I wanted to shout out Zach for being a great help to me in the car buying process. He was real friendly, enthusiastic, and a genuine individual. He even had mentioned he would give me a ride back to the car lot, since at that point I was sharing a vehicle and had to leave and come back while going through the purchasing process. Harland deserves recognition too for securing me a loan with payments within my means, while I’m my current fiscal situation. I had been looking to buy a vehicle for quite some time and not many sales people at other dealerships were helpful. That was until I got in touch with Zach, he was persistent and very helpful before and after my purchase. He is very knowledgeable and overall a great guy. The dealership itself was very clean, organized, and they had a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and if they don't have what you're looking for at that location they can look into getting a vehicle from one of their other locations. This was by far the easiest car buying process I have ever been through! Highly recommend this dealership and Tony! I was able to search the inventory on-line and make an appointment. Someone called me right away and gave me an appointment time and the correct address. The next day at our time we pulled in and Tony Griego immediately welcomed us. He got the keys and got the Jeep out immediately. With a quick snap of my ID we were off to test drive. After we returned set on buying my new vehicle Tony offered us water, my kids a place to set up and watch a little TV, and we got to it. He and the John Valdez made the process entirely pleasant, explained everything clearly, and were quick to answer any questions. He even helped us fine tune the settings of the Jeep! Super great customer service from beginning to end! I was so happy with my purchase and the terms we agreed to, I would gladly buy my next car from M & F and Tony.

I hade the toughest time trying to finance a truck with all other dealerships but Mauricio Castillo treated me absolutely amazing. He didn’t see me as a pay day, he treated me like a human being an did everything he could to get me into my truck. Going to M&F Auto on Coors, was by far the best decision we made! Rigo was so welcoming and personable. It was a pleasure meeting him! He made it so easy and quick to trade in our old vehicle, we weren’t planning on buying that day so we didn’t have our trade in. He even offered to drive to us over the weekend (5hrs away) but we were able to drive back the next day with our trade in and pick up our 2017 WRX!!!! Absolutely worth the drive! As I can’t speak for everyone, I can say I had a hassle free experience. Please hear me out. I normally research my cars, and trade into a new one ever 6-9 months (bad habit) but when I got answers of I’m not sure or idk. I felt confident that Zach Herrera wasn’t lying to me or my pops. We talked more about puppy’s than the car. They sweeper me an extra discount. And Jovahne Zarazua made the financing easy. Working 2 hours walked in (after doing research!!!) knew what I wanted to see and these 2 plus management of course made it work. I’m happy with my experience. But kindly ask they aren’t a brand dealership. They sell everything. I’d recommend doing your own research than just hoping everyone has every answer. These guys do what they can. Don’t be lazy.

We live 3 hours away, so working with a supportive and knowledgable sales staff was so important to us. Working on line and via calls and text was a huge part of this process for our family. Chris Padilla, the Sales Manager (I believe), was so helpful and returned all my calls promptly. Eric (sales staff) was ready when we arrived (earlier than regular opening time on Sunday), with all the paper work ready to go. The finance agent was really great, too! I really appreciate all there team there did! Thanks again to everyone there who was so helpful in the process! I love my car. I would recommend them to anyone. I am from Houston and found a car on their website that I was very interested in. I called them up and spoke to Andres. He was very open about the car and the work that they had done to it. He facetimed me so I could see the car and walk around to all the places that I wanted to check in real time. He answered all my questions and was really prompt in returning emails and phone calls. Man, it took forever… but we looked everywhere for a truck in our price range and Mand F had what we were looking for for the price we could afford. And everyone was really nice. Just make sure you block out your entire day. Have lunch before you go. And every time they say a few more minutes, know they mean hours.

Curtis is the MAN to see at M & F Auto! He makes the experience relaxed and really lets you guide the process. This is the second time back in a month because of such a different experience than the regular big dealerships. We left Perfection Honda because of their arrogance and attitude and drove straight to M&F Auto to see if Curtis was available, and sure as heck he was and we were able to find a really beautiful upgrade for my mom! We just bought a car from M&F, and this was not a typical used car lot experience. I would highly recommend them. Bryce, the finance manager, was extremely nice and helpful. No long winded back and forth haggle. They gave us a fair deal for our trade and a great deal for the car we bought. We were not there for the better part of day like most places. Because we were from out of town and not able to take the car home the day we bought it, Bryce made arrangements to have the car delivered to us a few days later. Rare experience! In the future, when we look for our next car we are definitely going back.

I had a great salesman and the finance manager was awesome. They were upfront about the fee's and such. The issues I had were regarding the license plate and detail. I bought my car and 2 months later I still have not received my plate. I get on the phone and the young lady proceeds to have a yelling contest with me about MVD and COVID-19. I know two people who purchased their car AFTER me and they received their plate already. One was just a week ago and she already received her plate yesterday. Even more, I called the manager and advised the car wasn't detailed when I took it from the dealership. He offered to detail the car. I was shocked because he offered to clean the inside. My girlfriend takes the car and the service manager says the manager I spoke with didn't promise a detail but to clean the outside of the car. When you are a new customer, they take care of you. Afterwards, they push you to the side and treat you like dirt. Customer service is not something M and F takes pride in.

So my wife and I went to M&F on Coors to look around. We have had bad experiences in the past at used car lots (the whole stereotype) and I always dread going and talking to salesmen. When we drove up, there were two salesmen sitting outside and I thought "here we go, they are already outside waiting to swoop in like vultures." We were greeted by Jude, one of the nicest car salesmen you will ever meet in your life! He was very courteous and patient as my wife test drove nearly a dozen cars over two days. He kept saying "Its your car, you are paying for it, we want you to be happy with it." Financing was a snap. We were surprised to find that the car we didn't think we could get was well within our price range. I would recommend this dealership above any new car dealer in town. In fact, I plan to go back the next time I am in the market for another car!

I updated this review which was not a good review. Mike from M&F called me and took the time to listen to my compliant. He was professional and apologized for the problems I was having with my truck. He also explained their inspection policy and let me know that my vehicle should not have left their lot in the condition that it did. I do believe Mike never would have sold this truck had he known the brakes were in poor condition. Mike has taken care of the problem and really changed my opinion of his business. It is refreshing to know that good honest business' practices are not extinct. Thank you for making things right.

I highly recommend seeing Rigo if you are in search for a vehicle. He goes above and beyond what's expected to make sure you are WELL taken care of. The lower rating is due to the owner. He is rough around the edges and seems very uncaring and rude to and in front of customers. Even though customers are what makes his entire business what it is. Without us he wouldn't even have a business. Maybe he was just stressed out that day idk. Or maybe he's always like that. But first impressions are everything....
