I ordered a Mustang Mach E from Norris and they were excellent throughout the entire process. Ford corporate has a fairly "ok" tracker to keep tabs on your order but it isn't perfect. Every time I got a little too inpatient I would reach out the crew at Norris was helpful. They would look into things, get detailed updates and tolerate my insistent and incessant bothering.
When the car arrived, it was hassle free. They installed my hitch, shined up the car good and did everything they possibly could to get me my car JUST in time for a little weekend getaway I had planned with my wife and friends. All this, and a fair price considering how cut throat the car market is at the moment. If I paid any extra I feel like the service I received was well worth it.
Shout out to Stan Ma my Sales Guy who delivered the car and made sure I knew everything. Bigger shout out to Jimmy Lowry who is the General Manager and took time to speak with me when I called about updates.
All in all a fantastic crew of guys and gals.

My experience with Norris Ford began with Jeff Grossman, the individual who ordered my car. He knew every option, could explain all of them and was simply the best ever for that oh so vital step in the beginning of my electric vehicle ownership adventure--and it clearly will be.
My salesman who I worked with after the ordering was done, Gary Parsons, was terrific. He kept me informed about the progress of the car building and delivery process, told me about financing options available, and when the Mustang Mach E I had ordered was delivered, spent over an hour going over every detail of it and option for setting up the extremely comprehensive list of choices on how to use and set up the driving options. In short, he was knowledgeable, communicated regularly and accurately, was very personable and professional and was everything that anyone who sells cars should aspire to be.
I cannot recommend each of them and Norris Ford highly enough.

One of the best car buying experiences my wife or I have ever had. I contacted the used car manager Jerry Herbert about the 2021 Kia Sedona before heading down to see the vehicle. He was very helpful and honest. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Phil Buscemi (Sales Associate) who answered all our questions and eased any concerns we had about the vehicle or the purchasing process. He was a pleasure to deal with, in fact, everyone we dealt with in the dealership was pleasant and helpful. Once Jerry Herbert knew we were there, he made it a point to stop by, introduced himself and made sure everything was going smoothly.

We had a great overall experience and would highly recommend our salesman Jason Catanzariti to anyone shopping for a ford. Aside from working a great deal he took the extra time to go over all the new technology and features with my wife before we left. We were able to negotiate a deal before I even got to the dealership. The truck was ready for me before I got there and even though he was wrapping up another deal he made sure we were informed of what to expect next. I just bought my third new mustang from Norris Ford. I don't live near them but it's worth the drive. They are fair and easy to deal with. They are way better then the other Ford dealership I've been too. I'm writing this review because I came in for service on my 2019 mustang GT today and the service dept was great. They took my car right back with no appointment to fix a window that had water on the inside part in the door. They took their time to take care of it but what really impressed me was they came in and asked me if it was okay to get the car wet because it had already been cleaned. I gave them permission of course but I really appreciated them asking me first. Norris is great because they treat your car like it's theirs. Other dealers don't care because to them your dream car is just another number. Thanks Norris Ford for all your help. The sales dept was great buying my car and the service writer and mechanic did a great job too. The car was still perfect like it was when I took it in. Nice and clean

I lived in Dundalk most of my life and several years ago I moved out of state. I returned to visit my parents and wanted to replace their car. My first stop was Norris Ford, a dealership I known since I was a kid. Upon my arrival I was met on the lot by Adrian Parker, a Sales Advisor. He greet me and my parents, and even though we said we were just looking he wanted to assist. He retrieved the keys to the vehicle we were looking at and allowed my parents to get inside. He explained the car thoroughly and asked if we wanted to drive the car. My mother and father drove the car and we went inside to talk to Adrian. Once inside, He appraised our trade and worked out a deal for us. He introduced us to Jimmy Lowry, his General Sales Manager and Brett Koopman, his Sales Manager who made us feel at home and made our deal work. We purchased the vehicle and my mother and father love the EcoSport…. I wish everyone could have a car buying experience like we had. Skilled, courteous, and confident service, office, and repair personnel. My experience today with senior advisor Eric Coleman was awesome, as he is a true professional; and Mr. Coleman informed me as well as handled all my car's pressing needs.
Competent technicians swiftly repaired my car and returned it to me. Norris Ford is made up of many buildings that are closely located together, and is prepared to provide to this thriving city and state. Deserves ten stars.

I had contacted Norris Service Department prior to my arrival on Saturday because I had received multiple recall notices. My concern was that I needed - my only available time for service would be a Saturday due to my hectic employment schedule. The service rep stated whatever was good for me Norris could / would accommodate. He also informed me that Norris opens @ 7am. I asked how long would it take and he stated approximately one hour. When I arrived, The receiving rep was very courteous and professional. He asked why I had come in and I in turn requested if time allotted could I receive the Summer The Works package Oil Change as well? He without hesitation said yes/sure. My response - great. I was checking out with the cashier less than an hour - fantastic. Had a great experience. The sales consultant Shawn Reddick helped us find the right vehicle and all the features that were the most important to us. Along with buying the new car he also made our trade in process super easy.
We went in looking to compare the 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Ford Explorer models— not a small task. Shawn helped us through all the options, even stayed late to help on the afternoon of Christmas Eve when he knew we wouldn’t be buying that day.

Took my 2019 Ford Escape to the dealer for its first oil change and to have my cell phone paired with the car. There was no waiting in line. The rep immediately paired the phone and then the oil change and tire rotation was done in no time at all. Everyone there was courtesy and friendly. And the price was cheaper than Walmart but it was free because it was my first oil change.

Bought a Used 2011 F-150 in Dec. '15 and have been very happy with it. Couple times I've had it in for routine service (once at Norris for a recall repair and once at independent facility) and both times the technicians have had glowing remarks about the condition of the vehicle and no additional service recommendations. The dealer Richard was as kind as he could be, as was the finance man William but the manager seemed like he was all about the money. I had a trade that had a warranty he claimed they refused to repair and he wanted the trade so bad the would repair it himself. I phoned the warranty company to find out why they declined to repair the truck and it was reported to me that no claim from Norris Ford was ever reported. They would have been happy to pay for the repairs which was part of my contract with them. I had them on speaker phone and even had Zo Thompson listen and he said it was what he heard as well but Tyler didn’t want to hear it. He knocked off the repair cost from the trade costing me thousands in interest. I will NEVER use this dealer again over $500 and a Ford Motor Credit contract he cost me. I was forced to go with Capital One with higher interest, because he refused to call the warranty company and lied to me. When I tried to call the warranty company in his office he said we don’t have time for this, let’s wrap this up, here’s what we’ll do. He is ridiculous and shouldn’t be in that position. They received three stars for Richard, William and Zo.... nothing else and my new car is awesome Richard deserves to get what he would for 5stars, he can’t change his supervisor’s actions. He has asked him to call me to work it out and he doesn’t... I may sue for the warranty work. The Warranty Company was under contract.

I am terrible with names and forget the young lady that assisted me in the service dept on 7/15 but she was very helpful. There was an issue Hunter in service found during a simple oil change and she was able to effectively explain everything and all was done and fixed in a short period of time with no complications. The internet sales manager Zo Thompson was absolutely the only reason my wife chose Norris and didn’t go to the nearby Chevy dealership where we had plans of going next but we canceled after buying. After putting the feelers out to multiple dealerships in the area via internet, Zo was the friendliest, Nonaggressive and most important,, honest in his answers to a few loaded questions that we had prepared to the bombardment of other dealership calls that followed after our internet app request.
Once at Norris Ford, the sales manager Tyler was very involved in the entire sales process from start to finish, making sure everything went perfect, and it did.
This purchase was for the wife and it was my primary objective to make sure she left the dealership with the SUV that met her every need. Thanks to Tyler watching every step of the sale, he, without a doubt exceeded our expectations and so did the new Ford Edge he helped us choose. Thank you folks for taking the agony out of buying a new SUV. This truly, truly was a positive experience.
UPDATE:
On June 24th 2020, I called to have my first oil change and routine checkup. Chris Szumlanski from the service department answered the phone. Chris was very professional and informed me that I could have my SUV serviced tomorrow afternoon. I arrived on the 25th and oddly enough Chris was standing in the drop off bays and met me immediately. I told him who I was and he said it was great to see me. I handed him my keys as he asked what exactly I wanted done and it was that simple. My wife was waiting to pick me up and we left to get lunch. About an hour later Chris called me back and said my SUV was completed and everything was in perfect condition and it was all covered.
This was an amazingly simple and professional process and other dealerships should pay close attention to and TAKE NOTES.

Next, they found the keys but the car wouldn't start because of a dead battery. They installed new transmission software and checked my tire pressure and that fixed everything! After a hot chocolate and catching a little tv in their waiting room, I was out of there within the hour. Couldn't have asked for anything more. I could not be happier with my experience of buying from Norris Ford. I was looking to buy a Black Focus ST3 with moonroof, and Norris had exactly what I was looking for, at an unbeatable price - literally. I did a lot of research and shopped around, and Norris offered both the best price, the best service, and the best buying experience. My sales consultant was Tyler Smith - he did an excellent job in assisting me, he was amazingly responsive, helpful, and always patient, even when I barraged him with many (many, many) questions.
Moreover, perhaps much more importantly, Tyler conducted our discussions and negotiations with the utmost integrity. Not once did he pressure my buying decision in any way whatsoever. Even more telling was how well he acquitted himself in comparison to his competitors (and there were many competitors); while reps from other dealerships were quick to find fault or 'warn' me about the supposed pitfalls of Norris' offer, Tyler did nothing of the sort. The only word of caution he had was right at the beginning, when he rightly mentioned the risk in comparing on-the-road numbers.
When I visited Norris to finalize, and when Tyler presented me with the option of buying some extra warranty/coverage/protection options, he did not apply any pressure whatsoever, and neither did his boss, GM Bill Vowles - and I mean no pressure, none! I told them, because I had just spent a lot of money on my first car loan (or loan of any kind), I was gun-shy about spending even more without some thought. When I said that, they told me they understood completely, and that was the end of it, no pressing whatsoever. And this was even when it was clear, from all my research, that their margin on the car was very small (especially when put in the context of national average prices paid). Btw, the price at sale was exactly the price Tyler quoted me, no surprise fees, nothing - precisely the amount I was given before coming in.
Another reason to consider Norris is the nice service plans included in the purchase - monthly car washes, oil changes, etc.
If you're in the market for a Ford--and you should be, to buy American, and to buy the best American vehicles being built--you absolutely must consider Norris Ford.
Btw, my ST3 is amazing, I absolutely love the car!

I had been diagnosed with a front right wheel bearing going bad at my usual Sheehy dealership that i go to(not a sheehy ford location). I was instructed to reach out to a ford dealership as the wheel bearing may be under the cpo powertrain warranty offered by ford that can only be redeemed at a ford dealership. Informed service advisor over the phone the day before AND upon arrival that i had diagnostic and multi point inspection done from previous dealer the day before and that it was the front right wheel bearing. Turns out Part/repair were not covered under warranty. I was still forced to pay the 100+ dollar charge for the norris ford dealer diagnostic multipoint which determined a wheel bearing was creating the noise. Norris fords transmission tech and mechanic were unable to determine if it was the left or the right wheel bearing after driving and inspecting the vehicle so they suggested both but could not be sure( over 1,300 dollar repair). Asked to speak to supervisor to drop the diagnostic/multi point inspection charge because david(service advisor..understandable) could not do so without approval. I did not and will not ever have a vehicle serviced here. Paid the 100+ for inspection and got out of there as fast as i could. Why couldnt you have ran the part number for the wheel bearing and informed me if it was covered or not under warranty when i have all my vehcile info on hand? VIN MAKE MODEL AND YR?! Real bad expierence overall...take ur vehicle somewhere else
Moe (service manager) contacted me the week after this had transpired. He read my review and checked with his team to ensure this info was accurate and refunded my money in full and apologized sincerley for my hardships that i endured...if you choose to go here, ask to speak with him directly.

I have purchased 10 new vehicles from Norris Ford in Dundalk in the last 15 years and for most of them I have dealt with Bruce Esky. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and just a good guy. When Bruce retires I will most likely stop buying new vehicles, if I go the Norris Ford and he is off I simply come back when he is available. As far as my Fords go that I have purchased out of all of them just a couple times had to put them in for warranty work. The last time I was on a military deployment and my son had my vehicle and a computer piece went bad. I made one call to Norris from my deployed location and they took care of everything including tow's and giving my son a ride to pick my truck back up. That was a Hugh piece of mind being so far away and knowing that Norris ford had my back. I will never buy from another dealer even if it meant I could save some money, I told Bruce that because I have bought so many new Fords that my next time I should get one free HE IS STILL LAUGHING!!!!!!!
