I needed a car but was sick to my stomach knowing I would HAVE to talk to a salesman after I doing my research, waiting for specials, discounts and walking the lot for hours after they were closed so I wouldn't feel like I was being watched, poked, and pressured unable to look and compare at my own pace. Of course to test drive between the 2 cars I had chosen the night before after hours, that I wanted to test drive I knew I would be speaking to someone.... well in less then 3 minutes into conversation with Jeff Hobbs my Smail auto group sales consultant, my anxiety was lifted. There was no pressure for test driving, no pressure to look at others, went over extra kia smail cash I was unaware of and surprisingly got me more money for my trade in. No pressure was put on me to reveal how much I was going to put down on it. It was a better shopping experience then 75% of even the simple retail stores that still remain in places like the mall or plazas. I purchased a vehicle on Saturday only to get it home and really look at how terrible the vehicle was. There is a lot of damage to the inside that i didn't notice at first glance. The car looks like it should have about 100k miles on it not 25k. I am very disappointed especially because of the price point that this vehicle was at. I would expect much better. I also have to blame myself for not looking closer at these details. But I wouldn't expect a vehicle to sold like this either. Lesson learned the hard way. I am very sorry I made this purchase and am now stuck with a vehicle that is already worn out and torn up on the inside. The sales person working with me I wish would have pointed these things out when I asked why the vehicle wasn't selling.... Again my mistake!

Get this - even though a snafu in the titling prevented executing the deal at the dealership, they let me take the vehicle back to my home state - at their risk - while things with another state's title bureau got sorted out. As I walked into the Smail dealership the sites of a well kept and modern environment catches my eyes, a well kept environment means to me organized and ready to assist me. My salesperson Tyler Sciareino was there waiting for me to arrive after briefly talking on the telephone. He assisted me by offering me a coffee. He then brought the car I wanted to view, I liked what I saw, it was preowned but in very nice condition, new tires and a new smell to the vehicle. We then went through the paperwork which really didn't take long, everyone was very cordial in helping the process along. I wanted a certain vehicle, but he was able to find me a better one and one that I was going to be able to get financing for. We made an appointment for me to come and test drive. Since I was traveling over an hour to get there he agreed to let me know if the car was sold before I could get there. There was no extreme pressure from anyone to make a decision. I was even contacted a few days later to see if there were other questions I may have had once I started driving it as there was a lot of new information given to me about the operation of the new auto.

My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from the Smail Auto Group, that might not sound like a big deal until you take into account that we live over 40 miles away. We were treated well by sales people dealing with Randy for both. But as you know dealer sales staff treat you well everywhere. It's what happened after the purchase that keeps us going back. The service department at the Mercedes dealership is the best. We been dealing with Mat Nimick for all our service needs we make an appointment and our cars are picked up and a loaner is left for us. The drivers are great usually Richard picks up and drops off for us, nice guy always pleasant. It takes over an hour to get here they are always on time. We purchased something called Auto Butler when we bought cars. Twice a year they pick up a dirty car and it comes back fully detailed, and I mean detailed the car looks and smells like new. Great job by the way they do a complete safety inspection at no charge while they have it. They even catch things like a slow leak in a tire. Great job Mat thanks again

They have 3 different rooms to wait for your car. One has a TV one has free coffee and hot chocolate and vending machines and one has COMPUTERS!

Scheduled an 11:30 oil change- 2 1/2 hours later it’s still not done. After two hours I said I had to be somewhere in hour. Took them 10 minutes to acknowledge me when I arrived. A shuttle was offered, but that took an hour. Since I had “have to do” things in the afternoon, I didn’t dare rely on that. Very disappointing. Addendum: while the above was all true, the service department manager, Jordan, was diligent in contacting me, working to make it right, and helping me understand what happened. I added three stars because if his work, and to be honest, they did the work well.

We did so and this was the dealership we went to as the other Mercedes dealership was much further away and we've not had success with them warranting their products. They still have my car, but they did provide a loaner car and I'm waiting for my car to return. If I feel this needs to be updated with lesser Stars I will do so but at the time I feel that they have gone above and beyond and exceeded all expectations.

Bought a GMC Sierra that was listed as Certified Pre Owned all over the internet including GMcertifed.com and Smail.com. After getting it home and noticing that one tire was an oddball brand I went back to talk to salesman and was told it was a mistake that it was listed as CPO, now they did reimburse me for a matching tire. My problem is that it was advertised as CPO and I’ve been in contact with GM and Smail over this but can’t get anyone from Smail to ever call me back. Update: Was contacted by Jeff Smail and we went over a few different options of what could be done to make the situation better and we got it settled up, Jeff was really nice about the entire thing and I appreciate his time and concern on the matter.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2017 Buick Enclave with approximately 25,000 miles on it. I am very happy with the vehicle and with the purchase process. The only negative experience I had was that at speeds greater than 60 mph the steering wheel shook noticeably and the car pulled slightly to the right. I had not taken the vehicle on the freeway during my test drive, so on the back roads and driving at up to 45 mph there was no steering wheel vibration or noticeable off-center pull. I did not see a need to risk a freeway test drive, since the CarFax report indicated no accidents with the vehicle. And I failed to notice the curb rash on the left front wheel rim, which could indicate a hard enough curb hit to knock the vehicle out of alignment. I also failed to notice that the wheel weights and tire wear were different on the left front wheel versus the other three wheels. After purchasing the car, I simply took the vehicle to my preferred tire dealer and asked him to balance the front tires and perform an alignment, which he did, and in 45 minutes and a modest charge ($87) I had about as perfect a pre-owned vehicle as one could reasonably expect. I am very pleased with the car and with the warranties that came with it. I definitely will recommend the Smail Auto Group to anyone in the market for a new or newish vehicle. My only recommendation to Smail for improvement to perfection would be to certify the alignment on CPO vehicles for sale or perhaps even offer a set of four new tires to the customer, which would include wheel balancing and an alignment, of course adding the cost of the new tires, wheel balancing, and alignment (plus a reasonable additional profit margin for Smail) to the price of the car. Driving off the lot in a smooth-driving car inspires confidence in the whole purchase process. I have already recommended to others who are in the market for a car that a CPO is definitely the way to go if one cannot afford a new car and that Smail is a dealer who can be trusted.
