing but problems. It definitely fell into the lemon classification. We would get one problem fixed and a week later another light would rear its ugly head. Over the years we had invested $3,000 over warranty and recalls. We quit driving it and stored it for four years. It cost Audi a SUV sale in 2016. When we moved to the Birmingham area we deceided to give one more chance and took it to Audi of Birmingham. They went over it bumper to bumper and found that a wiring harness was defective and replaced it. After driving it for almost a year, zero problems. The car has never before performed to its current ability. Now we are enjoying an automobile we thought we were purchasing nine years ago. Couldn't be happier with their service department.
