I went in looking for an old beater car to drive to work and back, ended up coming out with a 2010 Impala LT. Did not expect to drive off in something that nice. Max and Kyle were both extremely helpful, worked with me every step of the way, making the process as painless as possible. It's been close to a month since I bought the car and I have not encountered any issues that I wasn't made aware of prior to purchase, mainly the fact that it needed an oil change, which I've since taken care of. This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership and it really seems like I went to the right place. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

I had a great experience buying from auto magic! The minute I called to inquire about a car Charlie was on it! Charlie immediately checked out the car for me, was super knowledgeable, followed up honestly on all my questions and concerns, and overall went above and beyond to not only make the sale happen, but he also made sure to remediate a few things i.e. replaced a tail light bulb, scrubbed some marks on the interior himself. Also, Max made the paperwork a breeze and these guys worked as a team to make the whole experience delightful and fun. I just bought a dodge power wagon from Ed and he was absolutely accommodating. We had a delay in paper work on my end and they still let me take the truck home. Had went out of his way to make the numbers work so I could purchase the truck. Got really fair deal on my trade as well. Max was also very helpful in working with my lender to make my purchase possible. I totally recommend this dealership!! And honestly I don't trust many of them. Great experience. Like most people I hate the typical "used car salesman" shenanigans. However, drove 2 hours there, spent an hour with test drive and questions and paperwork, and drove my new truck home. I never felt that they were trying to "scam" me. Now if my engine blows in the next few days... but no, great used truck! great people! great experience! I will recommend them.

Timely response from Max Alden. This company has patience beyond what would be expected from any other car lot, dealing with me for quite some time while I fought with banks and insurance companies. The vehicle itself had some underlying issues that were to be expected from a used vehicle, but weren’t mentioned upon buying. As far as service goes however, would 100% recommend.

I have gone to Auto Magic a couple of times now. They helped me get into my first vehicle (a Hyundai Tuscon) super fast. I was in a tight position, walked in and was helped by Max Alden. He had the entire process handled and finished by the end of the day. Then my poor car was totalled in an accident about a week after it was paid off. So I went straight back to Max and he worked his magic all over again. I told him what I was looking for what the lifestyle I enjoy (lots of mountains). He found me a car within a couple of days and we had everything completed with such rapid precision I was out of there in only a couple of hours. Unprofessional owners and poor customer service. We did not offer anything on the vehicle. We mentioned a price we have seen similar vehicles going for. I asked if they were firm before coming in.. The person we worked with said they were not firm. They said the vehicle was worth more then the price listed on fb. And would only come down to that after we came to see the vehicle. After the test drive they said the owner wanted to keep the vehicle. Which is totally fine but do not waste either of our time. I was lied to and felt unvalued as a customer. I hope they can learn to value their customers and be more professional if they choose to keep a vehicle.

I recently bought a truck from auto magic the experience was pleasant and the truck, beautiful. Had it looked at by a reputable mechanic before making any type of decision, remember that a car/truck/suv is the second biggest purchase you will make, a house being number one. The vehicle checked out and is in great condition. I am giving 4 stars because after I purchased the vehicle, I found one of the fender flares was barely attached and the truck was presented as meticulously cared for. Every screw for the rear flairs are different so someone lost the original ones and didn’t take the time to find the proper screws or spend the 40 dollars on a new mounting kit, (not a huge deal.) Any used vehicle you are taking a risk and there’s no guarantee that a new vehicle will be any better! Do your research people and make sure you check all the boxes, before you buy any vehicle regardless of the dealership. All in all I would buy another vehicle from Auto Magic!
