Select Auto Imports did an amazing job hooking me up with a BEAUTIFUL 2020 BMW 750i XDrive for an amazing deal. The process was seamless, and I drove off the lot with my new car in less than 2 hours at the dealership including adding the new car to my insurance and signing all paper work as well as test driving the vehicle. Murad was amazing and took extra time to make sure I understood all of the technology the car offers and that I was satisfied with my purchase. His follow up and responsiveness even during the New Years holiday was amazing. Would absolutely recommend buying a car thru Select Auto Imports and particularly thru Murad. I purchased my car here based on their great reviews. The service was impeccable and beyond compare. The friendliest and easiest transaction I have ever experienced when buying a car. But then, in less than 24 hours, the high end Lexus I bought wouldn't start. The result was a dead, 4 year old battery. Further inspection showed the car to have cheap lowering springs on it. Robert, the sales manager worked with the owner to make it right. Although It took more effort after the sale, they stand behind their products and service which is much more than i can say for most dealerships. They really do care about their reputation and long term realtionships which is commendable.

Following our last purchase 3 years ago, we were looking for another luxury car. Based on the last experience, I called Robert and requested him to look out for an S500. Sure enough, in less than a month he called and shared the details with us. We went to the dealership the following day and completed the deal, including the test drive, in an hour!! By far one of the best car buying processes around. Selected a practically new vehicle. Was pre-approved after speaking with the internet sales manager he only applied to two lenders instead of the typical 6 to 8 like other dealers. My husband and I met PJ over a year ago and told him we would be back when we were ready to purchase a car from him. We decided to just go out for a Saturday drive and see what the inventory currently looked like at Select Auto, not planning to purchase a vehicle. I saw the 2017 GLA250 Mercedes on the lot, the price, color and mileage was great, but again did not plan to purchase a vehicle. I walked in on a Tuesday morning not knowing what I wanted. Immediately I was greeted and everyone was wearing gloves and masks due to the current pandemic which made me feel a lot better. I worked with Sean the Sales Associate and he was very patient and honest about what he thought was best for me. The owner of the dealership Mike and the finance manager also named Mike were both very pleasant and professional. Since it was my first time financing a vehicle, I had a lot of questions and concerns about buying a car and also needed to return a leased vehicle at the end of this month. The three gentlemen were very patient and took good care of me and answered all my questions. I even got a chance to meet Judy, I believe the HR/Accounting manager and she was very helpful and made me feel at home. I knew these people weren't after my money because they really listened to my needs and concerns as a consumer and actually told me a car I wanted which was much more expensive than what they recommended would not be suited for my lifestyle. Once I chose the right car for me and signed all the paperwork, they even helped me change my auto insurance policy and return my leased vehicle at the correct dealership because I wasn't familiar with any of that! Just purchased a Super Clean 2016 Corvette from Hassan at Select Auto Imports and the experience was wonderful. Let's start with the actual lot, which has separate parking for your personal vehicle, which I really liked. I was greeted immediately by the sales manager who walked us into the dealership that was classy and well appointed with experienced knowledgeable salespeople. Hassan was gracious and had all of the critical information needed about the previous owner, as well as the Carfax and detailed information about our specific 2016 Corvette. The Finance Manager was patient and clearly explained warranty advantages, and granted us multiply options for financing. We were told that Select Auto Imports takes pride in selecting one of kind, low mile, well appointed vehicles. They have everything on their lot, Bentley's, Porsche, etc. We also just got our inspection for our Corvette at a local dealership in Maryland, who confirmed that we got a gem of vehicle, it is extremely clean. This pre-owned vehicle transaction was done on-line and over the phone, and it was professional, pleasant, and an easy, seamless process. The sales consultant I worked with, Mohammed, was excellent. The car has performed beautifully since I've owned it. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I should have asked for more detailed body photos. I received a video walk around of the car, but I did not ask to see up close photos of any paint touch up or dents. The car looked perfect in a video shoot, but as everyone knows, when you hand wash a car for the first time, you see everything. The car had numerous touch up spots (some not so well done) and a minor fender dent, and one wheel rim was scraped up. If you buy online, be sure to ask for close up photos so you're sure of what you're buying.

We worked with Hassan to purchase a 2019 Audi Q5. Great experience - Hassan is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us the space we needed to think through the purchase. He was delightful to work with and we are incredibly pleased with the car. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because others at Select Auto were a bit too pushy on us buying an extended warranty. We said we didn't want to buy a warranty (several thousand dollars), but they kept pushing which meant we had to keep uncomfortably saying no.

Completing the paperwork took less then 20 minutes, then, thanks to the full tank of gas supplied with the vehicle, I was able to immediately leave for home. Having purchased new or slightly used vehicles every 3 or 4 years for the past 45 years, this was by far the easiest and best car-buying experience I've had.

There is a lot to like at this dealership. Probably one of the best selection of upscale cars in the DC region. Prices on the high side but condition of cars is good. Sales pressure tactics were minimal. They came across as honest brokers but did not deal like I would have liked. They listed my trade with almost a 50% mark-up after barely budging on sales price or trade (most bothersome issue). Number 1 lesson is to always be prepared to walk to get a better/fair deal. All negotiations are with the owner directly. It didn't feel like a win-win negotiation but don't feel totally ripped off either. Maybe this will help the next guy.

All team members were very friendly but PJ's customer service was unbelievable. He is very friendly, very knowledgeable about the car and also knowledgeable about the whole car buying process. The buying experience at Select Auto was truly unique and satisfying. The sales staff has a vast knowledge of the many luxury cars that are offered for sale. Unlike the typical brand dealerships where the sales staff only know the vehicle brand the dealer sales. The sales approach is very low pressure the product sales itself. The inventory is loaded with upscale luxury automobiles. All the automobiles are in excellent condition with low mileage. The automobile information is up front and available to all potential customers. The Price and vehicle condition are all listed online. Select Auto has no need to play games with pricing or the bait and switch with cars advertised for sale. I checked car prices up and down the east coast for a MB S550. No other dealer came close to the price Select Auto had for there vehicle when you considered the condition and mileage. Overall a great car buying experience. My experience with Nelson was A+ from the moment we first spoke on the phone regarding my interest in a 2013 BMW 328i coupe 31k miles. INCREDIBLE FRED....... Buying a car is a stressful affair, everybody has an opinion and it can be overwhelming. I called select auto imports and talked to Fred. In less than 20 minutes I was on the road to their show room. The staff were all amazing. Warm and cordial. After a drink and preliminaries we were down to business. Fred took me to the car that had all the specifications I wanted and gave me 2 more comparisons in amenities and cost. They offered me a test drive which I declined since I was getting an upgrade of the car I already have. Then came the billing department. She was very knowledgeable and gave me several options on financing. She worked until we got the deal that fit my budget. She gave me tips and recommended extended warranty. Then came the car. What a beauty. If you are looking for a well maintained car in tip top shape this is the place to go. Their whole line up has cars that have never been in an accident, each one has a carfax report. most have warranties and they can walk you through adding extended warranty. I will definitely go back, I will take all my family members and I strongly recommend select auto imports to you. You will not be disappointed. They are all great but my first vote goes to FRED. The cars are a little pricey but well worth it. I love my Mercedes.

It's taken a while for me to write a review of my experience Select Auto Imports, but I want to acknowledge the folks who got me into my 2007 Porsche 911 Carrera. In particular, my Sales Consultant, Naser Ziarmal, was instrumental in getting me a terrific car and making the whole buying process smooth from start to finish. I had been looking for a Porsche for about 2 months before buying from Select. I had dealt with dealerships and private sellers. Non-Porsche dealers had very little knowledge of their cars or vehicle history. Private sellers often had emotional ties to their cars and were unwilling or unable to understand market pricing. From the beginning, dealing with Naser from Select was different. Select advertises that they sell only quality used cars, and they back up their claims during the buying process. Naser sent me vehicle history, including detailed maintenance records, almost immediately after my inquiry. The test drive and price discussions were low pressure, but he made sure I got my questions answered. Regarding price negotiations, a buyer should understand that the guys from Select know the market; they are pricing experts. There is room to negotiate, but they price their vehicles fairly. They know that people don't NEED luxury cars, so they price close to market. Do your homework, know the market for the car you are buying and enjoy the process. The point is to get a cool car, not to outsmart the experts. After the price was agreed upon, I got an independent pre-purchase inspection from a Porsche dealer. Select delivered and picked up the car from the inspection and put brand new floor mats in the car -- a nice touch. Once I was satisfied that everything was in order, it was time to buy. After the purchase, Select even assisted me in purchasing a battery maintainer at dealer cost. Select maintains a good reputation in the used luxury car market, and they lived up to their reputation with my purchase. I look forward to buying from them again and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

I was unfamiliar with Select Auto Imports at the time. I called the dealership for more details on the car and spoke to Fred. He was very helpful, and I made an appointment to look at the car later that day. My experience at this dealership was outstanding. From the moment I met Fred to the moment I drove my newly purchased car off the lot, he was wonderful. He was attentive, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. He was also patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent service, which I find to be rare in the car buying world these days. They say the good, the bad, and the ugly. However, PJ was the extraordinary when it comes to sales professionalism. In short, I would make another automobile purchase with Auto Select Imports and especially with PJ. After visiting many different car dealerships throughout the day experiencing everything from well-intended to just downright rude car sales rep, the day was winding down and I had just one last stop before calling it quits for the day. First impressions of the dealership is that this location only deals with premium cars and customers. The lot is well maintained and all the cars are immaculately clean. The sales team greets you with a sincere handshake and welcome. PJ had the vehicle I was interested in rewashed, pulled up, and plates ready to go for a test drive. You'd be surprised how many car dealerships this was an ordeal and lengthy process especially when my appointment time was confirmed. The test drive route included both side streets and highway. You'd also be surprised how many places wouldn't let you test drive on the highway. The car had everything I wanted except a sunroof, which is mandatory for us sun-worshiping Californians. So PJ thought carefully, asked some great qualifying questions, and introduced me to a car I didn't even know existed, the Mercedes-Benz CLA45 AMG. However, the car was beyond the reach of my pre-approved loan. Where to start...I have been looking for a Porsche Cayman S (used) for months. I knew what color I preferred, what options I had to have, and what price I was willing to pay. I became fairly well informed about the market, and it was tough finding a car that met my expectations. Scanning the internet on a daily basis, I came across a newly posted car for sale in Alexandria, Virginia with Select Auto Imports. It was so new that no pictures had been posted, but the description was dead-on. I crossed my fingers and called. I spoke with an engaging gentleman, Michael Webb, who was very informative and most helpful. No high pressure, no stress, he simply answered my questions and then took some photos with his iphone so that I could match a picture with the description. Lo and behold, he sent pictures of MY car. The one I had dreamed of but gave up hope of finding. Natural Brown leather in a black metallic Cayman is gorgeous, but rare to find on the used car market. Well, this one was it. I live in Florida, but immediately called Michael back and arranged the deal. Michael worked the ins and outs for me, offering some suggestions so that I would know the car would still be there when I got off the plane. I booked the ticket and two days later was flying to Washington. Michael (who arranged to have me picked up at the airport) was waiting for me when I arrived. I was thinking, 'Am I insane for buying a car four states away on blind faith?' Well, Michael put me right at ease with a warm and casual, but professional, personality. The car was magnificent! Absolutely stunning, and standing right in front of me with only 24,000 miles. Having priced literally at least 100 used Caymans, I knew what a good price was, and wasn't. This car was a deal. No doubt. In addition, I casually mentioned wanting an oil change before my long drive back to Florida, and when I got there, the oil change had been done, with the receipt from the Porsche dealer handed to me. Wow. Michael made me feel like a million bucks and will be my go-to-guy in the future when the need arises. The used car market can be a shark-pit. Not at Select Auto, and certainly not with Michael Webb. I KNOW I got a great deal due to my lengthy search, and I couldn't be happier. By the way; the 10.5 hour drive back to central Florida WAS A BLAST!!!! It ran perfectly. Thank you Select Auto, and a big thank you to Michael! Buying a car out of town was daunting. The Select Auto Imports team made it easier and less stressful in many ways. Hassan and Deb were very responsive and answered my many questions. My wife and I traveled up from Chapel Hill, NC (where I am a professor) and Hassan picked us up at our hotel. We had a chance to drive the car quite extensively before we bought it. We were very impressed with the quality of cars on the lot and realized that the dealership has way too much at stake to risk its reputation with bad cars or service. By the way, I called a local shop in advance to ask about a pre-purchase inspection and when I told him where I was considering buying, he said don't even bother with the inspection because SAI only offers new vehicles in excellent condition that have already been thoroughly checked out. I would recommend SAI to a friend.

I decided to treat myself to a R8 V10. My online search showed two in the color and drivetrain combo I wanted in the Washington Metro area. One was at Rockville Audi; the other was at Select Auto Imports. Both had slightly different options. The Rockville one had much fewer miles than the Select Auto one, even though the one there is still considered low miles. I went to Rockville first. I clearly expressed my intent to buy, but I had some questions about a possible trade, which is a very unusual collectible car. Even though I was at the Audi section of the dealership, where the R8 was parked, a Porsche salesman quickly intercepted me and ushered me to the Porsche showroom. He was friendly but completely ineffective. Every question about the possible trade and price of the R8 yielded a useless "we are corporate" response. The Porsche sale manager did not even have the courtesy to walk over to shake my hand. A test drive was an impossibility. I barely got to sit in the car. I guess they felt I needed to trade my car in to make the purchase. The experience at Select Auto could not have been more different. The people there were all pros, respectful of me and my time. My salesman, JJ Jaffe, was thoughtful and thorough. He clearly did his homework because he was able to answer every question I had. General manager, Robert, and business manager, Deb, were excellent too. Even though the Rockville car, because of its much lower mile, was a more logical choice, there was no way I would want to do business with them. I was very comfortable with the Select Auto team. So I agreed to buy the car the same day. This place is just 10 minutes from my home. I have driven by it countless times. I should have made this a stop much much sooner.

They asked me to go inside while my car was being parked. When I got out of my car I met Mr. Brian, that was the person I was in communication with when I started my search for a car. He then introduce me to Mr. Abed, he was my sells person. Mr. Abed was the best sells person that I have ever met. Then from there on I pretty much met the whole staff at select Auto. I was giving cake and that cake was out of this world. I can go on and on and on but words are limited. I will never ever buy another vehicle unless its from select auto. I'd been looking to replace my Nissan Murano for some time - first thought was a BMW X5 (SUV), but had read that the ride might be a bit hard and stiff. I met the Sales Consultant, JJ Jaffe, at Select Auto who showed me a 2010 X5, and then showed me a 2011 Mercedes Benz M-class, and a Lexus SUV, as well. I found it invaluable to have a "hands-on" comparison. There was absolutely no pressure in buying a car - just helpful information to assist me in making a choice. In the end, I chose the 2011 Mercedes - it just felt right. Plus, the price was less than what I've found at the MB dealerships. My one complaint - as I joked with Mr. Jaffe - was that he was just too nice. He was polite, courteous, and treated me as a valued customer - something pretty rare. First, let me say I purchased a beautiful, well equipped car from Select Auto Imports. Price on vehicle purchased and offer on trade were both better than average. During my test drive, I informed my salesman, Mike Farzam that the vehicle seemed to have lots of interior rattles, compared to the same make and model I was trading (I went from an automatic to a manual transmission). I also mentioned the vehicle didn't seem as tight with the handling. Mike said "That's impossible". I should have thanked him and left immediately, because either he was insinuating I was lying or crazy! He went on to explain that the owner is meticulous about cars he buys and sells, etc. When I invited Mike to drive with me and compare the vehicles, he wasn't interested. Knowing the car was still under factory warranty, I figured I could get the dealer to take care of the rattling issues. I made the deal with Select. By the time I was ready to make the appointment with the dealer, I noticed the clutch was slipping slightly. I should have driven the car more aggressively on the test drive, but my general nature is to be easy on a clutch. The dealer's mechanic noticed the clutch slipping and recommended it be replaced soon, before it caused more problems. My service adviser stated it was unlikely this would be covered (unless there was a bad throw out bearing) and quoted $2,000 for a clutch replacement. They also said the vehicle was out of alignment and suggested I have that performed ($295.00) and they would take care of the rattles. I had them hold off on the clutch so I could shop around for a better price. They took care of most of the rattles, stating I should bring the car back in warmer weather prior to warranty expiration. The alignment was a huge improvement. It was very much out of the specification ranges. I then had the clutch replaced by a reputable BMW shop. Their quote was $1150.00, however they found the flywheel was worn as well. They checked with BMW and learned that it would not be covered unless there was 5mm of wear. I only had 3mm - enough to cause slippage, but not be covered. Though the warranty still had another 5 months remaining, it was VERY unlikely that the flywheel would wear another 2mm. I ended up paying $1850.00 for a new clutch and flywheel (still less expensive than the dealer for the clutch alone). So, $2,145.00 later, I now have the car that is generally in acceptable condition. The shop that performed the repairs also noticed the oil pan gasket has a small leak and the power steering pump is making loud noises. I will schedule another appointment with the dealer to hopefully have these taken care of under warranty along with the additional cabin rattles. I've put less than a thousand miles on the car and have gone through many headaches and a couple thousand dollars. I couldn't help but think of asking Mike to explain what "Vehicle Certified" meant on the web page where I found the car. He confirmed it's not a warranty, but the car goes through a major multi-point inspection to ensure it is in top notch condition. That's what they call "Certified".
