Love this place! They were super helpful and let me know whenever there were updates. My car was keyed and I did the GEICO insurance policy to get to the collision center. They gave me a quote for both time and price. Everything was super clear. They said 2-3 weeks and I got an update call when they got the parts to say when it might be done with paint (2.5 weeks). A day later and it was ready early (2 weeks)! Cheyenne made the process very clear and was friendly. When I went to pick up the car, they made sure I had time to look at it and was happy. They kept it clean while they had it and used a shoe pad so no dirt was tracked. It was a quick pickup process, too. I arrived and finished paying/picking up in 10 minutes. In terms of the service, they ended up replacing my hood because the scratches were very deep and there were a few dents. I got a call when the part came in telling me they were going to start painting and paint matching.

I was an out of town buyer and was amazed that I was taken seriously and treated with care and respect. Everything I asked for was provided in a timely manner. My salesman Fernando, and sales manager Mike, went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Fernando picked me up at the Baltimore airport in my soon to own vehicle. Since 2020, its been difficult to find good service. With shortages and understaffed issues affecting everyone. My lease buyout experience at Ourisman wasn't perfect, somewhat due to a complicated state to state process, but also due to unforeseen complications. However, during this time, Ourisman's went above and beyond the standard service with trying to offer me the best deal and assistance with my own complicated matters. I appreciate the help and direction I have received and my dealer, Gerard, was as helpful as he could be, along with management. During a complicated time, it ultimately was not a complicated process. Through the issues that occurred over multiple months, I hold no grudge towards Ourisman, but more so, at the current system that is in place. On a side note, I have also been happy with my service department experiences.

All was good with our salesman. However I was quoted one price, but charged an additional $500. The dealership failed to honor a $500 voucher that I had received on their website. They removed it during the final paper work, and when I questioned the additional $500 above the quote, I was told it was title fees, which a later learn was not true. The title fees were the same as the original quote.

I would have given this company 5 stars but I was called to pick up my vehicle early and unfortunately it was not ready as mentioned over the phone. I actually had to wait another day to have my parking sensors calibrated because there was a problem as soon as I started my vehicle up. That was a wasted trip with time and gas for me since I live in Perry Hall and not Dundalk. Otherwise, great workmanship, customer service and the vehicle was ultimately completed before the estimated date. Recommend a quality inspection prior to alerting the customer that the vehicle work was completed to avoid this inconvenience.

The young woman in the service department who helped me was fantastic. She was respectful, efficient, and kept me fully informed throughout the process. However, they did not do all of the things that they were supposed to do. For example, all they did was put air in my tires, but this is the second time I’ve had to take the car there because the light sensor comes on and won’t go off even if I put air in the tires. I also asked them though to look at CarPlay because it doesn’t work properly and give me a quote on some damage to the rear driver side of the vehicle. None of that happened. So I would not recommend them take your jeep somewhere else to be serviced where they actually do the work you ask them to do

This was my first time here for an oil change and they gave me an impression they are always willing to go the extra mile, but when I walled in they asked if I had an appt and I said yes. They ask for my keys and sent me to the waiting area without verifying any of my information. Thinking they would come ask me, it wasn't until my Jeep was done when they were looking for me and they printed out a completely different name, address a d phone number. No one told how much an oil change was until after they completed it. I had no choice but to get the buy 1 get the next one free to get a better deal. What if I did not have the money? I was impressed with the wait time though. I have mixed feelings about my service 🙃

What an amazing dealership and buying experience. It started with a phone call to Kathy McKinney followed by a road trip all the way from NY to Baltimore, MD! Kathy and the sales manager I worked with, Sky, were a pleasure to deal with and were very fair and professional. We reached a deal fairly quickly as they are no nonsense and really want to get their customers the best deal. The inventory and prices were much better at this dealership than all the others I researched and spoke to. Kathy makes you feel like family as she tours the dealership with you and introduces you to the dealership family/employees. I cannot say enough great things about my buying experience! Put it this way…it’s a 6 hour drive and I wouldn’t mind going back to get my truck serviced there!

The process of buying a vehicle here was surprisingly easy and fast. I also feel they sell quality vehicles as the two Ive bought here were great vehicles. I also chose this location to be my repair shop for any accidents or body work that needs to be done. They are on top of things quick and you never have to call them for updates because they reach out periodically to keep you in the loop through and through. All in all it's a fair and honest establishment that I think you should give a try. They work well with Enterprise and will have your loaner brought to the dealership for you so your body work take a while.

Car was returned to me with grease on the dash. Paid for new front brakes that are still squeaking 400 miles later. Paid for an alignment which did not correct vibrating at highways speeds- Ouriman did balance the tires and that that helped. Sunroof has not operated correctly since truck was returned to me after balancing was completed- it worked correctly that morning! My client advisor Jim was helpful. Manager of that team (Amy?) was not helpful. $1285 later- I’m completely not happy. I waited a week to complete this survey so I could “cool off” from this experience but I’m still very dissatisfied. Won’t return to Ourisman.

I was told I would be there all day because they had to put dye in my car to see what the problem is. With my air conditioner it was not getting cold. I have an extended warranty but they explained that I would have to pay $240 to check the problem. If it was not a leak My warranty would not be covered. I live a hour away so my daughter came to pick me up. I went to the front desk to ask them to call me when my car was ready. Suddenly my car was ready to go within 1 hour. I was told it would take hours for the dye to go through my air system . They said it was low on refrigerator. 1/3 . I feel cheated. I don’t think they put the dye in .my car. & they washed my car. Every time I go in for service I pay $400 to $ 500 & they never wash my car. This makes me think that they are trying to cover up their wrong during. My last service about 3 months I did not do a review because I was very unhappy with the service. Now I have to find another Jeep dealer and pay $ 100 out of pocket when I use my extended warranty I have been a customer for 4 years. I am now a unhappy customer.

The overall experience from Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep was good. The truck was serviced quickly. The only issue was the back passenger tire may have had a slow leak because it kept displaying a lower psi than the rest. I don’t think the service staff checked for the slow leak from the back passenger tire and rotated it to the front and filled all the other tires with more air; leaving the tire that needed the air still at a lower psi and warning symbol is still on in the dash. Thus the tire still needs attention because it wasn’t checked thoroughly or plugged leaving us to still fill it with air and not having the correct psi.

I Bought my new chrysler 200 back in 12/2016 & have had a great experience ever since! The dealership knows me by face which makes it even better. The service is fast & done right in the service department only. But...the collision department is another story! Had a minor fender bender on hood & it was fix but had to bring it back a couple of times due to overspray on vehicle FROM another vehicle which was a pain they would get it off then next thing I see after I pick it up the next day more overspray so I just went let a detailer take it off. Whomever does the final overlook of the vehicle before the customer(me) picks it up needs glasses to see see that car is perfect before I drive off with it. I shouldn't have to come back 3 times for the same thing overspray is not a good look. But the service department & the service they provide is great 🤗

Overall the experience was a learning experience for us as new car owners. Personally, I was upset about how they put my name as the main buyer, when I walked in, expecting to be a co-signer. The salesman also told us 1 price, had us sign a paper about that price, but when we went to the financier the price was almost 10K more with a skimpy explanation as to what we were being charged more for. We also were charged for additional items that we did not notice on the contracts before signing. These instances tainted my experience but I am happy that we have a nice car. Grateful for them working with us so nicely, prior to those experiences.

The entire team at Ourisman C/D/J/R of Baltimore honestly went above and beyond for me after a not at fault collision, very impressed. The girls at the front are friendly, but most importantly are genuine. They explained all steps of the repairs to my 2004 Dodge Ram, and also explained how the insurance claims process worked to the detail. My insurance claims agent had the most poor communication with me, these girls not only explained the process of the shops duties, but also about financial obligations/ and car rental options, and I mean every detail. When I received my vehicle back I was very worried about the previous paint work and specialty options that came with my truck (SLT). The mechanic not only did the pinstripes to perfection, but also fixed things on the car that weren’t in the collision, leaving a kind note at the clusters after he was finished. He has exceptional customer service and is a no BS sales man. If I were reviewing Charles alone, this would be a five star review. Though we were not able to come to an agreement on the price of the vehicle I wanted, I do intend to purchase my next vehicle from Charles specifically. Ourisman, however, I have mixed feelings about. I don’t like that they push products on customers on top of the cost of the vehicle and try to sell it as a “must.” I understand a lot of dealerships do this way but it’s shady business that buyers steer away from. The rest of the staff at Ourisman DCJ Baltimore was professional and attentive. I’ve been to dealerships where I’ve waited over 20 minutes before someone greeted me, much less asked if I needed help. Your team did a great job . Courtney in service was a big help. One issue . You replaced my Gas tank that was damaged from debris causing a puncture. You tried repairing it and it still leaked. When a new replacement tank was 5 weeks out you got me a used tank that had 3 miles on it from a junk yard. I was told the tank would be filled to check for any defects as this tank came from a junk yard. It was Not. When I picked up my Truck June 28- 8 pm it had 2 gallons of gas in it. I had to drive to the nearest gas station to fill the tank as I'm on my hands and knees checking for any leaks. This was Ourisman's job that should have been done. I had an 800 mile trip home and thankfully the tank seems to be OK. Thank you Paul Giddens

Every time I called they said they were still waiting on parts but they kept giving us a day the car would be done and then a day before it was supposed to be done they would call and say the parts didn’t t come in so they change the day to pick it up 3 times I felt a little upset that they kept changing the dates but the employees were nice.

I was needing to be within certain numbers for my trade and they came back to me with exactly what I needed on the first try, and that was without telling them what I needed. No nonsense, no need to haggle. I hate going back and forth and playing the car buying game so this was a great experience ALL AROUND. There were NO games here from start to finish. Kathy even helped me out with some finer details towards the end. I feel I got a great deal and a great vehicle for a great price. This dealership and Kathy McKinney are highly recommended by my family and I both. We WILL be back in the future.

So incredibly impressed with this dealership. Previous dealerships left a bad taste in my mouth, and constantly harassed my voicemail and email asking me to come in. Thompson’s was SO different. Calvin was my sales associate, and he was wonderful. My Hyundai Tucson was at this dealership despite it being a Chrysler/ Jeep specialty dealership. Any question I had was either answered right away, or Calvin researched / sought advice from the Thompson’s Hyundai branch to make sure I had all the information needed when purchasing my car. Actually buying my car took about 30 minutes!! They told me exactly what to bring and what to sign. The transparency also made buying a car a breeze, unlike the back and forth bargaining I experienced elsewhere. Love my car! So happy with my experience here. When he called me with the diagnosis, he explained what the problem was and how to repair it. They did some other checks. And never once was pushy about doing the job. The pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend this dealership for repairs.

This is a review for the Ourisman Body Shop. I needed some body work done after an accident and the other driver had Geico insurance and was covering the cost. If you have Gieco then choose this location. It was an expedited process and they also are connected to enterprise. I drove to the location and a designated parking spot next to the body shop office. Enterprise drove the rental to me at the office and I was in and out in <30 minutes. The whole repair took less time than expected (2 days) and pick up was just as easy as drop off. I couldn’t be happier. I randomly selected the location, but I’m so glad I did.

I have purchased about 15 cars since I have been driving.. I would have to say this was the easiest purchase and most time efficient ever... Edward was my sales person he was great. He did not attempt to sell me anything I didn't want. He was professional curtious and well spoken. I went in on a Saturday afternoon picked out the vehicle I wanted I was there maybe an hour including the test drive.. The car still needed to be inspected. On Monday I got the call from Edward to come in the car was ready. I arrived there at 11 am the paperwork was still being processed I was finish everything and on my way by 12noon..Thanks Thompson you guys are great...

When we bought our 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid we first contacted a range of dealerships in the area to compare options. Of the nearly 15 dealers we contacted by phone/email, Jacob Black at Ourisman was the most on the ball. In addition to answering all of our questions fully, succinctly, and promptly he also provided an extremely competitive price for the options that we were interested in. Once we chose to buy from Ourisman, John Skovron was a pleasure to work with getting the details sorted out. While our car was a few days late arriving, Ourisman provided us with a no-cost rental, which was greatly appreciated. Our interaction with the finance department was less positive though, with some misunderstandings, some surprises, and what we felt was too hard a sell of the exteded warranty package.

Had a great experience here. Had an oil light going on and off several times throughout even short drives; each time it came on meant it would ding to let you know. This meant it dinged ALL THE TIME. I suspected it was a bad sensor or something related, since an oil change didn't change anything and oil levels seemed fine. I first took made an appointment and took my car somewhere else, told them what was going on, and how I thought it was the sensor. After they had it for the whole day, they called me to tell me it was probably just low on oil and after adding some, it should be fine. On the drive home, it flashed and dinged non-stop... no change. I was furious. I called Thompson and Jim got me an appointment as soon as possible. I told him I thought it was the sensor, and he didn't dismiss me. They looked into it, found the bad oil pressure sensor and also reminded me of a brake issue I needed to get fixed. Jim & Thompson Dodge helped me out big time. No more nonstop dinging!
