First time jeep buyer and found a model and trim to check out online. Scheduled test drives and to meet with Vincent. The whole time everything felt very comfortable and not pushy at all. Vincent gave very honest pros and cons to all the questions I had comparing other jeep models, trims, and even other brands entirely. But the decision was easy, purchased the jeep I came to look at, great transaction. No surprises post purchase, will definitely be sending friends to Vincent.

What a great experience. I had been shopping for a new car for awhile. The experience at the Fields Dealership was night and day to other dealerships. I worked with Nick Lewis who was not a "typical" used car salesman. He was polite & respectful to me as a female where other dealership sales people were not. He was respectful to my husband, but understood that I was the customer. There was no trying to sell me on stuff that I didn't need or things that don't actually exist. I would feel 100% confident sending my son (or daughter if I had one) to Fields for a new car. I love my new to me Honda Accord that I picked up and the price was exactly what I asked for. People don’t always leave reviews when they are happy but this dealership has had some turnover much like all of America since COVID etc. They deserve some credit trying to fill in the gaps when staff is sick or down.
I recently had a great experience having service done with my Jeep and was given a brand new loaner car to drive. The service team stayed in contact with me especially Chad , the service manager went above and beyond after hours to help get my vehicle back after work.

The work seems good and the staff is fine, but this is a dysfunctional dealership. I called to ask if I could get an alignment in the express service area and the service person I spoke to said no, I'd have to schedule it. So I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When complete, I asked to schedule the alignment and was told it should be done in the express service area and no appointment was needed. One service area doesn't know what the other service area does and doesn't do. Then, I asked when a good time to come for that would be to minimize the wait time and she said Saturday morning. I was just there when they opened and was told they don't have technicians qualified to do alignments on Saturday. So why tell me that would be a good time!? Now, I have to go back a third time for work that should have been done in one visit if they knew what was going on in their own business. I miss my old dealership and would go to a different one if there was another in town.

I brought my truck to the service department to have them replace all 4 tires and get an oil change. Samantha was my service advisor and kept me informed on a timeframe in which it would be done and kept me updated on the progress. There are a lot of service departments out there, that do not care about your time and leave you hanging without knowing what is going on. This service department including Samantha, went above and beyond my expectations. They have earned my trust and business in the future. First non-oil change service at this Fields since they took over the Skyland dealership. It was a radio replacement under my extended warranty which I was glad they still honored. Although the first replacement didn't come with the latest software, they tried to update it but couldn't. Finally they ordered another replacement, installed it, and it is working fine! Service manager Chad and advisor Kyle were great to work with: professional, courteous, and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I started doing business with Skyland 10 years ago, and I plan on continuing that relationship with Fields based on my service experience.

We had to have service on our Jeep SUV. The parts were going to take awhile to get here so they fixed what they could and ordered the parts. Happily it was all on the same repair which meant only one deductible. They made all of the calls and set up everything for our extended warranty. We didn't have to do anything but show up! They communicated well and kept ys informed at every step. The second set of repairs were ready really quick! I hope we don't need repairs again but if we do I hope it goes as smoothly as this did!

Christina Walker greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She asked how she could help me and I told her about the suv I had my eye one. She went and got the keys and we went outside and looked it over together. She asked if I would like to take it for a test drive and I accepted her offer. After the test drive she asked for my thoughts on the vehicle and I told her that I would like to pursue purchasing it if they were willing to negotiate on the price. I told her what I was thinking on the price and she talked to her manager and after a couple of quick back and forth talks with her manager they agreed to accept my offer. She was genuinely nice and straightforward as was I and she kept her word on fixing a small problem that was realized after the sale and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Also, don't let her being a woman stop you from dealing with her because she is very knowledgeable about vehicles as her entire family has worked in and around vehicles and she probably knows more about them than alot of men.

I was looking for a vehicle to meet a set of needs for my mother. I went to one dealership in Asheville before coming here. They only wanted to make a sale and I left. When I came to Fields Automotive, I was greeted with friendly faces and understanding. Joe and Christina listened as I told them the unique situation and needs we had. They understood the assignment. They were patient beyond any other car dealerships I had been too. At the end of the day, Joe told me that yes selling a car was his job but ultimately people were more important. He did not want to sale a car that wasn't going to safely meet our needs. He was super transparent. So that day, I went home and spoke with my mom to figure out the best move. I reached back out to Fields the next day and said we wanted to pursue a vehicle but was waiting to see about financing with the credit union. Joe said that was fine and even was ok with me picking up the vehicle to drive TO my mom, who lived an hour way to make sure it was the right one for us. When I brought her back to the dealership to finish up paperwork, ALL of the staff was incredibly nice, filled with Patience and allowed grace. They stepped up to help make this process easy and I felt heard and respected. We purchased car that met our needs. Even if we hadn't found one that day, I would go back in a heartbeat because their customer service is top notch. They treated us as people, not just a sale. From the sales staff (Joe and Christina)to the money man (Frank and Kevin) to the manager, I wish I could give my experience here more than 5 stars. I can't express my awesome experience enough!

Came in for a 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted with a smile from a bubbly service writer named Sam. I was then directed to a beautiful, quite waiting area with complimentary snacks and water where I was told someone would let me know when my vehicle was ready. Before I knew it Sam greeted me with my paperwork which showed all services done to my Jeep Cherokee as well as a detailed list of everything that was checked. Not sure how they managed to get Chrysler to do do it but they did. Intrest rate is crazy high but that's on me not them. I use to sell cars so I can spot when dealers try to pull something shady and I never got that feeling. 100% recommended from me. Next time when I get my credit up I'm coming from that Hellcat Redeye.

Most dealerships you walk into you are waiting for someone to hound you even if you are working with someone already. Well this place is not that. Everyone I encountered there where very pleasant. I had an appointment with Christina and she went above and beyond to make the deal work. I came in with a hard deal and my mind set on numbers. She and her GM did a great job assisting me and coming close to what I was trying to accomplish. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I’d definitely say it’s worth the drive if you are out of town or close by.

It's an odd experience going into fields. The place is torn apart, furniture actually sits outside like an abandoned home, people are stuck in strange places with their desks, computer systems fail for hours at a time not allowing them to do work, Kyle my agent at the facility was very good but he's working under conditions that are not good for customer service. There's also a odd attitude from the people who greet you when you pull your car in, not real friendly and very directive. Kyle was fine but nothing went well on my two visits there. They'll get one more chance because they're the only ram facility in Asheville and I have to have a part exchange under warranty. Hopefully that experience will go better than my first two. That way I can leave a better review.

Service department needs work. I brought my truck in for tires and they installed ones with the wrong load rating. That caused a tire to blow out inflicting about $1800 with of damage. They swapped out two of the four tires but won't pay for the body damage they caused.
6/10/18 - We're getting there. They've sent some money for the replacement cost of the tires but continue to fail to restore the vehicle back to its original condition. I've had to file a small claims lawsuit.

This is my second purchase i have made at Skyland Auto, and both times I felt taken care of.
I was unexpectedly in the market for a new jeep due to my '12 patriot being wrecked. I was focused on getting a used Jeep Cherokee. I decided one day to start taking a look while my car was still being worked on. Enter Jewel, who listened to my needs as a healthcare worker, a nursing student, and dog dad. She immediately honed in on the fact that there was a better option for me - The Jeep Renegade. I wasn't sure about it, until she convinced me to "just give it a look." I immediately fell in love. She understood I couldn't make the leap yet. She patiently waited 3 weeks. After getting my defiled Patriot back, I contacted Jewel and she was on it... I should also note, she even took the time for a second visit when I brought my partner to come see and test drive the care (she didn't make us feel like her time was being wasted when she could be with another customer!)
Jewel knew what I wanted, what I needed, and what I didn't need, and she stuck to it. Enter now Dwayne, the sales manager. After a very busy day, Dwayne and Jewel stayed past the time the dealer closed to narrow down the exact car for me. They found one out of state, and Dwayne made a promise that he would get it there that weekend. A couple of days later, Jewel reached out to let me know the car would be there.
I arrived that Saturday to get my car... completely excited like a 5-year old going to Disney! Jewel made the magic happen and started the process! I'm pretty sure she was just as excited as I was! Now enter Ryan, the Finance manager. Not once did I feel like he was trying to push me into unnecessary "add-ons." In fact, Ryan spent half of the time in his office calling loan companies, fighting to get me a better interest rate, and skipped over the stuff he knew I wouldn't need or want. . Ryan has a genuine interest in getting to know his customer's, and he actually cares.
They made magic happen today. They got in into a vehicle that I really didn't think I could ever afford while I'm in Nursing school - not only can I afford my 2018 Renegade, but I love it! Thank you guys for taking care of me, and ensuring I got into a vehicle is not only FUN but safe!
I will be bringing my mom up from Charlotte in the Spring so she can buy a car from Jewel, Dwayne and Ryan.

Ray immediately signed me in upon arrival and asked me what I needed. I told him that I needed an oil change with synthetic oil. While in the waiting room he advised me that the battery needed changing due to low charge. I was on my way home within the hour. At home I looked at the bill and realized that the oil listed was not synthetic oil so I called Ray and he assured me that it was a mistake in the billing office. I then called the service manager who checked on it with Ray calling us back stating that it had been typed in wrong on the bill. Ray was very courteous.

I had a great experience and I want to share it with everyone. I have been trying to get a car for a long time and I have a lower credit score and have never had any luck. Even with a co-signer, I had lost hope and gave up. Recently my fiancé, with a 600 credit score, talked me into trying again with her as a co-signer so I did and to my surprise we got approved. Keep in my my credit score is around 560 and hers is only a 600 we were able to get approved for a $21,000 car with only 500 down! It was a wonderful experience and our salesmen Chris was amazing. He gave the usual salesman pitches, but let us do most of the talking. We were able to get the deal we wanted after a few counter offers. The rest of the buying process was smooth.
No comments on service department, but we haven't had to use it, so that reflects well on the used car sales department. So far the van is doing well, minus a few typical used car rattles and squeaks. We're very satisfied with our purchase. I would go back here again if I had a need for another car.

Wonderful experience. Gone are the days of looking for a used car by driving from lot to lot in your hometown hoping to find what you want. My daughter spent the summer sending us link after link of Jeep Renegades. Looking for just the right one. To our surprise, the "right one" appeared but it was 5 hours away. Being that is was even more than the "right one", I contacted them via email first, then voice, getting questions answered. On Friday evening, we decided to go ahead and try to make it a day trip, leaving very early. My biggest concern was making the drive and it not being available. FANTASTIC experience with service department !! Michael Newman went above and beyond to help us. We were on vacation from Florida, 600+ miles from home, when the engine light came on and the Jeep began to run poorly. Michael was extremely helpful in guiding us to the dealership, and expedited the diagnosis / repair so we could get back on the road in the time we had available to our stay. What could have been a very bad situation if the vehicle was not repaired in time to leave, was avoided by Michael and his teams efforts. Although they couldn’t figure out the parking brake warning light issue I’m having. I’m worried because I only have a 3 month warranty on this 2016 certified preowned Jeep renegade I purchased from them. The renegades have known electrical issues and I am afraid I’ll be stuck with expensive repairs cause they can’t fix the issue before my warranty expires in 86 days.

I bought a car two years ago from this dealership and after receiving great customer service then I returned to shop for another one. My review is more on the salesman Austin Mitchell. He greeted me with a smile and after discussing what I was looking for he walked me over to a Jeep. Before opening the door of the jeep he showed me things from the front bumper to the back bumper. I felt like he cared about my decision as much as i did. I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a deal. I've never experienced a salesman showing me as many features and taking time to really listen to what I was looking for.

Everything went smoothly even with the ongoing pandemic. My service advisor Kyle kept me informed through text messages throughout my visit. The waiting room and restrooms were very clean. Couple of observations that could have improved the experience. I had a 7:30 AM appointment. When I arrived someone had dropped off several brand new Dodge Chargers and parked them in front of both service bay doors. This left no room for service customers to park and the service advisors had to move them before they could get any vehicles in the door. Just made for a slow start to the morning. Also if you have a 7:30 appointment the mechanics don't start work till 8:00 so if you don't have a ride you will be waiting a half hour before work begins on your vehicle.

I bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler 4 door from this dealer someone Installed a yellow sticker on the driver side rear vinyl window, they removed the sticker but it left the glue behind, I asked the sales man why they didn't remove the glue and he said don't worry it comes off easy, when I remove it using dawn wish washings soap, this is what Best Tops said to use it left a impression of the sticker melted in the vinyl, I talked to the sales guy and he said they would get a new one it cost over $400.00 and they took care of me, this is a great Dealership I would use this Dealership again.

I ordered my '21 Wrangler with Kelly Rock earlier this year and flew in from Florida to take delivery. She kept me up to date on when it was to arrive, sent me pictures, and kept it out of harms way for a month before I could get there to pick it up. On the day my wife and I arrived, there was a massive wreck on the interstate and we could not get a ride service from the airport. Kelly jumped in her Jeep and drove 45 minutes each way to get us. Once we arrived, we hit a small speed bump with our insurance. Kelly got on the phone with State Farm and got everything sorted out. My husband and I walked into the dealership with a check in hand, ready to make a deal. Unfortunately, our numbers didn't match which was fine, however; I was told that I would be emailed and contacted with some other options of cars that we could take a look at and discuss some options. That was at least two weeks ago. I haven't gotten a phone call, follow up or even an email. We aren't in a rush to purchase a vehicle but I can honestly say, this was a pretty disappointing experience with Skyland. I've seen the commercials where they pride themselves on having a great reputation and being focused on great customer service... but this was not it. We were even considering talking with them about a different vehicle but at this point, they clearly don't need the business. Jewel did an excellent job on helping us and being patient with the buying process, but looking back, the whole experience in itself could've been a lot better.
UPDATE 11/22/17: I called and spoke with Brian in the internet sales department to discuss a new car. He was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond. We worked out a deal via phone then I met later to get the paperwork started and met Javier as well. They were AWESOME. They had all the paperwork right then and there and kept offering to help us or give us anything we needed (I had my 6 month old daughter there) both were incredibly patient and extremely helpful. I bought the exact car that I wanted! This was a complete 180 from our previous experience. I would highly recommend Javier & Brian and I can honestly say that I am extremely happy with my purchase and their attentiveness. Thank you, Skyland!

The folks at Skyland have been great! We have just recently bought a new truck and about a year ago a new Mazda unfortunately as things go today both vehicles had small issues. All of which were dealt with immediately and very professionally. We are greeted by name every time we walk in the door have been waited on immediately. They take the time to treat you as a person and not a number. The service guys have gone as far as staying after hours on a Friday evening to try and resolve a issue. I buy a new vehicle about every 2 years and the folks at Skyland have done the best job from sales to service after the sale of any dealer that I have dealt with. He took the time to talk to me in order to fully understand exactly what I needed in a car, what I was looking for and what would work best for me personally. He didn't drag me out to the lot and walk me around as had been my experience at other dealerships. He made the effort to identify just two or three options from inside the dealership, making sure they were ready and available, before escorting me to the lot to check them out. I feel in love with the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland instantly (though I tried not to let on!) and we took a test drive right away. Brad was knowledgeable about the car and didn't bat an eye at being relegated to the backseat with my five-year-old so that my mother-in-law could sit shotgun! The price negotiations were quick and painless, without any of the drama, nail-biting and stress usually associated with car sales. Brad was very clear from the beginning that he doesn't like a lot of back-and-forth (me either!) so we got down to the details in no time. He negotiated a great deal on my trade in and soon enough, I was the proud new owner of a fantastic Jeep! I went to fields a couple weeks ago to purchase a truck and for somebody that goes after hours to look at vehicles so not to deal with salesmen they changed my mind about dealerships. They made it so easy and stress free. I dealt with Joseph beltcher who was great. He didn’t push and was up front and honest. If I had a question he didn’t know he found out very quickly. I left without buying to think about the decision and he called me a few days later to see how I was feeling about the truck and I told him when I got back I’ll buy it if it’s still there. Long story short he drove 4 hours to where I was to do the trade and do the paper work in the parking lot. I’ve never herd of a dealership letting a salesman drive 4 hours one way to make a deal or a salesman willing to make that effort. They truly impressed me and will have my future business. Hard to believe the few negative reviews I read are talking about the same dealership. I have been to Skyland twice for unplanned, near emergency service while traveling through Asheville and found them to be exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous. In both cases, I was quickly attended to, got updates on the work as it went, and got the car back in what I considered record time at a fair price. The waiting area was large and well equipped (although I would have preferred the TV not be stuck on Fox news channel). Overall, as good a service experience as I have had anywhere, and then some.

It is always more difficult to deal from long distance, especially when you have a trade-in, but they made this process very easy for me; I was given a fair price both for the new car and for my trade-in. When I picked up the new car everything was set up beforehand such that when I got there I was able to go through the buying process very smoothly and get out of there in the least amount of time possible. My response is ambivalent. The staff were excellent. From the secretary to Josh, our salesman, everyone treated my family with respect and provided great customer service. On the flip side of this experience was the wait times. After deciding on a vehicle the total sale process took 5+hrs. This was horrible, all while trying to keep 3 young children occupied for that amount of time in an area that is not very kid friendly. I was also disappointed that such a highly respected dealership did not provide a full tank of gas or a complimentary oil change with our purchase. These two things have led me to return to previous dealerships for repeat sales and service. This courtesy would have prevented me from having stop for gas within minutes of the dealer (known to them that I had traveled some distance there, been there most of the day and without lunch/dinner) and would have more likely sent me on my way feeling better about the large purchase that I had just made.
Update: After this post, I was promptly contacted by the internet sales agent and informed that Skyland would be sending a check in the amount of $75 to cover a tank of gas. Thanks Skyland.

A little more on my experience...
I'm 2 hours away and called about a particular vehicle they had in stock. I explained I was traveling a long distance and wanted a fair representation of the vehicle. The salesman I spoke with more than obliged. He actually took down my number, walked out to the vehicle and then called me back from his cell. While he was next to the vehicle, he did a walk-around, calling out any imperfections (it was a 70K+ mile vehicle) and giving me a very, very clear representation of the vehicle.
In my search for the needle in the haystack, I can't tell you how many others dealers (both franchised brands and independent) have said, "The vehicle is perfect - like new! - come on in!" ...only to travel a long distance to be greeted by high-pressure sales tactics and find out the vehicle condition was falsely represented. Snake oil at its best.
Skyland Automotive seems to do business based on old-fashion values, low pressure sales and honesty. In an industry steeped in outdated sales models, it's refreshing to find Skyland.

My husband and I recently bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander from Skyland Automotive Group in Asheville, NC on Jan. 10, 2018. And we have to say it was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. We have never used the word “pleasurable” and “car buying experience” in the same sentence before! The service we received was exceptional. From James Rogers in the Internet Sales, who set us up with Joseph Belcher, our Sales Associate, to the Business Manager, Mark Miller who took care of our loan we could not have been taken care of better.
We would highly recommend choosing Joseph as your next Sales Associate. He was very professional, along with being very personable, as well. He even went out of his way to find us a second smart key fob which was missing at the time of our purchase. Also, Joseph made sure everything worked perfectly on the car before we drove off the lot.
As mentioned earlier, our experience at Skyland Automotive was excellent and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car in the future.

This is the easiest, most painless car buying experience I have ever had. They have their inventory online, so I had already virtually seen the 2017 Renegade that I purchased. Got there around 5 pm, test drove the Renegade (our sales rep, Joseph Belcher had already pulled it around for us). From there, we worked the trade in deal (which was great for me) and had it financed by 7:30. The finance manager, Mark Miller, was very easy to deal with. Everyone at this dealership made us feel that they wanted our business and they even found more discounts to apply to the purchase. Overall, this was THE best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely recommend Skyland Automotive to friends and family and will probably purchase future vehicles from them.

Our experience with buying a new car from Skyland Mazda was mostly positive. There was straightforward sale pricing (end of year sale), a great financing option, and friendly service by the salesman, Tom Pethtel. He gave us time to consider our choices and a couple of test drives to be sure the CX-5 was right for us. While we were deciding he followed up with us once and offered his help if it was needed. The buying process was somewhat lengthy, but was pleasant until the finance meeting. We waited over an hour to meet with the finance person, and then had to endure a long and tedious warranty explanation, complete with a list and description all of the many things that would likely gong with our brand new car and how we should spend another several thousand dollars to warranty it for the first years of its life. We declined all warranties and felt drained by the time the process was completed. Tom and Mazda in general has been friendly and helpful with accessory orders, plate pick up, and follow up. I would recommend this dealership and suspect the finance appointment and warranty sales pitch is universal to many dealerships.

My experience at Skyland Auto was fantastic! I had been looking for a used car for about 1 month and had gone to several dealerships. I was finding it annoying that I felt like I had to pull teeth from dealerships to get their final cost with fees and taxes. Inevitably their good deal vanished once you added these fees in to the cost. I was close to conceding defeat and opting to go to CarMax or Carvana and buy a vehicle without the gimmicks. Then I came across a Mazda 6 at Skyland Auto though and I proceeded to begin emailing Heather, their Internet Sales Coordinator. She was fantastic. She answered all my questions and was able to get me a great deal. She kept everything very straight forward and transparent. This was especially appreciated since we had to drive close to 3 hours to get to the dealership and I didn't want to waste my time driving there if it wasn't going to work out. Once we got to the dealership Joseph was able to help us through the process. The whole staff at the dealership was very kind and helpful. Skeeter was very helped and quickly offered to take us on a test drive while Joseph was tied up with another customer. I highly recommend them based on my experience. Very pleased with my car and felt like they gave me a great deal on a certified pre-owned vehicle.

I just purchased my second car from ADAM FROEMMING, who made both of my auto purchases fun, unique, and stress free. In August, I went to Skyland unsure of purchasing a vehicle but desperate for a lower a payment. Adam drove atleast 10 cars that day with me without even knowing if he was going to make a sale. He took me to the back lot to look at cars in clean up, took time to go over prices and options, and never once acted pushy or aggressive, as some salesman can be. I felt he truly cared about my having a good experience. I purchased a Chrysler 200 from him a few weeks later and, when a few options I opted for proved to be challenging, he personally went above and beyond to help and keep me informed. This week, after totalling a second vehicle, Adam answered his phone and my questions on his day off and helped me all the following day to make sure I got an incredible deal on a second vehicle. It's obvious that Adam is very busy, as he is an amazing salesman, but he always takes time for his customers and makes sure everything is just right. He truly cares about his customers. I can attest to this, as I have witnessed him working with and speaking with other customers. I would recommend him to any person looking for a car and for a good experience. For those that posted negatively about their experience with Adam,(the girl that called him sexist- so inaccurate and I feel this woman is overly sensitive or lacks a sense of humor and the guy that said Adam threatened him-Adam is the friendliest, nicest salesman I've come I'm contact with), please take those negative reviews and lay them to rest. I just bought a new 1500 Ram Laramie over Memorial Day weekend, for my company. It's been in the shop twice already with problems (for a total of 3 days downtime in as many weeks), and has ultimately cost my company a couple of grand due to the combined downtime, paying an employee to be stranded a couple of hours from the office at another dealership with his thumb somewhere it probably shouldn't have been, having to hire independent contractors to perform tasks that the employee driving the truck should have been able to do, etc. I would submit that it feels just fine when you climb inside (it's really, really comfortable), but what the truck can do is frankly more important. What it can do with less than 2500 miles on the clock is apparently less than it should.
I can't fault the service from the dealership; they rented a car for my employee and sent him home, and then took the rental car back to the dealership and picked up the truck and delivered it to the office. They went out of their way to make the issue as painless as possible, and did a decent job of it, but it still ultimately cost my company a couple of grand.
I do worry about what happens when it breaks down again and more to the point, what happens when the warranty expires on a truck that's already having issues within days of purchasing it.
I have always owned a Ram for business work, and was really excited to buy a brand new one with all the bells and whistles, but I would be reluctant to recommend that anyone else do the same as a result of the experience over the last couple of weeks.
The sales experience was pretty good, just for reference. Tom and Dwayne worked very hard to match the deal listed, explaining that every Laramie may have a wide range of options and that the closest that they could get to the price was within a hundred or so dollars. Good work on their part. Then my salesman started asking about MY needs, rather than what was being advertised. I bought a slightly more expensive version, with a couple of options that were really beneficial. It took a good while, and some things were not as advertised (there was no navigation as was stated, and no roadside assistance package, as was also stated), but absent those two issues overall, it was a decent purchasing experience.
Edit: For reference, MOPAR did contact me and provide a 5 year roadside assistance package. Not quite a warranty, but at least they will pick me or my employees up if it breaks down again..

I bought a used Mazda 6 itouring with an i-eloop battery that had the maintenance light come on prior to pickup of the vehicle. Chad the sales manager assured me if the warning light came on again they would take care of it even though the deal was with "no warranty". Ten days after buying the vehicle the warning came on, went away and returned repeatedly. When I called Chad he said to bring it in and they would check it out. I drove 45 minutes from Greenville /Travelers Rest, SC to buy my 2014 Jeep Compass here and it was WELL worth it. The same was a car on a lot in Greenville that had more miles, was not as well-kept, and was priced roughly 2k more than the car I bought from Scott. One of the managers, Brad, and Jan in the Finance Dept. were also great. I have had a few issues with Fields when they serviced my Jeep the first time. They arent big issues, just multiple small issues. For example, getting my vehicle back with no gas, and no working AC because the tech didnt plug it back in. The length of time they had my jeep and so on. I have definitely had my frustrations with this establishment but all in all they do great work. I'm not 100% sure what their job title is but my service coordinator, Jeanne; is outstanding. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle issues and concerns are addressed and has always been pleasant to deal with. Everytime I have been to Fields, she is constantly going in three different directions at once and handling it like a boss. I cant give her enough praise for her customer service. In my eyes, she is a valuable asset to Fields and I hope they see that as well.
