My first time purchasing a car in many years, let alone from a dealership, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Louis Costley was very professional, patient, and thorough. I did not feel at all pressured and he made sure I had everything and it was set up before I left. Fransisco was also very helpful in the finance department, and Mike the manager. My first Toyota and I love it. The team at Jack Taylor’s in Alexandria is top notch. Thank you to everyone who helped me, I would highly recommend them if you are in need.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE BUYING MY FIRST CAR WITH GARY (sales) & IMAD (finance) AT MY SIDE! Very thankful for Gary from Alexandria Toyota! He broke down the buying process, and never pressured me into a specific one or specific price point that I could not afford. He let me see the cars, sit in them, ask any questions, and then ended up completing a test drive. After further inspection of the car, we were able to discuss price. And work with the sales manager to come to an agreement. Gary kept the process open and honest, being very direct, thorough and for a first time car buyer (and a single lady at a delarship) I held my own and knew at the end of the day I was getting a solid used car with a warranty. Imad in finance was WONDERFUL! Truly appreciate all the time he took, especially when we were purchasing it in the evening hours! He made sure I understood the warranty being bought and also that the price of the warranty along with my monthly payment was within the scope of payment I could afford. Luckily with my credit score we got a great price / rate, and a 3 year warranty all for a monthly payment within budget. I am so thankful for both Imad and Gary, both taking the time in the late hours to confirm this purchase, make sure I had a warranty and insurance to leave the lot thay day with my first car! Will be referring people to work with Gary and Imad in the future! Thank you both - the car buying process is no longer scary.

On 2/21/23 my first visit to the service department of Alexandria Toyota I had a very positive experience. This is our 3rd car we purchased from Ted Yohannes at Alexandria Toyota. Each transaction was smooth and effortless. I enjoyed my vehicle purchase experience with Alexandria Toyota. My primary salesperson, Alfonso, was communicative throughout the delivery process and addressed my many questions as they came to me. I gave my preferences for an allocation, we agreed on a price, and I waited until he let me know that a vehicle with as close to my ideal specifications as possible was en route. Pickup of the car went fairly smoothly (aside from their recent rebranding confusing my bank at first). Alfonso also connected me with another salesperson, Wilson, while he was out on vacation during delivery. Van Hue was a great finance manager to work with, and he made sure the details were accurate even through the chaos from them implementing a finicky new touchscreen system. One piece of constructive criticism would be to provide some form of customer-facing vehicle tracking interface that shows where in the process in incoming vehicle is (a boat, the port, a truck, the dealership, etc.). This would assuage waiting customers’ concerns while waiting for a car to arrive. Overall, I would recommend Alexandria Toyota for your next car purchase. I’ve received no benefit for providing this review, but just wanted to share my experience. The whole process took about 6 months for me, but your mileage may vary.

I've been to a number of Toyota Dealerships in Texas, Illinois, and now here in Virginia. So, I have a good a high bar when it comes to a good Customer Experience. I dropped off my car at 1:00pm and was caught in the flurry of activity that I saw in the Service area. Tons of people buzzing about and it looked quite busy. Drop off was pretty easy having made my service appointment online. Returned to pick up my car later that evening and things were so quiet. There weren't many people there and the one cashier was busy working with a Customer. A young man (James) saw I was waiting and said "let me see who I can get to help you" and walked off...came back and said, "let me take care of you" and with that he processed my paperwork. I said thank you (maybe twice, or maybe 3 times) and he just smiled. That's Customer Service. Alexandria Toyota, he's a good guy to have on your team. There was another gentleman, maybe a Service Manager, that James looked to to provide some technical details on the recommended follow-up work and he provided some great background information which was great to see that support provided by the team. So, thank you for this seamless experience.

We finally were able to get our dream car of Toyota Sienna XSE with MSRP price! Mickey Debebe was absolutely fabulous sales consultant. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable but very honest and easy to work with, also like to thank Yared Manalebin General Sales Manager and Pedram Hadjarpour Finance Manager. The Alexandria Toyota is by far the best around. A few years ago after getting my van, I ran into a tire issue. I called around and landed on the Alexandria dealership and spoke to a man on the phone who was very knowledgeable, and super helpful, that man was Walter. Ever since then I have and will travel and pass 3 other Toyota dealerships to get care and attention with any issue I have with my car. What a world of difference buying a Sienna today from Alexandria Toyota (5 stars) compared to our last vehicle we purchased years ago from Priority Toyota (horrible experience). The Alexandria dealership employees were honest, and the price they verbally quoted was what we paid. They took the time to compare models with us and didn't try to push anything we didn't want. When I called to make an appointment, the representative was able to get me in the following day to address an electrical issue on my car. Leonel was the associate who worked with me regarding my vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions! He was also very professional and informed me if the problem was not solved (the car itself was a salvaged car and other issues might occur) he let me know what the cost of the next service would be. That’s always great because at least I won’t be blindsided by anything crazy. Overall, great experience! Definitely recommend.

Leonel Munoz was very professional & customer service was outstanding, he greeted me with a smile & I also observed him greeting others with a smile. Customer service was the highest I have received in a long time. Mr. Munoz went the extra mile by personally coming to the Customers waiting lounge to update me on the service the mechanics were performing at the time & when I could expect my vehicle to be done. Mr. Munoz also explained to me in great detail the needs/recommendations the mechanics were recommending & how my vehicle would benefit from the services & how it would perform better after receiving the recommended services. I bought a car there last year in May. I used Costco auto program. Great price, and exactly what I wanted, although due to car shortage had to wait 10 days. Mickey D was my salesperson, hugely helpful. I have had service there and multiple staff have been great. BTW: The pricing was better than most places, even without Costco. This dealership participates in online pricing options. (I just hate haggling, even though I have benefitted in the past.) Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend ***Best****** This was the quickest and most straightforward car purchase I've ever had. Michael Debebe had a lot of expertise regarding the vehicle I was purchasing. I rarely post reviews but I must say that the service that I received a few weeks ago on my mother's vehicle was top notch. In general, I hate going to dealerships because I normally find the staff to be slightly pretentious/aggressive and it makes me uncomfortable. However, Mr. Leo Munoz (I hope that I spelled it correctly) provided excellent customer service and made my experience extremely pleasant. I have tried every Toyota dealership in the District-Maryland-Virginia, and each fails in comparison. Jack Taylor's front desk agents, servicemen, and managers possess a level or excellence that cannot be beat. No matter the time of day they seek to ensure the customer is happy and well taken care of. The only area of improvement would be to have the televisions in the Waiting Lounge functional for customers whose services extend multiple hours. Jack Taylor's Toyota is the best.

I’m giving this review 3 stars because after getting my routine oil change I noticed there was a 3% increase charge applied to your total balance if you opt to use a credit card when checking out. I think that is truly absurd & pathetic. This is not a mom & pops business. This is a major corporation that is making its customers pay the transaction fee for doing business when in fact, that’s the fee for a “business” doing business —— like who’s their accountant? However, I was informed that the dealership is under ownership as of November 2022 which explains all the updated changes. He made my experience exceptional, simple and quick and also went the extra mile for my buying out my leased vehicle. I had to certify my vehicle and was provided a rental for a couple days after the buyout; BK was on top of everything through the process and also got me ALL new tires when I went back to pick up my vehicle (very surprised and grateful!). Not only that it was detailed and completely cleaned. Additionally, I had mentioned to him that I have not seen my registration in a long time (don't judge... where is YOUR registration!?) and he had a 30-day temporary registration printed out on my dashboard for me as well. Sangar, a sales person at this location, was amazing from start to finish! It started with an inquiry call, of which, Sangar was forthright, honest, and completely transparent with me about the availability, timeline, etc. After calling multiple dealerships, I settled on Alexandria Toyota for this reason alone; Sangar and his transparency. In a time when other dealers want to upcharge and sell you a dream, Sangar was upfront that it could take months to get my desired new car allotted to the dealership, and after it was allocated, it could take 6-8 weeks for the build. When fortunately, it took a month for the allotment, and about 8 weeks for the build and delivery to the dealership, Sangar was communicative and responsive throughout the entire waiting period, and I was always kept abreast of the status of my new car. When it came to purchasing and picking up, Sangar was flexible with our schedule (we had travel plans), and he was extremely informative on all the features of my new 2023 Rav 4!! Alexandria Toyota does mandate the purchase of their ArmorAll package, but tbh, going to another dealer with their $3-8K markups, and then trying to add on a protection package on top of that markup, you save money going with Alexandria Toyota - PLUS the armor all package is worth it with city driving and if you have a family. Overall, my purchase experience with Sangar on behalf of Alexandria Toyota was excellent and I highly recommend his service!! We purchased our Highlander at Alexandria Toyota about 10 years ago and have been taking it there for a service ever since. We've always been happy with the level of service there in the past. However, our most recent visit was very disappointing. They now charge 3% to use a credit card to pay for any work and, in addition to that, they forgot to reset the 'Needs oil/maintenance' switch after we took it in for an oil change and 100K service. We left a couple of days later for a 2K roadtrip and the message came on so we worried about a leak/something else wrong for the first few hours of our trip. I left an urgent message for someone to get back to me but it took them several hours to respond so we had to waste time detouring to another garage en route to get it checked out. I know many places are introducing a credit card fee but we're not going to pay that for sloppy work and no sense of urgency to respond to my message about what the problem might be. We will be looking for a different garage in the future.
