Purchasing a car from Lithia Toyota was for the most part was a smooth transaction! Our dealers name was Shane! Shane was friendly, kind, easy to talk to, conversational, direct, straight to the point, and he tried to give us the best options and info he could with the vehicles he was showing us!! We looked at three different vehicles before we decided to purchase the Honda accord. The car windows were not tinted. We wanted them tinted so Shane called and made an appointment for us at a place here in Billings to have them tinted two days after we purchased the car!! We also need a rain guards and we had the rain guards ordered and an appointment made in the lithia’s service department to have them put on within the week after purchasing!!! The price of the car was below market value which made it a better purchase on our end!! I would definitely recommend Shane if you were out there trying to purchase a vehicle. I would also recommend Lithia Toyota just because of the fact that it was a decent transaction with us purchasing a new vehicle!!! We all know how stressful purchasing a vehicle can get and this seem to be the least stressful one within purchasing vehicles in the past. So I just want to give a huge shout out to Lithia Toyota and Shane our dealer!!!!

She was the nicest person my husband and I have ever spoken with about cars and the car buying process! She asked us all the right questions and really helped show us the best option for what we wanted.
She was knowledgeable and all around a wonderful chick! From walking in, to test driving and signing paperwork, we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us. She even texted me a day or so later checking in to see how the car was treating us! I mean, if thats not amazing customer service!
Now I have the car I've been wanting and all the help and support we could need from the entire Lithia Toyota crew! Worth every second and penny spent. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone I know looking to buy a car.

This is the 2nd car I've entrusted to the care of Lithia since moving here 3 yrs ago. I tried a few other shops but was having a hard time finding someone who could do competent work on my 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT(original owner) & was beginning to give up hope. In desperation I reached out to Lithia & and made an appointment with Joey in the service department. The welcoming atmosphere of the service dept. was a refreshing change from what I had been running into. Joey and Ron have taken great care of my car, both of them were familiar with my vehicle which made me feel great and Ron's work on the car has been top notch. Redid the suspension, replaced Fuel pump, starter, struts, shocks & power windows. Joey is also excellent at communicating/coordinating the repairs necessary, no surprises!! I definitely recommend Lithia to my friends when they ask.

Purchased our new vehicle from Kristen Paulsen as our salesperson. Shared photos of our trade-in and negotiated the price of our new vehicle via text and phone. Drove 3 and a half hours to close the deal. Everything was as negotiated and stress free. Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. Great experience. Cannot recommend more highly.

I found a pickup I was interested in on CarGurus that was at Lithia Toyota. I called and talked to Matt about it and set up a time to look at it on a Saturday. He told me someone else was coming the same day to look at it too at a later time. I got to Lithia and the other guy had shown up earlier and decided to buy the pickup. Matt was very apologetic and said he would call me when they got another like truck in. Two days later he contacted me about another one that had just came in on trade. I returned to Lithia Toyota the next Saturday. I looked the pickup over, took it for a test drive, and decided I liked it. We worked out a deal that we both could live with and I bought it. Matt was probably the best salesman I have ever dealt with. No high pressure, easygoing, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have a problem dealing with him or Lithia Toyota again. I would definitely recommend both to friends and family!

The staff was great, you could tell they were wanting a sale, but they weren’t pushy. Offered car fax information, any noticeable issues with the car was marked down as part of the sale to be fixed, and were able to make adjustments to better fit us financially.

I had heard a lot of bad things about this car dealership going in so I was very skeptical, but there was a vehicle here I wanted to check out. I fell in love with the vehicle and was able to test drive multiple times, they even let me bring it to my mechanic to look at it. My mechanic didn't do an in depth look at it so we didn't notice it had a bad battery which kept dying shortly after I bought the vehicle. I contacted the salesperson who helped me and they were wonderful with getting me set up with their shop to get the battery fixed for free. If I had had to pay for a new battery right after buying a car I'd be pretty upset and have buyers remorse, but they cleared away any doubts about them. I highly recommend Larissa, she was super nice, friendly, professional, and helpful. I really appreciate how she responds to my texts about services they have even after I've purchased. I thought once I purchased from a dealership I'd be ghosted, but they didn't let me down and made me feel like a person, not just income that they need sell a car to and kick to the curb once they got the sale. Again, if you go here, ask for Larissa!

I felt the people I dealt with were excellent including Rashon, Levi, Brittany and Norm. Most of my business was done over the phone. There was good follow up too. The day of closing Levi picked me up at my hotel and the rest went like clock work.
I asked Rashon, my sales associate, in advance not to have any advertising (license plate frame or decals promoting Lithia) on the car. However Lithia license plate advertising was on front and back when I picked up the car. I believe you should ask the new owner in advance before doing it. However, if you want a new owner to advertise for your dealership, I would consider compensating $50.00 a month and rest assured you’ll get some takers.
The car was also suppose to come with a roof rack. I ordered door edge protection and winter floor maps too but non was in stock. No biggie but a sale of approximately $1,000 your parts department lost to Kalispell Toyota. Kal Toy had all these items in stock with the exception of the front and rear rubber floor mats which they ordered and had for me the next day.
All said and done, Would a buy another Toyota from Lithia. Yes I would.

I bought a vehicle here last Saturday and the buying experience was long and tedious and stressful but in the end I enjoy the vehicle that I had purchased and enjoy the care and service I ever seen since then and he the issues that I have found with the vehicle granted it was a used vehicle so there was boundary issues but I was guaranteed services for free for its for a year plus an extended warranty of an additional 3 years so all in all of my experience was a 4 out of 5.

I had my oil changed (for FREE) on my new Toyota 4-Runner which I totally LOVE!! There was a recall so they fixed that at the same time. I needed to be at the hospital early so they scheduled a Curtesy car to be available to take me there once I dropped off my vehicle, which was so nice. I then just called the driver & he came to the hospital, picked me up & I was greeted at the service desk with my keys. The Service at Lithia Toyota is AMAZING!! Unfortunately, the car buying experience is still a pain and takes to long.
The upselling was relentless and incredibly pricey. I paid less than half of the initial extended warranty offer plus oil changes for life. Buyer beware, know what Toyota is offering for financing compared to what they offer you. Their financing rates were not competitive and I wasn’t offered Toyota special financing the first time before I brought it to their attention…. It was 3% lower.
Advice, have your ducks in a row before you walk in the door.

This time, I needed an oil change and a computer "update," so I didn't want to wait at the shop. Much better way of conducting business rather than approaching me in the waiting area in the front of others of what needs to be replaced. As far as car dealerships go, not a bad experience at all. We knew what we wanted when we walked in and the staff was accommodating. Not a lot of pressure or dog and pony antics. They added their extended warranty/ windshield protection to the vehicle price (which significantly increased the cost) but when we declined, they removed it without any fuss or trying to convince us otherwise.
Although the current economy dictated good offers for trade-ins, I feel like they were more than fair.
At this point, this is a dealer I would like to do business with again.

Robert Muir my service advisor has always gone above and beyond with my Dodge Nitro. He is honest we need that as many are always all about get what we can out of the customer. Robert is the only one I truly go to with my vehicle services as he knows my Nitro. We got the car we wanted at a price we were willing to pay. There is a trick they do that you can look out for. They’ll show you your costs for a monthly payment at a 66 month loan, say 250 a month. you’ll remember the number from that 66 month payment schedule. Once you’re in the back for financing your monthly payment will still be 250 a month, but on a 72 month payment schedule. This means the price increased because a longer payment schedule means a lower monthly payment. Doc fees, or other fees will increase while you’re quickly signing documents to get out of there. You could call this out by keeping a copy or a picture of the initial document they show you of your costs you are agreeing to pay.

Always had a pretty good experience at this place and they are always very friendly but I was recently in for a lifetime oil change that went bad. When I got home from the oil change and parked in my garage I saw oil was leaking out underneath. I returned to the dealership and they fixed it but I had to clean up a big mess and am left with huge oil stains all over my new concrete driveway and my garage floor. I was told the mechanic made a mistake installing the oil filter.

I gave this dealership my 2019 Toyota Tacoma a week ago. I say gave because I have not received any check for Lithia buying it from me. I have contacted them several times and not received any information when I will get it.
I also put 1K on a 2022 tundra due in May. I have also bought 2 cars from this dealership.
I am about to ask for my deposit back and go to another dealership that is more helpful to a repeat customer.

Nice selection of cars, salesman Logan was helpful but not pushy. Filled the tank before we left and re-detailed the car. Bought a used car, and as we were headed back to Wyoming the check engine light turned on, which is not exactly what you want to see. An easy fix, but it wasn't caught in their "inspection." Also ended up refinancing the loan, the deal they gave us was not stellar.

Purchased a used vehicle 6 months ago. Sometimes when people trade in cars, they are not completely honest about the issues their car has before trading it in, which is not ethically right. Well regardless, when I test drove the van, an engine light came on. I was told they would fix it as long as it didn't cost too much or they would have to get me into a new vehicle. They have honored their word this entire time. Update: Terrence Brake did get back to me. There were a couple bumps in the sale, but he worked hard to resolve them for me. The true test of a business is how they handle this. Many transactions go well, it's when they go badly is the key. Over all it was a good sales experience and he handled the issues that arose well. I have called them several times to see what I qualify for. I have good income and great credit. Their sales person keeps telling me they will call me back after getting me information. They never call. When I called them back, they make up some excuse.

Best service I've had at an automotive business...I took my '95 Tacoma in to have an engine issue looked at. The techs were slammed and couldn't get to it that day, but a gentleman named Jim Harmon took my name and info down and squeezed me in the next morning.
I arrived early and again Jim met me. He didn't even ask what was going on with my truck, and when I began to explain again, he already knew and remembered from the day before. The techs were already working on it when the appointment was supposed to start, and Jim brought me back in the shop, physically showed me everything that was going on, and gave me an honest opinion of what to do now and what could wait.
He then gave me a quote on what everything would cost and said it should be done in a couple hours. I mentioned money being a little tight and that I needed to be to work in a couple hours. He said he'd see what they could do.
In only an hour I was called to the desk, was told everything was finished, and the cost of it all was $50 under what I was told. He also gave me some advice on how to temporarily fix another issue I was having.
My truck seems to be running great again. I will definitely be using Prestige and recommending this business to others.

If you are looking for a new or used car Chawn is your guy! Car salesmen tend to get a bad wrap of being pushy and kinda shady, but you will not get that with him. Chawn was very upfront and honest with us, super great guy. Due to our busy schedule we did most of everything over the phone. When we went to the dealership to look at the vehicle we had originally picked out, we decided that it wasn't the one for us. Chawn was very accommodating, even offering to pull whatever other vehicles we wanted to look at into the bay so we did not have to stand in the rain to look them over. You don't get great customer service like that with anybody! Lithia Toyota's selection of vehicles made it so nice to have such a wide variety of options. I feel like Chawn really listened to what we wanted and what is going to work best for us rather then "just trying to make the sale". Madison in financing was great too! He was very personable and transparent with everything in our contract. Other dealerships we have been to just point, point, sign, but not the case with Madison. Both of these guys stayed late so we could get everything wrapped up that day. Hands down if you want a fair and honest car purchase Chawn and Madison are the complete team! Highly recommend!!!

Bought a Honda Pilot last week and was my first purchase at Lithia Toyota. Overall, it was a pleasure to deal with these folks. My salesman, Alan, was great through the entire process. All I ever desire from a car dealer is honesty, and Alan exemplified that. Talking numbers was also a pleasant experience and while I expected to spend the entire afternoon at the dealership hashing out the specifics, I believe it took under 3 hours, which is record time for me! My only gripes were I was told that I would be receiving 4 oil changes a year instead of 2, and I was never offered a full tank of gas upon leaving the dealer. I thought that was pretty standard everywhere.

Norm had his work cut out for him. He gets a financially-devastated, recent-divorcée showing up with a hail-battered overworked Sequoia and a decent paying job,
who probably looked as though she was going to screamball at any moment.
He asks about what I want and how I’m going to be able to pay for it in a respectful manner, straightforward without me feeling an ounce of sales pressure. I feel like he wants to help me out if he can, but that he’s not going to put me into a situation where I’m going to be more stressed.
This is how I felt the first time I purchased a vehicle from here, and the expectations that I have to not be treated like an emotionally labile, simple female creature were met before, during, and after the sales- both times.
The service department staff are beyond awesome.
They made it funny when i brought in my car because I just know it’s going to blow up when the check engine light came on (I think the 4Runner had like 12k miles on at the time) and were soothing as they informed me I simply forgot to close the gap cap all the way. Sure, I waited that day for a few hours because I understand there are people with appointments but my concern was taken care of that day.
I’ve traded in vehicles because their service department were condescending or didn’t take my concerns seriously. Look, we females ARE emotional creatures and that’s a good thing to understand when dealing with us. Never have I felt like an inconvenience at Lithia. Silly, sure but never like I was wasting their time.
I asked for a Highlander with leather seats and remote start, Toyota Care and lifetime oil changes, and an affordable payment. I asked this on a Saturday afternoon, and received exactly what I asked for by Saturday night.
The paperwork process was as simple and straightforward as that stuff can be. Norm did all the leg work, even texted reminders to me 😂 which kind of makes him an honorary new Gramps that we will have to make cookies for.
Well, minus the remote start which is being installed today as part of the deal. Where Norm really goes above and beyond is he was able to get me a loaner vehicle so I can run around and pick up my girls after school. Today is a bitter Montana cold day (okay it’s not THAT bad but too cold for them to walk).
So there’s my review. I highly recommend this dealership team and Norm has a customer until he retires....and even then, I’ll probably ask his advice with future vehicle purchases.

Amazing service. Never been a huge fan of Toyota until we got a Camry. Great driving, economical car. We went to drive the other day and the key would not turn. Look online for solutions and first and cheapest solution was to get a factory key cut from vin. We explained the situation to the dealership and 2 of the techs come over to our house to look. They raised the car up with a jack and turned the wheels. Viola' key turned. They didn't charge a cent for the service call. It sucks that this situation happened, but we are grateful for a company that stands behind their product. Lithia Toyota went above and beyond. Thank you.

Very Helpful! I didn't have appointment on 1/2/18; but called ahead and asked if they might be able to fit me into schedule following another appointment that day. Checked schedule and said sure come on in. I was informed I could wait or they would give me a ride if necessary. When I arrived, they had time then and worked me in for oil change right away. Everyone there was very polite & kind, Work completed quickly. Very Happy. (I had to call because the screen on middle of the dashboard was different than normal... We are over 300 miles away from Billings and nervous about buying a car from a few pictures online. After putting in an inquiry online I was given a call back within 30 minutes. The next morning I had a 5 minute video of the car, pointing out all of the good things, and also some of the defects or blemishes on both the interior and exterior of the car. I dropped off my car for an oil change an help diagnosing some irregular engine hesitations. The service adviser was cheerful and very helpful. Right away he asked if I would be staying in the lobby or if I needed a ride somewhere. After getting my order written up and calling for the shuttle driver, I was told I'd get an update on the status. Updates were provided at the end of the day and the shop requested permission to keep my car overnight to try more diagnostics because the stalling happened only one time. The next day I picked up my car. The explanation was linked to bad fuel and I was advised to add some fuel cleaner and run some premium fuel for a few tanks. After all the diagnostic time, I was charged for only the oil change. The service was great and they provided solutions which worked for me at an affordable cost.

The dealership contacted me about an appointment by email and reminded me twice. The day before the appointment the service department called me (while I was driving in my Avalon) to remind me again. I realized then that I had a conflict so the caller switched my appointment and sent me confirmation of the new time. I arrived on time and was asked if I needed a ride to my office but declined when it would take 45 minutes to an hour to do the work. It took 35 minutes. Now that’s good service!

Aldo Rowe was great and helped us get the exact car we wanted. They gave us a fair price on the trade in and even sent us 2 more sets of keys after everything was said and done. This Toyota dealership has the best service department I have ever encountered. I had a headlight that was burned out. I needed it repaired in a hurry. They had it installed right away. They didn't even charge for the labor. They also found that my rear tire was flat. They repaired it and again didn't charge anything for labor. The manager, Richard was courteous and so were the mechanics. They even worked past closing time to help me on my way. Thanks to all of you for your help. I know this is the place we will go to get our next Toyota car.

I recently purchased my 5th vehicle from Lithia Toyota of Billings (2020 Hilghlander XLE) and I can't say enough wonderful things about them. First, Kristen Paulsen is the only sales associate that I will work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, doesn't pressure you and only wants what's in your best interest. Patrick ONeill has been the sales manager for each of my purchases and he truly goes above and beyond. When you need service, Robert Muir is your go-to! He is always available to advise me on what is most important for my vehicle and makes sure my car is well taken care of. Those place is terrible. They don't answer the phone and they sell broken vehicles. I will say they are tying to fix one of them but all their doing is a bandaid on a bullet wound. Wasting both of our time and money by not just doing an actual repair. I have a 65 mile drive one way to get to them and I'm getting a little tired of this.
Edit: 8/23/18. I'm going to leave my original review intact because I don't take it back even if I turned out to be wrong. Keith called me and we worked out a solution to the problem. It's an on going situation so I'll update the review and the star rating as the situation is updated.
Edit 8/30. Work order shows that they did and fixed more than they needed to. Seems to have solved the problem plus some.
No one can figure out what is wrong with the second vehicle but they tried on that one at least.
I really appreciate them fixing the problem though I still think it shouldn't have been there to start with, not on 2 vehicles. Hopefully they check their used stock better in the future.
Still would recommend shopping there even with the issue I had.

Quick, professional and polite. I went in for an oil change and asked them to check the tire pressure as well. After they were done, I noticed the tire pressure light on my dash was still on. I asked them to check the tires again. The tech was quick to respond and doubled checked all the tires, but the light was still on. Then he checked the spare, that fixed that problem! Who knew the spare had a sensor? These guys did! Good job!

Working with Clinton Shelton and Terence Brake was great. They got me into the car I wanted, and really pulled out a great price for me. If I had to just rate the salesmen, I would give them 5 stars all around.
I took off a few stars due to the car (used) not being detailed before I picked it up. The cars alignment was also off, making the steering wheel off a bit. The interior of the car had dog hair, rocks, and smudges from the previous owner still. The exterior wasn't polished and waxed, there was also noticeable residue on the hood and doors.

I wouldn't say that my experience at Lithia was bad, but I wouldn't say it was good either. I scheduled an appointment to test drive and see a vehicle that was under $10,000. My sales rep. was Kristen. She was very nice and answered all my questions that I had about Lithia. She was patient with me and gave me all the information I needed and wanted to know about the vehicle. When it came time to talk about the vehicle, I wanted to negotiate price. They were asking for around $7000. I researched the car's worth/dealership marking price beforehand and it was estimated around $4500, give or take (KBB, Edmunds, truecar). Kristen and I came up with a number which was $5500 but we ended up not changing from the $7000. They wouldn't even shoot me any other offers later on in the conversation. Which was a shame since I was willing to put a large down payment (in terms for the cheap vehicle) and leave with the vehicle. Anyway, I would suggest Lithia to those who are looking to lease/buy a more expensive investment. They are very professional and the services they provide can be worth it. But for those, like myself, that are on a budget due to college/etc, I would suggest going somewhere else.

The only problem I saw was the mechanic working on my car was slowed up by the snap on salesman watched them thru the window and car could have been done sooner. Every time the mechanic was trying to get to work on the car he was distracted by this salesman no blame on the mechanic I once worked in a tire shop in California and the tool salesmen did the same thing to us. So not a big deal today but if I would have been in a hurry or happen to someone else who was in a hurry then it could have.

In years past I was sufficiently displeased by the Lithia/Billings sales staff that I purchased a RAV4, an Alavon, and a Land Cruiser -- all new -- from Toyota dealerships in Powell, Great Falls, and Bozeman. However, my most recent Toyota shopping experience in Billings was refreshingly different.
I received a reasonable offer on my trade-in and a fair price on the new car. Our salesman, Rick Nickels, was outstanding and exceptionally knowledgeable about the new car. He was generous with his time and didn't pressure us in any way or resort to those tired and annoying old tricks of the trade, such as demonstrated in the movie Fargo. On the day of purchase we were advised of service and extended warranty plans, but weren't badgered to purchase them.

My daughter, Rose got me interested in reducing my carbon footprint. That process led me to consider a more fuel efficient car. Research showed a Prius would be my best choice. After several visits and test drives, I was really excited. The Prius is a time tested piece of technology with rock solid reviews!
Now for the best part. The Lithia staff are excellent at customer service, making sure that my wife and I were comfortable and understood every step of the sales process. When it got to be suppertime and Bettys blood sugar was starting to drop, Our sales professional ordered supper for us! Yes, I am impressed!
We did choose the oil change and extended warranty package. I usually decline any extended warranty. Betty liked it. Happy Wife, Happy life.
In closing, I can feel apprehensive about being taken advantage off during car deals. I feel very satisfied with the cost/Trade-in and all the Lithia staff .

This review is by Kathy Wise, as I am the one who usually takes our 2010 Prius in to Lithia for routine servicing. At the last couple of oil changes, it was noted by whoever did the oil change that my back wheel brake pads were showing some wear, and perhaps I might think about having them replaced. Anticipating a long road trip soon, I therefore made an appointment and took my Prius in supposedly to have the back brake pats replaced. Anticipating it might take a couple hours, I went to a nearby coffee shop to hang out. About a half hour later I had a call from Thane, who I think is one of the service managers. He said his mechanic had done a thorough check of the back brakes, and saw no sign that the brake pads needed replacement. He asked what made me think they needed replaced...I told him that some wear had been indicated at recent oil changes, and it was suggested I look at replacing them. He said it is extremely unusual for the brake pads in a Prius to ever need replacement, and he himself had never seen that happen. He explained that the guys who do the oil changes aren't the same guys who do the actual mechanical work, and that the mechanic today who looked at my brakes, said they are fine and don't need to be replaced. I thanked him for being honest with me and saving me the nearly $300 that I had initially been told after the oil change would be the cost of replacing the brake pads. This is just another reason why I like Lithia and their employees. They easily could have replaced the pads and charged me and I would never have know the difference. They have always been upfront with me and worked with me to resolve any concerns that arose (and there was only one, several years ago, that was resolved very satisfactorily). I think they want to treat me well, to keep me a customer, as eventually I may want to update and buy a new Prius from them!

I always thought all car salesman were the typical pushy, won't stop talking, only looking out for their selves kind of people. I found out I was wrong. Right from the start Max Erickson made me feel welcomed. He listened to what I wanted. And when I said no to something (such as no leather seats) he didn't push. He made me and my husband feel like we were doing business with a friend who had our best interest in mind. He did what ever he had to do to help me. He gave me great advice such as, "you should try to sell your old car on your own rather than trade it in. You will get more for it". And that in fact is what I did, he was right, and I was able to come up with more of a down payment. Because I sold my car before my new one came in (we had to order it). He gave me a loaner free of charge. He shared personal things about himself such as were he was from, his family, life experiences, ect. Which in the long run made me relax and feel more comfortable with the whole process and with him. I felt like I was doing business with a friend. I would without hesitation recommend Billings Toyota and I suggest people ask for Max Erickson. He will do what he can to make the buying a car experience less painful. This is the second 4Runner we have purchased from Lithia Toyota. Why do we drive 500+ miles from Salt Lake City? There are and were specific options we were looking for when we bought our first 2015 4Runner. Since Lithia had that specific model shipping in last year, we drove to Billings to purchase it. We worked directly through the Internet Sales team to complete that first sale. We picked it up in July of 2015 on a Sunday and every aspect of that purchase experience went very smooth. Fast forward to July 4, 2016 an unfortunate accident took place which totalled our 4Runner with only 8500 miles on it. :-( I can't say enough about the airbag protection in this vehicle. A totalled SUV and 4 people walked away with only seatbelt and airbag bruises. Thanks for protecting my family Toyota! So, once the insurance company settled, we were back in the market. We looked in Salt Lake and no one had the options we wanted. One dealer was going to special order the vehicle but misrepresented the timeframe from order to delivery so we cancelled that order. I had done my research before we arrived at that dealership and knew the special order process . Heaven knows I had "built" this car about 15 times on the Toyota website. So a week later, acting on a God moment, I called Lithia to see if they MIGHT have a 4Runner with our options. Sure enough - it had just arrived! After working closely with the sales staff we agreed upon the out the door pricing and interest rate. We rented a car in Salt Lake - drove to Billings and on August 13th, we left the Lithia lot with our second 4Runner It again was a smooth experience, all purchasing prerequisites occurring before we arrived. We completed the inspection checklist, signed the paperwork and down the road we went. People think we are/were crazy to drive that far, but after 2 bad experiences in Salt Lake with not so scrupulous sales people, our experience at Lithia and their Sales staff (Terence) and finance team was great! Feedback for Toyota - please add the power liftgate option in the future. That would have made my Limited 4Runner absolutely perfect. And oh - one last thing Toyota - please, please, please design and build a force field around my new 4Runner to protect it from puerile drivers. Thanks Toyota - Thanks Lithia! I LOVE my new car!

Lithia Toyota and the Service staff went many extra miles to repair my damaged engine.
I thought my warranty had expired, they found I still had unexpired warranty for 125,000 miles.
In the mean time they had help me find and order a replacement motor. However Toyota wanted to find out what happened to the original motor. The motor was taken apart and assessed and rebuilt with only the highest quality parts and workmanship.
Through this difficult process Lithia Toyota Staff, the Toyota Corporation were exceedingly helpful, friendly, thoughtful and considerate.
The engine ran like a charm on the 1,400 trip home over mountain passes and the plains of the Mid-West.

I pulled in without an appointment asking if the front end of my 2000 Toyota pickup could be inspected to see if I should make an appointment to fix it. Robert found a technician who took the truck for a test drive and determined it was shaking etc because there were pieces of gravel stuck in the nooks and crannies of the front end and in the front tires. They cleaned out all the gravel, test drove the truck again, and then returned it to me after washing it! Robert then handed me the keys. I asked what I owed them because they had a technician on it for around an hour and he said "no charge"! I was astounded. I had driven in without an appointment, had my truck looked at right away by a technician, fixed and washed, and there was no charge!! Robert even kept me informed throughout the whole process. It doesn't get any better than that.

I flew to Billings, Montana from Michigan to pick up a brand new Toyota ForeRunner TRD PRO which Lithia had IN STOCK !!! The dealer in Michigan told me 3-4 months to get one. My sales representative Mr. Terence Brake was exceptional in getting my new ForeRunner ready to go. I called him on Thursday night and he picked my wife and I up at the airport Saturday at noon. The rest of the support staff including Brittney Pierce went above and beyond to ensure my title and tax documents were handle professionally and expediently.
