When you get to the lot, one of the first things you see is a sign that reads “Vito’s auto sales, where you’re treated like family”. Absolutely an understatement. It was my wife and I’s first big purchase. We had been to many other lots that gave us the run around, but not Vito’s. Stew understood our stressful situation with having a baby in the NICU and having to drive back home to Fairbanks. He worked tirelessly to accommodate our financial situation and get us into a car we have wanted for some time now. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. From the first point of contact Kenny G was great! We spoke briefly on the phone after seeing the ad for the truck I bought and asked if I could come see the truck sometime later in the day. There was no specific time given but when I arrived he was personally driving the truck out of the building where he had it washed for me when I got there. After asking if we could take it for a drive he didn't hesitate and said "sure, hop in!" We drove around a few blocks and I knew it was the right truck so told him I'd take it. Kenny got into the process immediately. He was very accomodating the whole way through the process, explaining everything as we went along. I asked about an extra set of tires so he arranged a set of tires at his cost for me to purchase, which got worked into the deal and cost me nothing up front. I would recommend Vito's, and specifically Kenny, if you need a used vehicle with great service. He wasn't pushy or too aggressive, which are two factors that are a turn off to me when buying vehicles. Kenny promised me a free car wash for filling out this review, but frankly, I don't care about the car wash. I've worked in the car business, independents as well as dealerships, for over 40 years, and I've seen many types of sales people... Kenny is the real deal... he cares and it shows. Thanks Kenny. Love my truck!!

My wife and I planned a two week trip to Alaska and the last thing we had to take care of was a rental car. That’s when the problems began. Not only were car rentals scares but they were also charging up to $2000 for a weeks rental. We were STUCK. If we didn’t rent a car the last week of our planned stay would have to be cancelled. And that’s when we found Vito’s Auto Sales and Michelle. They/she bent over backwards to help us. Although they didn’t have rentals they were kind enough to let us rent one of the cars they were trying to sell. And at a very reasonable and fare rate. Although I speak of Vito’s and don’t get me wrong, they were very accommodating it is Michelle that worked so hard to ensure our trip would not have to be shortened. She actually picked us up at the Anchorage Museum, with all of our luggage in tow, when we were dropped off by the Parks Connection bus and brought us to Vito’s on her own time. She truly cared about us and our stay in Alaska. And if she hadn’t already done enough, when our trip was over and after we brought back the car, she drove us back to the B&B. Once again on her own time. Now that what I call going above and beyond. Vito’s Auto Sales is a solid company and I would highly recommend them. Steve R

James was a very helpful customer service agent when I was looking for information about a vehicle before I arrived to Alaska for my summer position in which I needed a reliable vehicle that would drive 50 miles a day and further drive 4,000 miles at the end of summer. After purchasing the vehicle, the Service Engine Soon light came on and despite several checks, replaced O2 sensor and phone calls, the persistent light stayed on. Finally taking the car to the Nissan dealership to get a check up before the long drive home, the underlying problem has been the Catalytic Converter. Vito’s goal is to make the customer happy, it may have taken some perseverance and bothering, but they have a happier customer.

They have a good selection of vehicles. All of the sales people are helpful and nice. This is also the only used car dealership that provides a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty for as long as you own your vehicle at no additional cost to the customer, and it has a low deductible if you need to use it.

I’ve purchased many many cars generally it’s an all day event. I never purchased from Vito’s auto sales prior, however, fairly recently I drove by and noticed they had a beautiful Denali truck. I visited their website to take a better look at their pictures which they had tons of inside and out and to see how much it was, it was actually priced legit! I submitted an online inquiry, a Saleman named Bobby reached out with a few questions, he was super genuine and made the interaction ultra easy. They processed my paperwork, their finance guy was knownledable as well. Next day, they said everything was done, Bobby and I took it on a test drive it was smooth clean, car fax was flawless. BOOM the deal was done. If you’re looking for a pleasant non-pressure sales environment with a nice selection of cars, go see Bobby at Vito’s. Quick easy and legit!!! Will buy again, will tell everyone how easy the experience was - other dealerships need to incorporate this easy process, no games just honest and transparent.

I came in on Thursday 2/7/19. Bobby was the first one to talk to me let me know they were short handed and kept me informed of wanting to meet with me. Bobby and I spent at least an hour or more trying to figure out what would be a good fit for me for commuting back and forth from Wasilla to Anchorage. I finally decided on a 2016 Chevy Malibu low miles, great gas mileage, and still had a factory warranty on it. It took some time to get the deal made and waiting was no problem for me. What I love about the experience is, is that they didn't give up on me and were able to get me the vehicle i was hoping for. I am really quite grateful for their continued effort and feel valued by it.

I went to over 16 dealerships all across anchorage and the kenai, granted I am 22 but I had $1600 and make $1000 a week (non oil field, guarenteed hours) my credit sucks but I am paying on all outstanding bills. I have been employeed with my job for over a year and 10 months, plus my wife works! Every dealership I walked into I made sure to let them know everything before I looked at any vehicles, I was never approached or thanked for me coming to see them. Instead I was always looked down on and never given a chance. I walked on the Vitos lot and I was treated like a person whom they cared for, I was told in Soldotna that I had to put $3000 down on a 03 Ford w/lots of calcium build up,bubbled paint and rust, and a rusted frame. Not at vitos for a truck that was great inside and out the only thing wrong was I had to purchase a keyfob and reset the keyless entry + it was the Eddie Bauer edition. I will never buy another car from anywhere else but Vitos! Stan and the others were awesome. They took a "chance" on me and I will do what I can to repay them. I told the others I was without a truck as I just sold mine and no one seemed to want to get me into anything that would be good for my family, were as at vitos they understood I only had one chance to get a good vehicle and they did what I needed. These people really do treat you as family! I refer everyone to them, THEY ARE AWESOME!
