Before coming to look at any vehicles I spoke with Miguel on the phone. I expressed that I was in no rush to trade in my current vehicle but I did want to inquire about a pre approval offer. My husband and I went in, we looked at a vehicle that could comfortably fit our family and we started calculating numbers. He never made us feel pressured and the environment was quite welcoming. We left that day with a brand new vehicle, financed through a different bank from my approval letter but that’s okay because they searched and searched until they could find me the best rate possible. My new financed vehicle at a much lower interest rate than my prior one. It’s been a couple weeks but I am more than confident that I made the right decision, Thank you Miguel!

I know Richard CHAVEZ several years now. I contacted him and shared with him my concerns about the issues. Engine light On few times. It was Saturday late afternoon. He still proposed me to check the car. The diagnostics weren't done. But he advised me to come back another day. The Tech will need to check further. So I came back. And left my car. He called me and gave some updates. Then 2 days later, he called let me know: The car was checked and tested. Everything is OK.
I like his professionalism, courteous and I am very happy to work with him. So, in the future although the repair shop is a little bit far from my location, I will still go to fix my car there than bringing it to Reliable Chevrolet (10mn away from my house).
I highly recommend anyone who has a Chevrolet car to bring to Casa Chevrolet/Larry Miller for the following reasons: #1: You'll be happy to know, the moment they will take your car, they will do their best to check it. (They won't do like Reliable Chevrolet (RC) did to us lately: RC kept the car from Tuesday early morning and fix it only late Friday or early morning Saturday and that was for a Recall, unbelievable! We thought during those times something very serious happened, why do they needed several days! when we called, they replied: the tech is still working on it. Actually, the car was just there waiting the turn to be checked. #2: Richard gave me the updates and replied to my questions.
So now on, after the disappointment with RC, I decided to always bring my car to Casa Chevrolet!

I want to preface this note by saying my overall experience was positive. My interactions with Miguel Figueroa as my sales rep was outstanding. He was very in tune with my needs as a customer and was patient with my communications. I say this because the process was quite long and drawn out due to supply chain issues in the manufacture of my new vehicle. The process was months in the making and my wife and I were frustrated. Miguel was informative from the beginning and through the actual delivery of our car. He showed me the basics of operation, as I had only ever been in one electric vehicle before; A friend's Tesla, years ago. I can only give my highest recommendation to Miguel as a professional who knows and understands the needs of his customers, as well as the product he sells.

My experience here was amazing, when first arrive AJ opened my door and greeted me with most nicest hello. Told him the concern I was having and that I was worried it would take a long time to fix. He assured me that they would get it done in a timely manner. When I called to check the status of my vehicle a gentleman named Richard answered. He was able to answer the questions about the what was going on with my vehicle. He was even nicer than AJ. This dealership is top of the line with how fast they take care of you, how friendly the staff is, and how well my vehicle was returned to me. I would recommended this dealership to anyone needed service on their Chevrolet.

Service was efficient once I got there, tires were rotated along with new battery installation. By the time I got home my inflation light was on indicating low pressure in one of the tires requiring me to find a place to inflate the tire. Not a big issue just a minor inconvenience.
It is very difficult to reach the service department by phone it seems that calls are not answered and there is not a way to leave a message. Once I did get an appointment I was happy with the service I received.

Dealer took my car without an appointment which I was thankful for. My 2018 Chevy Volt front half of my high-voltage battery failed and I got a "Propulsion Power Reduced" warning on my car as I was driving home from work. The car was driving extremely rough and wasn't really driveable in a safe manner. I was expecting a very long time for repair since they had to order parts but it only took 10 days.

After a massive repair debacle at Fiesta Kia, I unfortunately found myself needing to purchase a new vehicle. I saw a used vehicle on the website and filled out the form. The next day JP called us and set up an appointment to come in on that Saturday. I have always been a Dodge Ram truck owner. Since my first truck a Dodge Dakota when I was 15 I never thought of owning anything else. I was in the market for a new vehicle and had always gone to Larry H Miller for my vehicles. My fiancée was with me and recommended me to go check out Marks Casa Chevy. That’s where I met Ish Martinez the General Manager. He was extremely friendly, approachable and personable. He asked me a few questions of what I was looking for and what I wanted for my trade in. He understood my needs, and, in a few minutes, he found the perfect truck for me. I appreciated the no hassle no pressure environment he created. Ish and his team were 100% transparent with their offer and what they could do for me on my new purchase. There was no hassle or back and forth negotiating which becomes annoying when buying a vehicle. He let me know what he could do and what I needed from him and his team to buy a vehicle that I wanted. Even offered to locate a vehicle for me if it was not in his lot. Based on my experience not only with Ish but his entire staff I will be a loyal customer to Marks Casa Chevy. When I needed to get a Tonneau Cover installed he set me up with a service advisor Emanuel Arreola who was above and beyond friendly. He followed up with me on the status of my tonneau cover and lent me a vehicle so I can get back to work. It has been a great experience for me at Marks Casa and I will continue to refer my friends and family to them. If you want a hassle free experience and vehicle at a great price I would recommend going to Marks Casa Chevy.

Jason is one of the best to work with. He is patient and answers all of your questions to the best of his ability. If he doesn’t know the answer to something, he makes sure to go ask someone else to try to get to the bottom of things. I came in here looking specifically for a Chevy Malibu. One of the big things is though, I still have beginners credit, and I would have needed a co-signer. Even with a co-signer though, my payments would have been much more than what I wanted. I didn’t want my payments to go over $400 per month. Jason did his best to work with that but in the end it wasn’t possible to achieve. Totally understandable though as I did not have a down payment and I was wanting to use my current car as a trade-in. He told me to come back in a year while my credit builds a little bit, and I would have better luck at getting something affordable for me. I have zero complaints about working with Jason because he did all he could but was still honest with me at the end. When I come back, I will be asking for Jason.

I am in line to get a Z06 from this dealer … i want to share my experience so far of the whole process from the deposit up until now.
It is important for me to make this review because i have been treated with amazing service and above all honesty. This dealer is not gauging people over sticker and not trying to screw their customers over unlike many other dealers. Linnie and matt McCarty have been taking care of me and have always returned my calls in a timely manner and updated me on a very complex process with Gm.
I highly recommend doing business with these people and this dealer based off my experience so far with them. These days it is rare to find a good dealer that practices good business ethics :)

Told me it would take 2 hours max to diagnose what the check engine light was about, took it in by appointment on Friday afternoon and they didn't "figure out" what the light meant until Tuesday morning, 4 working days later! But they had no idea how long it would take to find the evap leak. They wouldn't answer my phone calls, would only talk to me by text. Sat on hold for the service manager for 15 minutes before I just gave up and hung up. Absolutely horrible service all around!
I am giving an update, after this original review Phillip Sanders the GM contacted me and was so kind and really wanted to make my experience better, since my son's vehicle was still acting up we took it back and had a MUCH better experience this time. They really do want their customers to have a positive experience. Thank you Phillip!

I’ve never had issues with the actual service. However, not being able to get a loaner, while your car is being serviced is so problematic, especially when your only means of transportation is in the shop for two weeks! Something should be done to a) minimize the time your car will be in the shop, by ensuring all parts/materials are on hand. And b) alternatives to loaners from the dealership, such as reimbursement for car rentals/Ubers. It’s extremely frustrating when a car, that’s still being covered under warranty experiences problems, and absolutely nothing is done to compensate that you have to be without A vehicle while it’s getting fixed.

There didn't appear to be any cosmetic damage to the body of the truck. Service on oil change and tire totation was great but I am disappointed as I have a deep scratch on my door on driver side. It was NOT like that when I dropped it off. I tried calling the representative that call me about how the service went but she is not answering my call. I take good care of my vehicle and I am disappointed about this deep scratch. I was also told the service was going to take 2 hours bit I was called in less than 40 minutes that my car was ready. And I had to arrange a transportation to get my vehicle. Trying to schedule a service appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Results:
1. 2 calls were not answered at all
2. 1 call went to an answering machine - left message - no return call
3. 1 call answered - I was put through to service dept - no answer - left a message - no return
call
4. Finally reached someone in service. Scheduled the oil change and inquired about having the Takata airbag recall work done. Was told that the parts were not available
5. When I arrived for my service appointment I asked about the airbag repair and was told the parts were available - this work was done along with the oil change
Bottom line - I have stuck with the this dealership (under different owners) for the 8 years I have owned this truck. Having work done by the dealership vs. independents involves significant extra effort (scheduling appointments, 30 minute drive each way, etc.) and generally a higher price for the work. You have now added the handicap of not being able to reach anyone by phone, I will now start taking my business elsewhere.

1. Purchased a vehicle yesterday. As it was still service for a windshield and 2 tires. Was told everything would be done by time purchase was complete. It wasn't. Was then told they had scheduled for the windshield and tires to be completed, but will not give me that info. They have taken my down payment and trade in, but I can't get any info on when to pick up my purchased vehicle. Changed my insurance over to vehicle purchased, now leaving me carless to get to work. Have called numerous times to get info, being told they will get back to me, and still sit without any info. Communication is very poor. 2. Was able to escalate this issue to management. They we're able to get things moving. Was able to pick up vehicle.

I went over on a Saturday afternoon just looking at a truck. Ended up driving out with it. My salesman Nader was nothing short of awesome from the moment I met him. Even today two weeks later he has called several times to check how everything has been. Nader and the sales manager were able to get me into a truck i have been wanting for years. We were there way after closing and Nader, Kyle in finance, and myself jumped through hoops after hours getting the insurance and finance done. The whole experience was wonderful. During the drive home I noticed a few problems (used truck of course there will be something), I called and Nader was not in yet, i was transferred to Robert at service and he told me to bring it in they would take care of it. The Five star service i received just made my whole experience that much better. All the employees I have named kept me in close contact and updated me on all issues. I was never left wondering what was going on. My repairs were done in a timely manner, i was even picked up and dropped off back to my work by their transport driver (wonderful guy just like all the rest). Happy that Larry H Miller Chevy, Richard Chavez and the knowledgable mechanics were able to replace the oil pump and airbag recall on my 2013 chevy Silverado in time for a once in a life time Oryx Hunt. Brought the truck in on Monday at 10am and was able to pick it up Thursday 10am, just hours before we left on the hunt. The only problem I have which is why I did not put 5 Stars is I bought a brand new Tahoe and when we went to pick up the vehicle you guys had put a big scratch on the front bumper which is frustrating seeing how it is a new vehicle. Well, I must say I am very impressed by the response I received from Mark's Casa Chevrolet about my issue. I received a call from Selena, a customer service manager at Mark's Casa Chevrolet immediately after Mr. Tabor posted his response. She has worked there for years, and she remembered me from my visits. She asked me to come in and talk to her about what happened. She resolved the issue in just a few minutes. It turns out they charged me the wrong amount, and she fixed it!
So I'm updating this one because of her! She was courteous, efficient, and legitimately apologized for the error. They need more people like her in the department. I was concerned that she would try to pressure me into changing my feedback, but she didn't. She just legitimately wanted to take care of me. In the future, if I ever have problems or questions again, I will go directly to her!
So the change in stars is a reflection of her! She ROCKS, and they should hire more people like her. THANK YOU for the support!

I wanted to find out why my air conditioning wasn't holding coolant. I dropped it off with the overnight drop box. In the morning, I never received a call to tell me that they had logged my car in or how much the diagnosis would cost. So I called multiple times and was told I would get a call back each time. When I finally received a call back in the afternoon, I was told it would cost over $800 to fix it and still was not told how much the diagnostic cost. When I picked up the call, I told I would have to pay $147.11 to get my car. I never agreed to that fee for the diagnostic and I can't believe they charged me that fee.
I feel I was overcharged by the service team for the diagnostic. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Mark's Casa Chevrolet and went there for service. I purchased here because I always felt like I was being treated fairly by the salespeople and the service staff. The service and care for the customer has gone downhill over the last few years. After this experience, I will never utilize the service department again nor will I purchase another car from that dealership.

Our 1994 Chevy Silverado broke down outside of Albuquerque on a Friday afternoon. We were on a cross-country trip. We called and Richard, the service manager, told us to have it towed to the dealership and he would take a look at it. Richard and his team were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Made the appointment for 8:30 for an oil change but was told when I got there it would take an hour to hour and a half. This is a 15 minute procedure! Why are you not utilizing one or two techs to do all the oil changes so this can be expedited efficiently???? Also follow up with customers on recall work would be appreciated. My experience with the dealership stared on the wrong foot. I am from out of town and scheduled my visit with you in more than a week in advance detailing what I needed done. The attendant was not very personable and told me that I would be called at the end of day to get an update. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday at 8:30 in the morning and had not heard anything all day, so I called about 3:30 to get an update. After numerous call I got hold of a young lady that told me the technician that was assigned to my vehicle would not be in until Monday. I was shock, I asked to have the Service Department give me a call to explain. At about 4:45, I called once again and finally got through. I got ahold of a salesman and he said I would get a call from a manager by the end of day. Never Happened...guess he/she had weekend plans. I called numerous times on Saturday morning leaving numerous messages for a call back as I did the day before with no response. I continued calling and finally got ahold of an actual person , coincidentally it was the young man that checked me in, he was very caulking and lied to me that he informed me that he told me that my vehicle would not bee de looked at immediately. I asked to talk to Mark Wiggins (I dealt with him previously regarding financing for the dealership) and he chuckled, sorry but he doesn’t own the dealership anymore. Refused to give his name and suggested I come pick up my vehicle by end of day. It was late, so I decided to wait until Monday. STILL waiting for a call from a manager, I called again several times leaving several messages once again with no response. I finally got hold of Richard. Thank Goodness, he listened and assured me that the vehicle would be taken care of and that he would keep me informed. Thanks for Richard for making a horrible situation good. Your dealership communication skills are horrible and due to that I incurred additional expenses due to having to stay on Albuquerque longer than expected. If I wanted my vehicle looked at on Monday, I would have scheduled the appointment for Monday. I feel that I should be compensated for my unforeseen expenses. But I know that will not happen. My response is probably a waist of my time, as I know management, if any, only get the good responses. I don’t expect a response due to the fact that we your dealership doesn’t care!! I will no longer take my vehicles for service, buy a vehicle or refer you to any friends or associates

The bad news: The service department gets slower every time I’m there. Took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation Saturday morning. Sat in the waiting room for TWO HOURS. For an oil change. Which we had scheduled in advance in hopes of avoiding a long wait. Bonus: About an hour and a half into our ordeal, a woman in the waiting room had a nice phlegmy coughing fit that wasn’t unsettling AT ALL in the middle of a pandemic. (Fortunately, she was masked, and we were masked, and everybody was properly socially distanced, but still ... why were we stuck there, possibly being exposed to her lethal cooties, 90 minutes after our appointment time?) This dealership has never been fast, but the wait times have gotten outrageous since it changed hands. I can only assume the new owners have decided to cut costs by understaffing. I’ve been putting up with it for the free maintenance plan that came with the car, but I am about one more interminable wait away from going back to Garcia Honda and trading this Spark for the Fit I should have bought in the first place. Get your act together, guys. Service department payroll isn’t a very smart place to cut costs.

I must say that I never considered Mark's Casa Chevrolet until I received a suggestion from an acquaintance of mine through work. I set an appointment with Mona on a Saturday after work with little expectations, and I must say I was blown out of the water. Mona and her partner Kelly were the best team I have ever worked with. Appointment made via phone for 10am for an oil change on my Duramax. Casa's automated system sent me two emails and left two voicemails making sure I knew the appointment time. Obviously I appreciated the forward thinking approach as I value my time and it seemed they did as well.
I showed up promptly at 9:55 so as it keep to the schedule.
The waiting area was mediocre with a lack of seating so I sat off to the side.
At 11:20 I was told the oil change hadn't been started due to "a windshield replacement taking place which was blocking the lift".
I had a separate tire rotation appointment at another facility at 11:30 so I told them to return the truck to me and I'd come back tomorrow. I get it, stuff happens. What is the point of an appointment if it takes 1.5 hours to let me know my service hadn't been started?
The service person came back and told me work had begun and would be done in 15 minutes. It was 12 by the time I left.
Additionally when my paperwork showed up it stated "tire rotation completed".
I explained I only needed an oil change which they then assured me the rotation was included in the oil servicing fee. I don't know if this is true but I was eager to leave, paid and left. They waived a $10 fee due to the delay. No hard feelings but I will go to Reliable next time as they've done efficient work for me in the past.
** Update - The service manager reached out and offered a discount on my next service as based upon my poor experience. Changing my star rating accordingly. Will update once the next service is completed.

Man 'O man where do I start, I just want to give a huge Thank you to Bre and Jackie Robinson down at Larry H Miller Casa Chevrolet. Me and my wife were in a small compact vehicle and were paying 22 plus interest, which was horrible. The vehicle was 2016 Nissan versa Note Sv to be exact. Bre and Jackie were able to put me and my wife in a beautiful 2020 Chevy trax suv with an interest rate as low as 5%. They are truly miracle workers and made the process very very easy. Got exactly the car I wanted Chevrolet Colorado with Cab Crew Cobalt Blue I think.... when my credit was too messed up for one lender and they forgot paperwork they drove too me an hour away to get everything squared away. The short version of this review is: Amazing sales and service! Highly recommended. Even though I encountered a HUGE problem with my first vehicle, they replaced it and I am a very happy customer.
On June 6th of this year, I sat down with Miguel to discuss purchasing a Certified Used 2017 Chevy Sonic RS. It was in decent shape, not too battered or bruised for having 40,000 miles at two years old. I took it for a test drive and we sat down to talk financing. These guys go over all the details for financing to get you the best deals, and I mean *it took three hours* level of detail.
Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy in the paperwork. A modification to the air intake (by the previous owner) disabled this car from being sold Certified. Not to worry, Miguel and the finance guys worked out a slightly lower price for the vehicle. I want to stress that they made sure I understood every step of the process, and I appreciate that.
Due to circumstances outside of the control of the dealership, the car kept breaking down. I got countless misfire engine lights, and it went back to service four times in four months. However...Kenny and Kristin in Service are fantastic! They solved every problem as soon as it happened and got me in a loaner every time. The service manager, Justin, even got involved and had the pistons replaced due to an engine part recall. My theory is that the car was abused by a previous owner and it is not the fault of the dealership. However, the breakdowns made me not want to keep this car.
On October 2nd, I came back in with a knocking engine and asked to sit down with the GM, Ish Martinez. Ish turned everything around. He called over Miguel from Sales and asked him to help me find a different vehicle. While we browsed the used lot for something similar, Ish told me he was going to call Chevy and see if he could get some assistance with resolving the situation.
Even though I said I would be perfectly happy with a used Malibu, Ish took things to the next level and got me a brand new Sonic RS! They made sure it had *every* feature I enjoyed on the 17 Sonic. Also, due to some mathematical magic by Jack in Finance, I have the same monthly payment as I did for the used Sonic! (my loan got extended by 6 months, no big deal). Not only am I a happy customer, I feel like they took me seriously and really fixed the situation. They have my highest praise, and my business.

Upon my on time arrival for my 1:30 pm appointment, I was not met by my assigned Service Representative, but by another Rep who failed to introduce himself. He did confirm my visit for an oil change and tire rotation. He stated that the oil change would cost $69.95. I remarked that my 2018 Colorado 3.6l V-6 did not require synthetic oil. He countered, saying that Chevrolet had required synthetic oil for my vehicle since 2015. When I purchased my new Colorado at the Chevrolet dealership in Clovis, NM I was briefed by the dealership's Service Manager. He told me I would receive two free oil changes as a benefit of my purchase. I inquired what that service cost afterward for synthetic oil. He pulled the Owners Manuel from my vehicle and showed me there was no factory requirement, no recommendation for, or a suggestion to use synthetic oil in my vehicle. I don't appreciate being lied to. To top off my service, it took one hour and thirty minutes to complete my service. I don't recommend the L H Miller Chevrolet dealership for servicing.

Well... I left 2 voicemail messages to get the details of my first oil change since I purchased my vehicle, and I never rec'd a call back. Finally, I traveled from out of town to go in as a "walk-in." As it turns out, my oil change appt was never input into their system - why? I'm disappointed with my experience in the lack of communication between the in-house depths at LHM. Nonetheless, the individual company reps in each dept manage to pull through and provide the services I need; I appreciate that. I do not like car shopping and have never had a good experience until now. My salesman's name was Skylar and he was a cool dude who knew his stuff and was not at all pushy or sleazy. The gentleman who processed my paperwork was Frank (finance guy), but both Skylar and Frank deserve recognition and perhaps even a raise if at all possible! I will most definitely be doing repeat business with these guys again and I will send all of my friends and family to them as well. I would however like to mention that everybody there was friendly and helpful but those two specifically were the ones who helped me in my purchase.
