My son and I came back and picked up the car that Friday! The entire staff moved rapidly and still made me feel extremely welcomed. Love the respect of my time! They also gave me a great deal!

On monday8/8/22 purchased my new truck from the best company that has treated me with the best service ever. I rate Bob Bell Chevrolet a perfect 10. The salesman Tim Dekowski made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. The transaction was very fast and friendly. I was never pressured in any way. The Finace manger Kyle Connorton treated so professional and gave me the best choice of warranty options and he upgraded my preferences to meet my needs at a very fair price. I just wanted to take a moment and say that I had the best car buying experience with Bob Bell Chevy. Nate who was my salesman took very good care of my wife and I. I was in need of a vehicle fairly quickly and they had a very nice 2016 Kia Optima SX TGDI which we both were very interested in. We set up an appointment with Nate to come in and look at it and take a test drive. We both were sold on it. We went in and Nate punched some numbers and got us approved fairly quickly. I worked with Hank and he was fantastic. I had previously bought at 2018 Silverado from Bob Bell and worked with Hank. When i got the idea to get a new truck, I texted Hank and within minutes we was already sending me pics of the 2022 Silverado that i was interested in. I visited Hank at the dealership and took it for a test drive - it was great. Hank then started discussing the financial part of the deal. I told Hank was my pricing expectations were and he was able to find a workable deal working with his manager in minutes. Overall - the experience was great and i can say, without a doubt, that in a few years ready i'm ready to get a new truck, i will being texting Hank. It doesn't get any easier than that.

One of the things that stick out the most to us was when we asked a question, Rocio didn’t know, she responded with “i don’t know, but i will find out” (which she did). So often in buying cars from previous places the sales person when they didn’t know would “BS” and answer. I would say if you are looking for service and parts, you should ask for Jaime. She's the best thing going for that business. The other workers vary in competency and basic customer service skills. Stacy is quite rude and disrespectful when speaking to customers in general. She seems annoyed
and is dismissive when you ask basic questions about servicing your car.

For starters the service team here is excellent. Everybody from Joe the greater to Jamie and Yvonne the service techs are really really friendly and very helpful. They're always prompt to write you in and the service does not take long, all things considered. Even if you didn't buy your car here but would like to service it at a dependable and honest dealership this is the place to go right on 1 Kane Street in between Baltimore and Dundalk just off of North Point Boulevard. When you pass Crazy Ray's on Erdman Avenue going down towards the bridge and Dundalk it's on the right you can't miss it.
David and Gabriel are two very good salesmen who will take care of you and bend over backwards to make a deal go through. They were really helpful in trying to get me into a new car but unfortunately I was too upside down and did not have the down payment required by the bank so I couldn't make it happen this time. I was here a few months ago for the same reason and the down payment then was twice what it was today so they're really getting good at negotiating with the bank.
Likewise Joe Evans the new car manager who worked closely with Gabriel this time is excellent at setting up great deals. He was the one who ultimately gave me the deal of a lifetime but like I said even though he managed to cut the down payment in half I didn't have it so I couldn't make it happen. Like Joe said in a few months when I will have paid off more of my car and saved up $1500 to $2000 for a down payment, half of what was required today, possibly then I will get an even better deal with a marked-up trade in value, which also happened this time.
I highly recommend this Five Star Chevy dealer.

I had a great experience with the salesman Dave Stevenson. He went above and beyond to make the sale pleasurable and easy. I did however have a large issue with one of the managers, Tony. He was beyond rude and I would be happy to explain the situation further. It was absolutely shocking the way he conducted business and the way he spoke to his potential customers. The situation was rectified by the manager above him, George. But I can assure you, Tony did NOT want me to speak with George. Tony needs to retake a manager class on the way to treat and speak to customers.

Best Car Buying Experience yet....
Internet Sales was a great experience, found the car I wanted, with the options I needed on Autotrader, Bob Bell had the best price within 1,200 miles as I live in Atlanta. They had all the original paperwork, window sticker, etc. 'Sam' walked out, took pictures, measured tire tread depth, answered questions and provided the Car Fax.
They don't negotiate internet pricing which was fine as their price was great and they don't tack on stupid dealer fees. Example of stupid dealer fees ($899 dealer processing; $199 window glass theft etching; $89 nitrogen tire fill, etc.) Also, they don't accept payment or down payment via credit card... not sure why but it's a company policy, and i wanted the frequent flyer miles....
Put the deposit on a credit card, they FedEx paperwork, filled it out returned in the FedEx envelope they provided; wired money to pay for the car. A week later I flew up, was met at the airport by Sam, shuttled to the dealership; Spent 35 minutes getting final paperwork, they refunded credit card deposit and was on my way.
They had detailed the car beautifully, all manuals were in the car, and filled the gas tank. My daughter LOVES her new car.......but it was dirty after driving it 712 miles home... but her face was priceless when she saw it.
Took less time than buying a cellphone at Verizon....

They may not have a large selection of cars but they can put you in something fast and something convenient for your price range. I loved the experience and I will continue to use them. Great customer service , The service center 4/5… For some reason every time u schedule a service for your car they always want to hold your car overnight or for 2-3 days at a time no matter how big or small the problem smh but other than that great spot!!

Bob Bell the salesmen was very nice Dorian, he really sold me with the certified vehicle but when I go into financing they say it is not a certified car when it is clearly posted on the vehicle. So they certified my vehicle. Now certified is supposed to be like new but my vehicle is in need of a 60,000 mile tune up. I just spent 20,000 plus for this vehicle, now the want to charge me an additional 700.00 dollars for a tune up. What does certified really cover? I am finding out nothing!!! So all the other problems I am having with this so called certified vehicle is so they say the tune up. No after just a couple of weeks will they get more money from me!!! I will not recommend anyone to them signed a unhappy camper!!

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna from here and couldn’t of had a better experience. We love the van but shortly after we realized a few things that should’ve been included were no where to be found. Hank, our salesman, went above and beyond to retrieve these items. They got us two sets of headphones for the in car DVD player. The van was also missing a removable middle seat that Hank tracked down by getting a hold of the previous owner. My car buying experience was fantastic at Bob Bell! I would definitely recommend them. Bad experiences with other car dealers left me with car buying anxiety. A Friend recommended I go to Bob Bell. My friend had previously purchased a car with Bob Bell. The salesman Nate was superb! He let me know what was happening along the way, what to expect, and made sure I understood he was working for me. Nate put me at ease and made me feel heard and understood. Even Mr. Rodney in finance put my anxiety to rest. The whole team and also, Mr. James was friendly and welcoming. They each checked on me along the way. The process went fairly slow. Nate our salesman was knowledagle and friendly. When it came to financing I am very unsatisfied. The main problem was the financing process. I had to gone so far into the process as paperwork was being discussed and I had to ask what my interest rate was. From Nate to the finance person the interest keep going up and up. I was going to backbout 9f the deal when my new car interest rate was 5 points higher than my used vehicle. The final interest rate was not where I wanted but it was workable. I felt like it was bait and switch. I may buy another Chevy but not from that finance person.
I also had my partner with me who was looking to trade in a car for truck. There are some challenges with credit that is being built, but after my deal was done, no effort was given to seen8f something could be worked out.
Lessons learned - get you financing done before you go so you have control and there is no bait and switch....

His upbeat and positive personality makes the experience so smooth! We went to Bob Bell on Kane Street to look at their brand new 2019 Silverado they still had on the lot. All the details came together thanks to Nate and the team at Bob Bell and we were able to drive off the lot in our new truck! Everyone was patient, kind and super professional. Nate made sure everything ran smoothly and we truly felt like he was working with us and not just to make a sale.
We also had a great experience with the guy that comes out to do paint repair. We found a scratch on the truck before we left the lot and thanks to Nate and his manager we were able to bring the truck back at the end of the week and get the scratch fixed! Their paint guy (sorry didn’t get his name) did a fantastic job! You can’t tell at all what he fixed!

Really good overall experience, the process in place to service the cars without an appointment is efficient and the people taking care of customer are friendly, smiling and have your best interest in mind. The only downside is the rental company they work with. While I greatly appreciated having a rental car offered free of charge while mine was being fixed, I had to wait 40 min at the rental car company desk for the person in charge to print the contract and check my insurance policy. I don't think it is acceptable.

Kudos to my service advisor Jamie Christopher, she was absolutely adamant about my complete satisfaction and although I arranged for a shuttle, he was running behind schedule so she let me drive the loaner truck which was an amazing new Traverse. Purchased my 2019 Chevy Equinox in November, went in this past weekend for my oil change and it was, by far, the best experience with having any service done to my vehicles! Walked in to a very pleasant woman, Jamie, who even went as far as giving my her card with her direct cell phone number on it so that in the future I could call her directly to set up any appointments or if I ever had any questions or concerns. The shop was very clean. The waiting room was extremely comfortable, they had endless kurig type coffees/ tea/ hot chocolate. A table for the kids to be entertained and all of it again was very clean. The oil change (which included tire rotation, multi point check, fluids were topped off and they gave my car a bath too) and I was out of there within half hour!! Highly recommended!!!

I am not one who knows much about cars so the maintenance team member suggest a 5 point inspection since it was my first visit since my purchase (Oct 2019). I got in at 10, was out by 1115. If you have oil changes in your Chevy warranty, it is particularly easy to come here, as their software system is current, accurate, and fast! So I just tell them my name and they verify my remaining warranty services every time.
Cant recommend this place enough. Final note- everyone who works here is nice, and in a good mood. It makes the whole experience way less stressful than it can be at other places. Go to Bob Bell!!!!

Went to them after Heritage told me to go because of a water pump, my car was overheating. Heritage said chevy would fix under warranty. I had a tube fixed for $378 on 11/6/20. By 11/28/20 I was back for my car still overheating. They said they bled the air and pressure tested. On 12/9 and 12/11 overheating again and in the 2 days went through almost a bottle of coolant. Took car back 12/12/20. And when I went to pick up they said $400 something to fix water outlet and worked it down to $348. They still have my car due to no one asking me if they should fix and I don't have the money, I would have not had them do the work until I had money. I was told they called a few times (3xs within 24minutes) and the mechanic went ahead and fixed. My #1 question is how the mechanic do a 2 hour job in 24 minutes because last vm said to pick up my car. So when was the attempt to call and inform me of the problem and how much to fix it? And I can almost guarantee my problem still exist. And I have lost money these few days without a car, I can't work without my car. *** after speaking with the manager he did lower the total and I appreciate that. Not quite sure I will go back but the manager seemed very knowledgeable and did end up helping me farther. I changed for 1 star to 3 because he did help.

I loved the appointment reminder call and by text I was able to confirm my appointment. I had been to 2 other service departments who said they couldn't figure out what noise I was complaining about. this is the 3rd time I've had my truck towed to the same bob bell in 4 months. 1st i had an oil change,,,,had it towed in because the car...slowed down and cut off with all kinds of signs coming on the dash board. Results were:we didn't put the code back on after the oil change.a month and a half later the car was towed for the same reason.Results letting the car sit over the 4th of July weekend and then after driving it for miles, they could find nothing wrong. i had to pay for a 3 day rental .
Now in August the truck is towed in for the same reason. Again towed on a Friday. told vehicle would be looked at on Monday. that didn't happen. told on Tuesday they weren't sure when the vehicle could be look at because .they were short of mechanics.
Results: i was told they think it may be something electrical. They can't find anything wrong with it.they don't know what's wrong with it.
Told i need to bring it in when the problem is happening.
And that's exactly what I've been doing each time. But ,if the truck sits for so long, how can you figure out the problem?

I KNOW THE VEHICLE SAT FOR AT LEAST 6 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS SEEN.. SO AFTER 10 DAYS I PAID FOR A 5 DAY RENTAL ....BOB BELL PAID FOR THE OTHER 5 DAYS.
I'M FRUSTRATED. I'VE BEEN A BOB BELL CUSTOMER FOR 20 YEARS WITH 2 DIFFERENT VEHICLES
NOW I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

******** After writing this frustrating post, I learned that Bob bell was already working on my vehicle problems. They just did not inform me. They gave me a call to have me bring in my vehicle in and leave it. They had an electrician specialist come in to look at my truck. They kept the truck for a week. The manager allowed me to use a brand new car during this time. I was really grateful. Anyway the truck was fixed and running smoothly. Bill Cole let me know that Bob Bell Chevrolet was in my corner. " If you have any other problems with your truck, please bring it back here." I was very pleased.

I heard sounds that made me think there was a problem with my front passenger side brakes. A light grinding sound when I depress the brakes at low speed. Since my Equinox had recently displayed a notice that I need an oil change I brought my car in and mentioned that I would like the brakes (sound) checked out. They ended up replacing my rear brake rotors/shoes. I was not hearing any sounds coming from the rear when I brought the car in. The sound I was hearing in the front passenger side is still there. So now I am very skeptical about bringing my car in for anything other than an oil change.
A later repair (2/25/22) for a brake caliper problem was handled thoroughly and professionally. Not "cheap", but you get what you pay for most of the time.

On my second vehicle purchase from Bob Bell. Even though I think I got a good deal on the first Chevy Malibu that I purchased. Salesman Jason Davis and the rest of the team made my second purchase of a Chevy Equinox more of an enjoyable experience. Plus I got a better deal. I took my car for its first oil change and that is my only gripe. I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They need more people doing those things that should only take a half an hour. If it wasn't covered by Chevy I would have quickly took it somewhere else. I just hope that future service it is not as time consuming

I came in for a recall on my airbags and the wait was an hour and a half. I had been there two weeks prior for the same repair and waited a half hour to be told they did not have the part to complete the service. Once i had the second appointment after i had been notified by email the part was in and they were ready, things went very smoothly the waiting room was comfortable and the car is doing fine since. Not a bad experience in general but definitely room for improvement. Also before my first appointment i received a call from a Bob Bell salesman wanting me to upgrade into a new vehicle altogether. I explained to him that i didn't feel that i was in a position to get a new car at that point and why, and then the day before my second appointment i got another call from the same Bob Bell salesman for the exact same thing. Apparently inter-office communtication or personal note taking isn't a thing here. The staff was very friendly during the whole experience though which was much appreciated.

I had lost my only key to my car and had a locksmith provide me with a new one. The new one was cut the same as my old one but the car was reprogrammed to use the codes on the new key. After getting the new key, I found my old one but because of the reprogramming the old key no longer worked. I figured the old key would have no value at that point but held onto it anyway.
A little over a year later the key I had gotten from the locksmith was falling apart (I no longer could lock the car via remote and the open by remote was dying), so I went to the dealership with the intent to leave with two functioning keys. I brought the old key just in case they could do something with it.
The dealership sold me a new key and then programmed the new key and my old one for free (they couldn't have done it for free without a functioning key, so the locksmith key served one last use)! I had thought I'd be leaving with a bill of somewhere between $200 and $300 to have two working keys but instead it was only $85. I couldn't have been more pleased.
To top it off they took care of a recall order on my car while I was there (it only required a software upgrade), so that was scratched off my list too.

Sales manager - well that's a -11 stars. When someone comes in with a pre-approved loan, ready to go, and insists that you just need this - go with it next time. Validate it and move on. No BS about collecting info for "the patriot act" and/or running credit without authorization (like I said - had loan pre-approval from my credit union in-hand). When confronted "I'm only doing my job trying to get you the best rate" - Bull - I didn't take your financing, so there was nothing extra in it for you.
Dealership is nice, friendly and such, but I would not recommend due to that shadiness. The only reason I did not get up and walk away is because of Tim who was not only apologetic, but sympathetic.

She was so good with the 3 year old, and after a 2 hour wait she let us take her into the (I guess employee lounge) and let her watch cartoons to keep the kid occupied. This kind of service really meant a great deal to me allowing me to feel at ease with such a draining task. My GMC Acadia (17) had locking issues. Turns out it was corrosion to the wiring. The reason why this is important is there was no time frame to narrrow down the damage from the corrosion because tbe vehicle wasn't 4 months old yet in my care. Jamie, took it upon herself to track the issue, talk with management to have them understand what the issue is...and TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. They were going to charge waay more thant I thought was needed and I was going to pay...and NEVER return.
Thanks to her diligence and customer service, I will not only be coming back, but I plan on buying my next vehicle here. If Jamie is a representation of what they want the outside world to understand what taking care of people is....look no further. She's the reason you will have us ALL come back. I had a check engine light on for my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu LT. I’ll call Jamie about it and she asked me to bring the car in on Wednesday September 16, 2020 @ 10am to get it looked at. I arrived an hour early because of the heavy traffic during the week day, and Jamie he asked me to leave the car overnight to get it looked at and she offered me a rental from Sterling rental for one day. She called me the next day on September 17, 2020 that my car needs a purge valve and she said that my gas was leaking because of it. She was able to get the car repaired because I have a warranty with Zürich warranty which covered everything including the car rental.
All in all, when something is wrong with my car I can rely on Jamie because she handles everything and make sure that I’ll be able to have a rental car to ride while my car is being repaired. With the help of Zurich warranty, all I have to do is pay a deductible of $380 and the warranty covers the rest. Without it, the cost of the maintenance would’ve cost between $2000-$3000 out-of-pocket. So I thank Jamie Christopher for Making my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu LT run again.

I got a great deal on a used Honda Fit. The sales staff were polite and helpful, and they didn't go overboard on the hard sell for the extra warranty, etc. On the other hand, when I got it home I realized the rear windows weren't working. Blown fuse, no big deal. I also realized there was no front license plate bracket--$28 on the internet. A week later the battery died for the second time and wouldn't jump--new battery cost $145. So, while they had cleaned the car up, their maintenance check wasn't very thorough.

Where should I begin. Was looking online for weeks to find a nice Hyundai that was a good fit for me . After several disappointing test drives and even a scammy situation with Jeffery's Chevrolet in Parkville, MD, I was ready to give up and settle for either an overpriced car or not even the car I was looking for. Then I came across a pre-owned Hyundai online and I called to set the appointment. When I arrived I met with Devan and she was great! I came in to test drive the car and I left trading my car in for a pre-owned Hyundai. She even helped me move all of my belongings from one car to the next. My advice is to come prepared! It has made a world of a difference in how easy the process went. There were no hidden fees or surprised costs and they are informative and willing to answer any questions that you have. They also honor the online price!! They even called the next day to see if I was still satisfied with the car. I am in love with my 2013 Sky Blue Hyundai and I would recommend this dealer to anyone that want the no hassle, friendly and affordable car buying experience.

I bought a certified pre-owned Chevy Cruze here. The were pretty easy to work with, and I rarely felt like I was being BS'ed. I made a complaint by phone that they were asking to pay extra for something that the website implied was an included cost in the car, and they honored the website and gave me that certification without extra cost for my purchase.
I want to especially call out Nate for being an awesome salesman - I honestly had fun hanging out with him that day, and didn't feel like he was being deceptive or manipulative at all. He was easy to trust and talk to, and that's exactly what I want to have if I have to go to a dealership.
I would only say that I felt like the financing fellow I worked with was trying to sell me HARD on some extra insurance policies that I had calculated already weren't for me. That was overbearing and I disliked that a lot.

I recently purchased my new 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ from Bob Bell Chevrolet in Baltimore. I dealt with salesman Virgil White who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Virgil helped me process my trade-in and also worked with me to make sure I received a fair price on my new Tahoe purchase.
My new Tahoe purchase included some additional accessories not on hand at Bob Bell Chevrolet. Virgil made sure to contact me as soon as my parts arrived and seamlessly scheduled my installation of said parts.
I did have a couple of issues with my new vehicle - 1 accessory was installed incorrectly and there were some imperfections in my new Tahoe's paint. Bob Bell Chevrolet was receptive to my issues and worked to make sure I was completely satisfied. My accessory issue was resolved and I received a tank of gas and car wash for my inconvenience and extra trip required to Bob Bell Chevrolet.
Service Manager Tony Simancek addressed my Tahoe's paint imperfections and provided a resolution to correct the problem. Virgil kept in contact with me throughout the process to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new Tahoe purchase.
I am very happy it worked out that Bob Bell Chevrolet had the new vehicle in their inventory I ultimately purchased. All of the staff I dealt with in the sales and service department were very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend Bob Bell Chevrolet to anyone in search of a new Chevrolet vehicle; ask for Virgil!

I was absolutely dreading my first official car-buying experience. I found a great deal online for a Honda Element, and I suddenly had my heart set on it, but the thought of actually going to the dealership had me so nervous, I just didn't want a car at all anymore. All that changed, however, after working with Joe and Jared. I stopped by just to check out the car, and Joe helped me out; we set up an appointment to come back (with my parents, of course, because I had no idea what I was doing), and I already felt more comfortable. When I returned, Jared and Joe worked as a team to help us. The part I was REALLY dreading was the test drive, but Jared made it an easy experience. Spending hours at a car dealership on Saturday is probably not most people's idea of fun, but after walking away as the new owner of a Honda Element I realized that it can be a positive and enjoyable time... if you work with Joe and Jared!

My experiences have always left me feeling that most of their dealers and some of their mechanics are incapable of doing simple jobs. They have even taken my keys home with them before leaving me stranded for hours. They offered a rental car but I work inside a secured state location. I need my car and sticker to get to work. I bought a Certified Used 2008 GMC Sierra here in 2012. Rob Fletcher was very helpful in getting me the information I needed and guiding me through the sales process. Had an appt on a Saturday am at 830; I got there and was told there would be 8 cars in front me aka hour long wait. Explained I had an appointment and why have an appt if it can't be held (Seinfeld haha what's the point of the appt if you can't, hold, the appt). I was pretty ticked off at this point and the sales rep explained to me it's an ok going problem hey have and she ensured to take care of me; she was right and I was ot of there in a half hour which was awesome. I can't remember her name but she was extremely nice and caring and more importantly held to her word which was great. When you make an appt apparently it goes to a call center and they don't tell you Saturday is first come first serve essentially erasing any appointments. More of a problem with their website service and call center.

I've had several serious issues with my 2010 Equinox (timing chain, transmission & oil consumption).
Bob Bell had taken care of all my issues and my husband and I will be Chevy owners & Bob Bell customers for life! The pistons in my engine were recently replaced because of the oil consumtion issue and my four cylinder Equinox runs great. I never had any issues with any of these repairs so that tells me that their specialty medchanics are top notch!
