Super clean dealership with a friendly staff. The sales and service teams are not pushy in any way. In fact, they could be more aggressive and it would be okay with me. I've been in 3 times for service this year and would happily trade in my vehicle for a new model, but the sales team for some reason has nothing to sell. I will just have to wait. Still, I think Harry's is one of the nicer dealerships.

The bill was higher than anticipated but we are very happy with the vehicle. We asked for a large amount of maintenance and it turned out to be more that we anticipated. With that being said all the work was done very professionally and we remain happy with all our friends at Harry's on the Hill. Thank you for reassuring our peace of mind while we operate our vehicle in a much dirtier and busy traffic zone of Arden.

Although we had to wait months for the truck to arrive our salesman' Ronnie and the New car sales manager Chad kept us informed periodically with the arrival status. In the end the truck we had a contract on had no expected arrival date. The general manager was able to find a identical truck which was located at another dealership brought it in and we were able to close the deal with complete satisfaction.Harry’s on the Hill is a great dealership.

Stephanie is rude, abrasive, confrontational and verbally threatening. Although I have purchased several vehicles from Harry's throughout the years as well as my family members, I would definitely not recommend the body shop as long as she is employed there.

Probably the easiest used car buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a great truck at a great price and Willy Woodhouse (Sales Consultant) went out of his way to answer all my towing and payload capacity questions, not to mention the 1000 other questions I had about the technical specifications of the truck before I purchased. The test drive and buying process as simple and straight forward and I never felt pressured into making add-on purchases presented to me on the back end of the sale that I did not want to make. Willy’s service after the sale was also best in class, would highly recommend buying from Harry’s on the Hill!!

I have been a customer of Harry's since I think it was 1985 when I bought a 1978 white Datsun 280Z they said was the owners son's. Most of my business since has been for maintenance and repairs of different brands over the years. It's a nice place with nice people and I've felt them trustworthy with quality work done at what are unfortunately dealership prices. If you don't have a GOOD mechanic that you TRUST Harry's can get both .👍👍

We had a reoccuring suspension that was nearly impossible to isolate. Harry's performed the the service bulletin that should have alleviated the problem,it did not. While towing our fifth wheel the turbo pipe disengaged on my GMC Sierra Denali 3500. A trucker, who was broke down ahead of us on I26 in TN, had a hose clamp that fit. We were headed to Asheville, so to be on the safe side we called Harry's from the side of the highway and asked if they could look at it and make sure everything was OK. The service person said to bring it in at 8:00 the next day. I got there at 8:00 and checked in. A little after 9:00 they were done. Everything checked out fine. I was not charged for the appointment. I cannot thank them enough for fitting us in so quickly and giving us the peace of mind to continue our camping trip. Everyone in the service department was extremely gracious. If there is a GMC corporate model for service, Harry's is it.

It was my first visit to Harrys after recently purchasing a 2012 Cadillac.
The customer service staff was excellent in assessing my needs and concerns.
Oil change and tire rotation was done but a splash guard had come loose and fallen underneath.
Service tech temporarily tied it up and suggested new splash guards.
Before leaving the dealership property the splash guard fell again.
I approached my service rep and asked if maybe it could be removed to avoid a hazard.
It had come upon lunch hour and tech had gone to lunch.
A service supervisor overheard the conversation and offered to help.
He placed the car back on the rack and made a more secure connection of the splash guard.
I was so impressed that someone was willing to go the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction and safety.
This is what our world needs more of!
Thank you for going that extra mile, you will always be my first choice for service on my new/used 2012 Cadillac.

You took care of this recall issue effiently and professionally. Unfortunately, General Motors does not value Brand loyalty.
Previous recall for wiper motor replacement fell into a window that was less than 1.5% outside acceptance. I paid for it myself and had 203k miles on the vehicle when the cut off was 200k. 15 rears was the other qualifier and it was only 9 years when it happened. After nearly 35 years of GM loyalty, I will be looking at other companies and brands for my next vehicle. Share this with GM and you will likely get the same response I did! NOTHING!

Great dealership and service department! I travel all over the United States and Canada and have been to countless different dealerships, and this is one of the best. For some weird reason, GM uses some really junky parts on some of their vehicles, and I've had an air conditioner knob and control module break twice within a year, which means the whole thing has to be replaced each time. I called this dealer and they were able to locate the part that I needed and fit me into their schedule the very next day, which is amazing because I live on the road and travel to different places each day. We are very thankful!

My mother, sister, and I are visiting Asheville for a few days to enjoy what the area has to offer. At one stop, we found that the trunk of my mother's car (holding her much needed roller walker) would not open with the remote key or by the inside button - and there is no keyed entry. So off to have it 'fixed'. The people in the service department at Harry's were life savers. Without hesitation, one service representative checked the problem. She then enlisted the help of another representative who got some guidance from another member of their team. After removing the back seat, crawling into the trunk, and manually unlocking the latch, Nathaniel solved the problem. This is a service department that is very busy and has appointments booked into Nov, but they took the time to solve a problem for a trio of women who would have been really stuck without their help. This kind of service is so encouraging to encounter. I would buy a car from them in a second if I lived in the area. It might even be worth it to make the trip from the coast just to get to experience the kind of service displayed today. Thank you Harry's on the Hill and especially Nathaniel.

We were there for service on the transmission for our 2015 Tahoe which turned out to be an all day issue. We were kept informed of all the issues they were dealing with and the costs involved. I was extremely pleased with my experience with Harry's Buick GMC Cadillac! By way of background, my wife and I are retired and traveling the country full time. We are very dependent on our Silverado 3500 HD to tow our home on wheels across the country. As such, I am very proactive in maintaining our truck affectionately known as Matilda. I have had her serviced at various GM/Chevy dealerships throughout the country. I am reliant on posted reviews and direct interactions with the service agent I am provided to decide who to service our truck with as I'm not a regular customer at any of these locations due to our travels. From start to finish, Ivan Taffer was exceptional from our initial conversation, review of my inquiries, services to be covered and itemized pricing for the various services advised at 45k miles, as well as managing my expectations every step of the way. He was candid about the time needed, and communicated with me throughout the time I was at your dealership. I also appreciated seeing the other service agents communicating directly with your other customers. Their style, openness and transparency in communication with your customers was refreshing. It's that very style and approach that makes me an Ivan fan. The training and teamwork your dealership has expended on your staff was very apparent. In other words, I didn't see any effort to bump up services, but, instead, advise as to what they reviewed and why this or that was or wasn't needed at this time, recommendations for future services, as well as a consistent communication style. Ivan also connected me with your cashier, Donna (I believe), who was steadfast in getting my GM reward points acknowledged in the system interface which I was aware had recently been updated. Those points added some additional savings to my overall invoice which was definitely welcomed as the charges were close to $1,000. I'm grateful and appreciative for the professional services that your dealership provided me and feel confident that Matilda's check up will let us to continue to roll down the highway. Keep up the professional, responsive and transparent services and ongoing success will follow.

I enjoyed the experience as it was seamless. Regina Satterfield found me mossing around the lot looking at cars. I explained my situation of the totally loss of my previous car and my need to replace it. Originally I was considering an Encore and the numbers were run. After leaving the lot I noticed an Envision on the web page and called back to inquire about it. Within an hour or so Regina was back with me to share that car's details. Called to have oil change and wanted to get a insurance estimate on some recent damage both were to be done at the same time. Oil change was fine and was told that body work estimate would be emailed. 1 week later called body shop and they had never looked at it, told me I never called, told me the best they could due was February. I stead of being honest up front, pretty called me a liar and threw it back on me. Been buying and servicing our trucks there for years. Looks like we need to rethink that.

All though we initially got off on a rocky start with the collision center, the manager of the service center, Donald Ernesty, stepped in did a great job at smoothing this out. He should be commended that he worked outside of his department to insure his customer was taken care of. After that the collision center was very attentive, professional and did outstanding work. There communication with me through out the process was outstanding. I've changed to a 5 star.

I had my car towed to Harry's on Sunday Aug 29. I arrived on Monday the 30th at 8 am.
I discussed with the service tech the issue with the car and that I was out of town this week but would return on Friday.
He assured me that they would PROMPTLY get to work on my car.
I called on Wednesday Sept 1st in the morning as I had not heard from Harrys about my car.
I was told they were looking at my car then and I would receive a call later.
5 Hours later I receive a call to tell me the issues with my car (battery and alternator). I tell the tech to go ahead with repairs. It was reported the alternator would be ordered and arrive on Thursday afternoon. I stated that is fine. I would be back on Friday.
on Friday Sept 3rd, I called at noon to inquire about my car as it is a Friday on a holiday weekend and I wanted to be able to know if I would get my car back that day or if I needed to make other arrangements. The tech was at lunch but I left a message and was told he would call me back.
At 4 pm, I had not heard back and I call Harry's again. I had to leave another message.
the tech returned my call within 5 minutes of the second phone call.
He stated that my car had been ready since noon. When I asked how late they were open today. he replied until 5 but we are also open tomorrow from 9-1 if you can't make it today. (I felt it was very nonchalant). I asked for a total for the repairs. He replied he was working on that and would call me back in 5 minutes.
I made arrangements to leave work and get to the dealership before 5 pm.
the tech did not call me back until 4:40 as I was pulling up to the dealership to tell me the total cost of repairs.
Once at the dealership, when I arrived my car was pulled around and parked just inside the service bay while I was at the cashier.
Upon completing my payment to the cashier (which took at least 5 minutes or so), I stated "he must have left the keys in my car". the cashier agreed as she had not been given my keys.
when I stepped out to my car, my car was left running. Not that I was worried about the car but the fact that it was just sitting there running and wasting gas while I was inside.
I appreciate the work that Harry's on the Hill has done with my car in the past and feel that the prices are competitive. (although I received a flyer in the mail AFTER my service with a coupon that would have helped my $1300.00 bill).
But it was disappointing the lack of communication or urgency from the dealership to communicate with me, from my perspective.

Thank you Harry's On The Hill for the great service. Today is the first time I've called or been to Harry's. I was driving through Asheville in a 2017 GMC Sierra pickup and my brakes just stopped working. I could get the vehicle to stop, but it was standing on the peddle with both feet. Harry's was my third call and the first to offer any help.
Anthony told me to bring it in and he would take a look at it. They drove me to rent a car and I went on to run some errands around town expecting to have to come back later in the week to pick it up. Two hours later my phone rang and Anthony told me it was ready and the repairs were made under warranty. I've been a loyal GM customer for almost 50 years, owned I don't know how many GM products. I told this to the first 2 dealers and they apologized, but said they were too busy to help.
As I stood around in Harry's while Anthony looked up my truck and got me entered in their system at least 5 other employees approached me to ask if I had been helped. I was amazed at the level of customer service.
If I ever need anything GM related, my first call will be to Harry's.

When the truck finally got there, Trevor worked diligently with me to ensure I got everything I wanted. I also had a tonneau cover installed. Trevor was quick, yet thorough and efficient. I was there for used but if you were looking for new I think they should definitely have something for you to find. So my husband and I just recently bought two new vehichles at Harry's on the Hill. We shopped online with the help of Jaclyn a couple of weeks before even going to the dealership. She is the sweetest and most informative. When we got to the dealership, she and Regina, our bubbly sales rep, had the two vehicles we wanted ready for us to test drive. They both made sure we had everything we wanted and most importantly needed in those vehicles at our price range! We had a chance to talk to Josh for a few minutes and they gathered the info they needed. I had to fly out that day so only had 30-60 minutes before I had to get to the airport. When I flew in a few days later, there was a shuttle to pick me up . The shuttle driver was so nice. She stopped at Taco Bell because I was so hungry. My husband met me at the dealership with his trade in and they had all the paperwork complete when I arrived. I was met at the door by Dolley which was a pleasant surprise. With the help of the hilarious Gavin, we were explained everything, signed our papers and on our way! Seriously we got exactly what we wanted and needed at a great price and had fun in the process! Easiest vehicles we have ever bought. Everyone we dealt with, Jaclyn, Regina, Josh, Gavin and Dolley were great. And the most fun! Harry's gets a thumbs up from us!

I had my Volvo's rear fender crash damage repaired at Harry's because they seem to have a sterling reputation, but I encountered a few issues with the over all experience. They had my car for 6 weeks and mostly, I think, it was waiting around for parts, even though I had made an appointment weeks in advance and gotten an estimate. They were very friendly and listened to my requests for other minor things to be looked at, but they mostly ignored them. The repair results were close to perfect, but they returned the car with some over spray and a dirty interior after they promised me they would clean the leather seats and such. They also didn't communicate at all, as I always had to call them for updates. They did the job they were contracted for, they just didn't impress me with their customer service.

On a sunny Tuesday afternoon Fl I picked up my Buick Enclave which had had the steering pump and housing replaced under their extended (10yrs / 150,000mi) warrantee and was delighted with what I thought was great service (next day, full warrantee replacement, loaner car). Happy, on Thursday we hit the road toward Asheville for a get-away on our way home to New England. As we progressed, the slight hum I heard when I picked the car up continued to increase. By Friday noon it had become quite loud. Concerned, I sought out a local Buick dealer in Asheville. Google turned up “Harry on the Hill.” My first thought was – Is this really a Buick dealer or does he sell used cars. Nothing else was close. Imagine my surprise when I approached an immaculate white, modern, full service Cadillac, Buick, GMC dealership. WOW. Invited by a charming young representative I was invited to enter the service area where I was me by Frank Leccese, the Fixed Operations Manager. Experienced, professional, polite, helpful, thoughtful, thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and with a willingness to goe the extra mile he solved our problem. Taking my paperwork from earlier in the week, he returned with”good news b- we have the parts and can fix it on Monday”. Unfortunately we were leaving in Sunday. “ But it's Friday afternoon.” Hmmm – let me check. OK, If it's minor I can get you out in an hour and half – if the new pump's been damaged it will take until 5:00 - we need to get it up on the lift. -- It looks like it might just be a missing o-ring. If so it won't be long -- It looks likes like that's all it was, the mechanic it checking it now. -- Sounds really good!! Let me check with the FL dealership and see if they'll take financial responsibility -- The Service Manager is out but the #2 said they would – unfortunately he doesn't have credit card authority so will have to send you a reimbursement check. I couldn't believe the extra mile(s) that Frank went.
Adjectives can't do justice to the quality of service that was provided that day!!his dealership epitomizes the quality to which General Motors should have all their dealerships strive. And they should clone Frank and spread him throughout their network.
Home safe and sound some 1500 miles via the outer banks I am still in awe of what we experienced in Asheville. I regret that, when it comes time to buy a new car, Harry's on the Hill will be too far away. Many, many thanks to Frank and the staff at Harry's.

I have to admit before going to Harrys on the Hill and purchasing my truck, In my mind, it was the last place I had planned on going shopping. I inquired around, did my internet research, window shopped dealerships, and had contacts at other GMC dealers. And by fate, I ran into Aubry driving a shuttle vehicle with Decals on the side advertising Harrys on the Hill, at a gas pump. I forwardly asked him why was Harrys so high on their truck prices. I explained that I was going to buy a truck and mentioned the locations I was shopping. He was very nice and pleasant, and he stated to me. "Go see them at Harrys and tell them what you just told me". He said, "see Regina Satterfield" (a sales consultant). I had some time at that moment, so I went there. I asked for Regina, and very quickly I was greeted by this pleasant blonde-haired personality that wore a huge smile. Now I absolutely hate car shopping,,,, I MEAN,,,, I HATE IT!!!. I did however, want to see the new tailgates demonstrated on the new GMC trucks up close and personal. Three days later, with Regina and Matt Hyder's involvement. I shook hands, and now own a truck that I absolutely love from Harrys on the Hill. I would encourage anyone shopping to do research. Now, how you negotiate,,, well,,,, that is up to you. I am a pretty forward shopper, I do not like the "Wizard of OZ, ducking-behind-curtains-act", without me present to deal out offers. It gives me the feeling of trying to work against me in making a purchase and convincing me why I shouldn't buy. I was able to relay that concern, and it was addressed up front with Regina and Matt. They truly allowed me to feel at ease and they displayed a very high amount of trust in their word, and they have kept it to this day. They truly did turn me around in thought and mindset. I am glad my business stayed right here at home in Asheville. And I will encourage anyone shopping, or even just browsing, to start with seeing Regina. You'll love her smile, and her ability to make you feel comfortable. And if you don't like some of the same things I spoke of when sitting down negotiating a price on a car,,,,, tell Regina you'll take a walk with her down the yellow brick road to see the "WIZARD". One of my tires picked up a nail in the side of the tire and therefore had to be replaced. Although, Harry's did not have any in stock when I spoke to Chad in the Parts Department on Saturday morning, he went the extra mile to find where a tire could be found. He then ordered it and it was delivered to the dealership on Monday morning. I got the new tire installed on Monday afternoon. I went to Harry’s on the Hill on January 17th for an inspection. I arrived just before 1p. People came and went from the waiting room while I sat there. I am pretty patient but finally got up and went to the desk to check the status of my inspection. It was nearly 3p. They said it was ready 50 minutes ago. They said that they had called my name in the waiting room, paged me and called my (home) phone. I was not at home I was there.
Granted the TV was on and probably drowned out the paging. No one came and called my name that I heard.
Recommendation:
1. Make sure your PA system can be heard in the waiting room. A speaker in the waiting room would fix that.
2. Make sure that the number you are calling is not a home phone. A notation should be made to that effect.
3. Double check the waiting room and speak louder if the customer has not answered.

We were traveling through Asheville, hit something in the road and bent the rim, flat tire. The car was an Escalade Hybrid which does not have a spare. It was Friday afternoon, so while waiting for the tow truck called Harry's to alert them of the problem and I would need a wheel. From the first person who answered the phone (Debbie) to everyone I talked with, they were very polite, professional and trying to help. They do not stock wheels, normal, I don't think any dealer could stock all the sizes and shapes of wheels. The operations manager (Frank) called me back, suggested I call a tire store closer to my location. No luck, no wheels in stock either. Found a used rim and they would deliver to Harry's. Called Frank again and he said great, when the wheel arrived he would mount a tire and have it ready. We finally arrived by tow truck, they were ready and had the new tire and wheel mounted, even suggested a tech take the car for a short ride to double check everything. We were on our way. I mentioned this was a Friday afternoon, we left Harry's just before 5:00pm and during any all my phone conversations and our final arrival at Harry's they never acted like they were in a hurry to go home for the weekend.

This is our second purchase from Harry's (both used cars). My husband and I having been looking for several months for "just the right" vehicle. We could have gone to any dealership in the area, but we knew that Harry's would have a dependable used vehicle, we knew we would get a fair deal, and we knew the staff would be very kind and listen to what our needs were and that they would not just try to sell us something.
