Fantastic experience. I originally called in to have him test drive the car for me to rule out some of the concerns I had with other dealers in my area (Virginia). He did everything I asked to ensure that I wouldn't be wasting my time. Car looked great upon arrival and we were able to come up with a deal very smoothly in a non pushy manner. Did a cash deal so the owner was nice enough to stay and help count everything out after hours and made sure we were taken care of before making the trip back to VA. Purchased the car on December 10th, 2022 and its been solid through all of my driving habits. Very satisfied with my purchase. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a low key honest dealer. Found the perfect car at the perfect price at Autoleader! All cars advertised have a detailed Carfax report, which showed a detailed history of all maintenance, recalls, etc and the date the work was completed. I worked with David who made the process super easy, everything was handled virtually. David used FaceTime to provided a very detailed (almost 4D) viewing, pointing out everything on the car, explaining all features etc. I could immediately tell David was a trustworthy salesman. He emailed the paperwork, I mailed it back and David had the car delivered in less than 48 hours for 1/4 of my expected cost! Same car on Carvana would have cost $5000 more!

I came from halfway across the county to purchase a truck I found online. It was exactly as advertised and the even sent me pictures of the dents and scratches. Everything was disclosed upfront so there were no surprises when I came to purchase it. The full tank of gas was a great bonus. I was in a huge storm on the 1800 mile drive home and the new wipers worked great and I think there may have been rainx on the windshield. If your thinking about buying a car from them, don't hesitate, you'll get a great ride.!

We had no intention of buying the car today (5/2/22). The plan was to play it cool, take our time, and talk about things. Then we walked into Autoleader and met David. This isn't a pressure situation. It was a "they had what I was looking for at the right price" situation. From start to finish, the process was under two hours. Great experience today buying a vehicle. We did not experience any hard sell tactics. From the time we walked in they were hospitable. They were efficient in processing paperwork. Additional fees were comparable or less than other dealers. Absent any latent defects, this five star review will remain. I have been to many used car dealers recently who tried to push me into financing with them. That was not the case here where it seemed any method of payment would result in the same price. They offered a modest discount but in my experience that is all one can expect in a the current market.

Their cars are reasonably priced and for someone like me operating on a budget that was great! These guys don't overwhelm you as is customary in most dealerships and they appear very transparent in their dealings. I am not sure they gave me the discounts I requested but I forgive them because their customer service was worth it. I purchased a used Mazda cx5 through Autoleader 3 days ago, and couldn't be more pleased. The guys were quick to respond to my inquiry, and when they didn't know the information already, were happy to get the information for me. The car was extremely clean and well maintained. The sale process was easy and very efficient. My only recommendation would be to negotiate with the landlord for a curb cut onto the side road next to their business, which would make test drives a lot easier. Reisterstown Road traffic can be difficult to maneuver especially in a car unfamiliar to you. I definitely recommend Autoleader.

I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda6 from Autoleader sight unseen. I couldn't find any 6 speed manual Mazdas that fit my budget range in my area so these guys were the closest chance I had despite being 500 miles away. I had also inquired on a handful of GTIs and mazda3s from other dealers similar distances away. Almost all of the other dealers took a day or two to respond to my inquiry, most of them tried to shift me to a different car before I could even speak, and none of them ended up with my business. Jeremy from Autoleader however, called me up minutes after my inquiry on the Mazda6 and let me know that the car was still available and they were willing to show me anything I wanted over facetime. He assured me there weren't any hidden mechanical issues and that the car was clean. Honestly, despite their efforts I ended up skipping the facetime which left me vulnerable to buyers remorse but I knew I wanted the car if everything checked out. David (the manager) made the finance process smooth, he didn't beat me up over backend add-ons and I hope we came to a mutually beneficial deal. David allowed me a no pressure environment to review the contract details, which I especially appreciated, and I ended up signing electronically just a few days after my inquiry. After working through some obstacles due to differing registration and insurance laws between our states, I was ready to take delivery. Mind you, I still have never even seen or test driven this car so naturally I was a little anxious about this decision. When delivery day finally came, I had tempered my expectations to prepare myself for the usual dings, dents, and scratches on a 7 year old car. Boy was I wrong, the car is absolutely mint and I have been having a blast driving it. I sat outside and stared at the car for 2 hours the first day I had it simply in awe that I could hardly find a single blemish in the paint. Now, that's not to say I would have been upset if I did, after all the car is called "used" for a reason, but this vehicle was truly a pleasant surprise and I can't help but feel like Autoleader helped me find a hidden gem that I will enjoy for years to come. Despite their distance away, if any of my friends or family is looking for a unique car or can't find one in our area I will definitely recommend them to check out Autoleader's inventory and work with Jeremy and David. Who knows, if they have a manual Golf R 5 years from now then I will likely be a repeat customer! Thanks again guys!

I found the car online and we flew in all the way from Florida, went straight to the dealership. Very straight and easy to work with, no haggle internet pricing. I got all the numbers in text communication before coming to look at the car. Used car is guaranteed for 30 days, beside title, tax, and tag, the dealer charge was $495. They detailed the car in and out, touch up any blemishes so the 8 year old car I bought rolled out of the lot like new.

Great car thus far.....deal was fair and appreciated that they were willing to listen to offers....paperwork was fast and car ready for pickup at exact time which was great. If you know what you want and can provide legit comparable cars they will likely work on a price that will work. Took one star off only for because of location.....it’s a really small lot and parking I stumbled upon in the back....also test drive is somewhat challenged by geographic location.

This dealership is AWESOME. I walked in to super nice people and said I wanted to buy a car, with nothing specific in mind. Dave spoke with me for a bit and said let's start with a Camry, it was a hybrid model with 13K on it and it was perfect and so was the price. They offered me a fair price on my trade-in and everything was said and done. From walking in to driving out was about an hour and a half on a Saturday. Dave even bought me a cherry Italian ice. Great experience here. I unexpectedly had to find a replacement vehicle in a short time. I came into Autoleader with a clear view of the car I wanted and Dave and Mark made it very easy to see and test drive. While they of course advertised the highlights of my future car, they were never pushy or impatient. I was quite impressed with the business and want to share a few anecdotes about what I saw. 1.Many of their cars seem to be decent, recent models bought at auction, relatively new vehicles just off a 3 year lease, etc. They state explicitly that they don't deal in lemons, salvaged vehicles, or vehicles with other questionable history. What I saw backs this up. 2. They are up front about the cars and don't react poorly if you have questions or concerns. I questioned about some sound coming from the breaks during my test drive, which they assured me was just due to the car having been sitting on the lot for a while and would go away after an hour or two of driving. They were correct, but to assure me, they wrote into the sale that if it did turn into a problem, they would fix it free of charge. 3. They care about efficiency and customer service. My car needed a new wiper blade before I left and the parts supplier brought the wrong model of blade. Clearly this was not Autoleader's fault, but they still apologized and worked to minimize whatever wait time happened. I only mention this as it's evidence that they care about the customer experience. My car is still pretty new to me, but so far so good. I'd recommend this place to my friends in the area or anyone looking for a used car at a good price.

This was the best car buying experiences in my life. I was drawn to this dealership because they had a rare Volvo in their inventory; which they held for me for three days. When I bought the car I noticed that every car on their lot was nice. After driving the week I noticed several issues with the car, being that it was used. Buying a car from David and his team at Autoleader was absolutely painless, and actually a pleasant experience. This certainly was not what I expected from a used car buying experience. This was, by far, the easiest car purchase I've ever made. It was completely void of pressure, silly sales tactics, and sleaze in any form. I actually left feeling that I got a good deal from an honest dealership. Absolutely refreshing. Thank you! I found the car I wanted online and was ready to purchase. I called ahead to confirm that it was still available and let them know the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, and they had it cleaned up and ready to go when I arrived. The vehicle was exactly as pictured online, and was sitting and waiting for me right out front when I arrived. (As a side note, David did tell me that the inventory updates pretty efficiently on their own website, but that CarsGurus would take longer for the updates to be reflected. As a computer geek, that makes perfect sense! ) The vehicle I purchased was exactly what I was looking for, with an uncommon combination of V6 and specific trim package. Just happy to have found the precise car I was looking for was fantastic, without needing to drive an hour and a half (the next closest one I found), but to find that it was rated by CarsGurus as Good Deal, priced $992 below Market Value made it a no brainer. I had done my homework and I knew that the car was priced very competitively already, so I felt no need to haggle over the price. Additionally, it was refreshing to not be surprised by a bunch of "fees." The total was the price of the car, Maryland sales tax, registration and title fees, and a $299 doc processing fee (which is within Maryland limits). They don't add in any other bogus fees as many dealerships do. They made the purchase of selecting the car absolutely painless, so imagine my surprise when David made the financials portion just as effortless. He graciously checked on financing rates for me as I requested, and then was perfectly cool and offered no pressure when I elected to just write out a check and pay for the car. David offered me the extended warranty, but did so in an informational way, completely void of any pressure whatsoever. He couldn't have been any more pleasant to work with. About the dealership -- its no frills approach was exactly what I was looking for. It's bright, clean and efficient. There are a handful of desks, a couple of empty chairs, and a small office for financing, but it is certainly lacking all of the glam and glitz of many big dealerships. That's great, since the environment is bright and pleasant to conduct business, but I didn't feel like I was paying a premium for a fancy showroom. If you're looking for a fancy showroom where you'll be spending hours and hours, this isn't your place. The dealership truly reflects the way this business is run - it's about selling cars in an efficient manner. There were people there the entire time I was there (which wasn't much more than an hour), but it was evident that their business model does not involve moving customers from sales person to sales person and sitting in chairs while salesmen "consult with their manager". It's just not like that at Autoleader. Everyone was pleasant, the atmosphere was lighthearted. We joked with the gentlemen who worked there, and even with other customers who were purchasing a car. At Autoleader, they sell you a car and let you get on your way. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I just purchased a 2011 Lexus RX450h a week and a half ago from Autoleader. It was a very pleasant experience. I had a few bad experiences at a couple of larger car dealerships who acted like they did not need my business. However, David Engleman and the Owner of Autoleader treated me like a valued customer. They worked out a deal with me over the phone because I was located in Pennsylvania. David emailed me the final quote. Additionally, someone else was interested in buying the car. David promised to hold the car for me until I arrived the next day. When I got there to test drive the vehicle, it was cleaned and ready to drive. I did a lot of research when I was looking for my car, and right off the bat, Autoleader had some of the most competitive prices in the state for the quality of the car offered (including free CARFAX reports). I appreciated that they didn't surprise me with an exorbitant car-reconditioning fee like other dealers I visited when I wanted the out-the-door price. Yet, they take it upon themselves to perform thorough maintenance and inspection on their vehicles when they first receive them, mine included. When I visited, I spent the most time with Dave and Rafael. They were knowledgable as I went through a list of concerns I had about their vehicle, and were most importantly transparent about the car and pricing they offered me. If you're not ready to buy, they even allow you to make a deposit for a 2-day hold on the car you're interested in, since their best deals can be snatched up in a matter of hours after your visit. In the end, I drove out knowing I had a great deal, and a positive experience leading up to it.

While car buying is about the car (which I love) the down to earth staff at Autoleader made the car buying experience a breeze. The owner, Andre, went on the test drive with me and was very knowledgeable about the unusually rare car I ended up buying, 2014 Honda Accord plug-in hybrid. Despite this car being limited release (only in 2014 and only in 3 major US cities) Autoleader had 2 of these in their inventory. The only two within a 100 mile radius. To me this suggests Autoleader actively seeks the best used cars because they care to sell quality used vehicles at a reasonable price. We went back for a second test drive and got another genuinely nice human being who was less knowledgeable but willing to dig in the manual to find answers while my husband drove the car. We were sold on the car at that point and happy to give business to this group. We purchased that day. The finance guy worked quickly to shop the rates to get us a good deal and was an honest and effective communicator. My last interaction at Autoleader was icing on the cake. I was picking up the tags when I saw the owner, Andre, who upon seeing me immediately asked what kind of electric range I was getting (which meant he remembered me and the car I bought- I parked out back so they didn’t see me coming). This was about a month later so I found that to be a nice touch. When I told him the passenger side window wasn’t going down reliably from driver side controls he without hesitation turned to the tech and told him to bring the car around and within 20 mins it was fixed. Super chill and efficient car buying experience. Definitely recommend Autoleader to find your gem of a used car.

Auto Leader provided me with such a laid back, no pressure service. I test drive a vehicle and looked seriously at another. The car I test drove had a funny noise when braking and was looked at and addressed immediately when we returned to the dealership. They were excellent on everything! They sent us additional photos of the car and were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Since we couldn't go there right away we did pay deposit for them to hold the car for two days for us. They sent us pictures of the receipts and were very professional. We drove down on a Saturday got there when they opened, took the car for a test drive, spoke with the salesman agreed that it was the car that we wanted and it was the fastest car purchasing experience we have ever had. We did have our preapproval check with us so the financing was already done but the paperwork was very quick. I would highly recommend Autoleader. And we're looking for another car in the future even though they are over three hours away we will definitely look at their inventory and reach out to them before purchasing a car somewhere else

I nearly settled on buying a Chocalate Brown 2011 Santa Fe at the dealership a block or so away in good condition. However, when I went home to research prices on this used vehicle, I found that I could get a nearly identical vehicle for $1500 at Autoleader, and that their price was at the far left end of AAA's bell curve in terms of being a best value. When I arrived at the lot, I found a nearly identical vehicle in nearly immaculate condition, and was priced by KBB for a dealership sale for such a vehicle in good condition.
