I don’t like car dealerships, and I don’t like car salesmen. However, these folks are different. They tell you straight up, don’t try to BS you, and I don’t feel slimy after dealing with them. They are professionals that sell a beautiful engineered car, and they know it, and they treat you like someone who is looking for something a little bit nicer in life. I don’t feel like they’re trying to act like my best friend just to sell me a car. They’re acting as another human being who are doing their job which is honest and the way it should be!! Connor and Phyllis were wonderful, actually the second vehicle I dealt with Phyllis and she is a wonderful lady! Connor appears to be new, and he was just a honorable person to work with. Everyone from their sales manager who was very polite and helpful to the finance manager who is also very kind and helpful, Everybody was top-of-the-line. 🇩🇪☝🏻

I have purchased more than one new car with BMW. From the sales department working with Phyllis to the service department working with Niko as well as Trent instructing me on all of the interior operations, this dealership is by far the best experience I have consistently ever had. I have dealt with other dealerships in the Anchorage area that were not even close in competence. I would never buy a car from anyone else and recommend them to anyone I know. I love my car!

The best auto service I have ever experienced. Knowledgeable empowered service writers who work closely with mechanics. Perfect communication via texts, videos, and phone calls. Video by mechanic of problem diagnosis and repair. Fast on-time service. Reasonable charges. Consistent on both of my visits with different service writers. I usually do my own repairs because auto shops can be so exasperating and expensive, but this BMW dealer makes the evolution what it should be. It must come from the top. This business could consult to show other dealers how it should be done!

While my vehicle received good care from the technicians, my appointment was at 0730 but it wasn’t ready for several hours later. Meanwhile,I responded to a text asking if I had any questions while it was being serviced for a routine oil change. I expressed the above but didn’t get a response. All this to say: if you have an appointment time for a routine procedure but are in the queue for hours after the scheduled appointment time, then this should be disclosed up front. I expected to wait up to one hour in the lobby but was told it would be done at a much later time. Both issues, three plus hours for an oil change and non-responsive to a text initiated by the dealer is not good customer service.

This was a wonderful experience! The facility was clean, service staff was helpful and courteous. My needs were addressed in a timely manner and I was treated with absolute respect. Trent went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle needs were met. I would definitely recommend BMW of Anchorage!

Melinda was amazing! Searching for a car from out of state was time consuming and frustrating, but Melinda kept her eyes open for us and found us a car that meets our needs. When we flew into town she picked us up at the airport and we (test) drove the car to the dealership and completed the paperwork. (How's that for extreme customer service!) So the gentleman was awesome in the front office. The part I didn’t like!!! Was the vehicle didn’t have very much gas ⛽️ in it so I put half a tank and was not reimbursed and the vehicle 🚗 was dirty inside and out so I had to take it to the car wash 🧼 it was too embarrassing to drive a dirty vehicle from BMW . The manager was a nice gentleman but he promised me a free detailing the next time but I don’t need that, my car is already clean . I felt like he could have offer more. That why I gave 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Overall a good dealership but my latest experience was disappointing as an ongoing issue with my X5 was not resolved. Moreover, I ended up waiting 7 hours for a simple oil change despite having a “wait-for” appointment. I felt like my vehicle slipped through the cracks. I’m hoping this was a one time frustrating experience.

Building is solid, especially after the remodel. Very clean and professional. Parking is a bit sparse/tight if there are already more than a few consumers there. Staff were friendly and overall knowledgeable on the vehicles. Some questions were left unknown but you can’t honestly expect a person to know everything about every car. At the end of the day they were very flexible with my trade-in and requests to make me happy when I walked out with a new car. Now if they can just do something about the resale value on these beasts. 😂 Photos are of the old showroom, will try to update on next visit. Grey car is actually the only I left with.

My son purchased a vehicle and was met with excellent customer service. Logan is such a great guy, he really took care of us. They gave him a great price on a car, under blue book, while other dealerships are inflating cost due to COVID. John, the finance guru was able to get him a decent finance rate. Ultimately, my son walked away with exactly what he wanted and BMW of Anchorage made a lifelong customer out of him and me. I went back the next day and traded in my vehicle. Again, top notch customer service, Logan was so knowledgeable and helpful. Do they know thier cars? So well! I got a great deal, paying lower payments on my newer car than my previous one at excellent interest rate. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else in Alaska! It feels like family! I brought my older BMW in for a recall service. The experience was great. The staff were professional and genuinely friendly. My car was completed on time and received a wash and minor detail. They performed an inspection on the vehicle at no charge due to its age. They notified me of the mechanical condition of the vehicle and the issues it had. But I never received an uncomfortable sales pitch for a new car or mechanical services. They informed me without being intrusive. I really appreciated the service I received and have been thankful that my car has lasted so long. While I hope this car lasts a lot longer, I know the next car I get will be another BMW and from BMW of Anchorage.

The best car buying experience EVER! We live in Fairbanks, so I called the dealership and was connected with Logan. He was always available to answer questions through text or phone. We decided to fly to Anchorage to test drive the vehicle and Logan offered to pick us up at the airport. After the test drive, we decided to purchase the vehicle and the entire process was less than 2 hrs. We had to fly back the same night and Logan was nice enough to drive us back to the airport (we're getting our beamer shipped home). I definitely recommend Logan and BMW of Anchorage!

The team at BMW of Anchorage is by far the most professional, friendly, and welcoming that I’ve experienced. Logan Carlos was my sales representative, and worked with me over the course of a few days to find the perfect car for me. He quickly figured out my taste in style and options (I can be picky), and showed me vehicles relevant to what I wanted, but also within my budget. Eventually we found something perfect for me. ***GO SEE BENSON!*** My first experience at BMW of Anchorage was more of a constant pressure of leaving a good survey😂. I really didn’t think I’d ever get another BMW. Luckily, I was told about a new x7. After this new purchase, I’m going out of my way to write a review on google and yelp. Benson (sales associate), Mark (manager), and Jack (finance) were an amazing team to work with and they well deserve recognition. I loved their team mentality. Benson was constantly moving around checking up on the status and all of these 3 gentlemen made the closing process friendly and easy. Right when my family and I walked in, Benson was there to greet us and he knew I wasn’t there to really shop around. I’m more of a “I know what I want” type of guy. Mark approached my family and I with a very welcoming tone. We sat there for a few hours and my daughter was acting up (she’s 2), but the whole staff was understanding and interacted with her. This helped my wife and our newborn out while I was signing papers. Negotiations, had absolutely 0 trouble. Loved the value of my trade and loved the markdowns I was receiving. Then to end the deal, we met Jack. Benson took good care of me and even offered some good suggestions while I was in the finance department. Jack has great energy. He wasn’t there to waste my time and understood that if I didn’t want it, there was NO PRESSURE! Unlike my first experience. I listened to Jack’s recommendations and I’m so glad I did! My wife got a chip on her window less than 20 min of driving off the lot!!! Thanks Jack for the window protection, everyone needs that in Alaska! Highly recommended. Overall, I would recommend purchasing a BMW or any vehicle when these guys are present. Your experience will be memorable in a positive way. No issues with the salesman, but the contract guy was very unpleasant when I decided to take the time to actually read the contract I was signing and misrepresented the warranty by saying it covered less than it actually did. My salesperson was Matt M. I would highly recommend this place if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle. Matt is a very hard worker and will work with you to ensure your needs are met. Not too pushy either. I've thus far never had a better experience at any other dealership. They value your time and treat you like a human being. Always a great experience at Anchorage BMW ! I live in the Yukon so it's a long drive to get there for me (I do it once a year). The Service Department has always been awesome to deal with. They know I'm travelling a long ways and always make sure that parts are pre-ordered, and parts are expedited if something comes up that wasn't expected. Couldn't ask for better service, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the "next level" of service from an automotive dealership.

Great cars. Nice showroom. Interesting that after the snowfall stopped Saturday night, even at 3pm Sunday I waded through snow to get in the front door...and I parked by the front door! I guess all those sales guys are above 3 minutes of shoveling. Just an observation. I chose to not buy a car that day or even chat more than a couple minutes in my wet shoes.

Cool place to visit as they have some of the latest BMW 's in Stock regularly. The manager there is very friendly and comes out to meet clients when they are shopping for a vehicle. The building itself is small but the lot is pretty sizable for its location in down town Anchorage. The sales staff are not pushy and are helpful. If you want a sweet new BMW check them out as they also offer used and new vehicles.

I had not purchased a new car since the late 90's. BMW of Anchorage is like family to me. In 2008 I leased my first BMW(528xi), and in 2012 I purchased another BMW(X5 diesel). On July 5, 2014 I was scheduled for an oil service, but while waiting for the completion, I purchased a current year X5 diesel. And a few days later...a 3 series diesel for my husband. My husband and I both commute from Wasilla to Anchorage and accumulate 30-35k miles on each of our vehicles every year which means we usually go through vehicles every 3years because we prefer not to retain vehicles beyond 100k miles. We are now on our third and fourth BMW and we cannot imagine life without one. The three things that are most important to us are 1) safety; 2) fuel efficiency; and 3) an efficient service department. We have found all three at BMW of Anchorage. If you are in the market for a vehicle, please take a little time to stop in and introduce yourself to Phyllis Halverson or Curt Zakrzewski. I believe the individuals in sales are the face of a company — they are the first impression — and Phyllis and Curt make great ones. On every visit I have ever made to this dealership, I have been respectfully greeted with friendly, open arms. David Billman, Mark Tadic, and Larry Pace (the gentleman behind the scenes) will also treat you with great respect if you are given the opportunity to meet them. They have excellent follow-through and in my opinion, truly want what is best for your individual situation. I give them my highest praise.
