This place truly deserves 5 stars. I’ve never bought a Toyota before but the supra stole my heart. My man Jonathan helped us out, he’s the epitome of a great salesman. Genuine, personable, and helpful. The culture here is fantastic, everyone was a pleasure to work with. Toyota’s build quality has become so fantastic over the last few years. I definitely recommend this place and my guy Jonathan.

My recent (01/2022) service experience at Jerry’s confirmed for me why I chose them as my provider. Jennifer Standish listened without interruption. As I told of recent experiences with the car and service I would like.
She kept me informed of progress and cost estimates. I don’t know about you but I dislike a surprise with the bill. At Jerry’s there is no chance if that kind of surprise. Jen discussed each item and option with me. I opted for leaving my car overnight and did not worry for a minute.
I have only had good, even great, service at Jerry’s. My Prius’s will visit there when next the need arises.

I bought this Toyota RAV4 almost 7/8 months back and did not write a review since I was waiting to get observe the condition of the car. So, we bought this around $10k and dealership gave me 3 months warranty and the engine sign came up after 2 days of purchase. So, I call the dealership and spoke with the sales person DJ who advised me to take the car over there. I drove an hour and it was Magical experience. They kept the car and gave me another vehicle for temporary use and I drove back. Two days later I got the call and returned the loan car and got my car fixedd. The way the dealership and salesperson DJ treated me it was Total Professional with a humane touch!!! Used car will have problems but this dealership, they does take care even after sales. Strongly recommend and will definitely visit again and special thanks to salesperson DJ!!!

My brother-in-law bought his new car here today, and Herman was wonderful! He was very patient with us since my brother-in-law was still undecided on which one to buy. He tried to understand what my brother-in-law’s priorities are and calculated the numbers for the different cars he was interested in. Got a next day appointment and my car back the same day. From taking my keys to getting them back every person working at Jerry’s service was focused on my customer experience. I received detailed explanations of all potential repair and service options my car needed along with estimates for the cost of each. I was able to get a drive from the dealership to a local car rental place. Phone calls and text messages throughout the day.
I regularly work on my own cars. I liked feeling like my business was appreciated at Jerry’s. Thank you.

Overall, my experience was great. I went there without a car and walked out with my first car in my own name at 22. Rodney was amazing. He really really help my mother and I and was very patient with us. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand as a first time care buyer. My only quarrel is that the charging stations don’t work and my phone was dying so I had to sit for an hr and a half without charge. So bring your charger if you have to wait

Tyler was pleasant and helpful during this visit. I bought this car 13 yrs ago from Jerry’s. Always had it serviced there. Like the detail given in the inspection. Since last year cost has risen considerably. Also this took twice as long as normal.2 hours vs 1 hour in the past (as I remember). These are the reasons I gave 4 star vs 5 star. I consider Jerry’s top rate.

Overall experience wasn’t bad but it could’ve been better. In my opinion being a good salesman requires a bit of finesse. So when you have a customer that may be hard to deal with or is questioning certain things about a car they want, a good salesman should show patience & be able to do their best to answer questions. Salesman i had, Fletcher, i dealt with for 2 days & i went back to him the second day because i could tell he was a solid guy but just make sure you don’t steer a customers away from buying a car just because they are trying to clarify & ask questions. At the end of the day my experience wasn’t bad & he got me the car i wanted & if i could I’d maybe give another half star.

I have been having my car serviced at Jerry's Toyota since 2007 and have always been pleased with the service and the professionalism of their employees. However, due to a computer glitch they had in December, 2022, a service appointment I had scheduled had not been entered in the system. I brought this to the attention of the Service Manager, Jessica, who provided me exceptional service. Needless to say, she apologized and offered me a chance to reschedule the appointment to a date which would work for me. Of course I did that and Jessica was actually waiting for me when I pulled up. She provided me with such fantastic service and made me feel like a valued customer.
Hats off to Jessica! I hope Jerry's Toyota realized what a valued employee they have.

Went in looking at purchasing a car and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Khalid. He is an incredibly patient, nice, and professional person to have in your corner when purchasing a car. He was not pushy and asked great questions to help us try to find something we were looking for (woth honesty). FYI for those that may benefit from the review- not a whole lot of selection as cars are being sold VERY quickly but this is not his fault (just be open minded when looking). My car buying experience there was great. My issues have always been with service. You make an appointment and wait times for an oil change are hours .Today over 3 hours. The oil changes are only free with your vehicle purchase if your time has no value.

The service was fine I guess. It was my 4th service maintenance on my 2020 RAV4 hybrid (16k miles), so I had to pay for the tire rotation part but not the rest.
I did have 2 issues with my visit though.
1. I asked Amanda to have the techs inspect the hybrid power cable as I have read online recently that they are deteriorating with higher mileage Toyota hybrids (also the source of a class action lawsuit in Canada at the moment). I was told that if there are no errors reported on the dashboard then it's fine...fine, I get it, I am in IT so not everything needs to be done cause the customer wants it done...but maybe from a customer service standpoint she could have just appeased me and told me the techs would have a look for me. I will just inspect it myself before my upcoming road trip.
2. I also asked Amanda about extending my service contract since my car only has 16k miles but is now over 2 years old. The brochure on her desk was apparently for older cars, and "someone from finance can help", "in at 930". This was at 8am...so I did leave without extending my service contract, or without a brochure with costs since they are not listed online.
I guess overall these are minor gripes, but I was quite annoyed this morning. I think next service I will schedule for later in the day so I can work with Brittaney again, never left annoyed when she is there.

Took my Toyota Tundra for routine maintenance. Had an issue with my parking sensors that I totally overlooked. Mr Jeffrey Lee helped me out locating the the obvious problem. I appreciated his time and patience. Also I stayed at the dealership to wait for it and it didn’t take too long at all. In and out with a little wash to take the pollen off.
On 8/19/2022 my 2022 Tundra was being serviced due to a recall of the rear view camera having a malfunction when putting the vehicle in reverse. Although I hadn’t experienced it yet I did experience the camera randomly coming on whilst truck was idle. Although I received a notice on my Toyota App about the recall I didn’t make an appointment. I was waiting to actually see the issue appear. But it was surprise to be called last week by Jessica to set up an appointment to have my truck brought in. It was easy to drop it off on the day before and pick it up the next day the work was complete. Also the convenience of having the shuttle pick me up to take me to the dealership was great!

This was the first car I bought independent of my husband. Jonathon Sanders is a pro salesman. The experience was good except I was confused about tag transfer and after repeatedly asking what I was supposed to do with the old tags, I was told new ones would be sent in the mail. I waited. As time ran out on the temporary tags, I finally went to MVA to turn in the old ones, thinking that was the hold up. After a lot of back and forth and frustrating discussions with MVA, service reps at Jerry's, & Jonathon Sanders himself the issue was resolved. However, instead of Jerry's apologizing about the mix-up and offering to put the old tags on my car for me, Matt the head of customer service at Jerry's said I was lying (!!!!!). Not sure why I would lie about such a thing. It was an unfortunate ending. Hopefully, the salespeople at Jerry's will learn to clarify details a little better.

The service was ok, I wasn’t able to be accommodated to and from work due to the long wait time for the shuttle. I was quoted $89 for an oil change when I made my appointment over the phone, in store I was given $94 and when I came to get my car I was charged $104.90. I dropped my car off at 10am ,paid $20 to get back to work, walked home after I got off @4:30pm, only to wait for a shuttle that I never got to take because my husband got off at 5:30pm and was able to get me back to Jerry’s by 6:15pm. This was a very long and expensive day for me!

Brought my car in regular maintenance and as no one wants to hear, you need additional work. But I must say the price quoted for work needed was more than I wanted to spend. The work was done the same day and under the original quote.

First cat purchase here. I felt a little rushed to buy my car, but it was efficient.
However, when I said I didn't want added warranty etc. They would ask why, and used scare tactics .

Everyone there is very efficient especially our sales person Paul. We were in and out of there in three hours buying a new truck. It was a very pleasant experience on many levels Because I always find buying a vehicle very stressful. It wasn’t high-pressure. I do not like the fact that they pre-installed LoJack in the new vehicle for $1000 and you’re required to get it whether you want it or not. We really did not want it and it to drive the price up. Along with the fact that in today’s sellers market there is an additional above market fee that you have to navigate. I assume it’s everywhere when you buy a car in this market? Which is kind of crazy coming from a sellers market years ago. But that’s probably the way of the world. But in terms of having the inventory we wanted, the people the being very nice a-the process being efficient. Five Star! They have excellent service they provide to you after you buy the vehicle for a certain period of time I think usually free. It’s actually our second vehicle from Jerry’s . We just weren’t crazy about being forced to have LoJack or pay above market price for a new vehicle. But overall we love the truck and the deal was fair enough. It’s a crazy world out there right now with vehicles. So if you’re looking for a Toyota I would definitely recommend Jerrys but know these things going in. They also have something called Internet pricing for certain ZIP Codes. You might want to look into. But we do love the truck. We got a good interest rate. Overall pleased with the deal.

Jerry’s solved a problem of a tire notice resulting in removal of an annoying notice in the dashboard. They estimated a 2 hr service and had a 2:15 hr result pretty good and a gorgeous wash job. I have a 2017 Highlander and only 32000 miles and it looks so beautiful and all problems solved.• I can drive this auto another 10 years but I’d be dead by then.

The customer service was good. The appointment schedule is waaaay off. I am sure the labor shortage is effecting the turn around rate to get the customers back their vehicles in an appropriate time.
I will say that I do have a peace of mind- knowing that a certified technician gave my car a clean bill of health. This was most appreciated. Price was not too bad either.

Went today (7/30/22) and had a great service experience; the service rep (Jeffery Lee) was very helpful. Thought I was just getting an oil change today but thankfully due to the consistency of their multi-point inspection process they were able to catch that my battery was on its way out; the communication about this was excellent and I was able to get it replaced today before having to relive the nightmare of having my car unable to start in a lonely parking garage or lot somewhere. Prices may seem higher than other places, but one has to consider the value of their reliability and trustworthiness, especially as a single female taking a car in for repairs. I used the complimentary shuttle to go to the shopping center nearby and was able to get a lot of stuff done in the only two hours or so that it took for all the work on my car to be completed. I’ve been taking my cars in for service here since 2013 and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This was my first time at Jerry's. A preservice check of my tires warned me of 2 potential problems. I was told because I was in for a recall problem the service would probably take 2 hours; it was just shy of that. The car was washed and paper mats were removed before I left. The waiting area was clean, chairs were spaced for COVID protection, and was relatively quiet. My only problem was it was too cold for me.

Jennifer did a great job with me and my wife's cars. We had an 8:40 am appointment with the Camry Hybrid. Got tires rotated and oil changed. Brought my Prius in 10:40 to switch cars. Git the same thing done, but told me I needed to plan to get motor and inverter coolant changed, coming up to 100,000 miles in 9 years. Also need to get spark plugs changed, front brake pads replaced and rotors honed down. Also 3 of 4 tires need replacement soon. All in we're looking at $2k, maintenance. I've setup 1 day to take care of all but tires and alignment. We'll save that for the fall.

Mixed emotions on this service! Waited 10-15 minutes in service line outside while elderly lady struggled to give information to a very patient worker, another 10 minutes at an empty desk waiting for employee who was on a vape break who they paged overhead and texted with no response, and on way home a broken off piece from under driver car seat rolled out from under! I have a call in now to see if they will repair it! We live 35 minutes from dealer so it’s very inconvenient to get rides to and from! If car wasn’t under warranty I would not go back!!!!

No but really, this is the 4th Toyota I've purchased from this Jerry's in particular.
I was online shopping trying to find a dealership with new vehicles that were ready to be sold opposed to having to wait months for it to come in or deal with ridiculous mark ups.
The moment I pressed the button to inquire about a Camry SE, I received an email and a text from my old sales associate JoJo (Jonathan). I knew it would be a sealed deal as my 3 prior Toyotas were purchased from him.
JoJo told me that they had the vehicle on the lot and to visit asap. I went to the dealership 2 days later and the car was there as he promised.
JoJo and his manager Chad (Chad was such a sweetheart) worked their magic and truly looked out for me. I drove away in my new Camry SE, with a car payment in the price range I requested. I didnt have to haggle with them, or settle for a vehicle that I didn't want. I got exactly what I came for and received better financing options thanks to their special interest rates for qualified buyers.
My transaction was super smooth from the moment I walked in the door. I cant forget to mention salesman Paul and Financing Manager Ray were so helpful and kept me laughing while I waited for my vehicle to be cleaned and ready. I was there a little over 2 hours total.

I had an all-around great experience today. Brooke was a pleasure to work with. She reviewed my maintenance history with me and updated me on the status of my covered maintenance requests. She has a great attitude and took great care of me. The gentleman who was the shuttle driver was personable and timely. The only issue I have is the time it took for an oil change, checking fluids, and checking brakes: 5.5 hours. That’s not the usual so I don’t know what was happening today. Thankfully, I didn’t wait for it this time as I usually do.

My experience with Jerry Toyota was very mixed. I want to start out by saying that Jeff was very professional. However, I had to come back to the store the next day because I thought that I was going to be able to receive a tire. My main issue is that they never put things back the way they found them. My truck was all tumbled and once they removed the spare tire since I could not get a tire the 1st day I came there.
They did the same thing when they put the spare tire back. They never put the seat or dials the way they find them either. It’s courtesy to not turn off people’s radio if it’s on, or to put the air on if it’s off, and to leave the seats they way they used them.

We were buying a replacement wheelchair van to transport our son. Our salesman was very nice and helpful. The selection was pretty good. They gave us a fair deal on our trade. The only issue that we had came down to the finance department. I was unimpressed with the way that they managed our deal. Their rate was twice as high as we had been quoted and preapproved for by USAA and we were told that if we wanted to leave with the vehicle we would need to use their financing through Toyota. We finished the deal and refinanced as soon as we could. They said it had something to do with their allocations. I was not pleased by the extra work that we had to go through.

I had some “battery issues” on a recently purchased an accessible Honda Odyssey from Jerry’s Toyota. I could have taken it to any Honda dealer because it was still under warranty but my mobility expert person, Ray Torreon, recommended I take it back to them.
They did a thorough check of the van, provided a loaner and when I was called back to pick up the car, Tyler and Ray both explained to me why I had the issue. The van was unused for a couple of weeks which caused the issues. They recommended regular use of the vehicle or buying and using a trickle charger when the van is not used for a prolonged period of time.
I feel that they really take good care of their customers.

Please read all the way through. Honest review. I changed from 1 stars to 3 stars. Jerry's Toyota has reached out to me and corrected my issue. All I wanted was fairness and good customer service. I must say after a few visits back to the dealership, gas and time I no longer feel cheated and I am pleased with my deal. I have edited my review but the following are true facts on what occurred during my purchasing experience at Jerry's Toyota. Also I must include they did the deal within 3 hours which was very impressive. Had I not had the following occur I would have given the 4 stars.
I was overcharged $3000 for a 2022 XSE Camry. The salesman became verbally combative during the test drive when we were discussing monthly payments. The salesman acted as if he was doing me a favor by selling me the vehicle. He really didn't even put in any effort. I told him that I was already financed the Capital one auto navigator. He told me that it was not legitimate. Sales manager comes from back (who really deserve credit for his charisma doing this time)with some inflated number and promised he can get me a better finance rate then capital one. He did. But I said the pricing does not add up. They explained to me that the price was more because the vehicle had upgraded wheels. I told them the wheels were factory. They insisted. I'll take all accountability for accepting the deal but something did not sit well with me. About a week later I return to pick up my tags and notice a 2022 Camry the same price as mine with upgraded rim that were 20 inches. I mentioned it and they told me to get salesman. He continued to say they were the upgraded rims on my vehicle and told me to go to service department so they can prove that the rims I had were custom. Service tells me they were not custom rims and that I had stock wheels. I return to new car sales were I was being ignored but finally a young lady comes out to assist me. She tried to explain my situation to a general manager but I can hear a guy say I don't care what he wants if it's not in writing screw him. But right when the lady was returning my sales manager walks up and calms me down. He began to say the rims were aftermarket and I told him service just told me they were not. So then he left and came back and show me the deal and says rims are not mention and this is the price you have agreed to. The $3000 is a markup. I asked why is there a 3000 markup? That don't make sense to me and it's not on the sticker. He said it was because of the chip shortage and my residence was outside of their zip code pricing deal. I told the salesman I don't believe anything you are saying, but y'all got me and I've learned a very valuable lesson. Last Saturday I was called to bring my car back so I can have my upgrade wheels placed on my vehicle. I would like to thank Jessica for all the hard work and getting my situation corrected.

My car was due for regular maintenance, so I took it into Jerry’s. My Apple CarPlay had also stopped working a few months ago. I had asked about it before, but no one at Jerry’s seemed to know what to do, so I was hesitant to bring it up again.
Brittaney was my service advisor. She was extremely professional and friendly. Because she was so nice, I thought I’d ask her about CarPlay. She took notes on my troubleshooting efforts and had me read them to make sure she had everything right. She knew I wasn’t waiting for my car, so she asked if I needed a ride, even though I hadn’t prearranged shuttle service or a rental. I had made alternate plans and already had a ride home. Turns out I could’ve waited because my car was ready in about 90 minutes. When I returned to pick it up, the regular maintenance was done and the issue with CarPlay was resolved! Brittaney had tested her phone to make sure CarPlay worked, and then she sat with me to make sure mine worked before I drove off.
I’d been to Jerry’s for service a few times before, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. This level of service is what I received when I bought my car from Jerry’s, and I expected the same of their service department. I hope Brittaney sticks around, and I hope this is a sign of changing times at Jerry’s service department.
