Jared Davis was a great associate to work with! He was helpful and not pushy Edited to add: The check engine light turned on the morning after I bought the car. They brushed over several fees including $1000 for a protective coating which I would not have purchased if it wasn’t treated as a required purchase. The spare key does not turn the ignition… perhaps I was given an incorrect spare key. Edited again: It’s been 2 weeks since I bought my car and Blair the GM has resolved the above issues. The check engine light was diagnosed and I need a new part. It was ordered and will be installed at no cost to me. They also re-cut a spare key for me. I’m still irritated I bought the coating but that’s on me.

first time visiting here and had an overall pleasant experience. took a car in for a checkup and all was performed satisfactorily. Richard kept me informed at all times of what was happening to my car. he even called to let me know that they hadn't been able to start the work the day I dropped it off but would begin first thing in the morning. he then called after evaluating the car to let me know about pricing and parts he would have to order and how long he expected that to take. after they fix the car and called to tell me it was ready Richard had informed me that he had been able to get the price reduced from the original quote he had given me. so not only was my car fixed in the timeline that he had given me but the price was even better than I had thought it was going to be. highly recommend. courteous, professional and communative.

Richard is an amazing customer service person. I walked in on 9/9/22 for a 3:30p appointment that he was not aware of. I told Richard I made the appointment online the day before. He looked confused and explained that they were booked and I should not have been able to book that appointment. He smiled and told me not to worry, I would be taken care of. I was able to get and immediate appointment to get my car looked at. When my technician told us what my car needed I was offered both Factory OEM parts and aftermarket parts to be my choice. I love having choices also I was able to wait while my car was getting looked at in service some of the parts had to be picked up but it was relatively fast and pleasant. They also work on all makes and model vehicles which is good for my other vehicles . I highly recommend and it's working Mitsubishi to everyone! MTW

Please know and understand that i am somebody who knows a lot about cars and has worked in the car business. I know what it is like to be the customer as well as be in the shoes of the salesperson. Last year I brought a Nissan Sentra from Antwerpen was very happy with it, but this year the transmission went up on it. I went back to Antwerpen in April of this year to see I can trade this car (Nissan). When I came in the first day Autumn took her time and listen to me about what happen to my car and she said to me I got you don't worry. Autumn said she has the right car for me, it's a 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage and it has plenty of warranties also Autumn remember that I'm on a budget and was will to work with me on that. Autumn went to Calvin (Sales Manager). Calvin put work in to get me a price for my trade in and he made sure I did not go over my budget. I do appreciate his effect to help me. After all that work I was approved for a loan for the new and they give me a nice price for my trade in. Then the financial bank decided to change the interest rate that mean my monthly payment went up over my budget. Since that happen Calvin and Ms Brenda took a couple of days to find a good financial bank that would help and they did. They find a financial bank that gave me a good interest rate and kept my monthly payment in my budget. I would like to give a very big Thank you to Autumn, Calvin and Ms Brenda for helping me get this car. If you what a dealership that understands your needs come to Antwerpen.

About two weeks ago, I had the best experience at Antwerpen Auto World. My used car unexpectedly went up and I had to choose between getting it fixed or buying something new. Of course my husband said go ahead and get something better to eliminate the stress. I'm happy with the purchase of my Maxima. The entire team was very polite and helpful. From the ladies who answered the phones when I called a million times, to the people who detailed the cars that my husband and I ended up leaving with. Kenny was our sales person and he was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. In the past I've experienced pushy sales people. Not Kenny or the team who worked with him. My husband and I told him what we were comfortable with and the finance team and Kenny made sure that we both got super low interest rates and drove off in not one, but two gorgeous cars that are now parked in front of our brand new home. Due to the professional attitude of that entire team and Kenny. My husband and I will only be purchasing vehicles from Antwerpen. This team deserves a huge shout out! First impressions the dealership does look a little sketchy it used to be a old Chevrolet dealer & still has the sign my initial thoughts were it looks like a pop up shop someone just threw together. Overall the staff is relatively young (younger than 25) which my mother who was with me was skeptical about & when we walked in most if not all of the salesman were just sitting around on their phones or watching TV, I kind of wanted to leave but it was the 3rd dealership I had been to that day & they had a better price on a new car than the other two places. My salesman was Tavon Pittman he was young, had only been at the location 1 month & only been a salesman altogether less than a year so I wasn't too confident in him. He let me test drive immediately after a few hours I was approved & drove off with my 2012 altima I've only had it a week but no problems so far ..the staff was friendly for the most part but first impressions are everything I suggest they remodel make it look like a place people would want to spend money
