Albert and his crew are amazing! We needed to get some recall work done on one of our demonstration vehicles and they did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We are located in MT, but needed work done on our truck and then an alignment in NM. Our truck is very large so they were unable to do the alignment there. Albert helped us find a local alignment specialist that could accommodate our truck and transported it there and back so we didn't have to fly someone in. We are so grateful for them and will use them again when we are in the area. Thanks so much guys! You're the best!

Finance manager even got me another 2k off the vehicle to make sure I could afford the warranty they offered that was good for the life of the loan for my Bronco Sport. 2021 Explorer needed an oil change. I took to Power Ford, where I bought it, for the service. I was disappointed with part of the service. I contacted Don (service manager!) with concerns. In terms of parts and service, they are very good and a solid value. Only this last time there seems to have been a communication breakdown between their telephony system of twice being on hold and twice disconnected at exactly 8 minutes although having twice spoken with a human. So no reset of the "hold" mode. Then neither the parts department, nor Service knew about the tire I had ordered the day before even though it had arrived. This took my visit to resolve and have installed without an appointment. As for payment, apparently when quoting one part of the system had a total price, another page a higher price, and upon installation another higher price. Fortunately this was quickly resolved to the originally quoted full installation price with one phone call by the Service attendant.

Took my truck in for a rear main seal leak. Dropped it off on a Wednesday after a diagnostic had been preformed and got my truck back the following Monday. Tim kept me up to date on my truck and Tom preformed the work. So far so good. No more leaks! Thank you guys!

Power Ford was the last of three Ford dealerships in the Albuquerque area that I visited, and I deeply regret it not being my first.
The sales team (special thanks to Ashley and Eric in particular) has been spectacular with fast, consistent communication. They have taken my requests and interests seriously and have followed up regularly regarding similar vehicles while I wait to place an order (a STARK contrast to their competitors).
I am so appreciative of Power Ford's customer service. I fully intend and hope to use them as my primary spot for service as well for my other Ford vehicle. Thank you, Power Ford!

The only reason I rated 5 stars is because there were not 10. I had been a loyal customer of another Ford dealership in the local area. I bought four vehicles from them and had all my service done there. Understand that I do about six oil changes per year in one vehicle. And what did that loyalty get me? Extremely rude treatment including loudly being called a liar by a service writer at their main location’s oil change facility in front of several other customers. I immediately contacted Power Ford, told them my situation, and was told they would do it no problem. And it wasn’t. They had me in and out in less than forty-five minutes. Needless to say, now all my services will be done there. And when I am ready for a new vehicle, Power Ford will have my business. No wonder they were 2022 dealer of the year.

I appreciate the openess of what was done to my car and when I requested a service in addition to my oil change, I wasn't talked down to like I have no clue what I'm talking about. Not only has that happened in the last year at a tire store, but I've had other Ford dealerships offer services that weren't needed and figured because I'm female, I wouldn't know the difference. Power Ford is not a convenient location for me, but I won't go anywhere else..shout out to Daphne Pena and her all girl team (at least that day) in the service area!

Buying my Explorer was a good experience except that the warranty expired within 2 years of buying it & I had to spend another $1100 to buy the extended warranty to cover the last 3000 miles of the supposed factory warranty. Service takes care of my vehicle well.
I called the salesman a year after buying my vehicle to inquire about buying a new Maverick for my daughter. The guy never got back to me so we ended up buying a new VW for her instead. Kind of disappointing that they didn’t want to sell me another vehicle.

Very helpful, Savanah and Ace both worked to make sure we were getting the best price we could on a car. Both were very informative and polite which isn’t something you see much in a dealer. The help and insight they offered was wonderful and working with Ricky made the experience that much better. This was probably the easiest car buying experience from a dealership I’ve been too.

Overall, the experience wasn't terrible. They didn't have me there for a really drawn-out process and I feel like I got a good deal. I will give anyone thinking of buying here a word of caution though: if they promise you anything, don't sign until you get everything promised. I was working with some dude named Adam I think (overall a nice guy), and I was promised another key (because they only had one) and some floor mats (because the truck I bought didn't have any for some reason). Long story short, once I signed and drove away it seems like they've washed their hands of me. Again, this isn't the worst place in the world or anything. I just feel slighted because I was never given what I was promised.

Years ago I came into Power Ford, and had the absolute best car buying experience of my life. I came in yesterday, and didn’t have that repeated experience. I mean, my salesman didn’t even offer me leasing options. And how does the price listed on the window of the vehicle go from $31,000 to $40,000 when it’s time to sit down for paperwork? I thought Ford didn’t believe in markups.
The dealership was incredibly clean just as before, and everyone was friendly.

We brought our truck in when we accidentally pour DEF into our gas tank. We were scheduled to leave the day before for an extended 3-week trip to a rally and Zion National Park. We had several reservations. We explained our situation to Darren who was our representative and he immediately went back to talk to the tech. They had our truck serviced the following day by 10:30 a.m. . I cannot tell you how grateful we are to Darren and the tech for being so expeditious in getting our truck serviced so we can get on the road. When we called the dealer whom we purchased our truck from, they told us it would be 5 to 7 days. From now on we will be purchasing our vehicles from power Ford and also using their service. I have mixed feelings regarding PowerFord. My wife and I saw a vehicle that we were interested in on their website, so we showed up on a Friday evening. Keep in mind that we have never bought a vehicle from a big car dealership. Patrick initially showed us the vehicle, he was really attentive, nice, and I liked how he never pressured us into anything, he would walk away to let me and my wife discuss. After wanting to check on the financial aspect, he referred us to Ricky. He asked us why we wanted to give such a huge down payment, felt from him the pressure of having to take the vehicle and also signing blank documents when we first wanted to see how our payments were going to be BEFORE we signed anything. We took the vehicle and didn’t realize until the next day that we were not only paying for the vehicle, but also the additional coverages (gap insurance, maintenance agreement, etc). Luckily we were able to go the next day and make corrections. Nora Rashid, helped us out. She was great, she treated us like if we were her children. I also wanted to add that Darian (he was the concierge), told us that he would call us the next day after taking the vehicle to see if there were any problems, which he never did. Although we are happy with our vehicle, and there might have been a miscommunication (we’re not perfect), I did not like the fact of being pressured to sign anything, take anything, or being told things that weren’t done. If you do go PowerFord, request Nora, she was great! She’s the only reason I’m not giving PowerFord 2 stars! ***EDITING this review, today I received a phone call from Ricky apologizing for the treatment that we received. I really appreciate him for taking the time to make a phone call and making sure we were both on the same page.

The only sour note was having my truck finished quickly but having it sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes while I sat in the waiting area uninformed. I recently had my oil change performed at Power Ford. I usually take my vehicle to the dealership closer to my house, but I've been very dissatisfied with their service. I decided to give Power Ford a chance.
I made my appointment online very easily and showed up at the appointed time. The service representative met me at my car and informed me that the appointment should take about an hour. I decided to wait and browse the dealership. I received a text message a few minutes later informing me of my service representative's name and that I could text any questions directly to him.
Approximately 45-minutes later I received another text informing me that my car was ready. I was flabbergasted! The other dealership always took 2-4 hours for my oil change, even with an appointment! I honestly didn't believe that this appointment would only take 1 hour, especially on a Saturday, but I was proven wrong. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Power Ford for all my service needs!

My only reason for not giving them five stars is that I was quoted one price over the phone when I scheduled the service but a different, 50% higher price when I arrived to have the service done. Unlike Rich Ford... the sales managers didn't try and pressure me to buy a vehicle that I didn't want or couldn't afford.
Unlike Rich Ford... the finance person that takes you through the paperwork process was very polite, listened to what I had to say, answered my questions with a patient understanding of what I felt was important enough to ask, did not rush me, wasn't creepy and did not mind explaining things twice.
I have driven Fords for over 30 years. My last four vehicles have been new Fords and before that I drove Fords. I have dealt with Ford dealers in Ohio, Texas, Illinois and now New Mexico.
Needless to say, I had a very bad experience with Rich Ford. This experience almost tainted my opinion and product dedication. The sales managers teamed up on me and told me the bank says you can afford it. I was signing papers and was uncomfortable with the whole experience. The personal treatment was horrible to the point I freaked out and actually ran out of the finance man's office after I had signed a few papers.
Power Ford treated me like a family member. I LOVED the fully loaded F150 Sport that I test drove. They quoted me a monthly price. I said no. They came back with a price that was just a few dollars less a month. I spoke with sales manager. That was the best they could do for that vehicle. I said sorry, but no. I expected them to hound me. They wished me well. No further calls... no come back in we will give you our best deal... they just wished well and let me go. I came back after about 6 hours and bought that vehicle at closing time. They did not complain and again were very patient with me.
I respect Power Ford's personnel. They are what I know Ford dealerahips to be, very family oriented. This is based on years of experience of dealing with other Ford dealers around the country,

Bought a new company van April 6.
A week later noticed the tire was low, took it to discount and their aired it up twice.
Called power ford to inquire about warranty info. The lady that answered the phone initially wasn’t too helpful, or didn’t offer a solution i felt was acceptable.
Called back and spoke to “Bobby” who identified himself as the shop foreman.
He reassured me to come down and he will make it right.
As vague as he was, i went down there.
Long story short they resolve my issue, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
The level of service Bobby provides was the best service I’ve ever received at a car dealership. Made me think i had just bought a $100,000 Mercedes instead of the $25,000 work van that i purchased.

I was overall impressed, however I was bummed that I had to wait to take my vehicle home because someone forgot to have the emissions test completed, and then the door handle they repaired didn't work. On Saturdays they have a smaller repair staff, so, had to wait even longer to take the car home, and my trip out of town was unfortunately delayed. But, everyone was extremely nice, and seemed to go out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, so it was much appreciated. I will definitely trust them to work on my car in the future.

My partner Ruth and I went to look at 5.0 Mustangs and get a replacement wheel lock key for the Saleen we were driving. We were met by sales specialist Juan Arreguin on the lot within 2 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Mustang 5.0. Then we went over to the service department and spoke to service advisor Yaresly Barrios. She instantly greeted us with a smile and proceeded to explain the process in order to get another wheel lock key. She also went to get another person from the service department to bring some master keys to see if they fit. They didn't. Then another person came out with more keys and spent another ten minutes trying to find one that fit. We found one that did. Yaresly then walked me over to the parts department and had a co-worker order the wheel lock key for me.
Serving the public properly takes patience and a great personality. The five people we encountered at this dealership were 100% professionals. They deserve not only a pat on the back but a raise in pay. Being a previous business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to gain and retain professionals in any field. First of all we were not in the market of buying a new truck, but we did want to look at the 2019-20 2.7L F150's. We made our appointment and showed up on a Saturday 6/13. To start, the staff was friendly and wasn't jumping all over you like other dealerships. Any ways, a service member by the name of Ace introduce himself and asked us if we have been helped, he lead us to the front desk and said he would have a sales member would be with us shortly.
Our sales member Edgar was awesome to work with. We told him what truck we where interested in and he didn't stray from that to try and up sell us. He did go over all the different trim options just to show us the major differences. We test drove two trucks, the rwd and 4x4 options. I told Edgar what I wanted, after our first test drive he had found the truck I wanted in color and options.
After talking numbers, we came to an agreement and walked a way with a new truck. We where very pleased with our experience at Power Ford from start to finish. We will be coming back for our next car.

Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! We were having trouble with our truck batteries, and I volunteered to go to the “Ford place” because hubby was up to his eyeballs in other things. The service area could use some work. I took my vehicle in to have the sun roof looked at. No one greeted me upon arrival. There was one female inside trying to assist customers as we arrived but the manager or who appeared to be a manager, sat in his office and did not come out to assist his staff or any of us customers. I, myself am a manager and we strive for great customer service so when my team struggles, it is my responsibility to assist and ensure our customers get the service they came for. I was not impressed with that area. I spent unnecessary time waiting just to check in. Things were so unorganized, they didn't even ask my name when they took my keys.

I came into Power Ford through the Quick Service Lane because I had a flat tire on the way into town and needed to get the tire fixed it replaced. Unfortunately the tires I had did not come from Ford. That did not matter to the service guy (Darren Francisco). He told me it would take a bit of time but he would track down a matching tire for me. He called me to tell me they found a tire and they could replace the tire early they next morning. (awesome!) shortly before the close of the day i received a call telling me that they remembered me saying I was staying just in the other side of the interstate & that the tire is there and ready so if I could get there in a short time they could replace it asap.

I'll count on that same level of service when I deal with Power Ford on any upcoming maintenance and service needs (which was one of the big reasons I switched from Rich Ford to Power Ford).

Went in for my first service ... right off the bat Daniel tells me its going to be two weeks until they can get it in and then another 3-5 days before the service could be completed. This was for two minor recalls, key replacement, oil change and switching out an antenna. Luckily they were able to get me a loaner (more on this later) for this period and Loretta was great to work with.
Long story short, the truck sat in the shop until Thursday before it got touched and late Friday before it was finished, but i have to say that Ben and John were easy to work with and i recommend both of can ask for them by name.
Now for the loaner ... unfortunately Loretta wasn't there so i got do deal with a couple of millennial girls who decided that there was a scratch on the loaner. After some protest and a little rubbing it was decided that it wasn't a scratch after all. If you get a loaner make sure you document every little thing or take photos of the loaner so that the millennial girls don't try to scam you.
Also when you do the walk around on your vehicle, makd sure you either photograph your vehicle or initial next to any indication of damage ... dont just sign off on it.

Originally, I called the service dept. for an appointment and was told that no appointments were being made and I then asked to speak to someone from the service dept. and was left on hold for 8-10 minutes. I then got online and realized I could make an appointment there. when I went for my appointment, I was told I would have a 2 hour wait as there were others in front of me. Now, I understand having others ahead of me, what I don't understand is how I can have an appointment for 1pm and have a two hour wait. it appears that my time is not as important as the service departments. Evidently, appointment means one thing to me and another to the service department. I will take my vehicle and my business elsewhere.

The first time I went here I had no complaints. For some reason this second time I went to get my routine check up things were different. The gentlemen who took care of my payment and review of my car was nice but when I got into my car (that I just had detailed) there was white dust all over my seats and the steering wheel was greasy. They usually put a mat down on the rugs but didn’t so I had to shake out my rugs. Very disappointed with that aspect and will probably just go to the Ford on Lomas for that reason. I also waited in the lobby for a little while till my ride got there and it was decent but There was no coffee left for me to drink and the bathrooms were very gross!

I had a bad experience at another dealership in town trying to buy a truck. Went over to power ford and it was a night and day experience. Bo is a great salesman, he took time to listen to us and he was patient and helpful with our needs. All the staff were welcoming and there is an atmosphere of a caring family. In fact there was an employee's son who had a birthday party there. All the employees and customers made the day special for that little boy and that warmed this teacher's heart 🥰. The day we went they had food, drinks, desserts, jumpers, games and axe throwing (which made me feel better after coming from that other place.) You can tell they care about their customers! They didn't have the specific truck we wanted in inventory and Bo went out of his way to find one at another dealership and have it sent to us. We had an excellent experience with the sales person and the show room was great. We told Freddy what we were looking for (an Expedition Max) and he was able to locate it. Now the Finance Department is where I am truly disappointed in. I had the financing all lined up and approved and they told me they would handle it and make easier for me and so I trusted them. Well it has not been easier, it has now been five weeks and two other trips to Power Ford to sign paperwork. On the first trip they tell me they decided to go with the company I found it was the best, that was 3 weeks ago. Last week Freddy called me and asked how it was going and I told him I was not too happy with the financing and they still hadn't cashed the check I left. He said he would look into it. He did and called and said they would call me. They never called, I called Freddy back and he checked into and called me back saying I had to go in and sign more paperwork because of the date of the last contract. So once again the finance people did not call us. We went in and I voiced my concerns saying our trade in has not been paid off and now I have to make a payment on a car that has been sitting in their parking lot for a month. Our payoff is now higher because it has been so long. And he said he would talk to the manager about our concerns and once again no call back. So they did not make anything easier but worse for us. And I believe we were forgotten about.

We bought the 2014 Focus used at the local Dodge dealership with barely over 50,000 miles on it from Raul. They supposedly did a 124 point inspection?, however, did not, somehow, realize there was a problem with the transmission, clutch actually. It stuttered like a manual transmission when starting from a stop, turning corners, etc. We immediately noticed it and called Raul at Dodge, and they arranged for Power Ford to deal with the issue. Ben Gillespie was our contact at Power Ford, and he dealt with the situation. He knew exactly what the issue was, as apparently this has been a constant issue with this vehicle, but he had the mechanics do a full diagnostics anyways, just to be sure. The clutch indeed was the issue, but the part was back ordered for weeks. We did wait quite a long time for the part to come in, but, Once the part came in, Ben Gillespie was awesome, totally professional, and kept on top of the mechanics to make sure that all was going as it should. Even though it all took a bit longer than we'd hoped, Ben Gillespie at Power Ford made the entire process fairly stress free. He deserves a raise,or at least a commendation or certificate of excellent customer service. He was great! We would like to thank Ben Gillespie, and Power Ford for taking care of the issue in the manor it was. Thumbs up Ben!! I do, however, think that Ford, as a company whole, should recall the 2014 Ford Focus and replace the clutch automatically. It won't be under warranty forever and they know this is an issue thousands are having. It's the right thing to do. Very nice people, but had a few issues with service. Made appointment to minimize wait time, but still waited 1.5 hours before they started working on my truck. After waiting close to three hours, I found out they did not rotate my spare tire in during tire rotation as I requested, and the $240 front brake job caused brakes to thump during use. The sales team was great. Joe Pancella and Brandon Maese were excellent and found the right vehicle for me. My experience with the business office was poor. Greg Hasselgrave was very friendly but in a hurry to finish the paperwork by the last day of January, he made a mistake on a Power of Attorney form. He said he would send a corrected form but never did. He also promised to get back to me on a question which he never did. I sent an email and called 7 times, left messages without a response or a return call. It has been a month now and no response. Mistakes happen, and if I only had received a call back or an shown an effort to correct the mistake I would have felt better about my Power Ford experience. So in summary, my experience started out as a 5 star rating and ended up as a poor to average, 2 to 3 star rating. I am a big Ford fan. Over the last 25 years I have purchased fords from the old Bob Turner Ford, Rich Ford and Don Chalmers Ford, but have never had a negative experience like this.

I had a great experience trading in and purchasing a vehicle but it has been over 3 weeks since and my trade in has not been paid off and I do not have my new registration. I believe this is an unreasonable amount of time. I called to question how long it would take and was not given an answer - poor customer service after the sale! Follow-up: After posting my review I received a call from Power Ford fully explaining the situation. I appreciate the fact that they followed up. I don't think it should take a negative online review to receive all the information I should have been given the first time I called. I am updating my rating, had the information been given sooner they would have received 5 stars.

My experience at Power Ford was wonderful. Everyone was so nice to me and worked very hard and quickly on getting me approved for my 2014 Ford Fusion! I also had my nephew, who at the time was working there, helping make my dream come true of owning a car again! They really gave me the Red Carpet treatment! I do have one recommendation though. I scheduled an appointment for my first oil change, but it took longer than expected and I wasn't too sure what to do when I first got there. Instead of scheduling an appointment time, it should just be first come first serve. The technician did apologize for the longer wait so that was nice. Other than that, I recommend buying your next vehicle with them!

The staff at Power Ford did a great job of helping me buy a car and navigate that entire process. Unfortunately, after receiving the car I quickly noticed several problems that needed to be addressed. After calling Ford, they quickly scheduled an appointment, verified the problems, and ordered the parts to make a speedy repair. Carlos from the service department has been very diligent about updating me on the process as we go along and they even offered me a used car off the lot to drive until the repairs were complete. I'm sure its easy to impress people when everything is moving smoothly, but it really speaks to a business' character when they go the extra mile to fix a problem and satisfy the customer. I won't say this process has been painless, but for their part Power Ford has done everything possible to satisfy me as a customer.

So far I have had great experiences at Power Ford. Got a good price on a used vehicle (super duty diesel!) which comes with a 2 year dealer warranty thrown in, including free oil changes for those 2 years. Prompt and professional service department. Free shuttle for lengthy service appointments, sometimes a free loaner car. I normally don't prefer dealerships but these folks seem to be an exception to that rule.
If you're out shopping around, might as well stop in and see what they've got.

Finally a dealer in ABQ who honors their word. Had issues trying to purchase a vehicle on 1 June. The vehicle was defective and I didn’t want to take a chance on something going wrong and Ford, the company, not fixing. Sadly this has happened before with FMC. Worked out numbers on the only other vehicle that would meet my family’s need. Vehicle arrived early but after rebates ended. The folks at Power honored the deal and I was able to pick up my vehicle yesterday;. The dealership restored my faith in dealerships around here. I was very pleased with my first dealings with their QuickLane staff. Everyone has always been nice and very pleasant to deal with.
All the service staff I have worked with have been very nice, they remember details about you as a person, not just as a customer.
On my first dealing with the Power Ford service staff and technicians, the car that was returned to me on a Saturday afternoon just before closing, after having been with them since the previous Tuesday morning, was in worse shape than when I left it with them (I.E. the steering was mis-aligned, neither my loose seat, or the sunroof rattle had been fixed. Warranty work.).
This is where the story might have ended at many dealerships.
Instead, Power Ford took responsibility for the unsatisfactory and incomplete work. (Although they have not offered me a refund, credit, or compensation for having to rent a car while no work seemed to have been done on my truck.) When I brought my truck back, I spent all day waiting for the alignment and steering to be corrected, the truck they returned to me was 85% better, so they put it back up on their alignment rig, with me inside to make sure the steering was straight. This time it was sorted, thanks to the one knowledgeable and clever older tech who correctly identified how to set the toe to compensate for the roads here.
After all that my alignment and steering are sorted and a new seat rail and a new sunroof guard bar are on order, to be installed when I am back in town. This experience could have been a nightmare, and to be honest I was quite upset when I picked up my '17 F150 to find it in worse shape after 5 days of supposed work. But thanks to the help, work, and cleverness of Ben Gillespie, Mike Sadr, Terry Waylan, and the Technicians, including Tom Williamson, my truck is driving well and will soon be hopefully 100% fixed. Thank you for showing me that you are a business who cares about your reputation.

My daughter and I were given a courtesy ride home that day. The next day the part had still not come in so I was issued a "loaner" car since the vehicle being serviced was my only way to get to and from work. I had called a Ford dealer closer to my house to schedule my airbag recall work and was treated like it was an inconvenience and they couldn't get me in. I called Power Ford and they told me an appointment for Saturdays wasn't necessary and to just show up at 8 am. When I got there they immediately took care of me and said they would call when it was completed. Less than two hours later I got the call that my car was ready. I had heard that some dealerships hated doing recall work because they don't make money from the customers but they never gave me the impression that it was a hassle. I'll be having my future dealer recommended work done by them from now on even though they are several miles out of my way.

Took my car here last week in order to get possible issues with my transmission as well as the computer system in my car checked out and any necessary repairs completed. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location if you are having car trouble! The service department representative I interacted with was very informative and answered all of my questions with patience and a positive attitude, and when my issues turned out to be nothing he generously waived the fee for running the diagnostics since they could not find anything that needed fixing!
I did knock off one star for the difficulties I did have during my experience. First, I did have to ask a second time for the computer issue to be looked at before I picked my car up because it was not recorded on my initial list of complaints to be investigated when I dropped my car off (though I did ultimately decide not to have the computer issue looked at this visit). Second, it was very difficult to get a live person to pick up the phone at the service department which was a slight hindrance in coordinating when I would pick my car up.
In the end I highly recommend this location and appreciate their hard work to make sure my car was safe to drive!!

Woke up early to come to the dealership to check out a used vehicle. My fiancé and I were greeted by a really nice guy, I believe his name was Rob. He made sure to send a sales person to us as soon as possible so we could get helped. We already knew the car we wanted to see and we’re ready to just test drive it and discuss numbers. He sent Patrick over to help. Everything started well and Patrick went and got the car we were looking at. Because it was so new to the lot they hadn’t gotten it serviced yet but still let us test drive. In the past while looking at cars usually the sales person takes our license before hand to test drive but he didn’t even ask our names. When we were test driving the car he sat in the back on his phone the whole time and didn’t say anything to us unless we asked. I personally am not a car salesman but I am in customer service and his customer service was lacking. You’d think if someone is surviving off of commission they would actually want to SELL a car. After we parked we sat down to discuss trade ins and all that stuff. We gave him the information for the car we were wanting to trade in. The trade in value they gave us was low balled and they didn’t even look at the car. He also said the car wasn’t a “ clean trade in” because the mileage is barely over 100k. When looking up the exact definition of a clean trade in, it has nothing to do with mileage and only mentions a clean title and reflects a vehicle in clean conditions as in clean paint, passes inspections and has no mechanical issues. Which our vehicle is in almost perfect condition. When asking them to run my fiancé’s credit for only 3 local credit unions, they ran his credit with the actual Ford dealership before even checking trade in value, so now his credit is going to get dinged for no reason. We ended up leaving without a car and with a sour taste in our mouth. The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars at all is because Rob was incredibly nice and was very inviting but Patrick should either find a job he’s actually interested in or pretend. Also maybe he could take an interpersonal communication class that way he will actually make a sale or two...
good luck to whoever tries to buy here. I would just make the extra 10 minute trip to rich Ford on Lomas instead

You should pay attention to your "Check Engine" light. I did and took it to Power Ford for analysis. Sure enough, the engine was "BAD" and needed to be replaced. (Not making this up). We are moving to Tennessee. My wife and I had packed our car to the top for our trip, our household goods and cars had already been loaded on the trucks and were on the way to our new home. As we pulled out of the driveway the car had problems with the drivetrain it seemed. The manual said to contact Ford service. GREAT!
I called Power Ford and explained my situation. Elicia checked with Brian Brenner and told me that they could diagnose it immediately. I was there within 10 minutes. I explained the symptoms to Brian. He had a good idea of what the problem was.
Brian and the service team had the issue diagnosed, repaired and had me on the road in less than 3 hours!
I cannot efficiently express my gratitude to Brian, the service team and Power Ford for the great work they did for me in what in my mind was an emergency. I went to get my service done at Power Ford where I had bought my 2007 Ford Escape and the service was impeccable! When I bought my car they promised a free oil change and they exceeded my expectations. Not only did they get me in as soon as I pulled up they also rotated my tires, topped off my fluids, and checked out a noise I was curious about. All of that and I was back on the road in less than an hour!

I was coming through Albuquerque and had an issue with my truck. Tom Williamson and Ben Wayland were awesome! The service department is busy but they take their time to take care of you. They were honest, helpful, and efficient. They were able to get me in and out of the shop quickly. They taught me a few things too. I'll be stopping here again the next time I'm in Albuquerque. Brought truck in. Issues were quickly assessed, service advisor contacted me with areas of service. Estimate was given. Work was done within time frame that was shared. Service dept went as far as dropping my vehicle off at airport as I was traveling. All work was completed and truck is having no issues.

Great place to buy a new vehicle. Have always had all our company trucks get serviced there. Never have had a problem. We always look for Shaunteill definitely the best ever. But everyone there has helped us out at one point or another.
