Honestly while the total price is a little high the customer service at this place was amazing for my husband and I. Had an awesome seamless experience buying BOTH my cars at DriveTime. Bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue last September and I just traded it in for a 2016 Nissan Rogue last Saturday. I worked with Vince who kept it mostly low pressure (it is a car dealership so a *little* pressure is expected lol) and heard my complaints about my 2012 Nissan Rogue and was able to talk me into the 5 year 50k warranty based on the problems I'd had with my 2012 Nissan Rogue. It felt like the right investment for myself and my kids. I got decent trade in value for my 2012 and the process took a lot less time than a traditional car dealership. I feel like the price for my 2016 was fair market value. Vince was easy to work with, understanding of the fact the my 2012 was in the shop, offered to hold the 2016 for a little while longer so my 2012 could get repaired and I could use it as my down payment. I have a kiddo who will be looking to buy their first car in about 2 years and I can confidently say that we'll probably be buying through DriveTime when that time comes.

After driving a '99 Mazda that was on its last legs, I was able to get into a 2015 VW Jetta with Rebecca's help! After being preapproved for my down payment, we spoke a few times over the phone and she along with her incredible manager gave me a (more then generous) trade in offer of $300 on my Mazda and I was able to drive off within two hours! My only small tiny gripe is I wish the cars were cleaned a bit better. Getting a new car is such a big deal for most and it would be nice not to find stuff in crevices and under seats. My friend and I went shopping for a newer model vehicle. We like the no haggle pricing (like CarMax) but DriveTime, in my opinion, had more reasonable pricing. (Earlier in the day we looked at two vehicles at another dealer but I was not happy when I found out that the price quoted didn't include dealer add ons like nitrogen in the tires, etc..) Nicole was our sales consultant and was very outgoing and cheerful, and we test drove three vehicles, two within our price range and one somewhat above (at Nicole's suggestion). We selected a 2017 Ford Focus with lower miles. There were no surprise costs (don't forget the price on the window doesn't include sales tax and MVD registration (DriveTime does all the paperwork and the license plate will be mailed to you)). Though they don't have Car Fax, they had a similar service (Experian Auto Check if I remember correctly) which is similar. One note of caution: Don't be shocked how expensive a Repair Warranty costs so decide ahead of time if you want to purchase one for $2 to $3 thousand or self insure. Overall, a very nice buying experience and I would shop there again.
