I started researching the new 2022 Honda Civic Si after it was announced in the fall of 2021. I started calling local dealers to see what I could expect to find as far as availability. After a few different options I luckily stumbled upon Vernon Young at Ed Voyles (Oct 2021). He was extremely professional and personable. I'm a car guy so I had already completed most of my research on pricing, accessories etc.
Once I settled on the vehicle, Vernon came up with action plan for me to get the car that I wanted at a fair and reasonable price.
He was more that willing to work with me over the phone, via emails and text messages, and happily addressed any questions or concerns that came up along the way. I can not stress how refreshing it was working with someone who set expectations, while being completely transparent and honest with pricing! Due to the pandemic / chip shortage I knew there would be delays for the delivery for my vehicle. Vernon kept me informed and up to date for almost 2 and half months right up until delivery.
Steven Goins the finance manager took the time to come greet me and make sure all of my needs were being met. I picked up the keys on (12/23/2021) and he helped me through the final buying process.
Unfortunately due to the pandemic the extra accessories for my car were backordered. Once again Vernon stepped up to the plate and kept me informed of expected delivery times.
Once the parts arrived I received notification from Vernon that service Advisor Carmen Coleman would be reaching out to me to schedule my service. She arranged for me to have everything installed on (1/31/22)
I dropped the car off and picked it up later in the afternoon.
Upon retrieval of my vehicle Joey Brown (I think he is the Parts Manager) came out to make sure everything was satisfactory and personally thanked me for my patience in working with them.
As long as this entire process was, everyone that I interacted with was personable, helpful and extremely friendly.
Outstanding service across the board and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new Honda to come to Ed Voyles.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Had my timing belt changed, trans fluid flushed, rotors shaved, and got new brake pads and fluid. The price was better than a local shop by me. Shannon helped me, and I highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable and also very responsive. I will be coming back!

I am delighted with the service I received from the Ed Voyles Honda team! My husband and I purchased our Honda at another dealership, but that service department kept ignoring our requests to fix a factory defect. Jody Voyles was very helpful on the phone and scheduled an appointment to fix the issue right away. Katie Mair at the Service desk was very professional and helpful, and even made sure I had a ride back to the office. Marvin is a great service advisor and very attentive. I prefer not to interact with any other advisor if I can help it. The time it took to get my oil change is long but normal so I satisfied that they are consistent. The only thing that I was dissatisfied about is the price hike for the oil change since my last one. I understand why the prices have increased but I would have appreciated a heads up via email or posted notification.

I bought my car from another dealership and there were some major maintenance issues that I did not trust them to fix. I took my car to Honda and my service advisor was Gregory. I have never dealt with a service advisor that was so caring and patience and communicates so well. Mr. Gregory called me everyday and gave me very detailed updates. He worked with my warranty company on covering the cost of the repairs. Although the repairs took some time, he thanked me for my patience but I was more thankful to have a service advisor that cared! He communicated his days off and told me who I could reach for updates on my vehicle. The experience with my new car started off very rough and Mr. Gregory made it better. He truly deserves employee of the year. You just don’t run across people like him very often. Thank you Ed Voyles Honda and thank you Mr. Gregory!

I was in a car accident and my 2018 Accord was totaled. Obviously this is not an ideal time to buy a car, but had to do it. I went to Ed Voyles Honda a few days after my accident, still woozy and sore. The sales team, Calvin was my salesmen and Steven the lead sales manager, were very helpful and understanding. They let me put down a small deposit on a new Accord and were willing to work with my uncertainty related to the accident and my injuries. In a time of empty car lots and supply chain nightmares, my new car arrived in one week. They gave me a price I checked against two other dealers that was more than fair (even if it's all too expensive in the current market). They let me come back and negotiate financing once I was fully recovered. The financing was stress free and presented in a transparent, easy to understand way. I am overall very satisfied with my experience and would recommend anyone looking for a Honda in the Metro Atlanta area to consider Ed Voyles.

I previously had a bad experience at a different Honda dealership and was no longer going to bring my car to a Honda dealership, but Ed Voyles Honda exceeded my expectations. I was able to make an appointment online for next day service and Todd M. helped me from the time I pulled up until the time I drove away. He was honest and transparent about what I needed and we were in agreement with the plan/cost before work was started. I was able to sit in the quiet room and work without any distractions until my car was ready. I had a great experience getting my car serviced here. Katie took care of me and answered all of my questions. The waiting area and bathroom were very clean. I appreciated that. I was originally told my wait would be 1-2 hours, but I was in and out in under an hour! I got an oil change and full inspection for about $139, which is pricey but since I recently purchased my car, I wanted it to be fully inspected. I will be back, but will get the basic oil change going forward.

Katie Mair, my Express Advisor, was very friendly, and got my vehicle in and out of the service in about 1/2 the time (30 minutes versus 60!) promised - I was really pleasantly surprised! I will definitely come back for my future services with Ed Voyles. My only wish is that they offered coupons to promote dealership loyalty, since as customers we have many vendors where we can choose to go. :-)

Great service! I brought a potential car (Honda Civic), to have a diagnostic test done and Todd took great care of me. He told me everything I needed to know and the cost if I decided to keep the car. Needed to get my 2016 Honda checked out. Dash alerts needed calibration. I was able to make an appointment online, with the soonest appointment less than a week out. When I arrived, Katie Mair attended me. She was polite and direct. She pointed out some repairs that I could make to the car, and others which could be left for a while. Overall, I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into accepting a service. Rather, I felt Katie was suggesting things she would do for her own car. The repairs were made in a few hours and I could have picked up the car the same day (decided to go back the next day). The only downside for me is the location. However, getting to the Battery in Marietta is never fun, so the weight of that factor was close to negligible. Highly recommend the business and Katie’s services.

Leo was Fabulous, he made the process easy and actually listened to me about what I wanted and where I needed my payments to be. During the wait time , he was like a good host, asking if I wanted anything to drink or a snack. He took time to go over all the many features and was very patient. Ease of using the express service for routine oil changes. 14 pt inspection is also valuable to maintain the condition of the car. I do not use your service for some of the routine maintenance due to the high labor costs but I insist on using your service for Honda specific repairs. Lastly I appreciate the Veterans discount afforded me for my service.

Came for an air filter replacement and new brakes. It went very well. They always take good care of me and my vehicle here. I come in the early mornings and wait in the lounge. The lounge is always clean - there is a kid area and a coffee station. I will continue to bring my vehicle here as long as I am in the Atlanta area.

We purchased 2022 Passport on 10-15-22. We had problems with door locks and wireless charging. We also brought in title of trade in. Richard District Regional Manager came and took car to service and stayed with us until we had things addressed.
We shared with him that Joshua Tolliver had taken us to service manager on Saturday so we could have concerns from consumer reports addressed. We appreciated having the transparency and honesty of his staff.

This has been one of the most respectful and pleasant experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. Everyone is honest, not pushy and very helpful! I used to go to another Honda car dealership within the Metro Atlanta for car repairs and found some of their practices to be a slightly dishonest. It took longer than I would have liked, but after a few visits and the involvement of one of the owners, the issue was resolved. A faulty battery sure can cause a car to do many strange things, causing a great deal of anxiety for the driver - Will it start? Are the alarms and warning lights going to go off on the dashboard? Is the car going to pull and the mitigation system go awry while driving down the highway at 70 MPH? Thank you for finally realizing the battery was the problem and having it replaced.

I took my 2022 Honda Ridgeline in for the first maintenance at 5000 miles. The Service department received my vehicle, did the service, and sent me on my way after I paid the nice lady in the cashiers' window what was owed. They did everything you would expect from a Service department. The representatives were courteous, nice, and amicable. The service was complete in a reasonable period of time. This is now the third time I have been asked to comment on a service done to my vehicle at the 5000 mile service marker. Everyone did their job to the best of my knowledge. My oil was changed and my oil filter changed also. I can only assume they did a good job in that I haven't lost any oil since the service and I don't see any oil in my garage. I can only assume the Service department at Ed Voyles Honda really knows how to change the oil in Hondas. I think they may do it all the time. They really know how to change the oil. No kidding, really. But it must be a really big deal to change the oil in my car, because they keep asking me to comment on something that should be a fairly easy task. But, maybe it's not an easy task and that's why I've been asked three times to comment on the oil change I have just received from Ed Voyles Honda. I don't know how many times I have to tell them I am satisfied with their performance in changing my oil. I'n hoping this will be my last. Thank you.

Came in today for the first time for an oil change. The express service was easy to find. However, they could have made the cone with the sign telling you to pull forward a little larger and brighter. Very easy to miss the sign if you don’t pay attention. The check in process was fast and painless. The waiting time was average. I only needed an oil change but it took an hour to get it done. Perhaps ‘express’ wasn’t meant express. The staff was friendly but not as welcoming like at Lexus or Acura dealerships. Maybe it’s a Honda dealership so can’t ask for too much in that regard. Overall, it wasn’t too bad like some of the reviews they had about this dealership. I was a little worried I might end up with a bad experience. In the end I am satisfied with the experience here. Next time I’ll check them out when I’m looking for a new car.

They did the job in reasonable time but when I got the car back it had low air pressure on one tire. This wasn’t the case when i took it in. This only tells me there is a lack of attention to detail. It would’ve cost them CERO $$$ and 30 seconds to put air on that tire.

When I first pulled up to Ed Voyles Honda, I noticed right away how bright, cheerful, and immaculately clean the entire facility was, both inside and out. It is clear that each employee cares about their products & their space. I did not have an appointment, but was greeted right away. I came only to do a test drive but turned out I was ready for a new car.
Johnny was friendly, personable, helpful, and efficient. He was available for questions and ready with information, but gave me plenty of space to think, discuss with my friends & family, with absolutely no pressure.
When I decided I wanted to purchase the Fit Sport off the floor, Johnny advocated to help me get an excellent price. Ryan took over from there and was very patient & thorough, and again gave me plenty of space to think about & discuss my options for financing.

Mechanic Charlie did my last oil change & noticed some liquid residue on engine & hoses. He cleaned my engine & recommended I come back in a couple of weeks so they could check for any leaks ( not sure what caused the liquid on the engine). Dealership got my car in quickly & again, Charlie was fabulous! He advised a hose could eventually deteriorate so he ordered a replacement hose & the shop will call when the part is in. I originally bought my vehicle from Nalley Acura a little ways up the street and upon getting the carfax for vehicle saw that it had only been serviced at dealerships Acura/Honda prior to me being the owner so I wanted to keep that up. The very first time I scheduled service with Ed Voyles the beginning process of scheduling was so easy to do it took no time maybe 5 mins. Recently, I found out I had a blown head gasket my car and my contact at Ed Voyles Honda was wonderful Shannon Price is the only person I want to see when I come in there she helped so much and was so understanding of everything and worked with me I didn’t think because the part was on back order it would be here until maybe next year but Shannon made that happen in under a week. I will definitely be taking my car back to Ed Voyles Honda for service and for Shannon’s great treatment.

I also had my car detailed but wax was still on the mirror and the black trim not cleaned. Everything else was fantastic. I know they will correct this when I take it back. Everyone was super nice. The service was good. Gregory was great! However, I don’t see the reason for scheduling appointment times if you are not going to go by the times. I was there for over 4 hours. I didn’t expect it to take that long. I was told maybe 1 1/2 to 2 hours. After speaking with other customers in the waiting areas this is an ongoing practice of this location. I will attempt to use you all 1 more time because my Honda seems to be serviced well. Hopefully next time the timing will be better and a much shorter wait.

Carmen is an outstanding service representative; Great attitude and communication. There are some issues behind the scenes, however, with the service department. A relatively simple weather stripping issue required months to get the stripping in (probably due to supply issues caused by Covid), and then I had to return a second day to get the correct stripping installed. Ed Voyles has a nice waiting area and offers shuttle service. A lot of good things to recognize, but coordination issues need improvement.

I decided to walk over to one rep at their desk They greeted me and I felt welcomed. Carmen Coleman was awesome. Took care of me and my wife and addressed any concern I had about the recall and on top of that
I inquired about an oil change. She was like why wait 200 miles. Can get it done now. I processed it and decided to get it done. If the attitude was not right I wouldn't have done it. I had to return again because someone took my recall part. So she asked could I return tomorrow I said ok. She was sorry I have to come back again - even offered free oil change - I moving 📦 so that won't happen. My wife said she liked the way we were treated and would buy a car from them or tell others bought their service. Nice and clean last the service dept ( Brandon who worked on my car ) was helpful to point out show how to take spare tire off and where the recall the part would go. I appreciate that

Pretty satisfied with the service department. The waiting areas were fairly nice as well. There was a quiet room where I spent pretty much the whole day. I spent the whole day there because they didn't have a loaner available and I wanted to be close in case any other issues came up that I needed to attend to. The service rep and the technician were accommodating and got done with the work with a realistic time frame so that I had no liabilities going out the door. They also added up different scenarios in case I didn't do this or the other. Todd was of great help in explaining where and why recommendations were made. Even though there wasn't a loaner, Todd was also checking to see if my status had changed and if I needed to be somewhere. Sometimes you don't get that at all. Give them a shot and see what kind of service you get. This experience was a pretty good one.

For the longest time Evan was my service provider but I guess he's no longer at the location, so I was reassigned to Stephen. I dislike change but it was a pleasant experience. The waiting area was clean and equipped with necessary electronic outlets and table space. Access to computers & TV was available. I've been dealing with this Honda location since 2004. This is the first time I've ever encountered a vehicle that had the costs I incurred for a Honda vehicle in all my years of ownership. I'm wondering if the quality of the vehicle is in question!! I had an Odyssey 2007 and kept it 10 +years with close to 400thousand miles when I purchased the 2020 Pilot. Never had the high expense before putting 25,000 miles on it. IJS. I arrived extra early for my appointment because I was driving on a spare, and they took care of me right away instead of making me wait until my allotted time.
I think I waited in the indoor area for *maybe* an hour before my car was ready. Todd was the person who helped me and he was really, really nice and made sure I understood exactly what services were being preformed and how much they would cost. The lady who helped me check out when the service was completed was really nice and friendly, too.
The indoor waiting area is big, clean, and quiet. There’s coffee available and even outlets for people to charge their devices while they wait. It’s also conveniently located near a lot of restaurants, so you could walk to one nearby to get food if you’ll be waiting a while.
This is my first car that’s all my own, and I’m glad I had such a great experience with my first time needing maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back here for anything else my car needs!

He wasn’t pushy at all and he didn’t waste time with things that didn’t suit my needs. Oh my goodness Ed & service member David M were the biggest blessing. I was having trouble with my fuel injectors & needed assistance from American Honda. I couldn't get anyone to return my call at American Honda for over a month. I took my car to get service at another dealership 1st, after not so good service, I called & spoke with Ed himself. I explained to him what was going on & he forwarded all necessary documents to speed up the process. I got a call back from him the same day stating the paperwork had been sent over. Two days ago my wife and I visited your dealership to buy a red Odyssey Elite. Our sales person, Calvin Palm, was very nice, professional and courteous! He really wanted us as a customer! But the sales manager, Richard Wade was NOT courteous or professional! We asked our sales person to honor the discounts that two other dealerships had given us in writing. He came to speak to us but spoke down to us. He was so glad to let us know that due to low inventory that they are selling at full MSRP. The fees at this dealership were higher than the other two offers, so we then asked our sales person to ask for just a $500 discount off the high fees. Richard's answer was NO. Richard knew that we had a $30,000.00 cash down payment to give to the dealership that day and that we would go to a nearby Honda dealer that had the same exact Odyssey, but he did not care. We did go to the nearby Honda dealer and purchased the same exact red Odyssey Elite, except this one had side guards. Even better. We also purchased the Extended Warranty as we usually do. My wife buys a new vehicle every 5-6 years, so Richard's arrogance cost him a vehicle sale, the cash down payment, the purchase of the Extended Warranty and a repeat customer. We just feel bad for the great sales person. We would not have given even 3 stars but for the sales person.

Good service, but it took longer than usual, longer than what I thought would be a good time to just replace a battery. Also, this was a replacement for a 100-month battery that failed after only about 4 years. I thought it would be under warranty, or at least partially/prorated. They informed me this wasn't the case since this had already replaced another battery that was under warranty. In my experience, these batteries that Honda uses never last what they are advertised for.
