Excellent! We first went to the big Chevy dealership in town and got the hard sell and a run around. We left that dealership and went to Houston motors. Wow, what a difference. We were treated very well by Red, our sales person. My son was buying his first adult car. Red showed us a bunch of great cars in our tiny price range. He never made us feel bad. They got us approved for credit at a super low interest rate. As a first time car buyer, we were surprised to get such a great rate and a good deal on a great car with low miles. I have told my family to only buy cars here. They don’t mess around with you. Plus they were fast. We came in at 10:30 and were out the door at lunch. Great!

As you can imagine as a travel nurse I depend on my vehicle greatly during my assignments and relocating every 3 months makes it is very important to me to be able to communicate effectively with anyone I am doing business with, especially for large ticket items. I had an effortless experience with my auto purchase from Houston Wholesale despite purchasing the car from out of state. I told Fernando what I wanted, he found me the exact vehicle in the exact price range I needed to stay within my budget. I spent approximately 2 hours at the dealership with Gary getting the paperwork finalized and I was out the door. This place is Awesome! Gary and his staff were nothing but business and friendly to me! Gary helped me get two keys for my car, got the exterior of my car squeaky clean, had one of his guys fix the armrest piece in my car (He also ordered the piece for me), let me borrow a rental car while mine was getting its exterior cleaned by Gary’s team, he got new floor mats into my car! Best car buying experience I've ever had! Had been searching other sites online for months until family told me they heard good things about Houston Motors. So over weekend I found one most interested in and requested photos. Jose Huerta was prompt answering my request and told me condition of vehicle. Our salesman José Huerta was very friendly and helpful, and our experience buying was expedient and we were satisfied that we got the best deal possible and are extremely happy with our purchase. No pressure sales, they have a pretty big selection and their vehicles do not last long as they are very competitively priced. The salesmen where excellent and the owner was very nice. i was able look at several models of car before I decided on a 2019 toyota corolla. They even offered to wax and buffer my new car. I would absolutely suggest shopping here BEFORE going to any of the big dealerships in town these guys really do run an honest car lot.

You must go to see Jose Huerta! I give him a 15/10, he went above and beyond for my family. Here's why - I live 4 hours away from ABQ and my husband wasn't able to test drive the car with me. When I got the car home, my husband noticed the car vibrated while sitting in idle. I called Jose and asked if there was anything he could do - he told me to bring the car up for them to look at. Not only did they fix the motor mount, but they loaned me a car until while they waited to receive the part. He also helped me obtain another key for the jeep and covered the cost (this blew my mind!) It doesn't get better than this folks. I will always buy from Houston Wholesale!! Thankful for Jose!

Two years ago I went to Houston wholesale I talked to this salesman by the name of Orlando Garcia. He was very helpful to me as I was looking for car I could afford. I'm on disability but needed a car . He looked and found a few for me in my price range, hooked me up with my bank to get me financed. I was able to get the car I wanted was a great buy clean low miles. It was hard because I didn't have a lot for a down payment and my credit was very low, 530. I had the car for two years and during that time Orlando suggested to work on my credit so the next time I will be able to get a better car with a better payment and without any down payment. I worked for two years to raise my credit score. With this vehicle I was able to make dinner extra money to pay off some bills that were hanging around for a long time. Well today I was able to go to Houston wholesale motors and traded in my car for a newer one with my credit score at 734 highest one, 715, 662 of the three credit bureaus. That's an increase of 204 points!!! I didn't need a down payment, my trade in was purchased complete so I had no negative equity and got the car I wanted. I say thank you to Houston wholesale motors and especially to Orlando Garcia for being a great dude and very respectful and helpful to me for the second time in two years. We’d had our eye on a particular make/model/year of vehicle, but weren’t having much success finding it anywhere nearby. We noticed a turbo version of the car had become newly available at Houston. It wasn’t necessarily the model we’d had in mind, but decided to give it a look because the price was phenomenal, the Carfax checked out, and we’d heard from another who had a positive car-buying experience there. We felt hopeful and decided to stop by the bank to get financed – just in case. At Houston, w were greeted by Jose and test driving the car within no time. We had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Gary, who ironed out details on an even better deal. Jose was knowledgeable as he walked us through all the paperwork the same day. We were able to pick up the car a few days later after a few touch-ups were made. Within a week or two, our license plate/registration were available for pick up. The license plate ended up being the wrong kind (we’d specified what we wanted ahead of time), but Houston was able to make the necessary changes and have our correct plate available by the next afternoon. The dealership is not massive, but they make good use of their space with a lot of inventory/variety available. Each time we visited the dealership it was packed, but we never had to wait to be greeted – clearly, they have a satisfied client-base. Overall, we had a positive, efficient, and no-pressure experience. We’re extremely happy with the vehicle and felt that we got a fantastic deal.

I recently came here to purchase a used vehicle and was pleasantly surprised by how laid back the sales technique was. Once I had a couple ideas of what I would like, their sales associate Jose Huerta got right down to business answering all of my questions and was very professional in getting me into the car that was best for me with a great financing plan. Purchased Car here in April 2021. I previously had purchased a car here in 2015. Very fair pricing, no need to negotiate to get to reasonable price. Very helpful with getting financing, registration, etc. Friendly staff. I worked with Orlando/Rojo he was great and the whole team is great to deal with. They are the used car lot I recommend in Albuquerque. Their focus is on cars $15,000 and higher. Cars go fast so find the one you want and close the deal or just come back every day for a week like i did until you find the car you want

I mentioned to my best friend that I was going to Houston's for a car for my niece, he said "make sure you talk to Gary...only Gary, he's one of the owners" but Gary is about his business and he is ALWAYS busy. The best time to go is during the week if at all possible and according to my salesman between 9 and 10 a.m. is the best time. My niece ended up purchasing a car at a different dealership but while we were there I saw a car I was interested in. I got hooked up with Jose Huerta who is by far one of the nicest salesmen I have ever dealt with. When I say there is no pressure...there is literally NO PRESSURE...AT ALL!!!! These cars sell themselves.....theyre all pretty much good deals!!!! And they sell NICE cars, really quality preowned vehicles.....but anyway, back to Jose. I went 3 different times to look at 2 cars I was interested in......he gave me the keys.....let me sit in them, let me take them out and drive them multiple times and when I finally decided it was on Saturday at 5:35 and they closed at 6....I was out of there shorly after 6. No one on their team had any problem staying after closing to make sure we were taken care of. It didnt hurt that they had a HUGE TV playing the baseball game while we waited. We purchased a Toyota Corolla from Houston's about 1.5 years ago and then went back this past June 2020. We went in looking for some sort of truck and left with a red Toyota Tacoma. We love it. Three months after purchasing the truck, it ended up with a left rear axle leak. We contacted Rojo, our salesman, and he told us to bring it down. So we did. He went above and beyond for us to get it looked at by not only their mechanic but by the Toyota dealership too. During this process they loaned us a rental. We patiently waited for a call to get an estimate. We later got in contact with Rojo to ask what was determined. There was good and bad news. Bad news: the Toyota dealership stated it isn't going to be covered under warranty even though under 30k miles. Good news: Houston's covered the cost of the repair for us because we are returning customers and have refereed others there. We won't go to any other dealership from here on out. We have kids that will some day need a vehicle and that's where we will go. If you are looking for a stand-up dealership that is honest, respectful and will do whatever they have to for a customer then Houston's is the place to go! Don't look elsewhere!

Really like my truck. Waited five hours to finalize the transaction. It wasn't until we were signing paperwork that salesman informed me that while the Carfax report he gave me earlier said the truck hadn't been in an accident it wasn't true. He then showed me a damage report were several body panels had been replaced. Felt a little shady. Then the paperwork was messed up. Payoff for trade in was less than what I told them and the $200 hold fee I was supposed to be credited wasn't there after I told them not to forget about it. Should have walked away. Really wanted the truck. Just hope there is no problems from being wrecked.

These guys are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! they are all about customer service making sure everyone is 110% happy with their new car purchase. I bought my first car with them on April 6th, 2017. I shopped around at other places, and then a friend told me about Houston whole sale, so I went to look at what they had to offer, sadly I was went in with the mind set that it would be a negative experience, But after 5mins of being there I was already beyond happy I walked thru their door. Everyone was very friendly, and didn't "attack you" like every other dealership you go too! I felt comfortable and not pressured, which was an extremely nice feeling! I told them the car I was interested in purchasing 2016 dodge dart, they grabbed the keys and pulled it around front, and told me to take it for a test drive, thinking I would only have a 5 to 10mins test drive (like every other dealership), I was surprised when Emilio told me make sure to take it on the main street and also the free way so you can experience the car more so... that right there was really nice! So I fell in love with the car, I wanted it. Emilio went above and beyond with getting my into my new car and got me the best possible deal I could have ever expected!!! He gave me a little more that what my old car was worth for trade in value! Which helped with a down payment. Then to make it better he managed to get my interest rate way lower than what the bank wanted to give me! And then to top it off he asked me well how much are looking at to spend a month on your new car? I told him I would like it the highest 300 a month if possible and he came back with how does 200 sound... all I could say is where do I sign!???! And if things couldn't have gotten better after that.... Within 2 weeks of my purchase I noticed that my tail light were starting to go out so I was shopping around to see how much it would cost to get it fixed... well the part alone was $575 everywhere I looked... so I called the Houston and spoke with Mario and told him what was going on and if I had any warranty with my purchase and he told me to bring my car in so it can be looked at! So I brought it in right away.. and without any hesitation, he happily told me no worries, I am getting the part order right now and we will get you fixed up! So the following week he calls me saying the part is in so I drop my car off, and they gave me a loaner car at no charge... thinking it couldn't get better.... well Mario calls me saying my car is ready, so I came in with cash in hand thinking I would have to pay.. NOPE when I asked how much it would be he said you don't owe ANYTHING! you bought a new car and that's what you are getting, so that means no having to pay for "defects" on your new car!!!! I am beyond happy with my purchase here!!!! I can't say it enough, these guys are the guys you need to see when looking for a new used car!!!! They are all about the customer, nothing more and nothing less!!!! And they proved to me that they are lowest priced in area!! These guys have made a customer for life!!! And I look forward to my next purchase because I know it's going to be just as good if not better!!!!
