I highly recommend Audi of Atlanta and George K who was my sales consultant. More and more dealers are becoming difficult to deal with and are using shady practices when it comes to highly sought after vehicles, not at this dealer though. We shipped a car from there to PA. George is a straight shooter, we ordered an RS6 and 7 months later we had one built to our spec. The MSRP deal was what we agreed on, no surprises or games. Thank you Audi of Atlanta and George K. Josh was great to work with. He was incredibly responsive and spent time going through his inventory to find a vehicle that fit my needs after I found out the car I inquired about had just sold. I ended up buying one that hadn’t been listed for sale yet. I’m not local, so he FaceTimed a few times to show the condition of the gently used car. He rushed getting it cleaned up on Friday for me to drive down and pick up on Saturday. Trade-in value was very good, vehicle price was fair, especially in this market. Huge selection of pre-owned. These guys are the best! When I showed up to the dealership at 7:30 in the morning, my intention wasn't to buy a car. I just wanted to quickly test drive a car I was thinking of getting. When I called to ask about the particular vehicle, I was introduced to the sales manager Gerry, who recommended that I work with Brian Spaner. Usually I dread the dealership process, but Brian actually made it fun. This car I was looking at was unique in that he knew the previous owner. He assured me that the car was in good hands, went through the maintenance history very thoroughly, explained that it was a previous lease, and took me for a very fun test drive. That gave me the peace of mind that I wouldn't go wrong with purchasing the vehicle. I was swiftly brought to the finance department where I worked with the finance director Lee Andreica to create a great deal. Lee really went above and beyond to make sure that I had the very best deal he could get; I still can't believe the deal that I got! While all of this was happening, my new car was getting detailed because Brian wanted to be sure that I got the best dealership experience. He introduced me to everyone I would be in contact with while I owned the vehicle, including a service consultant Justin Jackson and giving me a tour of the parts department. All in all, this is probably the best dealership experience I have ever had. You can really tell that the team cares about their clients and wants to do everything they can to help them. Please, if you're considering an Audi or any car from their lot, work with them. You will not be disappointed.

I would give this dealership 10 stars if possible, as I had an outstanding experience buying my 2018 S3. Bernardo, my salesman, was extremely communicative. Before I could even get to the dealer, he sent plenty of pictures and videos so I knew exactly what I was getting into. He helped me reach a number that was very fair for the car and provided a stellar delivery service, complete with an Audi key box and very thorough demonstration of how everything worked in my car. In finance, Daniel Mac was fair, respectful, and got me in and out very quickly. Unfortunately, I did have to bring the car back, but the issue was resolved under their used car 500 mile warranty at no cost to me. In service, I had the pleasure of working with service advisor Jon Kaldes, who was in close communication with me every step of the way and provided a Lyft to get me back to the dealership and pick up my car. Overall, Bernardo, Daniel, and Jon were each an integral part of a first-class car buying experience. I look forward to coming back for my next Audi in the future.

I had been looking for a nice used vehicle for quite some time and was very hesitant in buying from a dealership out of state. I had previous experiences with other dealerships where they were not honest and made me feel like a “sale”. Early Pickett at Audi Atlanta was awesome. I recently took my Audi in for service there and Sharif Russell helped me get it in and get my car diagnosed in record time. The problem I had ended up being something very minor. When I got my car home, I noticed that the complimentary wash had created some swirl marks in my paint. I immediately messaged Sharif and he had me bring the car back in for a full detail on Audi Atlanta's dime, making my car look even better than when I brought it in. This is 5 star, stellar customer service. Even though I didn't spend a fortune, he treated me like a priority and I will DEFINITELY be back and give him a call any time I have a car issue in the future. Tiana Chichester was extremely professional, responsive and had impressive product knowledge. She marshaled the necessary internal resources to handle a short time fuse situation with a (very) demanding customer, and her customer service and focus on “earning” our business made the difference in our vehicle and dealership selection. In fact I chose to fly to Atlanta from NJ to consummate the transaction and take delivery, rather than buying from a local NY/NJ dealer that did not exhibit the same customer service sensibilities. The frustrating issue for me is their horrible phone system. My service agent told me he does not have a direct number because they "Audi" wants you to go through their system. After pushing numerous buttons, one has to type in the name of the agent to get connected. I have a tremor so it took me 5 times to get through as I kept hitting the wrong number and then had to start all over again. Then I had to listen to a tape tell me, "your agent is on the phone" and had to wait (briefly) again. I hope in the future to connect with a mechanic who is easier for me to reach (given my disability). There are plenty of people out there that face this same challenge as well as other issues that can affect their fine motor coordination (i.e. stroke, Parkinson's, neuropathy, etc.) so they may appreciate being aware of this ahead of time.

Just bought our new 2023 Audi Q3 from Audi Atlanta with Audi Brand Specialist Montel Ingram. My wife and I had gone in just to take a look at used Audis, after leaving the Infiniti dealer. Not knowing much about Audi's, Montel was happy to answer our many questions. We looked at quite a few, and even test drove one, and were excited when we learned we could purchase a brand-new Audi within the same price range as a used one. I know, go figure. Needless to say, over the course of 3 days, Montel kept us informed via phone calls and text, and we happily drove away with our car very pleased. He even threw in an Audi hoodie for my wife! Three weeks after purchase I am begging for someone to schedule installation of the hitch I purchased and to schedule a full demo of all car features. Salesperson is out with personal issues and no called me to follow through and complete the outstanding items I paid for. Very disappointing. I’ve been buying high-line cars a long time. I’m not proud of it, haha, it’s an expensive hobby. Lennon, the internet sales manager was excellent. It also helped that he’s himself a car enthusiast and not concerned too much with the art of the sale. Finance got me done in less than an hour. This is by-far one of the best sales experiences I’ve ever had. I flew in on an early flight and in a couple hours I’m driving the car back home. They also hooked me up with a local performance shop to add a little extra boost, and the experience overall has just been amazing. Extremely satisfied with the service I received by Andrew. My low tire pressure light came on out of no where. I noticed a nail in tire. I made it to a tire place, yet I wanted to follow up with my service executive- Andrew. He responded to my text very quickly and determined Audi could replace. Andrew scheduled me for the afternoon when the tires were due to come in. I arrived earlier than scheduled and the tires were there (because Andrew went over and beyond) and picked them up on his lunch break. The delivery of the tires were delayed, yet he made it happened. Ask for Early...yes Early...If you are considering purchasing a car from out of state and having it delivered then this review is for you. I was in the market for a specific used vehicle that this dealership had and unfortunately I live out of state an was unable to see this vehicle in person or test drive it. I contacted the dealership and the first person that answered the phone was the same salesman that helps me to this day. My salesman Early completely understood my worries about purchasing a 7 year old BMW sight unseen and never have driven the vehicle and I was putting complete trust in him in ensuring that this used vehicle was in excellent shape and mechanically sound. He sent detailed videos and pictures of the interior and exterior of the vehicle including the tires and wheels individually and also marking any imperfections on the vehicle he found. He answered all my questions made me feel much more comfortable about purchasing a vehicle that I couldn't see in person. Now here is where it gets really good. Not only did the dealership fully prep the vehicle by filling it with gas detailing it, oil change, etc. they also set up a third party to ship the vehicle to my front door within a day or two of me signing the paperwork which Quinton from their finance department overnighted there and back. Also Quinton was able to get me great financing through Bank of America and also set me up with a fantastic deal on a 3-year bumper to bumper Fidelity Platinum warranty which is the same or better than the warranty that came with the vehicle originally when it was new. Even better they gave me a 30-day or 1,000 mile warranty if I had any issues with the vehicle upon delivery which sealed the deal for me. Please keep in mind this was a 2015 BMW with 52,000 miles...This is hands down the best dealership and Salesman I've ever dealt with. I would not hesitate buying my next vehicle from them from out of state and don't forget to ask for Early.

Although I had no intentions on purchasing that day the salesperson Lisa Taylor was so patient, relatable and very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. This seems to be a problem at every Audi dealership. I recently switched from having my Audi serviced at Audi Marietta to Audi Atlanta. Mostly because it's closer to where I now live but I was also tired of experiencing average customer service at the Marietta location. My drop-off goes smoothly as planned, they provide a shuttle to my home and the routine maintenance is performed. The problem occurs when they call to say my car is ready but when I arrive at the appointed hour (two hours later) it takes another 45 minutes for them to deliver it. Much like Audi Marietta, I receive several lame excuses: the car isn't where it's supposed to be, somebody didn't drive it up from maintenance, etc. In other words, somebody dropped the ball. Audi dealerships also have a very cool perk where they wash your car for free whenever you have it serviced. Needless to say, they also didn't wash it. The service department techs always go out of their way to let me know I may receive an email survey and request I give them a stellar review because their performance directly ties into their success within the organization. Trying to influence the survey beforehand kind of defeats the whole purpose. I love giving great reviews when the experience warrants it but I shouldn't feel guilty for telling the truth when it doesn't. I also find it mysterious I never receive a survey after having a bad experience. It's as simple as this: once you set expectations, deliver upon them. I'm still giving three stars because the drop-off and maintenance went well, and as they say, two out of three ain't bad. Just to end on a positive note, the staff is very attentive, the building is beautiful and the premises are kept immaculately clean.

If eligible for in home service, I highly recommend it. I was having trouble with CarPlay on my new SQ5. Gabe came to my home and performed diagnostics. He is knowledgeable, professional thorough and kind. We had to schedule a follow up appointment once he made the diagnosis and discovered my car needed a new communication module. He came back to the house the following week and did the entire install in my garage. He then checked every facet of functionality with me and answered all my questions. Update: Audi Atlanta called my trade in's finance company requesting a new payoff post sale/signed contract. They ended up paying off almost $800 less than what was on the contract. I only found this out when calling the finance company 3 months AFTER the completed sale to see where my refund was, since I had made a payment the day prior to trading it in and it was not factored into the payoff that was on the contract. Audi Atlanta said they were holding the money until they got my title. The title wasn't my responsibility, and.and it wasn't in the contract for it to be. I did not have the title in my possession since it was financed, my finance company did. I used the same finance company on the new car as well. So, they trusted the finance company to send them $65,000 but not to send them the trades title. I have purchased probably 8 cars in my life and NEVER have any of them done this. This really rubbed me the wrong way, especially since we had a SIGNED CONTRACT with the SPECIFIC amount for them to send in as the pay off and they just did not stick by it. On top of that when they wrote me a refund check to pick up, they tried to charge me a $25 processing fee. Do with this what you will. Original: Audi Atlanta is great. My salesman Julian was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the whole car buying process. He created a relaxed atmosphere, which made the whole experience so much easier. I love my new car and I am absolutely thankful that I was able to buy it from such a great guy as Julian. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a new car!

The first thing I will say is that car buying does not have to be stressful or feel like you’re being ripped off. The team at Audi Atlanta isn’t interested in hustling you, wasting your time, or treating you like you are just a number. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was coming due on it’s lease and I had been eyeing a smaller Audi SUV for some time. Audi Atlanta had a few models on their lot that looked good, so my husband and I stopped in on a Saturday morning to check them out. My husband had spoken to Jaelin Redfearn briefly on the phone the day before, and he was there to greet us that morning at the dealership. He was polite, friendly and more than anything seemed entirely invested in making sure I got into the exact car I wanted. We honed in on a beautiful Q3 and I knew even before the test drive that it was the car I wanted. We took it for a cruise and when we got back, we sat down to discuss numbers. Jaelin and his team worked with us to meet our needs and ensure the financial side of things would work for us. During the process, I never once felt like we were being taken advantage of. If anything, I felt reassured that we were getting the best deal possible and that Jaelin and his team were doing everything they could to meet us where we were. When Jaelin handed us off to Antonio to close out the finance side of things, we were so thrilled to work with someone who was clearly attentive to moving quickly, answering all of our questions and getting us back to our lives and schedules as fast as possible. When it comes to getting a new car, I always prepare myself for an all day affair. The team at Audi Atlanta isn’t going to prolong the process any longer than they have to – once we settled on the car I wanted, I was driving away in my perfect Audi in less than 3 hours! That is lightyears ahead of any previous car buying experience I have ever had. All of this to say, the dealership was also incredibly busy. We were not the only people there working to get into a car and yet we felt like the team was solely focused on us and our needs. First, let me start off by saying this...my deal and situation is not one that is normal by any means. That said, my salesman Justin Lloyd didn't disappoint. I had a wonderful experience at this Audi location! If you need anything done, this is the place to go. Absolutely avoid the South Atlanta location. Take it from me and drive the extra miles. I drove almost two hours to this location to have my vehicle serviced. When I arrived, I was professionally greeted by a young gentleman. I entered the service department where I met David Maddox. I explained to him what was going on with my vehicle. David gathered all of my information and assured me that my vehicle would be repaired under warranty. I was informed that it would take a few day to repair so I was offered a loaner vehicle to get me back home. After being checked out by David, I was escorted to the department that provide loaners. The young gentleman at that counter was very respectful and took care of me. He made certain that I received the best customer service and loaner vehicle (exact model and a 2019). While completing paperwork, I met the nicest gentleman by the name of Paul Johnson. Paul was so kind! We briefly spoke about why I was so far away from home. I explained to him my experience at another location and why I chose to drive there. I was assured, once again, that they would take good care of me. He even offered to drive my car back after repair. I didn’t want him to drive almost two hours so I met him half way. I don’t know about anyone else’s experience at this location but my experience was stellar. I thank all of the people that played a role in the repair of my vehicle. This is a great location!

My experience with this dealership started positively. When I called my salesman returned my call. I would receive text about my experience and everyone was so nice. I should have known something was up when I asked a simple question around a light replacement and the salesman and manager blatantly lied about the cost to replace the light. However, when I made the purchase their true character has shown. My salesman continues to give me story after story when asking simple questions like when are you going to pay my car off? When will you call me back? Or discovering simple issues with the vehicle they are unable or unwilling to resolve (small ding in the door). When I purchased this vehicle I came in with a cashiers check in hand and waited 4 hours to close the deal. I bought this car 09/22 and my former vehicle still is not paid off and no one can provide me any answers (I keep being told accounting is not open). I spoke to the Sales Manager and he told me the same thing (Accounting is closed, I have to call you back). I could have gone anywhere but I chose to buy a vehicle from what I thought was a reputable dealership. I guess I was wrong as the joke appears to be on me. These guys play the same kinds of games that smaller lots do which makes them the same in my opinion. My advice is buy a vehicle from this dealership at your own risk. If you are looking for a true customer experience with people that value you as a customer from the beginning of the sale all the way through your purchase, this is NOT the place you want to do business. I should have bought elsewhere. ***********UPDATE**************** After this review was posted I have to give a huge thank you to my sales man Michael Adelman and used car sales manager Louis for stepping up and investing time to alter my experience. I had an issue with my vehicle post purchase that they could have ignored and they could have let me feel hurt because they already had my money. They stepped up, resolved the issue, put me in a loaner vehicle and assured me if I needed anything else they are here to assist. This is the experience I was looking for! AWESOME job Michael and Louis in turning my frown into a smile! Love this place! The Service Department runs like a well oiled machine. The service advisors are polite and professional (in and out in minutes). I purchased my A6 from a reputable used car dealership, yet, I still had problems with the reverse mechanism and a rough idle. I took it to the original dealer and was given the run around. Since the car was still under manufacture warranty, I took it to Audi Atlanta. I was given a loaner car with no hassle. One of my issues was resolved, the other, the tech was unable to reproduce, however; I was given the reassurance that should this be a problem in the future, it will be taken care of. Certainly, this is the type of service you expect to receive from a high-end dealer, but, I've had many high end cars and Audi by far exceeded every expectation - I mean, even the cook and cashier in the café upstairs were vibrant, happy and most pleasant. One of the aspects of shopping for a vehicle i was dreading was dealing with the dealership sales people, and being subjected to a pushy sales tactic. I took my chance and went to the Jim Ellis Audi Atlanta. I met with Greg S. Savitt. Greg is an Audi Brand Specialist. Greg was not a sales man, but rather an Audi enthusiast who knew everything about these cars. He himself owned several of these vehicles. Greg made me feel very comfortable and asked me what I was looking for. Not once did he try to oversell me or push another product onto me. I was completely in control throughout the process. The rest of the staff were very friendly and professional as well. I met with the service department and Steve was just as professional and went over maintenance details with me. My overall experience at Jim Ellis Audi Atlanta was excellent! I am very happy with my purchase. We bought our Audi A7 in January 2020. I'd like to say the process was seamless; but unfortunately it was not our best car buying experience. However, our salesperson, Sam Padgett, was wonderful! He was patient, transparent and down to earth. Though somewhat new to Audi at the time, I found him to be confident and, more importantly, knowledgable about the vehicles and services available. Sam's service earned 5-stars. Unfortunately, we found the finance department inadequate, and immediate issues with our brakes left us less than confident about the certification process. Nevertheless, we've thus far had no issues with the vehicle and are overall pleased with our purchase from Audi. Ask for Sam!

To begin with this review has been long overdue. About a year ago in May of 2019 I was in the market for a 2014 Ford Mustang GT and obviously I was looking for a good deal. I came across a Sterling Gray Mustang GT with the Track Pack that this dealership had, so immediately I got in contact with the online sales manager (Ryan Asmer) via email. Since day one Ryan was very courteous and attentive. So we went back-and-forth for a few days as to what my payment per month could be and fortunately for me Ryan did everything he could in his power to get me as close as possible to my monthly payment. So once we found a bank that would approve me for the loan Ryan put all the paperwork together and he sent it to me all the way to Chicago, because there it's where I'm from and where I live. So I signed the Paperwork and sent it back to Ryan, not to mention he paid for the shipping. I got on the plane and flew down to Atlanta Georgia to pick up my new car. Before I flew out, Ryan offered to get me a Room to stay in for the night because I had to come back to work as soon as possible. At the end of the day I manage to convince my manager to give me an extra day off which he did so I told Ryan that I did not need the hotel to stay , however when I landed in Atlanta Ryan already had an Uber at the airport waiting for me. So I got to the dealership, my car was waiting for me in the front lot, The car looked beautiful, nice and clean, he handed me the key he said "dude go for a test drive" which I did not do because the car was like brand new. Not to mention he knew I was going to be driving the car back to Illinois, so he filled up the tank before I got there. All in all, Ryan made my car shopping experience a lot easier than I thought it would be, paper was signed, car was waiting for me when I got to the dealership, he was very professional. Outstanding experience with Jovon my Service technician. He assisted me with my 40K service & later a key replacement. My Q5 had a part that had to be replaced just five weeks after my warranty expired. He went to bat for me. He was able to obtain a 15% discount & a refund on the parts. What a super experience. I then had to have my keys replaced due to theft of my key, wallet & iPhone. The police stained my leather interior while taking finger prints. It was so significant that Jovon took it to the detailing area where they removed 99% of the stains. He was extremely nice & so determined that I would & did have an excellent experience with him and Audi service. Thank you Jovon!! Give this guy a promotion!!

We had the absolute best experience with Zach! Initially we went to Jim Ellis to test drive the Q7. Zach was knowledgeable and well versed in the car while making the whole experience enjoyable. We had an unpleasant experience with the sales guy and the finance guy so decided to walk out on the deal. While shopping for a new car, I found what we were looking for at Audi Atlanta. We had done our research, driven a number of vehicles of various brands and decided on what we wanted. While searching their online inventory, I found a certified pre-owned SQ5 that fit and asked for info. We received a prompt response along with an invitation to visit the dealership. After test driving the SQ, we negotiated a final price. Both my wife and I found the sales team to be reasonable, fair and considerate. Once "pulling the trigger" we did encounter a delay taking possession of our new ride due to swapping wheels on another vehicle in transit to the dealership. While somewhat frustrating, the hold up was beyond Audi Atlanta's control. Their sales team did keep us informed and offered to work out a different solution if the wait pushed past a date we felt was reasonable. I tell this part of the story to illustrate the open line of communication. Obviously, the dealership had their bottom line in mind (they are a business) while not losing sight of their customer's expectations and needs. We are very happy with our buying experience and love our SQ5. I'll follow up with a review of the service department in a few weeks once we have experience with them.

*** Please read to the end *** For this being a large stuck with it type of purchase it was the worst decision I’ve made. Peter and Louis really did an awesome job trying to remedy the situation but my level of disappointment wouldn’t let me rate past 2 stars. I went in with the expectation that I was getting a top of the line vehicle which I’m sure at some point it was but when I purchased it certified it was not. I feel as though it was more so of a bait and switch, I didn’t find out about all of the problems and ACCIDENT until after the deal was final. Yes it was fixed for free (thank you again) but the fact that it wasn’t properly checked during certification doesn’t give me the peace of mind I expected and paid for. Maybe Covid made them cut the inspection short or skip out on looking at a few critical components; I surely found out after the contract was done. Then to make matters worse, while getting my very new and expensive Q7 fixed of its problems I left my garage door opener in the loaner vehicle called less than 2 hours later with the vehicle still being there and they “Didn’t see it” orrrr didn’t look at all... I never would’ve thought I would experience such a disaster at a AUDI dealership but I know one thing for sure I won’t buy again or recommend anyone else to especially not to this particular dealership. I can’t wait to trade it in already and it hasn’t been a month!!!! Update: 11/10/2020 they found my garage door opener and mailed it to me so I wouldn’t have to drive that far to get it. (Thanks Jason) As for the vehicle; it is absolutely the worst purchase, I have another appointment to take it into service because now it’s having another problem. Update. 12/3/2020 I had to completely change this review for the better and give Audi Atlanta 5 STARS!! Rob Waggoner the GM is amazing and does everything in his power to make things right. Audi stands behind their product and I really appreciate what he and the dealership did to accommodate my family and make things right. The initial experience was daunting but it definitely changed my perspective about the Audi brand. I can’t wait to not see them for a very very long time. :)

My father was a car dealer in NY, and I have dealt with many different brands and dealers in the last 31 years in Atlanta, and found my experience at Audi Atlanta superlative. Others were good, very good and even horrific, but this was exceptional. Travis was my salesperson, and surprisingly well-informed and helpful (given his youth). He was eager and accommodating, did not at all utilize high pressure or stall tactics. We went on two test drives without any change in demeanor. Along with the sales manager, we arrived at a manageable price with little hassle. My car was found at another dealer, and while it took a little longer to arrive than expected, it was worth the wait. We spent a good amount of time reviewing the tech issues with the car, and a second appointment was offered. When it came to the dreaded financial paperwork, Cortlin, also a young person, was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Her assistance explaining the different finance options and assuring the best deal, i.e., monthly payment by exploring different mileage, duration of contract, maintenance and warranty/service options was invaluable. She was very thorough and PATIENT as we explored the various permutations of finance options before completing the deal - not a short expenditure of time and effort. It is commendable that throughout this process, she remained calm and personable. Overall, aside from the great quality car product, this dealership came across as both highly professional and customer-oriented, inclusive of the entire staff, with whom I interacted - from the receptionists, sales personnel to the sales manager. I have every expectation that the service side will be comparably skilled.

Audi Atlanta has been my best car dealer experience yet, and I have had quite a few. I flew in from out of town to pick up a used Audi. They were thorough in communicating any defects in the vehicle and it was as advertised when I arrived. They put me up in a very nice hotel the night of my arrival and their processes were excellent when I arrived at the dealership. Excluding my test drive The entire transaction took no more than 15 minutes. Unfortunately on my 16 Hour drive home the vehicle I purchased, which admittedly was not under warranty, developed a mechanical issue. I made the dealership aware of the scenario and when I arrived home received a quote of nearly $2000 to repair the issue. Audi Atlanta apologized for the inconvenience and picked up the tab no questions asked. Needless to say I will be back and would absolutely recommend family and friends to purchase their vehicles from this dealership. Outstanding service! Interesting experience my last visit with my R8. I had brought it in to find out why fuses were popping my radio, and get the 2019 recall done. I was positioned with a service rep who started the process and then 0 updates for over a week. I had to call back to find out he was gone, but no one had picked up my file - slightly frustrating given the car I bought and bring to them for service. However, I was in luck as my file was handed off to a new service rep, KC, and he was phenomenal. Immediately got me tech updates, videos, and called me daily to keep me informed. They found a GPS tracker on the battery terminal I had not installed and under warranty despite being a wear item replaced the battery and removed the GPS tracker getting my radio back operational. KC was astounding and I wish the initial experience had just started with him to begin with.

Not more than 1 week ago I had just purchased a used 2012 A4 from a 3rd party lot and was worried when the check engine light came on soon afterwards. Although Mitch Stanfield went above and beyond to set the expectations, have my vehicle quickly diagnosed, coordinate on my behalf with the warranty company and even provide helpful and timely suggestions for getting everything resolved with associated services from the 3rd party lot. Our new S5 Sport back is an extraordinary car. Thank you Audi for at last bringing this model Stateside. The Navarra blue paint is the most beautiful blue I have ever seen on a car and the Rotor Gray Napa leather interior is stunning and perfectly complements the exterior color and the interior carbon fiber inlays. The B&O sound system, once you tweak the settings in the MMI to your taste and test it with a really well mixed sound track, is astonishing and rivals my monster home theater system in sound quality. The virtual cockpit and head-up displays are fabulous and the driver assistance systems a huge technological advance. I LOVE THIS CAR! MY WIFE IS BEGGING ME TO MOVE BACK INTO THE HOUSE! It was wonderful to share the excitement of getting this car with the dealership staff, who were clearly very proud to be selling such a great automobile. I have purchased five Audis from Audi of Atlanta since 2000 and have always enjoyed working with them. But this was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had thanks to the terrific staff at Jim Ellis and our mutual loyalty to each other and the great brand

I went to the Jim Ellis Audi yesterday, and I can honestly say the experience was nothing short of amazing. My salesman Gunter was thorough with every step of the process. He wanted to know specifically what I was looking for in my next vehicle, and he made sure that I found it. The vehicle I was driving was 2015 Toyota Corolla, and the trade in value had a lot of negative equity. Thats when Gunter sent me upstairs to Lee for the financing portion. Lee was phenomenal from the beginning to the end of the process, and I walked out of the dealership with an interest rate 10% lower than what I was paying. Ryan was fabulous. Probably the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. He is personable and professional, but he is more responsive than I could have ever imagined. In fact, he responded to our referral at 10:30 at night! -- and texted with me dozens of time. Then he had to scour the country to find the exact car we wanted with all the equipment we needed. He even threw in several items that we extras. Then he scrambled to get the deal done before I left the country and even came to my office to sign the papers and deliver the car when I couldn't get away! When the car arrived, the dealership went ahead and created my myAudi account, registered my VIN with it, etc. before I arrived to pick it up, reducing the time I had to spend getting things going. In fact, I spent more time with their technologist learning details about the infotainment system than I had to spend filling out paperwork. A truly great experience.

One of the things I appreciated most about my experience was that the transaction did not start with haggling over the sticker price. Clearly that is not an appropriate starting point. The first offer made by the dealership was fair and reasonable. I countered with an offer and then the dealership gave me a second price and we were done. It is important for the seller not to make a big production out of the negotiations. Most intelligent and informed people, i.e. normal Audi customers, can reach a compromise quickly without grandstanding etc. The salesman was critical to my decision to purchase an Audi and at the Audi Atlanta dealership. He was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, very responsive to emails and phone calls and stayed on top of all details through my purchase.
