Recently I was in the market for a new to me vehicle. I’m located in Maryland and once I determined that I wanted a Bentley GT, I started searching for the right one. While I prefer to normally see cars in person, i couldn’t find the right spec’d car in my area so I had to look further. I found a couple that I really liked but they were further away so I reached out to them. From doing my due diligence, I had many specific questions that I requested from the sales reps but only one person met my requirements and went “above and beyond” for me. Kevin Cummings was my sales rep and he took multiple photos and videos for me. Since the dealership was far from me, my intent was to buy the car sight unseen and arrange for transportation. In this situation, communication was key for me. Every time I called or sent a text message, he answered in a timely manner. Every time I would call, someone would answer if Kevin wasn’t available. Several other dealers had cars that met my spec and were less expensive but communication was poor so I didn’t feel comfortable moving any further with the transaction. An enclosed trailer delivered the car 2 days after I wired the funds and the vehicle arrived as described and in great condition with no surprises. If you’re ever in the market for an exotic car, I would highly recommend Atlanta Autos and Kevin Cummings specifically.

My experience was excellent! Past experiences have us thinking the way we do about dealerships and car salesman but this professional experience changed the game. From the moment I walked in with my frontline (parents)all the way to when the ink was dry. Everything was great! (I.e. - the cleanliness of the dealership, presentation and signs of caring.) Dane is awesome to work with!! I bought my Mercedes G550 from Atlanta Autos and they made every step of the process super easy. The extended warranty that I thought I purchased turned out to be the cheapest. The tires on the front of ther car were DANGEROUSLY bald. We also ran out of gas during the test drive. A few days ago I bought a 2016 BMW from Atlanta Autos. I had seen the car on one of the online sites (Car Gurus, Auto Trader, I don't remember which one) and I used the link to ask if the car was still available. Within an hour or two I got a reply that it was. At the time, I was looking for a "back-up plan" in case the BMW I had purchased (but not yet delivered) from Carvana didn't meet my expectations. I exchanged a few text messages with Leroy Cobb, the salesman. After the text message exchange, I called and arranged to test drive the car. The dealership is on Highway 41 South, on the Marietta side of the Hwy 5 overpass. When I arrived, I noted that the building was large and that there was a lot of activity on the lot. The lot itself was packed with used cars and many were "high end" vehicles, including one at least one Maybach. I pulled into the lot and parked. Nobody rushed to meet me. I liked that. I dislike going to dealership staffed by overly aggressive salesmen. I went into the spacious lobby, and noted several statues of "Transformers" (like from the movies). A little odd, I thought, but interesting. I met Leroy Cobb, my salesman. He was very friendly. He offered me water, and ushered me to a desk where he took some basic information and copied my driver's license. Then he did something I have never, ever, had done before: he asked for my fingerprint! While I imagine the fingerprint request would offend a lot of people, I thought it was a good concept: I have a relative whose career was selling cars a few states away, and I have heard some horror stories about test drives he had conducted. If the dealership has a fingerprint on record, if the test drive goes sideways the print would help the police find the offender. After the fingerprint, he game me a wipe to clean my thumb, and we went to do the drive. He pulled the car to the front while I waited, and then I drove the car off the lot with Leroy in the passenger seat. The first thing I did was turn off the radio and climate controls, and Leroy did not question it. He also did not talk too much, which I like on a test drive - I want to hear the car, not the salesman. We did a loop around the block and returned to the dealership. I liked the car but was pressed for time as I had a doctor's appointment within the next hour. I had told Leroy about this, and he said he could quickly get an "out the door" price for me. Keeping his word, he came back with an offer within 5 minutes. After a few minutes of additional conversation about the price, I told him that I had a pending sale with Carvana and was considering this car as a "back-up." Leroy didn't press to hard - I had beat him to the punch by saying I was willing to risk the car being sold before I made up my mind. Later that evening, Leroy sent me a text thanking me for the test drive and presented a new quote based on our conversation after the test drive. I won't get into the details of what drove him to do that, but it definitely peaked by interest: the car had a solid CarFax report and appeared to be in great condition, and was a "low mileage" car. The Carvana car didn't work out. The day of delivery I learned it had a hole in the convertible top and Carvana would not replace it. End of Carvana story. After a few more text messages with Leroy, I arranged to send him a deposit to hold the car until I could get there to sign the paperwork. That evening, I took the car for an "overnight" test drive and had the car checked out by a trusted mechanic who specialized in BMWs. The car passed inspection with only a few items that needed repair, and the repairs were within the budgeted amount I had anticipated given the price of the car. The next day, I returned to the dealership, met Leroy again, and concluded the paperwork. Within one hour, I was out of the dealership the proud owner of a beautiful new(ish) car. My experience with Atlanta Autos was very good and far exceeded my expectations!

They did not charge any of the silly dealer markups or have hidden fees that some dealerships waste your time with. They helped with the financing and shipping of the car. Bought it and had it shipped out of state and they helped facilitate the process smoothly. Would buy from them again.

It is very Difficult to buy a car online without being able to "quick the tires". Chase, the salesperson, went above and beyond what could be done in order to make the deal happen. I was buying a very expensive car, 2016 Bentley GTC Convertible, so i wanted to make sure all was working properly. Chase sent videos of convertible top, around the car, inside it, engine running, dashboard, etc... Also he sent me tons of pictures as per my request. In another words, i did not hear any negative response on all my demanding requests. Little by little he gained my trust to the point that i wired the money. When i received the car, it was better than described. I buy a lot of cars from this dealership. I will definitely will ask for Chase. I trust the guy!

Just make sure that you check their website so you wont get BLINDSIDED. I'm positive that if the owner had been made aware of this he would have been willing to made concessions on the price because I almost purchased a vehicle that was advertised on their website as being a Inscription Platinum level when it was only an Inscription S60 T5. BE CAREFUL!!!!! Thinking REAL HARD about making drive back to Marietta Ga. to talk to owners.

Drove in from TN and had great service from Kevin and Fernando. Just wish they would have explained possible add on protection(s) before assuming we wanted it and added to invoice without our approval. We easily got it removed. Would also have liked some sort of documentation on what "you" do for inspection when "you" receive a car ie. check off list like you get at oil change places. We found a few small items we feel should have been caught if a check off list was done and someone had to sign off on and be accountable. Not sure if oil or filters have been changed out or not or if fluids are at acceptable levels. Would just put me at ease if we had paperwork and could decide if what was inspected was acceptable or not to us. I know it's "as is" but the more documentation the better I would feel about the purchase. Can't wait to get the car. I do feel I got a great price for the car we purchased. I write this review having returned from my 6 hr drive home in TN. I purchased a BMW M235i. Be aware this is a high profile dealership with some high profile cars. It was not surprising to me that I got a couple of odd looks when I strolled in wearing jeans and a T shirt. However, the second person to come up to me was a salesman named “Kalib with a K”. From the start and all the way through the sale, he gave me the full service and treated me as if I were any other customer coming in for a $200k car. I was very impressed. He was not pushy, and had a very easy going attitude. When it comes to haggling, this dealer is very tough. Don’t expect to get much if any off the sticker price, however they did honor a conflicting sale price that was posted and knocked the car down $1000 as well as addressing all concerns I had with the car to make sure I was comfortable with the long drive back. And to be fair, though they do not knock down the price, the car was already very fairly priced and I got a much better deal than I would have after haggling at many dealerships. I will not say I would have stayed if I were dealing with one of the other salesman, though I would gladly buy from Kalib again. He kept it smooth and with minimal dealership headaches. I highly recommend asking for him by name if you shop here. To sum it up, I am very happy with the car and the service I received here.

I found this dealership through Capital One's Auto Navigator. They had the vehicle I was seeking, and it was the lowest price I had found in comparison to other dealerships. When you arrive the facility appeals to the eye with all of its shiny high-end cars. On the other hand, the customer service (or lack thereof) is one area where they fall short. My impression is that they are accustomed to primarily working with a client with subpar credit and who are just happy to get approved for a vehicle. Many of the employees, to include, the finance dept. lack customer service. In my experience, I was appalled by some of the things they said from their mouths. If you have experience with the car buying process, or you know someone who has experience with the process of buying a used car who can accompany you, then you could potentially walk away with a quality car at a reasonable price. However, you need to be on guard to be able to navigate through their BS, because many of them will tell you what you want to hear to get a deal. They fall into the stereotype of used car salesmen. Scrupulous business handling and honesty is not their strong suit. You will be treated as a number and not a valued customer.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. I called on a Tuesday to inquire about a vehicle I had been watching and went to see it on Saturday. I was greeted with pleasantries and every question and concern was answered along the way and trust there were a lot of them. Jay was extremely patient with me, allowed me time to familiarize myself with the vehicle. Kai was very informative on the process of valuing my trade. Ronald was amazing when it came to all my questions regarding the financing and the extended warranty. Post purchase there were a couple "We Owe You" items and they were very diligent about being sure I received my oil change. My only down side which is not a major downside because I did purchase a used vehicle is once I got the vehicle home I realized that I had an oil leak. The dealership encouraged me to file a claim on the vehicle service contract that I was sold at the time of purchase. The bitter taste that has left is I am still waiting to hear from the dealership (Mercedes not Atlanta Auto) (who is currently awaiting to hear from the warranty company) to determine if this repair will be covered because it may be considered pre-existing AND the contract is new. Conversations with Atlanta Auto lead me to believe that they will assist with this potential $800 repair but given the current waiting period that has yet to be seen. Should I decide to purchase another vehicle any time soon I will definitely consider Atlanta Auto despite the luck of the draw of purchasing and having an oil leak from my crankshaft.

Our sales rep Jay P. is by far the best sales rep we have ever dealt with at a dealership. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and down to earth. My husband and I just popped up Tuesday afternoon (07/14/20) to look at a few cars that we saw online. After about 5-10 minutes of browsing, Jay came out to assist us. We told him what cars we were looking at. One of the cars that we mentioned wasn't there so we assumed it was sold. Jay saw that it was still in the system and took the time to find where it was. The car ended up being offsite. So Jay made arrangements to go pickup the car himself just so we can check it out. This was amazing because he took time to do this not even knowing if we were going to buy a car or not, let alone the car that he went to get. Jay did not rush us nor did he throw a bunch of cheesy sales pitches at us to push us into buying just anything. He gave us space in between test drives to discuss the cars. Several new cars were coming in while we were there so we asked to look at more. He was happy to assist and again he never once rushed us. He did have a couple of pre-set appointments while we were there still looking around and test driving but he made sure to constantly check on us making sure we were okay and answering any questions we might have had about the cars. He even brought us drinks on that SUPER hot day. Although we knew Jay had other clients, he made us feel like we were his only client there. He made us feel truly welcomed. At the end of it all, we initially just went to purchase one car but ended up purchasing TWO! Yes, one was the one he went and picked up for us. If you are looking for good pricing and a honest, knowledgeable and down to earth yet professional sales rep for a luxury car, you MUST go see Jay P. at Atlanta Autos. You will not be disappointed!

I started with an online inquiry through AutoTrader. I was contacted quickly via email and text. There was back and forth with Mamadi via text with general questions and scheduling an appointment. All of which he was very helpful with. We went the next day to look at the car, Mamadi was off so we worked with Terry Payne, who was really good with taking care of us. I went in pretty much knowing I was purchasing the car. We traded in 2 vehicles and I wasn’t happy with the offer on one of them. I figured we would just forget about and leave. Terry went back to his manager and talked to him. They were able to work out a better deal that I was more comfortable with so we proceeded with the purchase. It took a little while to go back to financing but once there the process flew by which is something else that was better than any other financing deal I’ve gone through. Kelvin was awesome to work with! Very pleased with his dedication. Dealership had a nice selection of cars, and worked out financing without any issue. Dealer fees, and add ons are a bit excessive, which did prevent me from purchasing my second G Wagon from them. Decided against the warranty after the sale, took about 50 days to get that $7,000 refunded, but they got it done. Warranty had a $20K max lifetime payout I found in the fine print-- basically useless. All in all, I got a good deal despite the fees they add on. Would I buy from them again? Probably not. Also failed to mention - they asked me to post a review of them before the deal was even close to done -- kind of odd; so take some of these reviews with a grain of salt
