AMAZING SERVICE! Tripp was so amazing to work with! He definitely does not give off the typical “sales guy” vibe! From the start of us arriving, to the very end he was informative, helpful and humble! It’s usually a little difficult taking our 6 year old and 2 year old places such as a dealership, but not here. He made sure we all felt at home while going through paperwork, and the kids were able to play inside and pet his adorable puppy! Tripp made sure to show and tell me so much information about the vehicle I was interested in. He was very hands on when showing me the vehicle and made sure to include me and my husband. When signing papers he was very thorough, and made sure to include us both on that as well. Tripp cares so much about his customers and it shows! And to top it all off his beautiful wife and daughter were so welcoming and friendly as well, I could’ve stayed talking to them all day! Thank you so much Tripp, and your whole team for making me and my family feel so welcomed and thank you for making it possible for me to own my first jeep!!!!! There is not enough stars to rate how amazing this family owned business is! Would recommend 1000% !!!!!!

After a long search for a new (to me) vehicle I found Coopers Auto Group and finally purchased my vehicle. Tripp, the owner, helped me out so much!!! As a woman I had been taken advantage of before and was cautious anytime I went to look at a vehicle much less purchase one, but I got the opposite at Coopers. Tripp didn't make me feel pressured or try pushing me into something by lying to me. I have to say I was apprehensive before going in but when all was said and done, I am so glad I did! I would recommend Coopers Auto Group to anyone but especially to other women who have ever felt like they didn't matter when purchasing a vehicle. 10/10

I am so grateful for my experience at Cooper’s Auto. Tripp spent an a tire afternoon with me, only for me to go home empty-handed because I was waiting for my perfect vehicle. He fully supported me in taking my time and holding off until exactly what I was looking for showed up. About a week later, it did! Tripp and I literally text each other at the same time, when I saw my dream vehicle on his lot and I drove by. He knew it was what I wanted and he kept me in mind when it arrived. He worked really hard to get me approved and as comfortable as he could in my payment. He even stayed late a couple of days so I could bring my boyfriend to see it. As a woman shopping for a car, I never felt pressured or patronized. Words fail to explain how important that is. Tripp and his family are GOOD PEOPLE and we will definitely be back when my boyfriend needs a new truck. Highly recommend!

I will definitely give Tripp the credit he deserves as a business man a family Man and a honest human being... Tripp went above and beyond too make sure I was satisfied on my purchase of a beautiful 2008 Mercedes Benz E350.. Before I purchased the vehicle there was some cosmetic issues inside the vehicle I wasn't pleased with.. Keep in mind this vehicle is a 2008. Tripp fixed those problems and proved too me that he genuinely cares about his customers... There was a ugly tear on the passenger seat and he paid for me to get it fixed.. The seat looks brand spanking new.. 😁 Tripp replaced the door handle because it was in bad shape and the head rest button was missing so Tripp replaced that as well.. Tripp also repaired the garnet's on the back of the seats and made it look way better than it did before 😁Thank you Tripp for everything you have done for me and making sure I was satisfied on my purchase... I know Tripp is not in the business on fixing every little single flaw on a vehicle... Tripp is a car salesman.. 5 star rating for cooper's auto group... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another satisfied customer.. 😎

Bought a Super Duty from Cooper's at the end of March. Very easy to work with, very good people. The whole experience was extremely easy, even though this whole shut down started right at the time I was supposed to pick up the truck. Tripp and Chet worked hard to get all the inspections done on time for me to pick the truck up as quickly as possible. Had no problem finding financing, and getting everything done in a timely and painless manner. Love this truck already, it was priced right, and have already recommended Cooper's to several people.

They happened to have a nice Corvette at a reasonable price, and they made the whole experience enjoyable. They even let us use the air-conditioned show room to peel off a vinyl wrap from the hood and remove some tacked-on emblems. On the whole, an enjoyable, low-pressure experience that should be encouraged.

From the first from call to the end of my visit they treated me and my two year old son with so much respect, they made us feel like family. Such amazing customer service! These people are very family oriented and made the whole process easy. I always get a lot of hesitance when buying used cars but they explained the process and it didn't feel like I was buying from someone who would jip me out, which they totally did not do. Car is running good and they notified me of all the repairs/purchasing stuff we'd do when I bought the car. I've been recommending to my partner and all my friends in Albuquerque. Tripp made sure I paid a fair price on my first car, and guided me through how pricing worked to ensure I understood clearly- he also detailed the background of the car, and informed me of any former concerns he had about it, which were all throughly addressed before I purchased the car. Tripp mentioned that if any issues arose (which none have!) that he would be more than happy to help me again in the future. At every other dealership I’ve been to, as a woman, I’ve been overlooked and not listened to, but at coopers I was treated with respect and given all the knowledge I needed in buying a car. This is my first time buying a car and I expected it to be stressful but instead it was a great experience. They are a small family run business and had their whole family helping with the process which made me feel like part of their family. They had my car detailed and gassed up before I took the car. Tripp and Samantha are the real deal! They are warm, friendly, and truly care about their customers. Being a young women buying a vehicle can be very intimidating, but Tripp made it quite the opposite! He treated me like his own daughter, taught me some credit tips (credit karma, how credit cards work, etc). While also explaining the car buying process in a detailed manner.Though I was a little behind on getting paperwork together towards the end, his wife was a gem and helped me get situated promptly. The reviews here were what led me to check out this place, and after I walked in I knew I found the spot where I'd get my next car. This dealership is special. Tripp is just as knowledgeable and as sincere as they come. To be honest, in most corporate-owned car sales establishments, or even some dealerships, I just felt like a "number." It didn't feel right. But not here. Tripp really went out of his way to get to know my story, treat me like a person, explore different scenarios, and then sell me my Prius at a fair rate. I was also very, very impressed with inspection report before the car was sold to me. Back in Tennessee I remember I bought a used car and they said the burden was on me to take it to a mechanic and have it looked at, even though there were a few simple things they could have checked. Anyway, if you're in the market I highly recommended this place. I just moved here and was nervous that I'd get ripped off, but I feel grateful after making my purchase. You can tell this family-owned business really cares, and they want to build a solid reputation in Albuquerque and treat everyone they work with like family, too.

Coopers Auto Group was first and foremost a great experience in purchasing my new to me, used 2009 Subaru Forester. Tripp the owner, and Chet (the finance guy) answered all my questions with honesty and integrity. (What? An honest dealership? Absolutely Yes!). They are a family owned dealership; and treat their customers with the same helpfulness, kindness, and consideration, like family. Now for my car; I'd been looking for the perfect used Subaru, for about a year... clean inside and out, low mileage, service records, and a great price, I thought I would never be able to find my perfect Subaru. But yes I did, and Tripp and Chet made it all happen! Not to mention, Tripp had ALL the 100,000 mile servicing done, so I can drive it with no problems (or worries) for next 100,000 miles! I would ike to preface this 5 Star review by saying that I unfortunately did not get the chance to purchase a vehicle through Cooper's Auto Group, although I wish I had. Due to the current state of the used car market and my urgent need for a new car, I ended up purchasing from another dealer. That being said, Tripp and his staff at Cooper's Auto Group were fantastic to me during my entire search. Tripp himself responded to multiple emails and texts of mine in a timely manner to help me search for a new car. He utilized his own personal time to search for vehicles for me. He and his staff were entirely honest and straight-forward with me and didn't try to pull any annoying sales tactics that I had experienced with multiple other car dealerships. They were all very personable and helpful throughout the entire process and, furthermore, were very understanding and respectful when I informed them that I had purchased a truck through a different dealer. I have already recommended them to friends in search of cars and would not hesitate to do so again. If you are looking for an honest, no BS dealer who will personally go above and beyond to help you find the car you need, go to Coopers Auto Group. They will be a first stop for me whenever I need to purchase a car in the future.

This was my first car buying experience from a dealer. I had always heard that dealerships will try to maneuver you and rip you off, but I have to say that Tripp at Coopers Auto Group made the experience as pleasant as possible. Tripp bent over backwards to get me the vehicle I wanted since there were issues getting financing despite my having excellent credit. He always answered my questions in a timely fashion and guided me through the whole process of buying a car from a dealer, whereas I was used to simply just giving someone cash and driving away with title in hand. Cooper’s Auto Group are great. They told my husband they would do anything to help us get into the vehicle we wanted.
