Purchased a Nissan Frontier Pro-4x from Jade about a year ago. Completely forgot to leave a review. Uniquely low mileage and good condition made this vehicle stand out, but Jade was an excellent salesman and ally through what was a complicated process (though no fault of his own.) The car was located in another state and he took personal interest and time to get me connected so I wouldn't miss out on the vehicle I wanted. Highly recommend buying from him, specifically. I also want to mention that Hertz - Billings took care of my elderly family member's automotive needs as they navigated the car buying process several years before, giving me even more confidence in my purchase.

Hands down, best experience we’ve ever had with a dealer/salesperson!! My husband bought me the truck of my dreams (a 2016 Dodge Ram Mega Cab) from Hertz Car Sales in Billings, MT and it was absolutely the best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had! I saw the truck online and it was love at first sight and we live about 250 miles from Billings, so this was a long-distance transaction. Hertz couldn’t have made it easier! And they were right in the Kelley Blue Book price range. Our salesman, Brad Hedges, was amazing! He was very friendly, personable, helpful, professional, and we never felt any pressure to buy this truck. He was always there to answer questions and made sure we knew he was always available to help. It was like working with a good friend:) When my husband picked the truck up, Brad made sure the tires were filled, the gas tank was full, etc. Even after we had the truck, Hertz and Brad kept in contact, making sure we didn’t need anything else and still letting us know they were available if we had ANY questions or concerns. They sent a couple “thank you” cards, a restaurant gift certificate if our referral got them a sale, and even a replacement decal that was missing on the truck when we bought it…for no extra charge! And a month after we bought the truck, they surprised us again with more referral benefits and a calendar with a picture Brad had taken of my husband with the truck! They also entered our name in a drawing to win a gas card if we filled out a survey. Hertz and our exceptional salesman exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond in every way imaginable! Never known an auto dealership like it! I LOVE my new truck and we HIGHLY recommend Hertz Car Sales!! :)

I had been looking at vehicles for quite some time. My husband and I pulled into Hertz on a whim, and I am so thankful we did. When we asked to drive a vehicle, we were welcomed inside while the vehicle was pulled around. After the drive, there was zero pressure from the salesman. The buying process was very easy-going. We were never pressured to do anything out of our comfort zone, and the entire staff truly seemed excited for us. And, we got there late in the day, which ended up keeping people later than usual, but you would never guess. Everyone was so courteous and friendly. Family and I had a 6 hour layover in Billings and wanted to look at some cars. Brad at Hertz Car Sales was truly amazing! They had several nice used cars to look at and Brad was easy going and let us drive several of them at our leisure. We decided on a Rav4 and the whole process was easy as could be. Our departing flight was coming up and he not only gave us a ride to the airport but also picked us up two days later and brought us to the dealership again to take physical delivery of the vehicle and finish out the paperwork. I would give more than 5 stars if possible and would recommend Anyone to work with him on finding a car that fits them!

I live 250 miles from Billings Hertz so to drive that far to spend money there had to be a good reason. I was extremely impressed with sales person Brad Hedges. I was looking for a Suburban class vehicle. They had a trade I was interesting but their inspection process discovered issues and they told me about them. I opted to pass on that. I’m my experience many car sales folks may not have been that forthright. They did find a vehicle which I purchased. The price was very fair. The vehicle and paperwork were ready when I got there. I used Hertz's website initially while helping my wife search for the possibility of a new vehicle. Kyle, the Hertz salesman answered my questions online and I decided to set up an appointment with him to take a closer look at his inventory. When all three of us met that morning, he was prepared, pretty knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle of interest by ourselves, which we really appreciated, and we noticed a couple of negative items about this first one. We then decided to check out another vehicle of the same make and year. After testing this one, my wife was set to talk trade. We really had no intention to do a deal that very day, but...Kyle made it easy for us and his positive attitude made our transaction run very smooth. I am a shop local person but was not finding the vehicle I wanted locally or way out of our price range and more miles than desired. I searched many websites near and far many times. Hertz in Billings had gotten a few of the vehicles we were looking for with lower miles and in our price range. I called and asked questions regarding tow packages. Eddie answered questions right away and if he did not have an answer he got it and returned phone calls in a timely manner. He was on his day off and referred us to Kyle the day of purchase. He was just as friendly and helpful with answering questions. Carl in financial was great to work with and made the paperwork flow smoothly and quickly. Eddie's professionalism continued after the sale as he followed up with us if there was any issues from the drive home and days after. I was very excited to get my new vehicle from Hertz! Everything was panning out great. I live 240 miles away so they promised me that if I drove up on a Saturday they would have my car ready for me (it was in Utah) and when I got there they had forgotten it back in Utah. No big deal I guess things happen. They promised to pay for my gas for the inconvenience. They gave me a $25 dollar card. My tank costs over $100 to drive up and back from billings. They also tried making up for it by driving my vehicle to me. I finally two days later got my vehicle! Two days after I got it it needed an oil change (which they told me they would have taken care of ) and the check engine light came on. One of the cylinders were misfiring. That cost me about $200. We also had a deal that they would hold my personal check until I told them I got the money from the bank into my account. Before I received the money they cashed in my check. Overdrawing my account -20+ thousand dollars. Luckily before anything too bad happened my local banker called me to let me know that it was about to be sent back. I lucked out again and received the bank check that day so I wouldn't be in too much trouble. But it did give me a bad credit mark & I got charged a $35 overdraft fee. I was told they would be sending me money to pay this as an apology. I never received the money. A few weeks later I was asked if I got the money & was told they would be sending it. Still have not received the money. Also, I was told I get a year+ of SiriusXM radio & when it stopped working two weeks after I bought it I was told that they don't ever know when the radio will quit. Sometimes it lasts a day sometimes it lasts forever. This was my first time buying my own vehicle & the experience could have definitely been better.

Zero bush-beating. Just honesty. 6. Got it right the first time. They pinpointed what would be my favorite car and were spot-on, including the trim level, the first time. I didn't have to test drive a bunch of ill-suited cars. They recognized my individual preference quirks and matched them to the right car. 7. They didn't forget the details. My new car came with good tires, an owner's manual, 2 smart keys, a valet key, a key tag, and a gas card to fill the tank. And, their complimentary keychains are actually useful - they are little flashlights! They also saved the little rate reduction as a pleasant closing surprise. 8. Kept closing short, sweet, and to the point. No last minute sales pitches, no wasted time. I was informed of the availability of specific service items and the prices of each, accepted or declined, then moved on. Zero pressure. Zero gimmicks. 9. Backed up the promise with a 30 day warranty & reputation of honoring it. This is on top of the Manufacturer's warranty. So, I have a new car, bought at a fair price, with all promises kept, within my budget. I have always hated car shopping, but this was truly a pleasant experience. Fantastic! Thank you Hertz!

About a month ago I was on the lot looking for a truck & talked with Jade. I told him what I was looking for and the price range I needed. Jade said he'd see if there was anything on one of their other lots that fit my needs. Jade took my number & told me he'd give me a call if he found something I might be interested in. A few weeks later, I got a text from Jade about a truck they just got in. He said I could come take a look at it & if I was interested, it would go to detail on Monday (this was Saturday). I went & looked at the truck & did all the paperwork that same day. It was perfect & fit into my price range. I now own that truck... Thanks to Jade. Wht a great guy!
