We just purchased a 2022 Nissan Kicks from Mike Rezi Nissan and we received the best care you could possible ask for. The pricing was straight forward and the selection was the best around by far. Ask for Sal when you go!! We have purchased a lot of cars over the years and he as been the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. Not pushy but very informed about the vehicle as he walked us through all the features. They really know about the vehicles they are selling. Great experience!

I just wanted to say, working with Mike Rezi Nissan is about the most stress-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchased my second vehicle from them earlier this week. I had previously purchased a ‘21 Frontier in August. I had a wonderful experience working with Cory McLaughlin for this purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. While at the dealership this week for routine service, I was investigating some customization options for my truck. There happened to be a ‘22 unit on the showroom floor that had the same customization options that I was looking into for my ‘21. Since the new truck had many of the upgrades I was investigating already installed, I reached out to Cory to see if trading in for the new truck was even a viable option. To my surprise, Cory and the sales team were able to work out the pricing, negotiate a fair offer on my trade, and provide some creative financing options to make the deal work. Both purchases were extremely seamless and pleasant. To Cory and the entire sales and finance team, YOU GUYS ROCK! P.S. I’ve found the service dept to be extremely pleasant to work with as well. I went to Mike Rezi Nissan specifically to look at a used Toyota Highlander I saw online. The dealership itself is very nice--large and clean with lots of friendly employees. I worked with Evan Boggs and had a very positive experience. Evan was very friendly and patient. You can tell he enjoys what he does and works hard to provide top-notch customer service. I'm not big on negotiating and "playing the game", but I felt like we were able to each give a little and meet in the middle. It's only been a few days, but I'm very happy with my car purchase and appreciative of the care I received from Evan.

Just purchased a new Nissan rogue at this location and it was a very pleasant experience. Usually I'm not a big fan of car buying (I'm sure all of us have some bad experience we d some day, but honestly the sales person I had here (Saleh A) made it so easy and pleasant. Most dealerships right now have few cars on the lot to choose from, but MRN has a nice selection of new Muranos, and they happened to have one that fit the bill perfectly! This is my 3rd car with Hicks and I also referred my mother. He’s always ready to work with you in any situation. His coworkers are always available to help or check on you when waiting. I couldn’t pick up my car that day so Hicks had it washed and waiting for me the next day. They ran my transunion report instead of equifax. I told them equifax was frozen and I paid with a credit union check. If they remove the inquiry it would be 5 stars. So now that I have to work to remove it is a downer. I had the the best experience at Mike Rezi Nissan with Saleh. When I came in to purchase the Rogue in white and by the time I arrived at the dealership it was sold. Saleh felt so bad for me, he did everything in his power to ensure I wouldn't leave the dealership unhappy. After speaking to Saleh, I expressed that I was only settling for the white rogue because the trim level I wanted wasn't avaliable in scarlet Amber(red). Saleh was able to get the Rogue I wanted from another dealership in FL, and even suggested delivering it to my home if I put a deposit down. After, we agreed about the deposit, Saleh stayed in contact with me and even updated me every step of the way on the status of my vehicle. To my surprise, the vehicle came a day earlier than expected, so I offered to pickup the vehicle because I was off work. Through the process, Saleh was very patient, honest, and always reliable whenever I needed him. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and especially having Saleh as a sales representative is a plus.

This is one of the best service departments at a dealership I've ever been to. My service advisor, Danon, was amazing. I'd complained about issues with my car to the original dealership I bought it from and they dismissed them. Times where the radio went haywire and volume would go full blast and radio turn back on when turned off, grinding noises when making slow, tight turns, etc. Finally the issues got bad enough and I was at 400 miles until warranty ran out, I called Mike Rezi Nissan and made an appointment. Within 15 minutes they easily figured out I needed a firmware update on my radio/dashboard system and new wheel bearings, both covered under my warranty. Once checked in, all updates came via text. You could communicate back via text. Got a text with a link of diagnostic results and recommended services. Was able to accept and decline services by phone and submit. the got a text the services would be started. Car has been great ever since. I would definitely recommend them for any services needed.

I scheduled my oil change for 10/29 on October 26. The day off, After waiting 4 hours I returned to the dealership and after approximately 30 more minutes I was as advised that oil was not on hand and it had to be picked up from another dealership. Additionally, the technician driving my truck ran the driver side mirror into the lift causing the blinker cover to crack. My advisor did indicate that the part would be replace free of charge and that someone would reach out on Monday. I had to reach out myself on Wednesday and as of 1PM on Wednesday I still have to indication of when the part will arrive or it will be replaced. Things happen, but planning and communication is key.

This might have been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. We actually had a few deals lined up down in Florida where had planned to go on vacation and Kevin reached out to me and told me he would see what he could do. Got a response that he could beat the deal I had worked up. I never stepped foot in this dealership and we worked a deal completely through text and email. You usually have to fight tooth and nail to get a decent deal but I had the complete opposite experience. I got my car serviced by Danon Henton the last three or four times. Great customer service. He kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done. My front brakes were in good condition but I expressed to him that it’s still squeaking. He suggested I go with the OEM brakes instead of the off-brand that was used. I trusted him and now my brakes don’t squeak anymore. That alone showed me how important it is to use genuine OEM parts. It may cost you an arm and leg but it will save you later down the road. He also helped me with my front driver-side window. It was squeaking every time moisture was on it and when it rained. It was driving me nuts. Danon helped me with the headaches my car gave me. We had the best experience buying our Nissan Frontier from Mike Rezi Nissan Atlanta. CM Patel was our salesman and he was both patient and thorough - we didn't feel rushed, and we felt fully informed all along the way. We had been to numerous truck dealerships this week and driven a RAM, a Ford, a Nissan at another dealership, and a number of Chevrolet trucks. We can't complain about the other trucks - choosing a good one is tough and most are really well made - but our experience at the different dealerships and with the smattering of salespersons was all over the place. Most of the dealerships were fine - but by contrast, Mike Rezi and CM in particular was very professional and kind, while being honest and up front with us. The dealership is clean and sanitized. The salesman was waiting for us when we drove up - and we felt like he was not there to waste our time or have us sit for hours while he consulted in the back with "the man behind the curtain" (something that happened repeatedly at the other dealerships we had visited). We came in with our own financing, which was a good rate, but Nissan was able to offer us 0% financing (which we ended up taking), that allowed us to get a little more truck for our dollar, while arriving at a bottom line cost that was almost the same as our own financing. CM Patel helped us compare the cost of our financing vs the Nissan financing, and he was able to give us more money off because we were going with the Nissan financing. CM as a sales man was not pushy at all - honestly, by the end of the night, he had offered to buy us dinner, and we felt like we had gained a friend and were working with more of an uncle than a salesman in the whole experience. We were near the number we wanted and CM was able to give a little more by way of a $100 more on our trade in - which was a 2004 Odyssey minivan with high mileage and in very used condition (We had hoped to get $500 for it and they ended up giving us $600 for it). We felt like the price we paid was very fair and the experience with the folks at Mike Rezi was honest and up front. Part of the experience that Nissan provides includes a tour of the dealership so we will know where to come for service, what that will look like, and where things like bathrooms and coffee are at. After we settled in with the truck we wanted, CM took us out and explained how everything worked, helped us connect our phones to the vehicle, explained the importance of features and parts (and how critical it is to keep track of things like the wheel lock and how to change the battery level in the key fob). We can't say enough good about Mike Rezi and CM Patel. Please buy a vehicle here, if you are looking at a Nissan. You will experience clear information, honesty, a desire to help you what you want at a fair price, and customer service that can't be beat.

Update: I took my vehicle in for the first scheduled service on 11/12/22. Everything went great until Monday morning. The temps dropped so I added air to the tires and discovered that the dealership had taken my personalized aluminum valve stem caps and replaced them with standard cheap plastic caps. These were Nissan logo, so apparently someone else liked them. I called and left a message to that effect but did not receive a response. They are not super expensive, but I can't trust a place that allows this to happen and doesn't care. Warning: if they will steal $15 valve stem caps, what else are they stealing? Dropped from 5 to 3 stars for employing thieves and not being concerned with customer complaints. One week with no response. Original: Very big improvement over the former Nalley that occupied this spot, once upon a time in Doraville. Shelby Krup, my sales representative, was awesome. She really listened to what I had to say about what I wanted and what I didn't want in my vehicle. She was very transparent in our dealings and that was really a big factor in me having the best car buying experience possible. There was not any trying to convince me of anything. She knew exactly the right vehicle to show me, which saved a lot of time. Shelby Krug is the one for anyone looking for a smart sales rep, knowledgeable of the product line, honest and all around easy to deal with. The whole experience was actually pretty fast compared to past experiences. Finance was like a machine. Honestly, everyone was great. I highly recommend Mike Rezi Nissan and Shelby Krug. I have taken my Rogue and Leaf here for years, and I wonder why. I don’t think I’ve had a service go as planned without some sort of problem. On one occasion, I set an appointment for a recall service. After I checked in the vehicle, they told me they didn’t have the part in stock for the service. Really?! What a waste of my time. Services regularly take longer than the advisor says it would after checkin. On my most recent visit I had tires rotated. I asked if the tire pressure was checked upon being notified the car was ready (15 minutes later than the “worst case time”). The advisor said yes, the pressure was high and we set it to 35 psi. I said I thought the correct pressure is 41 psi. The advisor proceeded to tell me where the recommended pressure was listed on the vehicle (which I know) and how no Rogues have a tire pressure of 41. I figured I misremembered or misread the sticker on the door frame. But, when we checked it upon delivery, it was 41. So, then it took another 10 minutes to get the pressures right and I was late for my next appointment. So, now I wonder if what the advisor told me about my CVT fluid is right if he can’t even tell me accurate info about tire pressure. I think it’s time I stop going to the dealer for service because I think it is the best quality. It’s obviously not and it’s a waste of my time and money. I gave 2 stars since the advisors have always been courteous and easy to deal with. I also got one service comped since it took so long just to get an oil change and tire rotation. 12/19/2022 Update. I had recall work to do, so since it would be free, I took it to Mike Rezi, the nearest Nissan dealer. The service advisor, Damon Henton, was very good. The brake booster replacement was done in the time stated. I had a nice shuttle ride home since the work was to take over 4 hours. The only issues—the shuttle took a long time to get me after the vehicle was ready and the tire pressure was not adjusted to the recommended level as I requested. An improvement over prior service.

Overall I had a positive experience. I will say I wish it had been communicated to me that attempting to repair the road guard may result in breaking some of the rusted bolts and potentially needing to spend an additional 4K to even get the road guard back on. I may have made a different decision. However, I'm glad that the staff was flexible and creative enough to figure out a way to get the road guard back on without needing to spend the extra money. I do like the text message service that is offered. It allowed me to communicate rapidly with the service advisor, get pictures, quotes, etc. I also appreciated Nissan letting me come into the garage to inspect my vehicle

I was in contact with a half dozen Nissan dealerships around metro Atlanta about the 2022 Nissan Frontier, and made clear to them that they would be the ones to determine which dealership would be the one selling me the Frontier. Ultimately, Mike Rezi offered me the most reasonable deal, which was quite a challenge given this time of chip shortages (late Summer '21). I had the pleasure of working with Cole Sandager throughout the process. Cole was insistent on working with me even when I pushed him hard on some numbers I didn't like. We were able to arrive on a number that worked for everyone and the financing process afterwards was a breeze. From my experience, this is not a dealership that attempts to profit off add-ons, trade-in gauging, up-sells, etc. It's clear that their success model is focused instead on building long-term relationships with their customers. I am looking forward to working with Mike Rezi Nissan for the lifetime of my vehicle and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone interested in a Nissan purchase.

My service advisor (Juan) was very attentive to my requests and very courteous. The waiting area was spacious and clean!!! Also, not fond of your transaction counter and lineup procedure… There is no line-of-sight to the people behind the counter and you have to walk to the side to converse with the service team and sign documents on a sliver of counter space. There are two areas for waiting along the windows; one long counter, one short one but there is no way of knowing if the service team knows you’re there, as there is no eye contact capable, due to the row of monitors that block your view. To improve customer care, please consider reconfiguring. Thank you!

I had been looking for a Leaf for a while, but had been disappointed to see how difficult they were to find. On a couple of occasions, I would find one at a dealership, but and various points within the conversation would find that the advertised price was not reflective of the insane market adjustments dealerships are adding. Fully expecting a similar result, I found it a refreshing surprise that Cory, my sales rep, was willing to negotiate the full deal over the phone. I had already test driven a similar model at a different dealer, so that wasn't a requirement for me at this phase. He knew my requirements, and that I was flexible in payments, so came back to me with a deal that instantly worked for me. It was near the end of the day, and I needed a couple of days to pick it up, but Cory secured the vehicle for me with a deposit, and had all of the paperwork ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. I have purchased 3 vehicles over the past 2 years, and this by far was the most painless process of the 3. Dealership was clean, open, and had access to a couple of convenient shopping areas (for anyone that may accompany you in your buying journey). Highly recommend both the dealership, and if you have the opportunity, ask for Cory He will take care of you.

I started looking for a car back in March through True Car and got paired with Shelby and of course quite a few other dealerships. Out of all the text from dealers I got she was the only one to take the time to get to know what I was looking for and why. After about a week I ended up putting a hold on car buying due to prices and she did not try to talk me out of it and convince me to come in, she expected my boundaries and wishes. Fast forward to end of May and I’m ready to buy a car and Shelby was the first person I reached out to. I let her know what I was looking for changed and she said no problem! When I got to the dealership she had the car I was interested in right out front ready for a test drive. She was nothing like you think of when you hear “car salesman”. Shelby was up front about everything from how the incentives don’t work with 0% APR and also about the different car models/trims. I really wanted one feature that was in a higher priced vehicle that she knew was out of the price range I was looking for and she said flat out she wouldn’t show me because it was more than I wanted to spend. These should be the norm but we all know that’s not true. Shopping for a car with Shelby was fast, easy and enjoyable. The dealership itself was cool too and the financing part (the worst part) was just as easy. My car was missing the floor mats but they are making it up by giving me all weather floor mats tomorrow once the service department is open! Oh yeah and I got my first bow on a Car! Lol
