We bought my truck here back in December 21. We worked with James R. and got a good deal on the truck. WITHOUT the "market adjustment fee," that most every other dealership is adding to everything. Their after sale customer care was good, fair and easy. They didn't hound us, once in a while emails, especially for oil changes, parts and service. Their service department is a bit more than average in customer assistance. Pricing is a bit high, with current market, but not excessively. All in all a very good experience. I have to give them a 9.2 out of 10. Due to service pricing.

Nate and Team did a good job on the install of my mud flaps and bed cover. I do think the pricing is a bit high for such simple installs that I could have done myself. Also, I think the rubber seal around the cover could have been installed better. I did not complain about it since it is an adhesive strip which would cause me more problems in long run if I would ask for it to be fixed. Again Nate is a professional who I can tell is very good with the customers as everyone that walk in ask for Nate the Great!

My mom lives in Anchorage and had a check engine light on. She went for an oil change and asked that they check the alert. She was initially told 1 issue and after getting it resolved she later found out it was a little more difficult then she expected. Because an expectation wasn't set about how extensive the work could be she was alarmed when she saw her check engine light right back on. She took her vehicle back and didn't get the best communication from Justin, her service advisor. From Texas I called and spoke to Craig the Service Manager. Craig was SUPERIOR with not only resolving the issue but handled my mom with kid gloves to be sure that she didn't experience sticker shock or any over pricing due to lack of communication! Craig stayed in top of all repairs from start to finish. Kudos Craig! They say a ship is only as solid as its Captain...KEEP DRIVING THE BOAT. YOU ARE DOING AN AWESOME JOB!

Robert in the service department for years has helped me to get efficient and excellent service for my Patriot. I can count on him to identify the critical problems for repair, the problems would be good to address and the problems that are nice to repair, but not very important. The point is that after many years of dealing with various auto repair/service shops, I have found Robert to be the most trustworthy. Although I suspect service writers receive evaluations and bonuses based on their success in getting business for shops, businesses should be aware of the importance of people like Robert who can be trusted to be truthful and fair with customers. Robert creates loyalty and customer satisfaction that are the foundation to successful businesses. For that reason, he should be a role model and deserves rewards.

I took my JKU in for an overdue oil change. When arriving, I was told it would be up to two hours. I was escorted to a lounge to wait, offered coffee, and was cordially assured. After only 30 minutes, a gentleman came to the lounge and told me my Jeep was done and ready! When it came time to pay, I was able to use a coupon from the Mopar app. Driving away made me feel like I had a brand new Jeep! I will never take it anywhere but here. These guys are so polite and helpful! Another thing I like is that it is such a big company, you can rest assured they won’t pull a scam in you. Very pleased! Robert was awesome!

Robert Smith was very helpful, cordial and great to work with. However, I witnessed his boss chiding him and knocking him down in front of clients! From what I saw, it seemed he had it for him and wanted to embarrass him in front of us and his coworkers. I did not appreciate that and almost wanted to call the manager. This boss should be disciplined-he has an issue. Robert Smith acted well and kept apologizing throughout this incident. I bet he will be fired. I think the boss should be fired instead.

My wife and I went down to look at a 2016 Ford Explorer. We talked to Russell and he informed us that they had just gotten that one in and that it was still in the process of being looked over. We looked at a 2015 fully loaded Sport model of the Explorer and Russell showed us that one instead. We informed him that we were just looking at the moment. He accepted our answer and let us decide on our own. There was not the typical pressure from a salesman present at all. Then my wife decided she wanted the 2015 model. We worked out a deal and traded our van in. This place is the place to go to if you are in the market for a new/used car. They are very friendly and courteous. The professionalism of this place is top notch. Thank you from a military family that loves great service. Our new vehicle has an issue with the A/C, a lady by the name of Sissi came and took care of my wifes needs. There were no promises from the dealership on the day of the sale, yet they are going to walk us through this issue. Thank you for everything.

This is an edit I made with a previous issue regarding an oil change disaster and a missing engine black heater. I have my original posting saved for my records. I recently had another issue come up Sunday, June 5th, where my 2020 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk would not shut off. A notification populated on my dashboard after parking at a friend's house AFTER turning it off. It read: "See Vehicle Settings." Didn't thought much of it since there was a symbol of an amber key with Wi-Fi signals coming off of it. It wasn't until my husband and I left to do some errands where we tried shutting the car off and it won't. Called for Services, but they're down for Sundays. Was a bit surprised that the recieptionist nor the Salesfloor worker I called wouldn't pass along the information to Services. In the mean time, my husband and I did some Googling and found possible solutions. We pulled he fuels pump fuse to kill the engine but didn't really solve the issue. So we killed the entire car by disconnecting the battery. Waited until early Monday morning to call services and a separate Tow company. By the time the tow truck came to my house, we reconnected the battery and the car seemed to be turning off and on just fine with no indicators. Dropped off my car and it appears that my car was having "software update issues." It has a more specific diagnostic but unfortunatley I misplaced the dealer's service reciept. I was happy that I got a diagnostic and my car is fixed. Very glad that the gentlemen in the Service departments were very patient, kind and understanding. Which is the reason why my rating is 4/5. Solely for the Service asepect.

My car was taken into the service area in a timely manner. I was checked in and notified it would take a few hours to complete the oil change and system updates. I was surprised to learn about the updates and the recalls. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about my cars needs. The staff then took the time to describe the complementary shuttle. I was able to take the shuttle home to wait for the work to be completed. The shuttle service driver was friendly and safety conscious.

If you need a service rep Nate is your guy! He’s helped me twice now when I’ve needed something to be fixed. I have been more than impressed both times! The first time I came to get my window fixed and they went above and beyond, they had found that I had a oil leak and fixed that as well without even charging me extra. The second time I needed a fix they were booked out over a week, but he understood my need for my car since I am a delivery driver. He let me bring my car in and they worked on it in between appointments and got my car back to me as soon as possible. I am so thankful for their kindness and great customer service. Great experience for a dealership. Called ahead early and Eric had the rig we wanted to see already thawed out and warmed up. Dealer was great and proactively offered a $500 Veterans rebate if I had my DD214 on me, which I did. Coffee was great and the open showroom made hanging around all day slightly better than sitting at the hospital ER room. Overall it was right up there with the best car buying experiences I've had.

This is by far the best service that we have received at a dealership in nearly a decade in Alaska. The service team responsible for our truck was second to none. Brian and Nate and their respective teams were incredibly accommodating and gave us updates daily on the progress of our vehicle to include updates on part shipments. If you have a Chrysler vehicle, this is the best place in Alaska to go for service (and we have been through several). We had a sprayed in bed liner and running boards installed on our 2021 Ram 1500. Nate was our service advisor and was prompt with selection options, pricing and scheduling. When I pickled up the vehicle Nate indicated that there was some damage to one of the running boards and he had ordered a new set for us at no charge. Upon inspection of the work Nate pointed out the damage. I would have never seen the very small area that was damaged and told Nate this. Nate's response was that I paid for a new product and that is exactly what I was going to receive. This level service and honesty was totally unexpected based on my past experience with other dealerships in Anchorage. Anchorage Dodge should be proud to have this former Marine working for them.

Just drove home in my 'new' used 2011 Mazda3 and I love it! Logan Hufford was the guy who worked with me and he was incredibly patient with me. This is the first car I've ever owned totally on my own and it's exciting, but kind of scary too. He was super helpful at explaining different ways I could lower my payments and ways I may be able to save. I was looking for something with a smaller price tag that would fit in my budget and he didn't push me for anything more than that! It was nice to not have run into your 'stereotypical pushy car salesman'. He was very laid back and super chill. Was able to do a lot of it via text, since my work schedule doesn't allow me much time to make a phone call or an appointment, it was super convenient for me. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. Honestly, would not have bought the car if he hadn't been so great! UPDATE: There were a couple tears in the upholstery when we purchased the vehicle that they said they would schedule to have fixed. We reached out to Gabriel a couple of times to set that up. The first couple of calls, we were told that he would call the upholstery guy to set it up but the next couple of time we called to check in on it, he never responded. We never got it fixed. Next time we purchase a car, we might try somewhere else.

I came in for an oil change on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was told that I was needing my 60,000 mile check up. I was given a quote and told that they had time to do it today or I could schedule it at another time and just do the oil change today. I chose to do it all. It would take about 3-4 hours, it took 5 hours, but at 3 1/2 hours Robert started coming by and letting me know where things were at. I was pleased to get it all done at that time and it ended being less than what I was quoted. Very nice surprise! When I started up the car, there was a funny noise with the fan. I went back in to ask about it and Robert took it back in and it was just a couple of minutes and it was fixed. I do have a funny smell from the fan, but I am hoping that it will dissipate with use, otherwise I will be back in.

Nate was my service contact and he did an excellent job. My problem appeared to be electrical in nature and I'm NOT "electrically inclined." Nate took additional time to ask questions of me and focus on a solution. He also recommended keeping the truck/camper overnight at the yard while the camper was plugged into the truck. The next morning, your technician checked the truck battery voltage to determine whether there might be a substantial current draw of the camper battery to the truck battery. UPDATE: I did not want to delete my old review but update it. Recently my Jeep was having issues (as heavily driven vehicles do) and it seemed impossible to get assistance throughout Anchorage. I finally scheduled an appointment online for the parts/labor department at the dealership. After dropping off my car, i've been told multiple possible reasons on why my vehicle was acting the way it was. Nate however, knew right away what the problem was and my Jeep was fixed in what felt like no time at all! They have an easy rental process, and even though short staffed, everyone I was waiting with were all assisted within minutes. Again, great staff, great work, great knowledge, overall fantastic! I bought my Jeep from Shane yesterday, he worked superduper hard for this sale -not for himself but for me. I was a very big challenge due to a big screwover from Cal Worthington Ford, negative equity in my previous loan and terrible credit. I really wanted this Renegade and I couldn't be more happier that he was able to work out a deal with the bank manager, Aaron. He was such a delight to work with and if Shane does not make you laugh at least once while searching for your new or certified pre-owned car then I feel sorry for you. I had a great experience with the Anchorage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM center. This was my first solo experience buying a vehicle and they took very good care of me. They were patient and even though I was just there to browse they made it worth my while. I ended up getting the used Ford truck I had been eyeballing for awhile. I didn't get the trade in for my car that I wanted, which is why they only get 4 stars, but everything else was wonderful. I will go back there for a used or new vehicle any day.

This has been our all-time favorite dealership since we moved to AK over 40 years ago. My husband, our grown children, and I have purchased perhaps 15-20 new vehicles there, as well as a few used ones. Their dealership and service are unexcelled. The vehicles' prices are fair, they offer military benefits, and their showroom is spotless. There is also a small, comfortable waiting room for those of us who usually wait while our vehicle is being serviced, and snacks and good coffee are provided. There is a free shuttle service for those who need to head off to work or other appointments. The service workers are world-class! I expect my Jeep to outlast me, but if God forbid it needs to be replaced, Anchorage Chrysler DJR will definitely be the first place I go!

My better half owned a Dodge diesel years ago, and really wanted to get back into one. We live in Fairbanks, so we of course looked there first, at Gene’s Dodge. But after being told there was a $3000 additional dealer markup just for the privilege of buying a $65000+ vehicle from them (because alaska was literally the reason we were given), we decided we would not be spending money there. So we looked online, and found the exact truck we wanted at Anchorage Dodge. We called and spoke with Eric Garcia, who took our information, was very helpful with questions, and he went to work making sure our dream truck was there and ready to go. He was such a pleasure to deal with over the week we took to make our decision that we decided to make the drive down. We showed up to the dealership at 1800 on a Friday night. Eric had the truck fueled, def tank full, and ready to test drive upon our arrival. It took only a couple minutes for us to decide that was the truck we wanted. Initial negotiations were very pleasant, no games. We had one pause while we discussed trade in value. But they came back immediately with a no-nonsense, more than fair trade in value for our Tundra (and it was honestly about $2k more than we expected). That’s when we were handed off to Gabe Zorea for finance. He was spectacular to deal with as well; he gave us several loan options for length, additional down payments, interest rates, all that. It made it very easy for us to look at the options and pick the one that fit best. Again, all very straight forward, no games. We walked in at 1800, and we drove off the lot with our brand new Ram 2500 diesel just 3.5 hours later. This was the easiest, smoothest, best vehicle buying experience either of us has ever had. We would absolutely buy another vehicle from Anchorage Dodge, Eric, and Gabe!

I don't normally write reviews, but I recently had a great car buying experience at Anchorage Chrysler. I bought a used Honda Fit Sport and worked with Oliver. I have always been reluctant to buy from a dealership. However, working with Oliver was very easy, and he was extremely helpful. I took the car for a test drive over the weekend and ended up coming in Monday afternoon to purchase it after Oliver arranged financing. The process couldn't have been easier. In the end I felt like I got a great deal on the exact car I wanted. The car also had a crack in the windshield when I bought it and Anchorage Chrysler promised to replace it free of charge. I have to say that this is probably if not the best car buying experience I have ever had. I literally made a call to inquire about a particular model of Ram, talk to salesman (Oliver) and we made a deal via phone and email. His service was so flawless he met me in the middle with both my trade in and the price of the Ram. Not to mention told me about incentives that I didn't even know existed for the month. This is the best place to buy a previously owned vehicle. Nothing hidden, everything upfront so you can make a informed decision. Also, the whole buying process was unbelievably easy. The salesman that I worked with to find the perfect truck was Shane Oneill, he was someone that was highly recommended by more than one of my coworkers. After spending almost 7 hours at the dealership one weekend I couldn't find something that was "the vehicle" for me. Shane was super patient with the specific things that I was looking for in a vehicle and understood that I was willing to wait until he found the vehicle I wanted that fit where my wallet was able to. Almost two weeks later I hear from Shane and he said he found the truck for me. I went into the dealership and instantly loved it. Shane looked for the truck I wanted for almost two weeks and got back to me once he knew it would be something I wanted. Shane was NOT pushy or unreasonable about my interests in a vehicle and what was going to work for a budget I had in mind. I have been to 5-6 different dealerships in Anchorage and they do not give you all the details about vehicles. Edited: Previously, I had written a much less-than-favorable review of the service department at Anchorage Chrysler Dodge. Long story short, I paid for services that were not needed. I didn't question it at the time since it was recommended, and I had always experienced nothing but good service from the service department. I voiced my concerns on here, and was contacted by Anchorage Chrysler Dodge about my review. Their service manager, Craig, apologized for the error and took full responsibility. They had recently installed a new software system for service tracking and their new system did not reflect that I had previously had that very same vehicle service completed. This is completely understandable for anyone who works with software and has undergone what can be a painful upgrade process. I am happy to report that Craig worked unnecessarily hard and amazingly well with me to resolve the issue. Not only has Anchorage Chrysler Dodge corrected the situation, but they have demonstrated an honesty and integrity one does not typically expect from dealerships. In my opinion, this dealership not only preaches excellent customer services, they practice it and exude it. If I could give Anchorage Chrysler Dodge more than 5 stars on this review I would. It is clear that while they are concerned with the image they have, they are more concerned with ensuring their customers are happy with the service they received. I was under no obligation to change my review here... however, after purchasing new vehicles from no less than 4 different dealerships in Anchorage, I can report that the service I have received from Anchorage Chrysler Dodge is unparalleled. I cannot recommend this dealership more highly, and feel sorry for any others I ever deal with who will attempt and fail to live up to the standard Anchorage Chrysler Dodge has set in my eyes. I was a little skeptical at first because they had so many good reviews, I thought they must have been fake, but NO they really are that good!! This was the easiest best car buying experience I have had. I was quite surprised actually. I have been burned by car dealers in the past and was expecting that again, but that is not what happened. I found a jeep I liked and submitted an email offer (lowball) within 5 minutes I received a counter offer. I submitted another lowball offer and received another counter. At that point I picked up the phone and called the person on the email. I expected that maybe it was an automated email sending the counter offers, and was surprised when a real person, Dennis Trent Internet Sales Manager, answered the phone. We verbally came to an agreement on the price and I got it for less than I had in my mind. I also needed to trade in a vehicle to purchase my new jeep. Dennis made me a very generous offer for the trade in, it was so easy! I was already approved through Chrysler financial and happy with those terms.Dennis was so awesome and went way above and beyond, because he let me know I could get a much lower rate through a credit union in town. He had an associate Jason Serrano call me and gather my information for the credit union. We completed that application and Jason said the vehicle would be ready to pick up in 15 mintues. When I arrived all of the paperwork for the purchase was already completed for me. Due to my previous experience with car dealers I was certain they must have changed the figures since I was getting such a great price. I went over the contract with a fine tooth comb and everything typed on there was exact to what we had agreed on. We signed the papers and left!! Start to finish the entire process took 2 hours, with only 1 hour being at the dealership and the other via email and phone. It was the easiest car buying experience ever! I am very pleased with my jeep and feel great about the terms, price and customer service I received. I will only purchase cars at Anchorage Jeep now!

We told George exactly what we were looking for, he found the perfect option (Jeep Grand Cherokee), and he spent the better part of an hour explaining the vehicle features and comparing/contrasting the ups AND downs to other brand SUVs. Just a straight, no-BS walk through. As he put it, "I don't need to sell you the vehicle. If you like it, the vehicle will sell itself." The icing on the cake was we paid a little under dealer invoice on a 2017 vehicle (not a previous year or model leftover). I didn't waste any time with haggling. They showed me the sticker price (MSRP), the dealer invoice, and gave me a straight deal with no time wasted. I am thoroughly floored by the excellent service displayed by Dale and Craig at the service center! Second to none. My break system had a part that was out of production due to recall, and they made sure that when the improved part came out, I was fourth on the list. On top of that, since it was out of production for two months, they threw in a free rental to cover the gap in time. When I got the news that my car was repaired, I also learned that they threw in the oil change I requested free of charge! And, they truly went out of their way to avoid me paying a $500 deductable on an alaskan windshield that happened two days after the rental by calling Badger Glass and getting me a quote for only $300. Logan is what I wish all car sales people were like, I'll start there. I am not a man that reviews too often. I prefer to talk to folks I know about services or products I am interested in. But in this instance, I'm going to make an exception. Earlier this year my 2005 Ram 1500 hit the 190k mark and I had to come to the difficult decision to let her go. She had a manual transmission and vinyl floors. Unfortunately truck makers stopped making trucks for people that stomp around in the mud and enjoy the feeling of controlling the RPM's. So I began my 8 week odyssey to find the right Ram. I searched every dealership West of the Rockies to find what I wanted. Although most often I didn't see what I wanted, I still received an unending number of phone calls from out of state dealers that wouldn't provide me the information I wanted, but just wanted to know when I wanted to get the deal done. I heard "I got some people coming by to look at the truck you like blah, blah, blah." As if that '15 Outdoorsman on the lot for five months all of sudden is the hot item. Right... After I qualified for Chrysler Financing (because I thought the advertised 0% APR might be some kind of reality) Logan form Anchorage Chrysler called me. At first I felt the way I feel towards most the sales reps I deal with at work, like I wanted to hurt his feelings for my own entertainment. I told Logan I wanted to look at a couple trucks. We set up a time and I came by and test drove Rams on three occasions. Logan instantly made me enjoy truck shopping. He didn't harass me, didn't call me incessantly, he was honest. He told me the truth and didn't sell me anything I didn't want or need. He somehow got me a good trade in price on my truck and offered me a good deal on a truck that was as close to ideal as I could imagine. When I was talking about how I wish the Tradesman had heated seats, he told me how to get that. When I said I wanted a bumper to bumper warranty, he set it up at the best price I was quoted from any dealership in the Western U.S. In the end, I would buy a truck from Logan any time and I would recommend him to others any day.

Sure enough they did, I let them know if be in first thing in the morning as I was already pre-approved. The service was great, I was very satisfied. We originally had decided on a Ford F350 Long Ranch diesel. We had spoken with the dealership in Wasilla a few times and they told us to come out and look and pick out what options we wanted. But when we got there, we were directed to "the only one that you want" and when we asked about other models, "none were in stock". After being pressured to purchase "their" choice at almost $70,000, we left, without a list of options available to look at for the F250 we originally asked for. The next day I called and spoke with Jim McCarron, who listened to what I was wanting, and what the Ford dealership was offering. He said, "I have just the thing". He drove over the Dodge equivalent of the Long Ranch: But this was a MUCH nicer truck! It was a 3500 Laramie Longhorn diesel. He went over all the options, and actually did the paperwork and loan application right at my location. When my husband came home, we went over to the dealership and just signed the papers, and drove away. It was the easiest and smoothest purchase ever. No BS, just straight talk, and no pressure. Jim was friendly, and knowledgeable. Best car salesman ever! And the price? Much lower!
